As my flight was on[protected] from delhi to ranchi, departure time 5:45am. Flight no. G8 143 & my booking reference no. Is eetbve.
I de-boarded the flight as flight was late, so i completed all the formalities of de-boarding the flight then i went to ticket counter to initiate the refund of my ticket. As, this is over 7 days and i didn't get my refunded money.
GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

    I booked goair flight from Varanasi to Delhi and Delhi to Varanasi for the 3rd Feb, 2020.Details are follow. Varanasi to Delhi flight No. G8-403, PNR-OBKWFA and Delhi to Varanasi flight No. G8-182, PNR-ECD8FK. On 28 JAN, 2020 I received Information from goair, that my flight from Varanasi to Delhi has been canceled. After that, I called goair customer Care 20 times but none of the customer Care representatives are receiving the Call. Than I sent several email to the Nodal Officer of the goair to reschedule my flight. But his answer has not come till today. There is serious negligence towards the customer. If they do not solve my problem as soon as possible. I will take legal action against them in the appropriate forum.

      Goair flights on 11th feb kanpur bangalore and 13th feb Bangalore-kannur got cancelled. They sent me mail. For rescheduling I called many times but goair customer care not picking calls.

      These bookings were GROUP BOOKINGS for my marriage. Goair group booking team not replying to mail also. If they can't reschedule, I have to look in to other options and connecting flight is there from bangalore.

        Surname need to be changed i have booked a ticket by mistake surname was wrongly typed or cancel the ticket and refund the full amount will issue again with correct name.

        Booking sector - jaipur to cochin

        Date of travel - 2/5/2020

        Booking date - 4/2/2020

        Aviation ministry had issued a press release that we can cancel within 24hours of booking without any cancellation charges.

        Last two pax surname wrongly typed.

        GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        I received a mail from goair that my flight has been cancelled and I can either opt for full refund or reschedule an alternate flight a day before or after which will be not charged for. They provided us with 2 numbers to call on. But the goair customer care service is not picking up any calls. This is so disappointing.
        Goair had cancelled their flight from Indore to Delhi for 21st January. I have yet not received any refund and on emailing them they don't give you any response

          Hello. This is puneeth. I booked 17 tickets of flight g8-508 which was scheduled at 15th jan from cochin to hyd. I did three transactions for booking 17 tickets.

          I got fed up with bad response of customer care. I mailed to feedback team but in return i haven't get any proper response. And as a result we had to book flight tickets of higher cost at last moment which costed 1700 more than go air flight. No matter what the reason might be either technical failure or something else. But its their responsibility to arrange alternate travel. We suffered a lot including 3 kids. I just want my money back. I request concerned authorities to refund money asap.

            Goair cancelled their flight for 17th jan 2020 g8-404 with a one day notice. The notice stated that if we want to get a refund or change of flight, we should call on their contact number. Haven\'t been able to get in touch with them on their contact number from the last 15 days. Also no amount is credited in my account for the flight which they cancelled.

              My pnr of goair flight from delhi to chennai pnr - fyzf8q was cancelled on 24th of january. A call prior to my departure which was 5:15 was received by me from your company asking me whether would i want to full refund or reschedule my current flight to another flight. I asked for full refund where he took my pnr and am email id stating we shall refund your full money within 7 days. Now i just want to ask whether we customer are a scapegoat and lunatic to fill up this company pocket. I tried to contact there customer care number as much as like 10 times till date i, e 3/02/20 and no agent have ever picked up my call or have ever tried to call me. I paid through paytm and i have called their customer care many times they said that my refund is in process and they have initiated the request from their side but they have not given response till date. I seriously will take a legal issue if no steps are taken regarding my issue.
              Kindly please address my issue will be thankful

                Hello sir,
                I reached airport by 6.50pm and my flight departure was 7.15pm but the flight departed before its time. I had a talk to your person on phone when i was reaching airport there number is +[protected] and +[protected]. They said we can't wait since all the passengers have boarded the flight and we can't wait for one passenger.
                Then when i reach the airport i rushed inside but the flight has already departed i come to know. Then in when to your counter and your people around there didn't help me at all. They just said the flight has departed. I ask for help what i can do since the airport was also closed. They even not brother to help me and said me we are close for the day. I ask them do they have any accomodation facility and when is the next flight to mumbai. Get me the ticket for the same. But they rudely said now we are closed for the day and we can't help you.
                Then i met indigo people they helped me for the stay as well as for snacks and they got the new ticket as well for 26dec morning.
                I have already complaint to senior person in morning regarding whole matter on 26dec his name is sajjid who met me in morning he said me to mail you and get the feed back as well as he will speak to your staff.
                I have attached all the copies regarding this matter.
                Since time is short i cannt write more.
                Please go through my complaint and let me know how u can help me.

                  I have received a message from go air on flight g8-291 for 10feb'20 that it has been cancelled, where they've asked to call on the customer care number for further assistance. I have been calling so far, and nobody seems to pick the call. What sort of service is this troubling the passengers without providing any help to the leading consequences on the flight cancellation? I have to immediately book an alternative flight or else i need a full refund, as informed by the go air service asap!

                      There is no response from go air airlines for the cancelled flights and there is refund initiated for the same for the customers.

                      The helpline was not reachable and also not getting any response. No response for the mails dropped to feedback team .

                      I need my paid amount for the flights on go air and also additional amount which I have put for other flight as to not miss my planned schedule

During last minute or 3, 4 days before if you say the flight cancelled and issue refund . This is not correct. The amount to book for other flight in order not to miss planned schedule 3, 4 days before costed to me. The company should also refund this .

