Initially ticket was booked to and fro on 9/3/20 to chennai from pune and return on 15/3/20 from chennai to pune.
Traveled on 9/3/20 to chennai.
But on 15/3/20 had to post pone to 19/3/20 due to corona pandemic.
Now i have already reached pune due to some urgent work so wanted to cancel for 19/3/20 but the online portal is not permitting me to continue. I have already lost some rs 4, 800 for rescheduling now no refund on cancellation in world crisis.
Very harrowing experience. No one is picking and responding also.
I have written a mail to their nodal officer 14/3/20 and 17/3/20. They have not even acknowledged.
My pnr is ayiktq pune to chennai and chennai to pune.
I want refund in full because it is a world pandemic and i am a regular customer.

    I received below message of flight cancelation and stated they will contact in 24 hours or i can contact... I did not received any call from goair about any further action or refund... Even i tried several time to contact give number but not reachable always say busy line... Can you please share further info and there is ixb to mumbai travel... If there is cancel of half travel then no use... Pls suggest on cancellation n refund flight amount for while trip ixb to mum

      Hi,

      It's been days that i have been trying to connect with go air via phone and email to refund my air tickets and cancellation charges due to the coronavirus preventive measures taken by the government.
      The iiml convocation which was scheduled on 21st april 2020 got canceled as a preventive measure to avoid mass gatherings amidst the epidemic of coronavirus.

      Also, they have issued the letter to refund the same and all the relevant documents are attached (Flight ticket, cancelled ticket, iiml letter, college id). I had initially canceled my tickets via ease my trip and got 298/- as a refund but later there was news that all flight tickets canceled due to coronavirus preventive measure will be refunded.

      Kindly, refund my tickets to the original source account. Also, please feel free to call me at [protected]/[protected] to discuss the same.

        Hi team,
        I have submitted a request to reschedule my flight from mar 18th 2020 to may on march 12th through manage booking. I received a mail that customer care will call and assist me in rescheduling the same within 30 minutes. Nobody has called me yet. Also iam trying to call customer care number available in sites for the last 3 days (Eg-.[protected]) nobody has yet picked my calls. Then again i tried today the same manage booking option to reschedule one more time, received the automatic mail one more time, saying somebody will call me within 30 minutes. Please help me in rescheduling the flight.

          Dear sir,

          I received mail and message about cancellation of flight by your side against my booking. Also informed to call toll free number within 24 hours for reschedule or cancel. I am trying to contact that number but no one attending calls till now. Please cancel that booking and refund full amount to my account as promised by you in mail. Screenshot attached. I mailed you regarding this on 13.03.2020 and your service request number was g[protected]. Kindly take immediate action for this.

            I have booked my ticket from kolkata to jaipur pnr being iekj2r for 16th march 2020 to join my university classes a week ago. Unfortunately the classes were postponed due to government of jaipur cancelling classes till 31st march, our university too had to cancel and issued a seperate notification on the same due to outbreak of corona virus.
            On multiple occasions i have tried to connect with goair customer care team in futile attempts. Calls were not answered even after 45 minutes or an hour of waiting and listening to music played on multiple occasions. Attached is a screenshot of one such instance while there were several other attempts.
            Kindly let me know what should i do to get a refund of the ticket. While the cause of cancellation is genuine, i wonder what to do, being at a complete loss. Should i catch the flight as goair doesnt understand severity of the disease, nor is the custoner care team well equipped to answer calls.

                I am jeevan and my booking pnr is reb57u for three passengers and i would like to cancel either reschedule the flight due to this issues i am trying reach go air call centre from past 3 days but no response due to carona virus karnataka strictly stopped all the activity up to 1 week due to this i cannot travel this time for that reason i need full refund either i have to change the date of travel for the same price please look in to this issue on priority

                  This is savita sinha, booed ticket via clear trip website and ticket was already confirmed for april 23rd, however received automated email and sms saying that our ticket has been canceled for no reason and going to be either refunded or rescheduled as per our preference. Now neither website is working nor customer care no, no is picking up the phone.

                      Hi,

                      I have booked 5 tickets from mumbai to goa. I needed to reschedule my flights due to emergency. The airlines need to understand that incase of any emergency they should also help the common people. But no one is responding to the calls this is pathetic from goair. I need my flight to get rescheduled as soon as possible.

                      I think i had worst experience with goair. Please respond to customers otherwise goair will lose all its customers.

                          I have booked a ticket on 14 th february, 2020 from kolkata to hyderabad. But the flight was cancelled on your side goair side. You have to refund my money back because of cancellation of flight on your side. But upto now i didn't get any response from on your side. It's amlost completed 20 days but upto now i didn't get my refund amount back. Even goair is not responding to any calls or mails. It's very irresponsible behaviour on goair side. Please respond to my mail and send me the refund back as soon as possible.

