My model chimney is 6054 ss 90cm 1250m3. Purchased on 28 July 2016 in ideal stores, erode.tamil Nadu.

The chimney stopped to work on July 15 and I booked a complaint to Glen authorised service centre

They visited and informed me that there was a complaint in motor of chimney. So I ordered and motor was replaced. I paid RS.5500 for the motor for the chimney model 6054 ss . After changing the motor the chimney is not working and there is no proper response from the service center. Inspire of payment a d service done the chimney is not working properly.

    Not working, suction problems and oil is leaked out side
    I call many time for solving my new purchased glen chimney. But no technition came to solve this new installed glen chimni.

      I had Called glen service center for chimney and hob cleaning.
      Chimney cleaning technician came and cleaned. But after cleaning, there is a power tripping problem if i switch on my chimney. I raised a complaint on this but no has attended it so far.
      Till now hob cleaning has not been done and it has been 1 week since i booked my complaint.

            My glen four burner gas stove is used in a regular kitchen for two people. Today the top burst into pieces which was shocking and scary.
            What kind of a glass is that and what kind of a product is that?

              I was cooking on my GLEN 3 burner gas stove and suddenly the glass top shattered into pieces with a BOOM sound.. I can't understand what just happened .. I recommend you not to buy the glass top stoves and go with the steel ones.. Or you will regret later..
              It's not even safe... Luckily It didn't harm anyone 😬😡

                  This Product purchase through AMAZON Vide GLEN Invoice No: QNVC-19517, Invoice Details : HR-QNVC[protected], Invoice Date : 31.12.2018. Amazon Order No:[protected] Order Date: 31.12.2018.
                  I have lodged complain on dated 25/05/2021 Vide Job No: SB/2021/5/GJ/188425 regarding leakage of all three burners . Technician from GLEN Service Centre of Ahmedabad visited four to five times but they unable to rectify problem. As per GLEN Service Centre IN charge inform me that this all three burners to be replace but there is no stock available in this Service Centre. We are indenting for Burner from Company, as soon as receive we will replace the same. Even after several request no action has been taken till today. Sir you are aware that leakage of burners may take big hazard at any time.
                  Hence it is again requested to please take it serious to rectify the same on priority basis as this case is pending more than one month. Early action will be appreciated.

                  This is still pending, No action has been taken till today. Company representative of Ahmedabad Mr, Chirag inform me today that as soon as we receive Burners from our Company we will replace the same. But they denied to give me time period for replacement.

                        Since November 2020 my Glen air fryer is lying wasted as a knob could not be replaced by the company within the warranty period. I am shocked at the careless attitude of the company. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest and resolve it so that I would be able to use the air fryer.

                          I have purchased Glen gas stove with 4 burners on[protected] from M/s KUNDAN ELECTRONICS, LIBERTY Road, Himayatnagar, Hyd-29. The stove is giving problem since 8 months. On my complaint, M/s Pioneer Enterprises Technician visited my house on[protected]. It is learnt that out of 4 burners 3 are gone bad and the less used burner is working. The burners got damaged due to faulty design of the model. I request company to replace with new stove as I have paid very high price and in short period it started giving problem. Kindly arrange for replacement urgently.

                            Sir I purchased dishwasher from kalra crockery jamalpur vide bill no 016254 dated 4.11.2020.
                            I have raised complaints many times at your local service center Ludhiana but every time they unable to solve my problems.
                            The problem is When we start the dishwasher after completion of whole process utensils are stiil dirty and detergent stains are showing on the utensils
                            If we wants to compete cleaning process we again start the process and 2nd time same problem, no stain removal no dryness no cleaning o[censored]tensils and some time we use 3rd time to reproceess of cleaning.
                            Now I think itis our big mistake to buy your product and our satisfaction is totally zeo.

                            So kindly solve my problem at the earliest.

                                This is 10 ticket that I am raising for newly brought chimney is making helicopter noise, where Ruchi madam asked to replace fan but no action from technicians taken.
                                If I loss my warranty by any chance Manoj, Narsimha and team will be responsible.

                                  I had registered on 25th March for servicing my Chimney. The technician was to com on 27th between 4 and 5pm but did not come. On 27th he called and came with an assistant. They did not take much time over the cleaning etc unlike the earlier times.He also said he has to change a lock which I agreed to. I had been told by the Customer Care that I will have to pay 1250 rs for the service and something to be given if a part is to be changed. But the technician said it was 1850 rs and charged 650 for the faulty clip. I paid 2500 but i didn't get a receipt for the same. Later I found that the faulty clip has also not been changed.
                                  I would like to bring to your notice that this is the first time I have had such an experience with Glen and I am disappointed with your service,
                                  When I rang up Customer care the same day, the person said that it will be taken care f and my receipt will be sent. Till today there is no response.Please respond ASAP.

                                      I purchased chimney and at the time of purchase they assured 1 year or 3 service free . But after two service they simply denied to do so and asking service charge within year. They don't have specific service center as well at Ghaziabad. Please don't go with Glen.

                                        Chimney post using for week or so making noise. Casa electronics (from where I purchase) says product is damaged and need to replace. Glen technician is not responding and not visited since 2 weeks now and he says CASA not fitted properly on call. I want resoultion at speed.
                                        If you close my ticket again without looking at my issue will be filling consumer complaint in court.

                                        Glen technician came and added 2 screws which was not fitted by Casa store person while installation. but the noise issue has not been rectified. He said Motor is shaking entire equipment regardless of speed and need to be replace. I asked why new equipment need that service, please change equipment itself instead changing parts. As it may give further issues in future and cost me. Request to give solution.