                        I'm very disturbed and not at all satisfied with the services of go air
                        I have booked my two way flight from new delhi lo hyderabad and from hyderabad to delhi which was on 29th january and 3rd february respectively..
                        And on 28th i have got a text that my flight on 3rd feb has been cancelled..
                        Since that day i have been trying to contact your so called customer care and there is no response
                        And i got to know after 3 days that you the so called classy go airlines will pick the call only only after 15 min (Toll free)
                        And i have tried calling your customer care on 1st feb again
                        Finally, god's grace
                        Your people picked my call and after some time don't know where it went wrong, and you have cut my call again!! Like how is it even fair on your part to do this?? And after that i have been trying to contact but no chance..
                        This is how you treat your customer??
                        I want to file a suit legally if this is way you respond to a customer...

                          The worst service ever provided by any airline. Shut your # air service down.
                          I booked an air ticket from delhi to hyderabad. The airline cancelled
                          It without any intimation on call. When the staff was asked about the same some saurabh
                          Gupta said that go complain where ever you want to. He said that the call center did not inform you is not my fault.
                          I have the telephonic recording of the same.
                          This is a highly unprofessional behaviour from goair.
                          The option provided to me was to either take the refund or board the flight to hyderabad from
                          Delhi via banglore via goa and spoil the entire day that to two days after the actual date of travel.
                          Or take refund and bear the expenses your self for the raised fare if
                          I booked the ticket right then. What the hell is this? Do you even know how to run your business?
                          This is how you satisfy your customers? The airport staff further said that this is not a new thing and keeps happening.
                          May be thats how you have gathered courage to do the same thing time and again..
                          Who is going to compensate for the hardship caused to me in the name of operational reasons?
                          What the hell is your operational reason in the name of which you keep troubling your customers. I took neither of the
                          Options and booked the air ticket in a different airline. Now i am going to file a complaint with the national consumer
                          Forum and spread the buzz everywhere of the worst service provided by the goair.
                          I personally will never take and ensure that at least my near and dear ones never board your # flights.
                          Disgusting.

                            I had booked a flight on 9th december 2019 from hyderabad to guwahati in go air airlines pnr: ae4zhe for 6th february 2020 at 6:05 am, which was a connecting flight from hyderabad to calcutta and calcutta to guwahati, they have mailed me on 31st january 2020 at 10:24 am saying the flight has been cancelled due to operational reasons, i had called their customer care number provided by them in the mail to check for the same, they said that they are cancelling my flight from hyderabad to calcutta and since it is a connecting flight they would cancel both my flights i had asked them to book me the calcutta to guwahati flight which their customer care employee has denied and then i asked for a full refund of my money which they said they will refund to the travel website from which i had to enquire once again and get my refund from the travel website, i asked the customer care employee if they have any alternative or can i talk to their superior for which she had bluntly cut down my call without informing what is my status

                              They cancelled my flight 3 days before the flight date that 1st feb, now i am trying them continously from 2 days but no response from customer care. Nobody is picking the call and even they are not calling us as mentioned in the cancellation message.
                              They have mentioned they will contact you in 24 hours but no one contacted me and no one is picking the call.
                              I booked another flight 12000 costlier than the current flight due to sudden cancellation by goair and not picking the call to reschedule it.
                              Pathetic service and i am going to file a case against it.
                              If someone else has faced this issue we can combine and file a case against them.
                              Please whats app me at [protected] in case you faced same issue.

                                My luggage which was checked in at indira gandhi international airport new delhi on 22/01/2020. Arrived in chempagowda international airport bangaloor after two and half hours but my check in baggage was misplaced by airlines as a result i lost my connection bus to kerala. It caused lot of mental agony and financial loss as i was one among a group of 16 students. I look forwarded to receiving a reasonable offer of compensation from you with in 14 days.

                                  I had booked a flight from kolkata to patna, which go air has cancelled. Now i want another flight on the same day because it was a round trip and i am going there for examination. Go air has sent me an email to call them if i want an alternate flight but i have tried calling go air more than 10 times, the call is going on ringing and ringing for 20 mnts and then even no one is picking the call.

                                    I received a call followed by an email that the flight g8515, with PNR X41BSL for 5th Fed 2020 is canceled. I was asked to reach to customer care. Noone is responding on both the numbers provided[protected]/[protected].
                                    I looked for the flight history and found the flight in question is canceled since 16th Jan 2020. However, go air took its own sweet time to inform the customer after ensuring that the other direct flight options have prices touching the roof.
                                    Its a gross negligence on the airlines end and they informed the customer at the last moment deliberately.

                                    Request airline to provide me a complete refund plus the extra charges incurred to book fresh tickets with other airlines.

                                      I have cancelled my flight tickets from hyderabad to kolkata on 4th january, 2019 with pnr u4hg2f which was with 100% refund as the flight was delayed by more than 2 hours.
                                      I cancelled the ticket though customer care only after the lady confirmed me the amount i will be getting back after cancellation. On top of it since i didn't get back any confirmation text/mail i called back customer care to confirm my cancellation and refund and again the lady assured me the cancellation was processed and it will take 30 mins to an hour for confirmation text/mail.

                                      Till today i have not yet received any response. I mailed to customer care email on 9th january, 2020 with acknowledgement no. G[protected] and after waiting for 10 days and mailed to the nodal officer with acknowledgement no. G[protected] on 19th january.

                                      I want the refund as assured by the customer care.

                                        The flight on 3rd february from hyderabad to bangalore has been informed cancelled. And none of the helpline numbers are working. It's such a frustrating service given by goair people. My husband has to go to office as soon as we return to bangalore. Now all the commitments have gone for toss. Such a negligible people you all are!!! Better you people correct all these issues else we gonna sue you.