It has been now 4 months I have not received the refund and there is no person to contact. . This is surely the fraud happening

                            Sir,

                            My flight pnr jfj2qr goair flight g8-421 from hyderabad (Hyd) to new delhi (Del) on[protected] at 05:35 hrs got cancelled from the airport carrier's end. I tried reaching on the customer care number but there was no answer. I all the way reached the airport 3 days before the departure and informed the staff about the same. They said they have initiated the full refund, but till now the money hasn't been received. I have made a fresh complaint over phone too but futile. Kindly do the needful. This isn't expected from a reputed airline service

                              On 14 jan 2020 i booked tickets in names of mr. Suvendu dash 2. Mrs sagarika dash 3. Mr pulin acharya 4. Swagatika acharya 5. Ms niharika acharya & 6. Ms debashree acharya but as per your booking reference s8n1sz the status shows hold and payment status was declined but the booking amount of rs 19, 128.00/- was debited /paid from my credit card, in spite of expired of more than three weeks till date you have not returned/ credited such amount to my said credit card from which card the same was debited/ paid. Hence do needful to return the said amount.

                                I am aaditya suresh. I flew from bengaluru to kochi on 03 march 2020. My checked in bag did not arrive at kochi and i have not heard from them regarding the lost bag. Customer service numbers do not pick up! I have tried several numbers, in kochi, mumbai and bengaluru, but no response whatsoever. I am very irritated and i wish to complain against goair. I need my bag back asap, to be delivered home

                                  This is in regards to my pnr w9wrwj on 29th feb lko - del and supposed to depart at 6:40 pm however firstly they delayed the flight around 1hr and after that when we were about to land in delhi around 8:40 pm the announce that due to some reason they are diverting the flight to jaipur and landed the flight in jaipur at 9:30 pm after that we waited in the flight gor around 2:40 minutes after that they take off the flight and reached delhi at 1:27 am
                                  They crew member in the flight did not even provide free meals also to the passenger who were in the plane for around 6 hours
                                  I need a complete refund as the flight has been delayed for around 6 hours and 30 min and will sure to take action against go air for this kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour

                                    I have purchased a ticket for journey from hyderabad to kolkata by flight no. G8 123 for 09th february'2020 vide, pnr no. L3lvuy. But on 3rd february'2020, i have received a message from the go air airline that due to unavoidable reason the flight is cancelled. Up till now, i have been running from pillar to post for realization of refund amount with adequate compensation but alas, i have not received any response so far which has naturally increased my resentment.

                                      Kindly view the attachment. Picture of my suitcase damaged and DBR of 24th December 2019.

                                      This bandage was done at Delhi airport by airport authority only as it is badly broken damaged.

                                      I have sent mails several times but only tickets is generated.

                                      I am sorry to say that i have to put this on social media and news paper.
                                      Their is no reply, call etc about the complain. The baggage is damaged and i want compensation for this.
                                      I have insured my baggage while booking via easemytrip.

                                      But they are saying to contact airline and airline is not doing anything about it.

                                      We are regular flyer from indigo airlines and goair.

                                      Very shameful.

                                      The airline agreed to pay compensation for the damaged case but till date they have not initiated the transfer of compensation amount.

                                      I am continue to send them email asking compensation but no step taken to initiate refund in my account.

                                        Got e-tickets confirmation. About a week later got a text saying there may be a problem and to expect further notice.
                                        A week after that having heard nothing more i double checked to see if the flight was still scheduled and it was still being advertised with nothing out of the ordinary.
                                        Three says before the flight i checked again and chose our seats on the flights out and back and paid an extra 4800 rupees for them. Still the flight was being advertised.
                                        Got to the airport at 0330hrs for the departure at 0640 hrs, got to the desk at 0430 hrs and was informed the flight was cancelled, that they had tried to ring me once but unavailable.
                                        No text messages - nothing.

                                        Said we could fly tomorrow night and absolutely no apology or any compensation... So taxi fares 3000 rupees, lost hotel night means another 4000 rupees, taxi booked from bangkok airport to central bangkok another 2000 rupees, and an extra night for someone to feed my dogs and cats and sleep over whilst we are away another 2000 rupees.
                                        They did not try to call us on the announcer system at the airport to let us know earlier, so we sat around for 2 hours till they opened the booking in service.
                                        Pathetic company...…... Avoid them. Can you imagine what they would do for customers if the inbound flight had a suspected coronavirus casualty on it about whether to deal with that scenario effectively or say nothing like they did with us and let people board???
                                        Just a text message, an email would have helped but nothing... Got nothing, they lied because they said they called, no calls, they sent email, no email, and they took my money 3 days before its scheduled departure when they already knew it was a cancelled flight because there were only 3 passengers booked on it and they knew that when i got the first message about a possible problem which i actually double checked to see if it had been cancelled, so they had tons of time to inform me properly.
                                        Asked for an upgrade in compensation to business class for flights and denied...….
                                        They are lying please see attached evidence.
