Hello i have a flight booked with goair from delhi to bagdogra on 10th april 2020. I was travelling to bhutan via bagdogra, however, due to the current crisis i have cancelled my entire trip. Understanding the current situation, bhutan being another country is proving us full refund.
I am not planning to go to bhutan in near future, so i requested goair for full refund.
But they are not even replying to my mails. I have mailed them 3 times, and when i call them they put the call on hold for 10 min then hung up.
Just recieved a service request number g[protected] on wed, mar 25, 2020.
Hope this issue will get solved as soon as possible
