I booked a ticket with the pnr no. Xf8rwh, from nagpur to delhi at 9:05 am on 25.02.2020. I got the information about the cancellation of the flight g8-2516 day before yesterday, and i tried to contact them many time by call and by emails as well but neither they are replying nor they are picking up my call. Kindly logged a complaint against the company for careless behaviour against the customer. Please ask them to reschedule my flight on the same day as i already have a connecting flight from delhi to lucknow at 13:30 on 25.02.2020

Randomly received a message from GoAir to call a number for refund or reschedule and nobody is receiving the call! What kind of fraud is this? Taking money for a flight and cancelling it?
I have been trying to reach their customer care number for 2 days but nobody is responding to my call, above all it’s a chargeable number. I have tried mailing but haven’t gotten any response on the same
I have booked a tickets from ahmedabad to patna for 6th jan flight. I got a message that flight has been cancelled and to contact customer care for alternate flight . But, no one is responding. This is pathetic from goair. I need an alternate flight as soon as possible.

    Hello,

    We've booked our flight tickets with pnr# v7t88z &y6s1pc well in advance (3months) to travel from kochi to hyderabad on jan 16th 2020. Flight has been cancelled and it was informed that full refund (~24000) will processed. Its been 22 days today still didn't received refund nor received a communication on refund process.
    Goair is so pathetic service, cancellation was intimated a day prior and customer support no's provided in message or on portal are of no use. We just call the support no just to hear the bloody annoying music and wait for ages still no one responded. And it same with mails too, i've drafted multiple mails to customer support including nodal and appellate officer, still no response.
    GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      Hello,

      I would want a compensation on my both of the flights booked in the name of saswatee khuntia which has been cancelled from ahmedabad to hyderabad (21st of feb'20; flight no. - g8-553) and hyderabad to ahmedabad (25th of feb'20; flight no.- g8-551) respectively.

      Unfortunately for this reason i ended up spending rupees 5000 extra on re-booking my tickets again. Thereby, kindly give me a compensation amount on spending extra amount on re-booking my tickets because of the goair airline's inconvenience. Also, pfa the attached file for your reference of the booking details.

      My tkts was cancelled by the airlines itself and the money is not yet refunded its more than 2 months of cancellation and i have filed acomplain tooo but till now my money is not refunded i dont understand why

        I was travelling from bengaluru to delhi on 23dec. After all the process (Check-in, baggage drop, security etc) i was informed my flight was cancelled. I was assured by the goair representative present in the airport that my money would be refunded for the cancelled flight as well as for the return flight. But none of the money has been refunded till yet.
        I have mailed several times to goair with my pnr, i receive a incident number and after that no response

        My flight PNR L8HDKJ on GoAir G8-513 from Hyderabad (HYD) to Chandigarh (IXC) on 25 Jan '20 at 09:30 hrs got cancelled by GoAir. I have called them several times, but not picking up calls or responding to emails. I request them for refund at earliest.

          I had booked a flight ticket from ranchi to Bengaluru and the date of journey was 17th January, 2020.
          2 days before the flight, i received a message stating that the flight has been cancelled directly by the airlines on that day and you'll be getting your refund.

          After few days, the refund i received was 130 rs. I had booked the ticket for 4775/- and received a refund Only 130/-

          The flight got cancelled and that was not my fault but still they are not sending the me my full refund.

          Pnr number is PDKL3H

            no refund yet / customer care no response to email & phone calls

            Hi,

            Go air cancelled one of my connection flight. I want to inform them that I cant travel for part journey. I have called them several times, but not picking up calls and responding to emails. I don't know how I will get refund the amount I paid for the whole flight journey. Please consider this complaint and resolve it with due attention.

            I have booked a goair flight from ixz to ccu for doj 01.02.2020 (Pnr uyu77q, passenger name (1) santosh kumar rajak (2) ruka devi) which was cancelled from airline end due to that my family suffer a lot. You can imagine the difficulties which my family face during this. I contacted the goair but got no help from goair like arranging alternate tickets in other flight. Customer care said me to cancelled the booking and buy a ticket in another fight for same passenger and apologies. Further, i booked the tickets from ixz to ccu in spice jet (Pnr-y7nywy) for doj-02.02.2020 which cost me around rs.25217. Previous ticket price was around 12800 and new ticket i booked in spice jet for rs.25, 217. Hence i incurred a lost of rs.25,[protected] = 12417. Further my family exceeded the hotel stay which cost them around 3k for logging and fooding etc.

            It is therefore request that kindly look into the matter and considered my case for reimburse of difference amount.

              Hi

              On 7th feb 2020, i was traveling from lucknow-mumbai-kochi on flight no g8 402 / g8 336 respectively. I was supposed to receive the check in baggage at kochi airport but didn't receive, and the goair representative has told that it seems the baggage is lost/misplaced. As instructed by the goair representative, a property irregularity report (Pir) has been filled and submitted at the airport. But till this time, the goair guys has not yet responded or answered my calls. My pnr is odze3x. Tag no. Is 163040. There were many valuable items inside check-in luggage. Kindly do the needful and appreciate a fast action.

