I received the flight cancellation mail for my flight GoAir wide PNR H521FS the flight G8-2513 on 14Mar'20 from DEL to PNQ.
It got cancelled before some hours of departure, due to which I had to face lot of issues.

I have been calling the customer care number since Saturday for my refund but it was also not responding.

The go-air flight on 18th march from bombay to nagpur g8-142 has been canceled. I am trying to call them for rescheduling the flight but they are not attending my calls.
They haven't even given me any option such as refund or rescheduling. I am trying to call them for the further procedure but the customer care number is always busy.
This is an irresponsible behavior towards the customer, where you put them hanging in the mid-air....

I booked GoAir flight from Bangalore to Ranchi for 18 Mar, 2020 flight No. G8-374. On 17 Mar, 2020, 19:30 pm I received message and mail from goair, that my flight has been canceled.

After that, I called goair customer Care for 3 hours continuously but none of the customer care representatives are receiving the call.

Tried 10/15 times to contact with their customer care executives as well as mailed with their nodal agencies. Not a single response from any one of them. Neither phone calls, Twitter nor any mails let them to consider the issue. So sad.

Completely bad experience & will never ever choose Go Air in Future nor recommend any one to prefer for Go Air.

Non of their executives tried reaching to resolve the issue or...

Initially ticket was booked to and fro on 9/3/20 to chennai from pune and return on 15/3/20 from chennai to pune.
Traveled on 9/3/20 to chennai.
But on 15/3/20 had to post pone to 19/3/20 due to corona pandemic.
Now i have already reached pune due to some urgent work so wanted to cancel for 19/3/20 but the online portal is not permitting me to continue. I have already lost some rs 4, 800 for rescheduling now no refund...

I received below message of flight cancelation and stated they will contact in 24 hours or i can contact... I did not received any call from goair about any further action or refund... Even i tried several time to contact give number but not reachable always say busy line... Can you please share further info and there is ixb to mumbai travel... If there is cancel of half travel then no use... Pls suggest on cancellation n refund flight amount...

It's been days that i have been trying to connect with go air via phone and email to refund my air tickets and cancellation charges due to the coronavirus preventive measures taken by the government.
The iiml convocation which was scheduled on 21st april 2020 got canceled as a preventive measure to avoid mass gatherings amidst the epidemic of coronavirus.

I have booked my ticket from kolkata to jaipur pnr being iekj2r for 16th march 2020 to join my university classes a week ago. Unfortunately the classes were postponed due to government of jaipur cancelling classes till 31st march, our university too had to cancel and issued a seperate notification on the same due to outbreak of corona virus.
