I live in patna capital if Bihar.I had bought glen four burner stove in May 2019.Its two burner are not working since 8 months.I had made the complain in customer care service for the repair. The technician visited our place and told us that one parts needs to be changed so he told that to download the GST invoice and again register the request for the same.Then he will come and will the change the parts.I did the the same downloaded the bill and registered the request in customer care service.Again some other technician visited our place and this time told us to carry the stove to his company near karkarbagh then they would repair the parts.I felt really very bad after hearing such things from such a reputated company.so please look into the matter to save your image and good reputations.u nay contact me on my mobile no [protected]

    I have contacted Glen Care Service Center Coimbatore for cleaning my chimney. They have worst people and spoinling the brand rapo. They called in December 2020 and the service is not done even today (2 Feb 2021). They kept me waiting at home all these days. Never turned up. Everyday some new person calls up and lie to us that they are coming but no one turned up. If we try to call them, no one picks up the call or phones switched off. Terribly unprofessional, hopeless irresponsible & arrogant people & do not care for others time. Their phone no. [protected]

      I have been chasing your sales office and service Center to come and do the chimney and hob marking since the last 2 days on one of my project in mumbai khar and am being given the run around for it since Friday and today is Monday. Support agencies have been on standby since Saturday and wasting a whole days labour. I would not recommend this company for any of my projects in the future and wish to return what has been purchased.

          Hi Team,
          I would like to highlight that the 3 gas hob which i purchased in Aug is not working properly. The flame is too slow as it took hour to cook anything. Moreover when i raised the complaint to the center service engineer visited my premises and changed the burner now it is giving "RED" flame and all my utensils are getting black. Not sure if this is the service you are providing to your customer.

          Totally dissatisfied with the product and your service.

              This is in regards to the cooking range we had brought from Glen cooking range.
              Within the last 1 week we have been getting electric shock while using your product.We filed a complaint and your team landed post 2 days.There were 2 guys, Deepak[protected] and his associate.After checking the machine they told me that there is an issue of earthingI checked with my electrician who found no issue with earthingThe Glen team again checked and we pointed out the following points:1. There are 3 electricity based components a) Spark Switch b) Light Switch c) Rotisserie Switch2. If we start the main switch and don't use any of the 3 mentioned switches then there is no shock3. Now if we use each of the above switches individually when there is no electric shock with either the Spark switch or the Light Switch4. When the rotisserie is started there is current on the body of the cooking range
              The team tried to blame the earthing as an issue while the product seems to have major problems which even kill a user.
              It's now 4 days since they checked and went but now they don't pick up the phone and the helpline is not of much help.
              There are other major complaints on the quality of the product which I have addressed before too, but it seems that now one is particularly interested or worst capable of addressing it.
              We have spend nearly Rs.40, 000/- on your product and are really sad that we wasted our hard earned money on Glen.

                Poor quality burners. Uneven burning, recurrent yellow flames, noisy burning, sputtering etc. Despite proper cleaning and maintenance.
                Is there a way out apart from scrapping it in 2 years?
                Same i am experiencing after purchasing the 3 burner hob in Aug-2020

                    Invoice Date:[protected], 07:18 P Mfrom day of arrival i.e[protected] the gas stove having issues like knobs not working properly, low gas flame and majorly base platform stands on which utensils are being kept. Post complaints (twice) the low flame, knob issues resolve as of now. The issues with base stand is, it's uneven. The utensils kept over it i is not sitting flat, it wobbles.Several time situations arrived that spill of cooking items happened point here bring to your notice that hot oil spillage. Coming to the point of my mail to you that this problem is seen and try to fix by technicians who visited. Post not rectifying they referred the complaint to their agency. Here the agency personal were very rude in their behavior. They dont have sense of talking to customer like me. They disconnects calls and not at all attends call after my inquiry about the base stand. you're requested to investigate my complaint and do necessary actions against such third party maintenance agency under you. It' also requested to resolve the issue of base platform uneven issues either replace or as appropriate.

                        I Palakurthi Srinivasa Apparao residence of Visakhapatnam Andhra Pradesh, I was purchased the glen stove in the month of December 2019 by using the app Amezon. The payment as per the demand appeared online I was paid online through SBI account.
                        I booked the Glen stove only by seeing the brand name of Glen and I have chosen just because of its brand image. But to our dismay we started finding deficiencies in the facilities of the stove.

                        The following were the deficiencies noted which I am listing them below...

                        I have purchased the glen stove last December, till the date several times repairs occurred, yester day the stove was blown and some wires are came out, luckily no one injured...

                        Here we wish to inform the management that we are leaving the stove yesterday with very upset mind and great disappointments.
                        Looking forward for your prompt and positive response...

                                Hello Team, I purchased Glan gas stove with three forged brass burners, for almost eight months now I am facing issues with the stove, as burners are shrinking and flame is not consistent leading to safety concerns and seems gas leakage due to the gap. For last two months I have been following with the service center to look into the issue, a technician visited almost three weeks back ( last week of Oct 20) and checked the issue and suggested change in burners and burner base, as per the technician stock is not available and hence he will return in another two weeks post procurement...we did mention we have been trying to reach service center for almost couple of months and we foresee danger with the current condition of stove, he promised to return in two weeks from his visit, as of today 22 Nov, 2020 there is no response and hence raising complaint as a last option. This is not the first time I am having issues with Glen appliances, with in three of purchase of Chimney stopped working, I really had to run from pillar to post for resolution, finally it was resolved after I have raised my concern online

                                      I have purchased Glen Stainless Steel 3 Burner Gas Stove Auto Ignition, Silver/Black (CT1038GTFBMAI) | B01MSX64I6 ( CT1038GTFBMAI_B ) in October 2018 (see invoice for detail). This is two year warranty. However it is very bad product, It started giving problem within a year. Its service person came in 2019 but did not solved properly. So one left side burner was not OK. Its other side burner now started giving problem. It gives lot of noise and little explosion type behaviour. Looks design issue. Its burner looks got deformed. It is very dangerous from safety point of view. I just want refund as no body came to solve issue inspite complaining at various front. In continuation to this their service persons called after complaint and are themselves confused. My requirement is 1) They provided very bad piece or having design fault which required frequent maintenance. Since this is life threatening device should be very safe. So take the piece from home do whatever you want to do and return me new piece or if design problem refund my money. 2) Lots of harassments to the family due to this. Why serviceman didnt contact before complain register with INGRAM. So every time we should register complain with INGRAM then they will respond? In response Glen write: customer confirmation awaited for getting the job attended as he is not allowing the technician to get the product checked. Its false claim by Glen. Such a lier. I have already send videos to their email. Infact I told their customer service executive they can take appliance with them. But he was confused with address. They can plan accordingly and inform me.Glen such big company and lying. Really shocking.
