I have bought a new glen gas stove from GM marketing 454-A Indl Area phase 2 Chandigarh on 02/11/2021 but it is not working properly

I purchased one Glen HOV Chula 3 Burner from Bharat Enterprises, Bathinda for a sum of Rs.11300/- with 5 Years warranty of Burners and 10 years warranty of complete HOV. After purchase, there was defect and mechanic/engineer Mr. Sukhwinder along with person from Bharat Enterprises visited to our house 2-3 years and they changed burners but still there is problems. Even on every visit, they assured us to provide best services at any time. Now I have been contacting M/s Bharat Enterprises, who gave the number of Mr. Navneet, Engineer/officials on behalf of company and I made him a number of class and even I sent him photographs as well as videos showing defects in the Chula, but they are trying to linger on the matter on one or the other pretext. However, he got replaced one Burner 4-5 days back, but the same is also not working and it seems to be of sub standard brand. Thereafter also, I sent him video but nothing is being done. It shows that no one is ready to listen to my genuine requests and further it shows that there is manufacturing defect.
Therefore, I request you to look at the matter and either replaced the burners with new one with fresh warranty or to replace the complete HOV or to refund our amount already paid, otherwise, I am left with no other option, except to knock the door of the Court.

I have lodged a service request 15 days back on Glens Customer care number [protected]. However, not received the services till now. Chimney is an essential item at home and without that it is difficult to prepare food especially in modern kitchens. Our home is in the heart of the city if that is the case then for outskirt customers it will be more pain-full.

I have not yet received any official communication for the service details through message or email. I don't believe that Glen's is following any ISO standard procedure for customer service.

I don't believe that the Glen's is having any consideration towards the customers. While i was speaking to the customer care executive, he is threating that today also we will not come its holiday for us. This attitude towards customers concern is not at all acceptable.

I purchased a cook top in march 2019, built in hob 1064 ro ht db in rs 13495.

Since the purchase i have launch 5-6 complain in last 2 year,
facing problem in cook top but every time engineer came and fix it temprary, they never told me that it need to change burner and some parts till the warrenty not over 2 year which get over in march 2021.

In corona period we have adjusted our self with cook top due to lock down and used our old one.

On[protected], i again launch a complain, engineer have visited and told us that cook top need to change some parts including all burner which squze and need to change .
Total cost approx 3000 to 4000, engineer also told us that its need to change in every 1.5- 2 year .

I asked him how its possible? and talk to his service center and franchisee owner but they dont want to listen .

I asked him that insted of this company can replace it with any basic model but company said no and want to give only 1000 rs on my only 2 year old product.

Which means its a faulty product which company selling in market need excess servicing and replacement of parts in regular time period.

I want that glem need to give me soluation of this faulty product - refund of money.

I have discuss with your company customer care, which fail to give me any soluation except to pay for service and for new parts.

Its a last way thru which i am directly contacting to glen.

I will wait for your revert - any ignorance of my request will force me to go for legal action (consumer foram) to raise my request.

Sir, since three months my complaint about chimney is pending with you. Many times raised my complaint through your toll free number and also requested through your company mail id. Three months before Your official taken my chimney board for repairing till date no one can responded for my complaint.My complaint registered with my phone number [protected]. If the complaint is not resolved kindly return my chimney board so it will be enable me to repair at my own sources.

I have purchased a new GLEN chimney 6050 DX Junior Black 60cm 1000m3/hr through AMAZON India 10/09/2021. The Chimney motor Huge Noise??????

