Hello Team, I purchased Glan gas stove with three forged brass burners, for almost eight months now I am facing issues with the stove, as burners are shrinking and flame is not consistent leading to safety concerns and seems gas leakage due to the gap. For last two months I have been following with the service center to look into the issue, a technician visited almost three weeks back ( last week of Oct 20) and checked the issue and suggested change in burners and burner base, as per the technician stock is not available and hence he will return in another two weeks post procurement...we did mention we have been trying to reach service center for almost couple of months and we foresee danger with the current condition of stove, he promised to return in two weeks from his visit, as of today 22 Nov, 2020 there is no response and hence raising complaint as a last option. This is not the first time I am having issues with Glen appliances, with in three of purchase of Chimney stopped working, I really had to run from pillar to post for resolution, finally it was resolved after I have raised my concern online

      My concern is we had purchased a chimney in Jan 2020, which it's lights is not working.
      Your 2 service engineer visited at our home but they didn't solve problem yet..
      Kindly look in this matter and solve this issue as soon as possible

        I have purchased Glen Stainless Steel 3 Burner Gas Stove Auto Ignition, Silver/Black (CT1038GTFBMAI) | B01MSX64I6 ( CT1038GTFBMAI_B ) in October 2018 (see invoice for detail). This is two year warranty. However it is very bad product, It started giving problem within a year. Its service person came in 2019 but did not solved properly. So one left side burner was not OK. Its other side burner now started giving problem. It gives lot of noise and little explosion type behaviour. Looks design issue. Its burner looks got deformed. It is very dangerous from safety point of view. I just want refund as no body came to solve issue inspite complaining at various front. In continuation to this their service persons called after complaint and are themselves confused. My requirement is 1) They provided very bad piece or having design fault which required frequent maintenance. Since this is life threatening device should be very safe. So take the piece from home do whatever you want to do and return me new piece or if design problem refund my money. 2) Lots of harassments to the family due to this. Why serviceman didnt contact before complain register with INGRAM. So every time we should register complain with INGRAM then they will respond? In response Glen write: customer confirmation awaited for getting the job attended as he is not allowing the technician to get the product checked. Its false claim by Glen. Such a lier. I have already send videos to their email. Infact I told their customer service executive they can take appliance with them. But he was confused with address. They can plan accordingly and inform me.Glen such big company and lying. Really shocking.

              Knob ignition is not working, i had been calling your chennai customer care mobile no# [protected], but that executive is not at all picking my call and responding. This is happening the last 3 months and no response. Earlier i had burner issue, for which your team took 6 months to replace the same. Can you please arrange a technician to fix this asap???                 I had cancelled an order of gas stove after paying online 12.08.2020. Till them I am repeatedly seeking refund but only getting false promises. Glen staff members have formulated a term 'technical issue' to cover up there negligence. I suggest all consumers to avoid any advance payments to Glen India or else your money will stuck up and you will feel harassed a lot.

                        Dear sir mane aapke glen ke service center me apna indection repair ke liye 22/07/2020 ko diya tha Jo Ki aaj tak repair nahi huwa hai jo ki mane teen bar aapke service center me jakar pata kiya hai har baar wo kehte hai ki part order kiya huwa hai part aane par aapko call kar denge confirm date nahi bata rahe hai 15 days ho gaye hai

                          I have purchased the glen auto clean chimney on 28th july 2020. On 29th july engineer has come to fix the same.. While fixing he got to know there is some noise/sound coming from the chimney. He should immediately replace the same but he open the entire chimney and anyhow manage to stopped the noise. On 3rd aug 2020 again same noise started coming. I did'nt get satisfactory answer from glen customer support team.
                          Kindly have my chimney replace as it is not used and defective since day first.

                              We have purchased glen cooktop gl-1043-gt (St-02) vide invoice number gst/2008 dt. 24-jan-2020 from your
                              Authorised dealer m/s satkar gas and home appliances, akashganga, supela, bhilai, chhattisgarh.

                              It started giving trouble withing two months but due to nationwide lock down we didnt have any optionbut to somehow manage with the erratic burners. Once the authorities allowed the shops to be opened we
                              Verbally gave complaint to the said dealer and they sent a technician around 10-15 days back. Afterthat it was performing better but gradually have started deteriorating.

                              Now again it is giving trouble and we are not able to cook as it is posing safety threat due to unburnt gas getting diffused in the kitchen.

                              It is requested to provide a suitable replacement of the stove immediately.

                              The glen cook top mentioned and complaint about in the trailing mail is again giving severe safety threat to me and my family as there is profuse leakage of gas from the stove before the knobs.
                              Despite repeated complaints glen has failed to eliminate the problem and doesn't seem to be concerned about safety and convenience of the customer.
                              It is requested to replace/refund this product immediately. Failing which i shall have no other option but to seek legal help.

                              Glen response:sorry for the delay our technician will visit tomorrow to get the unit check cause technician will visit form raipur its hard to arrange the technician on the same day for outer location.

                              Kindly note i have complaint at 7-34 am just to ensure that it is attended on the same day. They are not concerned about the poor quality of their product and safety concern of customer. The glen product is giving repeated trouble since day 1.

                                Glen' s policy and rates are not clear and the local service providers are imposing charges as per their will.

                                Kitchen Chimney Service charges are not taken from the customers as per the rate list in company's website.

                                The Service providers are taking the charges as per their will and are not in accordance with that listed in the websites.

                                Service provider in Bhilai, Chhatisgarh is taking Rs 1000 for just the clean up of chimney. The rate for the same is Rs 300 only. Also, they do not provide any receipt to the customer.

                                  I had purchased this product from army canteen. 2 days before holi 2020 tommorow a glass top of stove has broken while cooking with a loud sound. I belive the product is pathetic. Other company products my cousions are using and nothing happened from last 6 years. But you product couldnt last 6 months. This is hard earned money how i purchased (Borrowed money from other person).
                                  If you ask i am having a bill sorry i am not having.