                Dear sir\ma’am,

                I got an sms on feb 6th evening, regarding the cancelation of the flight g8-559 for february 14th, 2020.

                This pnr meztyx is of the ticket i booked for my father, who is a senior citizen. He is horridly worried since he came to know about the flight cancelation and following up with me.
                Writing to you to help me with the ticket booking in alternate flight.

                It was mentioned that i would be contacted by goair within 24 hours of that message, but i no one reached out to me yet.
                I called the customer care numbers [protected]/[protected] multiple times since i received the message, and waited for even more than 15 minutes but no one picked the call.

                I am helpless as there is no means i was able to reach to goair customer care. Didn’t expect such lack of customer empathy from goair.
                Hope you can taken care of this.

                  My flight has been cancelled and the customer support is not enen picking calls as i was informed via robot voice in a call that i need to call for rebooking.
                  Its been 2 days, i am still trying. I tried to reach them in twitter official account, but still no response. My flight is from hyd to lko. I need help asap.

                  Pnr n2eq6l on goair flight g8-558 from hyderabad (Hyd) to lucknow (Lko) on[protected] at 13:15 hrs is cancelled.

                    The flight from hyd to blr scheduled on 29th january 2020 got cancelled due to some technical issues. The refund for the same has not yet been done. Please look for it and do the needful.
                    When we enquired in the regional office, the officers there are least bothered about the flight cancellation and refunds. They were just trying to escape from us. This shows how irresponsible they are towards the customers. There were many of them like us finding no correct solution. On the other hand go air customer care and websites are not active too. This may lead to big problems if the management is not interactive and responsible.
                    So i kindly request the consumer forum to look at the problem and make the refunds as early as possible. Thank you.

                        Received an email from [protected]@goair.in that my flight (G8 424) for the 10th of february has been cancelled due to issues beyond their control but on checking online on the official website of goair, no such notifications are found. Instead the flight status is confirmed.
                        Called every available number on goair but no one seems to pick up the call. Such disastrous management and disappointment is unexpected from goair as i am a frequent flyer of goair

                          My flight to delhi on 15th feb has been cancelled by goair, i have tried reaching out to customer care number innumerable times with no response waiting for an executive to come online for 20-25 mins each call. This is pathetic and i require immediate action in rebooking my flight! This is causing great inconvenience to me!

                            This is in relation to pnr y55b4f and pnr r56sff (Name : anant kakrania). Both these flights were cancelled and it has been 15 days and there has been no information on refund. The customer care is unresponsive, no one is picking up the call. They ave a very bad service. I have tried calling every goair airport terminal office and no one is picking up the call.

                              My flight scheduled on feb 21 2020 has been cancelled and there was no response from the GoAir yet for refund and assistance! I have been calling to all of their customer care numbers but in vain none of the calls were picked! I have numerous emails to nodal officer and appellate authority for quick response!! But none of them were answered

                                My flight from bengaluru to ranchi on dec 30 was cancelled by goair and they have still not sent the refund o[censored]sd 627.43 for booking references g4hy9s and cyjhrq.

                                They don't reply to emails and their phones are not reachable. The feedback page on the webpage doesn't work either.

                                Why are 3rd class airlines allowed to operate in india? Please help get me my money.

                                  I booked a goair flight from ccu to del on 12th february 2020. The flight g8-115 has been cancelled. I have been trying to reach customer care to cancel my reservation and refund me the amount. But no one at customer care is picking up the call. Nor is anyone answering the emails. Please cancel my booking and refund me my full amount. My pnr is x5hevv.

                                  The flight from Mumbai to LUCKNOW flight 2610 on 31st January 2020 was delayed by more than 2 hours . The airline should compensate every passenger for such a long delay . The air line does not seem to be bothered at all with such delays

                                    I booked ticket by your esteemed airlines to travel from hyderabad to kochi on 20 january 2020.

                                    The said flight was cancelled by you.
                                    I approached the goair counter both at hyderabad airport and also kochi airport 0n 20th and 29th respectively and was promised that the amount in full is being refunded.
                                    Till date, i have not received the amount. I feel that the airlines is deliberately holding back my amount.in fact, i returned from kochi by goair flight and made it a point to contact the counter person who promised refund in three days.
                                    I urge you to do the needful with no further delay and intimate me immediately.

                                      I got a message that my flight of 28th january 2020 has got cancelled on 24th january 2020 and i have to visit www.goair.in or call go air helpline number to modify or cancel my booking at no extra fee. I have been trying to call right from the time i got the message, but they keep me waiting and waiting until i cut the call out of frustration. I wasted a lot of time to reschedule my ticket, but it seems the customer care numbers are just a joke and are virtually non-existent. After which i booked another ticket from different airline. I want my refund of money. But neither did i get any message nor did they pick up the phone. Didn't expect such a lame behaviour from an airlines like goair. I am a frequent traveller and i have seen other airlines handle cancellations much better. Amongst all customer care services i have dealt with in my life, i have never had such a terrible experience.