I have purchased a new GLEN chimney 6063 black 90 cm through AMAZON india on 13/09/2021. The product has been installed but it does not work properly since very first day. There is a huge noise inside the chimney. On repeated complaint, technician attended but not resolving the problem. They always making any excuses and run away without resolving the issues. Although I received an e-mail that they are closing my complain due to successful completion of the job. It is unfortunate to see that how a reputed company cheating the customers and gone to the highest level of dishonesty. I am really regretting for buying the GLEN product. I am mentally and physically tortured to see such poor and pathetic services provided by GLEN. If technician is incapable of solving the problem, why not the company change the entire unit with a new one.
In view of the above, I am requesting through this platform from GLEN higher executives that please look into the matter personally and direct the service executive either to resolve the problem or replace the entire unit with new one so that my faith and trust may re-establish in the GLEN product. I purchase glen gas hob but not work properly

Such a pathetic company. Full of lies. No work ethics.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD BE SHUT.

Bought a cooktop for parents, and it not even 11 months, the cooktop misfires, and huge pop sound comes.

Registered the complaint on 24th September 2021, and after chasing them up finally someone came today (30th September 2021). The engineer didn't want to look at the cooktop till he gets the physical bill/Invoice.

Parents requested the engineer to explain the problem, but the executive didn't entertained. My mother told him that she'll call me to get the Invoice, but he wanted a physical copy. I bought this from Amazon, and only have a digital copy.

Anyways, the executive didn't want to wait and he left. I called up customer services, and head office. None of them seems to be too interested in getting any resolution.

One of the guy named 'Nitish' put the phone down on me, and now this number is picked up by someone in their marketing.

The company who can't even control or manage their phone systems, can never manage their customers.

Shame on the owners who run this company with such fraudulent employees.

BEWARE AND STOP BUYING GLEN

I have a Glen Hobs model GL1073TR and have been using it since past 4 years. The small burner plate has rusted and flame was low from all burners and knows are not working well. I tried the Glen Customer care number and it's service center numbers on 24th Sep at 11:30 am after many tries a man picked up he and after giving my reason of call he said he will come the same day at 5pm . Later at 4 pm I got a call from Glen Customer care and they said they will send a technician. At around 5pm same day Mr Debashish arrived he did the service but he said the buner plate is out of stock and took Rs 1000 saying he will give the plate later. The problem still remains the same and Debashish is not contactable neither are the other numbers please send someone who has complete knowledge and spare parts.

Gas stove lighter button is not working,
Kindly send engineer at my residence as soon as possible.

Your gas stove holes are blocked,
the flame is very low.
This blockage occurs from 1 to 1/2 months ago.

Induction heating work nahi kar raha hai kisi bhi cooker par. please help me

I had made complained around 10 on a glen number itself some peson contacted me n came.repaired my stove n chiment n charged me 8500, which I thought was too much, but still paid.
The bill was mde from sai enterprise( mumbai)
After 2 days I started facing a problem, the stove is not fixed well n one is not functioning properly
When I call the numbers I have, there is no response at all

I complained about the burner and spark and they came after 11 days and they try to do something and damaged my stove and they were telling us since few days all glen users are facing same problems so overall bloody GLEN was damaged not only my stove hub it’s damaged lot of life’s. it’s very irritating sad

I was using my burner. Dont know what happened the glass broken with a big blast...
I bought it from a glen store.
Also the glass broken into many pieces.

Loyal Services Pvt Ltd is a Gen Franchisee providing AMC for appliances in Kolkata. They have taken the money and then not answering any calls for the last 1 month, just seem to have vanished.

We need to know the status and refund if the company is unable to provide the service.

I have purchased glen chimney and contacted for installation to glen customer service. I have not getten any service in 10 days.i m very disappointed from your service.

My 4 burner glen stove glass was break.
My burner is just 1 year old

Since purchase this on 2nd April 21 one burner was not working well for which I registered complaint after lapse of many days person came and resolved but the authority of service center misbehaved and his way of communication was poor.
I regret to tell that service of Glen is not satisfactory . I purchased autoclean chimney also from RASOI at Udaipur (Raj)
I was planning to purchase two more chimney and cook top of Glen but in view of poor service and dealer I dropped my decision. Request Glen to resolve my complaint
