Goair cancelled their flight for 17th jan 2020 g8-404 with a one day notice. The notice stated that if we want to get a refund or change of flight, we should call on their contact number. Haven\'t been able to get in touch with them on their contact number from the last 15 days. Also no amount is credited in my account for the flight which they cancelled....

A call prior to my departure which was 5:15 was received by me from your company asking me whether would i want to full refund or reschedule my current flight to another flight. I booked my flight from hyderabad to kolkata on 6 feb from yatra.com on go air.

I received the following mail from go air

For your pnr tyi2yg on goair flight g8-122 from hyderabad (Hyd) to kolkata (Ccu) on[protected] at 20:45 hrs is cancelled. We apologize for the inconvenience caused. These changes are due to issues beyond our control.br...

There is no response from go air airlines for the cancelled flights and there is refund initiated for the same for the customers.

The helpline was not reachable and also not getting any response. No response for the mails dropped to feedback team .

I need my paid amount for the flights on go air and also additional amount which I have put for other flight as to not miss my planned schedule...

I had booked a flight from kolkata to patna, which go air has cancelled. Now i want another flight on the same day because it was a round trip and i am going there for examination. The flight on 3rd february from hyderabad to bangalore has been informed cancelled. And none of the helpline numbers are working. It's such a frustrating service given by goair people. Received a message from goair stating the flight is cancelled and please contact customer care for assistance but no one is responding on call and the website says the the pnr is still booked and flight on schedule.
No formal mail or webpage link for rescheduling provided.
