I booked flight ticket from hyderabad to delhi for date 06-March- 2020. I Want to re-book my flight ticket on same date or previous date of journey.
Please let me know how to re-book my flight ticket if I got the SMS & email that my ticket has cancelled.
No Call is responding by GoAir customer care as I tried many times..

My mom and dad booked flights to and from hyderabad and the return was with go air.

We received a message a week prior to actual travel date that the return flight is cancelled. We have enquirer with the go air office at the chennai airport and they confirmed that the payment will be sent to the account we paid from. My dad uses bajaj finserv emi account to pay the ticket. Now we haven’t received refund after 3 weeks...

I do not suggest anyone to book flight by goair airlines ever even in desperation. My flight from new delhi to hyderabad was canceled without any reason and the company is not picking up any calls, their customer support is worthless and moreover they haven refunded my money even after a lot of emails sent to them.

I booked a ticket on 5 dec 2019 from del to nagpur. Flight no g8-2519 dated on 16 jan 2020. But unfortunately i received a msg and computer generated call to regarding cancellation of of flight on 15 th jan. 2020.

On 11th February 2020 I got a mail from Go Air that the flight is cancelled . Goair sent a message this sunday evening that our flight to singapore is cancelled. We have been on calls with customer care since sunday inquiring the reason for cancellation and refund status. We require a proper cancellation document from the airline stating the reason for cancellation by them, passengers names, to and from locations, this is for pnr w9qwrw.

We've booked our flight tickets with pnr# v7t88z &y6s1pc well in advance (3months) to travel from kochi to hyderabad on jan 16th 2020. Flight has been cancelled and it was informed that full refund (~24000) will processed. Its been 22 days today still didn't received refund nor received a communication on refund process.
Goair is so pathetic service, cancellation was intimated a day prior and customer support...

I would want a compensation on my both of the flights booked in the name of saswatee khuntia which has been cancelled from ahmedabad to hyderabad (21st of feb'20; flight no. - g8-553) and hyderabad to ahmedabad (25th of feb'20; flight no.- g8-551) respectively.

Unfortunately for this reason i ended up spending rupees 5000 extra on re-booking my tickets again. Thereby, kindly give me a compensation amount...

I was travelling from bengaluru to delhi on 23dec. After all the process (Check-in, baggage drop, security etc) i was informed my flight was cancelled. I was assured by the goair representative present in the airport that my money would be refunded for the cancelled flight as well as for the return flight. But none of the money has been refunded till yet.

I had booked a flight ticket from ranchi to Bengaluru and the date of journey was 17th January, 2020.
2 days before the flight, i received a message stating that the flight has been cancelled directly by the airlines on that day and you'll be getting your refund.

After few days, the refund i received was 130 rs. I had booked the ticket for 4775/- and received a refund Only 130/-

Go air cancelled one of my connection flight. I want to inform them that I cant travel for part journey. I have called them several times, but not picking up calls and responding to emails. I don't know how I will get refund the amount I paid for the whole flight journey. Please consider this complaint and resolve it with due attention.
