I got an sms on feb 6th evening, regarding the cancelation of the flight g8-559 for february 14th, 2020.
This pnr meztyx is of the ticket i booked for my father, who is a senior citizen. He is horridly worried since he came to know about the flight cancelation and following up with me.
Writing to you to help me with the ticket booking in alternate flight.
It was mentioned that i would be contacted by goair within 24 hours of that message, but i no one reached out to me yet.
I called the customer care numbers [protected]/[protected] multiple times since i received the message, and waited for even more than 15 minutes but no one picked the call.
I am helpless as there is no means i was able to reach to goair customer care. Didn’t expect such lack of customer empathy from goair.
