Hi,

Recently i booked a ticket on go air from bangalore to kolkata for 26th march which later got cancelled from the airlines side due to covid-19 lockdown, with the promise of offering free rescheduling.
There is no option to reschedule flights in their official website and their twitter replies are good for nothing saying just "sorry for the inconvenience caused... You can reschedule from the website".
You are definitely not sorry for the trouble you are causing your customers and instead of solving the problems you are just resending the same tweet to everyone. This is not a solution.

    Hi Team

    My flight with PNR KDZJ8X was cancelled by the airline for 22.03 travel before a day and I was notified to contact them for a refund. I dropped them an emial and also called them the same day (Sat) and was informed that a refund will be processed after taking the request. I also went to airport to confirm the refund and I was informed the refund has been initiated.

    Till date I have dropped them several mails and called too but each time I only get is a SR number and no response. My refund is still pending and I am looking to get back my hard earned money.

    Kindly help.

    It is still not resolved.
    I am trying to reach out to go air customer care for my flight rebooking but they are not answetring my call at all from last one week and there is no option to do it online.

      Hello i have a flight booked with goair from delhi to bagdogra on 10th april 2020. I was travelling to bhutan via bagdogra, however, due to the current crisis i have cancelled my entire trip. Understanding the current situation, bhutan being another country is proving us full refund.
      I am not planning to go to bhutan in near future, so i requested goair for full refund.
      But they are not even replying to my mails. I have mailed them 3 times, and when i call them they put the call on hold for 10 min then hung up.
      Just recieved a service request number g[protected] on wed, mar 25, 2020.
      Hope this issue will get solved as soon as possible

        Goair a company which not kept it's promise. The same had again happened to me. I booked two flights on 04 april and 11 april respectively pnr mg8u4d4sy and mg8yeeq5h respectively, i booked cancellation protection by paying extra charges to goair, in which they guarantee you full refund under any condition. But the company as expected is not doing the same as promised. It is not at all a trustworthy company. I will request everyone to stay away from service provider like goair, instead company, because i called them several times and waited in line for more than 45 minutes their call doesn't get connected even after that. I even tweeted the same but they give me a harsh reply that they will not do anything. As per terms the company is bound to give me the refund as the flight is under cancellation protection, so i will request goair company to try to be trustworthy with customer.

          Hi i am md hasibul alam for my wife most saleha khatun, booked a round trip goair flight ticket on 13/03/2020 to go from kolkata (Ccu) to bengaluru (Blr) on 22/03/2020 & to return from bengaluru to (Blr) to kolkata (Ccu) on 26/03/2020. The pnr no. Of the ticket is mczdta & the return ticket pnr no is also mczdta. Her flight was g8-830 & return flight was g8-831. I have received two message regarding cancelling of the flights on 21/03/2020 & 24/03/2020 respectively. I hence want to get full refund for the same i. E cancelled flights.             To - go air customer care,

            I had planned for my annual pilgrimage trip to vaishnodevi and i was supposed to return on 05/04/2020 on the below mentioned pnr no. Oy4zft, from jammu to ahmedabad, via delhi, but due to suspension of flights on account of covid -19, we need to reschedule the travel dates. We want to confirm that this prn no will be retained. We also want to know where our refund money is lying and how can we use it for the future rescheduled date. Also, by when do we need to do the rescheduled booking.
            My flight details and pnr is as below:

              I had booked tickets on[protected] for departure from mumbai to kolkata on flight g8-511 on[protected] with pnr s5emyv. I got a call and email confirming the cancellation of the flight. I had tried to contact the airlines by phone several times which was always busy. I intimated the airlines about my choice for full refund more than 24 hrs prior to the departure time.

              The refund has not been processed even after 16 days. I got no response both on phone and mail. There is no information regarding when will the refund be made.

                    Pnr-vy938t, date of departure-23/03/2020
                    Flight from ccu to blr was cancelled by airlines. I received a mail saying i am eligible for full refund. Haven’t received any refund. The helpline numbers are not reachable, not getting a single answer on the mails sent.
                    Had booked via easemytrip but received call which confirmed goair will be refunding the amount. That number is coming switched ever since
                    GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                      I, jasjit singh kahlon pnr qfvb8b, would like to receive a full refund for my flight g8-107 that has been cancelled by the airline itself.

                      I received the following text msg on march 17, 2020.

                      Dear smart flyer! Goair would like to inform you that for your pnr qfvb8b the flight g8-107 on 18mar'20 from del to ixc has been cancelled. This change is due to issues beyond our control. You will be contacted within 24 hrs for further assistance or you may call[protected]/[protected].

                      I tried calling the numbers, but they are unresponsive. It has now been 7 working days and i have not received a refund.

                      Please do let me know how and when this refund of my flight will be made. The amount is inr 3552.00

                      In the present times money is very much essential for daily needs.

                        I booked the tickets for 2 passengers through happyeasygo.com. It was booked last month for 28th march from delhi to lko for anil tripathi and mohammad farooq. Pnr no is sg32ye and flight no is g82509. For the same passengers return ticket was also booked on 26th feb 2020 via flight no g8188 and pnr no is bc8y7x. Both flight cancelled due to corona lockdown. Kindly get the money refund to me as flight were cancelled and please inform

                          Hai, this is manhaz. I took tickets for my parents’ return journey to kannur from muscat[protected]. All of sudden goair cancelled all the flight to gulf region and i had to take ticket other carrier ticket to send my parents to send india. So i need full ticket refund at any cost. Your sudden cancellation made me to suffer a lot. Airline ref no is jc5fnn, i booked through akbar travels online application.

                            I booked a ticket from DEL to CCU to board on 4th April, 2020. The ticket itself got cancelled by GoAir for which I received a mail on 14th March, 2020. I tried to contact GoAir several times regarding the refund for the cancelled ticket. Also at that time there was no issue of this pandemic still they did not revert back. Kindly look into the matter as the tickets did cost us Rs. 2796 which is our hard earned money and not a joke. As his is a case of serious money fraudulent activity hence I want you people to take serious action against them. Just imagine we are one customer and they might be doing this with hundreds and thousands of other customers as well.

                            Goair cancelled my flight dated 19th March PNR Z8J1NM and has not issued any refund yet. I want GoAir to credit the full refund back to my account

                                    I booked to fly with goair from delhi to ranchi on 18th of march. Due to covid19 issues, the flight for the day stood cancelled. When being called by the customers service executive, i opted to receive the refund which according to them, should have reflected in my account within 5 days of the date of cancellation. But i haven't received my money back. The customer service remains unreachable and i need money for these hard times. The ticket amount being 5600+

                                      I have booked flight ticket from mumbai to bhubaneswar on 19th march 2020. But goair flight cancelled the trip. After got flight cancellation message from goair, i have cancelled the ticket. I have not received refund till now.

                                        I had a goair flight on 19th march from mumbai to delhi. I received an email from the airline on 18th morning saying the flight is cancelled and i can get a full refund by calling their call centre. Their numbers do not work so i called goibibo through whom i had booked the tickets. Their ivr asked me to cancel the ticket. I did the same but have received a meagre refund from goibibo and nothing from go air even after writing to their grievance cell and nodal officer.
