Goair — Lost Luggage and very poor response to situation

I travelled by GoAir (G8 229) from Delhi to Mumbai on 26th Nov 2010. The airline lost a checked in strolley bag. Upon registering the PIR with GoAir in Mumbai, I was given a few phone numbers and also the assurance that the airline would be in touch with me to give updates. I have not received a single call from them and what is more, there is absolutely no response on the numbers they gave!

I am appalled at the apathy of the staff and at how lightly they are treating the situation. Going by the number of lost luggage complaints GoAir has and the paltry amount they offer as compensation,...

Goair — lost baggage

On 22 nov 10, flew from Delhi to Indore on goair flt 223 ,PNR J8/GAOL02, after landing found one of the suitcases was missing. Tried to speak to Delhi and Indore office of Go Air, but there has been no news about the baggage. I had bought some expensive items from Delhi, and the Airline needs to compensate for that. Kindly advice me what to do in this matter.

I traveled from Delhi to Pune on Saturday, 13 Nov 2010. My luggage went missing and I was promised to be updated about the status by evening. No status update was given. When I called I was told my luggage was wrongly uploaded in Jammu flight and will be delivered to my place by Sunday evening.
On Sunday I was told it has been sent to Patna and today, Monday, 15th Nov 2010, I am being told it is at Delhi.

I am kasa.n.v.v.satya prasad from burnpur.i have booked reservation from indore to delhi on 15th oct evening flightin goair.my confirmation number is QW1TIQ.but suddenly i got an information on 13th oct from goair customer care that flight is cancelled.i have opted for full refund on the same day.
but the customer care executive has not forwarded my request.Again i called back on 18th oct and asked the executive to forward my refund amount.he has forwarded my request but the amount is not credited to my canara bank account.

Go Air — Unscheduled delay

On 2/9/10, I had booked my flight from Blore to Jaipur for 8/9/10 (PNR7TTRVJ) that had a stopover at Mumbai for 1 hour and the connecting flight to Jaipur (7TTRVJ). A day prior to my journey, I get a call from GoAir stating that my stop at Mumbia is till 5 pm with the reason being rescheduling of flights and so unprofessional for an airline.

I was travelling by Go Air flight G8-171 from Del to Mum on 5th Sep'10. The flight was scheduled to leave Delhi at 7.50 PM and reach Mumbai at around 10.00PM. I had a Go Air flight G8 222 to Mumbai on 5th April at 7:15am. I reached the airport at 6:15am and was in queue for check in. There were 2 Go Air flights operating in the morning, 7:10am to Delhi and 7:15am to Mumbai. The total passenger load was about 340 people. I travelled Mumbai-Delhi on 10.2.10 by flight G8-452, PNR - R9Y4Y4. The trolley handle of my checked in luggage, baggage tag no. 536374, was broken to such an extent that it is not functional any more. I have registered a complaint on arrival. The file no. of the same is DBRG8452. I had been offered Rs 250 for the handle. I deny to accept it since the handle costs a lot more plus the inconvenience cost should be paid. I have requested a new bag - however looks like no follow up has been done on it yet....

I had booked ticket on GO Air flight no G8 604 on Jammu to Mumbai sector for 6th Feb 2010.Scheduled departure at 10:05 am from jammu and arrival at 14:10 hrs at mumbai.
The flight was a via flight , details of route were not provided at the time of booking.
on boarding the flight it was know that it is jammu -- srinagar -- mumbai bound flight. and dure to snowfall at srinagar jammu- srinagar schedule stands cancelled.

Goair — Forgot my mobile in flight

On 2nd Feb 2010, I travelled from Mumbai to Indore by GoAir flight no. G8-221 and my seat no. is C23. While leaving the flight I forgot to take my cellphone (Nokia CDMA 6275) which is kept in the front pocket of the seat.
I called airport offices of indore and mumbai and according to them no cellphone is found that day.

Go Air — FLIGHT CANCELLATION

GO-AIR FLIGHT 451 (DELHI TO MUMBAI, 5.05 AM) WAS CANCELLED ON 03 JAN 2010 CITING BAD WEATHER CONDITIONS. I RECEIVED A SMS FROM GO-AIR AT 2 AM ON 03 JAN 2010.

HOWEVER THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO FOG IN DELHI DURING THE EARLY MORNING TIME. IN FACT, THE NEXT GO-AIR FLIGHT TO MUMBAI FROM DELHI (G8 229, 7.05 AM) DEPARTED FIVE MINUTES BEFORE THE SCHEDULED DEPARTURE TIME!! THIS FURTHER CONFIRMS AND PROVES THAT THERE WAS NO BAD WEATHER AT DELHI AIRPORT THAT CAUSED THE CANCELLATION OF GO-AIR FLIGHT G8 451.

I has booked ticket on GO Airlines Flight No:G8 311 for travelling date of 11th Desember 2009 from Delhi to Ahmedabad. The flight was cancelled due to some reasons. I has traveled by different airlines on that day. Till now I haven't recieved my ticket money. I contacted customer service of Travel Agent. They said money refunded within 15days. still now I haven't receive.
