Dear smart flyer! Go air regrets to inform you that your the flight on 01st june 2020 has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control. You may call[protected] /[protected] or visit www.goair.in to modify your reservation on available alternate flight.
As this above sms send from the airlines and they really do not have any flight in the month of june to reschedule so, i just want my amount to be refunded back to my account.

      Flight cancelled by airline but not received any kind of msg from airline yet. Now after 100 times of calling them they said flight is cancelled. And the payment will not be refunded we are here for treatment and we are not the frequent flyer. Please help us with full refund that will be the only solution.

          Dear sir/madam,

          I had booked a ticket with goair for travel on april 15, 2020 (Delhi to kochi) for an event scheduled in kochi. But once the lockdown was imposed, they had sent several emails and notifications stating that my ticket will remain protected and need not be cancelled as it can be used for future purposes. Even for calls regarding refund, their executives would consistently insist not to cancel. Upon trusting them, i remained to see how the situation would unfold, only to know that the lockdown was further extended, due to which the event i was scheduled to participate in, was completely called off.

          Extending the tickets now will be of no use to me whatsoever as i am not a frequent air traveller and this was a one time affair.

          I had then sent several emails to goair and an appeal to the nodal officer and the appellate authority of goair, all of which were ignored by the company. So far, no response has been received from their end, apart from an auto-generated acknowledgement, each time i send a reminder.

          I must have made atleast 70 attempts to call and have sent countless emails by now, and i'm deeply disappointed that the trust i bestowed upon the company was not reciprocated when i was in need of assistance.

          Kindly look into this matter and address the issue to goair so my refund is processed at the earliest.

                I booked a ticket in 9th march 2020 from delhi to pune for my mother which were scheduled on 7th april 2020 on the occasion of a family function to be held in pune where my maternal uncle live but in the mean while due to corona lock down all the flights were cancelled and the company credit the ticket fare which can be utilized with in one year but i want my money back because now there is no need to go out there, for which i mailed to company but no response is received yet from the company side..
                So my concern is how i can get my money back in my account
                Total ticket fare as follow
                Flight ticket cast-2405 and i paid for seat in advance rs 359
                So total fare i paid rs 2764...

                      I had booked a ticket with go air in their web site on 10.03.20 as per the following advertisement by go air wherein go was offering free cancellation, even as the charges where very high compared to indigo my favorite airline and spice.

                      Howver on 12.03.20 they have issued a new advertisement saying only free rescheduling applicable.

                      My pnr bi is y1lhre and while trying to cancel i am finding that the cancellation fees are being charged.

                      I am not in a position to travel on 8th june and i want to cancel and get a full refund as shown in the advertisement.

                      This is fraud by the go airlines company
                      I have wrote to them vide email on 13-03-20 and again on 16-03-20 wherein i got a confirmation that they received the mail however till date no further response.

                      Please assist me to get a cancellation refund from go airways

                        I called the airport authority as well as the customer support service, the even gets connected but no one received the call. I'm trying to contact for the last 4 days and same thing is repeated. This is how the customers of goair is treated. I give a full ring and no one pickup the call and suddenly they get busy. Then why ain't they receiving my call for the last 4 days. Ridiculous service.. I'll never ever choose @goair

                          I had booked flight tickets under easemytrip reference no emt71837398 and return journey goair pnr no u6gk49 (Flight from pune to delhi, time-19.30 to 21.45) for three persons. The airline has given me an option of date change and automatically scheduled my flight for june 15, 2020.

                          Government has allowed flight bookings, however, i stay at delhi and i have no further plans to go to pune. Since i have no plans for going to pune, i will not be able to take any return flight from pune to delhi. The airline is cheating by not refunding the amount back to the customer. The situation is such that unnecessary travel is to be avoided as my visit was personal and i have no more intention of going to pune and coming back. Why would i utilize my flight booking when i will have to be quarantined for days as decided by the respective state govt.

                          I want the airline to refund back my money back into my account since i don't want to risk my and my family's life and visit pune for no reason whatsoever.

                          Kindly get my amount refunded.

                            It is strange that even after raising concern via e-mail, i did not get my refund of 3513 from hyderabad to kolkata flight (Pnr b4v2qs) on goair flight g8-122 from hyderabad (Hyd) to kolkata (Ccu) on 01 feb '20 at 20:45 hrs got cancelled. My complaint g[protected] was not answered yet from goair customer care. Not sure what to do. Please help me with this. It has been 4 months now. Please advise how to get a refund now.

                                    I have booked flight ticket from mumbai to bhubaneswar on 19th march 2020. But goair flight cancelled the trip. After got flight cancellation message from goair, i have cancelled the ticket through easymytrip.
                                    I have received from easy my trip refund amount is 1797.00 but my booked ticket amount is rs. 9886.00

                                    Please process rs. 9886.00 amount refund

                                    My pnr no : e4n46cdate of travel : 19th march 2020travel : mumbai to bhubaneswar

                                    I have received below message from today from easy my trip.
                                    As per the recent dgca circular number-av 29011/27/2020-dt, passenger may claim full refund for the reservation booked between 25 march 2020 to 14th april 2020 to travel between 25th march 2020 to 3rd may 2020. You are not eligible for a refund as the booking & travel date criteria does not match as the booking was done on 11/12/2019 and travel date was 19mar2020.

                                    As per airline advisory correct refund has been processed.

                                    Airline advisory: customer doesn't have to cancel their booking at easemytrip or goair website/app/call center as goair will not refund any amount for the flights canceled by the customer or if even the flight is suspended by goair.

                                      Booking reference eye3gq.
                                      The ticket was refundable. However now the company is denying my money back. Also they are offering that i can change the booking. But in that i cannot change the number of passengers. Basically neither they are giving my money back nor they are giving me a credit shell. The most important part is the ticket was refundable so i should be getting full money back.
