Pnr: b2t1qy & efwysb have been abruptly cancelled by goair in last wk of dec19. Have been chasing since jan1 st for my refunds with no result. Have dropped several mails to escalation matrix without any help and result.
Each time acknowledge ment number gets generated but neither any response received on mail nor any executive s contact. On dialling number every time it's blank calls

    Received a message from goair stating the flight is cancelled and please contact customer care for assistance but no one is responding on call and the website says the the pnr is still booked and flight on schedule.
    No formal mail or webpage link for rescheduling provided.
    As per the government regulations i was to be provided an alternative flight (Same or external carriers)

      Please find my pnr details. Flight was on 15th jan 2020. It got cancelled on 14th jan. Please help me. I have been waiting since 14th to get some response. Your customer support is non functional. I am not getting response from go air in email or twitter.
      Please help me with the refund.

        Awaiting call back and update from Goair Customer care team.
        They denied receipt of money even after sending bank statement showing credit in GoAir account and provided bank statement and transaction reference to check at their end which is undone.

          I has booked ticket on go airlines flight no:g8 380 for travelling date of 1st march 2020 from goa to mumbai. Ticket cancelled due to technical reason, ticket kept on hold and then cancelled. I email on same day to process refund. Till now i haven't received my ticket refund money. I contacted go customer care service, but they are not taking calls or calling back. They said money refunded within 15 days. Still now i haven't received. I need to process refund immediately or at least update status by revert call.
          GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          We were travelling from kolkata to Jammu and Go air cancelled the flight saying that we will get full refund. travel date was 8th Jan 2020.
          We have not received any refunds yet.
          ALso i have sent emails to the customer care but no body is even replying.

          I have booked a ticket from Pune to Cochin for Wednesday 14 :14 flight. I got a message that flight has been cancelled and to contact customer care for alternate flight. But, no one is responding. This is pathetic from goair. I need an alternate flight as soon as possible.

            I think i am fed up with the services and the customer support services of goair.

            I booked my flight from cochin to delhi for 21 dec 2019 with pnr-a494sf. It was a direct flight from cochin to delhi (20:30). But later i received the message that this flight is cancelled. So i rescheduled my travel as per itinerary attached in trailing mail i. E. Via mumbai. But when i reached to the airport for check in they informed that all the go air flights are cancelled. So they asked me to get the ticket cancelled and get the complete refund.

            They noted my pnr and told that my ticket will be cancelled and the refund amount will be credited to my account in 7 days.

            Now it has been more than 45 days i have not received any communication related to this nor i have received any refund yet.

            And when i call customer care for on 19 jan they (Sumit your representative) told me that we have raised the request to back-end now and within 7 working days your money will be refunded and again when i call them on 27 jan (Post 7 days) again they (Kirti your representative) are saying we are initiating your request today and within 7 working days you will get the refund.

            Is it a joke going on that every time they just say your money will be refunded in 7 working days and when ask for to get me to their supervisors they just hung up the call without uttering a word.

            Neither they are ready to reply me on my mail or on the service request (G[protected] as below.

            May i know when will my refund be done as i am fed up now as no body respond back and i feel like my money is stuck

              Go air canceled a flight on 21 dec 2019 at 6am from goa to mumbai. They sent me a message at 2am notifying about the cancellation.

              I've been trying to email and call go air, but am not getting any response. I've attached tickets below, and a stamp i got from the front desk of go air approving the refund for the ticket. The details of the flight and the amount are also mentioned in the attached image

                Dear team,

                This is to bring to your notice that my goair flight booking with pnr no - g42qqv from hyderabad-kolkata on 1st feb which got cancelled just 1 week before without prior information. Now goair customer executive is unable to provide alternative to this flight on that day. As per terms and conditions mentioned in cancellation policy, goair is suppose to make arrangement in some other flight for me by finding out suitable alternative solution to other flight on that day (1 day plus or minus) which is not happening at all.

                Please help me in resolving the incident by booking my reservation in some alternative flight immediately.

                I am attaching the rules and regulations from central aviation industry where under section-3 cancellation, sub sec - 3.3.1 - its mentioned that airline must need to confirm passenger at least 2 weeks before of cancellation failing which the airline is suppose to find booking in some alternative flight without any delay. But in this case nothing is happening as of now.

                I need your attention for resolving the issue on priority as i have to travel to my native for some extreme emergency purpose.

                I am marking civil aviation ministers to bring to their notice as well.

                My PNR is UYDUSG, go air cancelled my flight but not calling me or responding to my emails, travel date is just three days away these guys are behaving irresponsibly and not responding.

                  Sir.. I book a ticket from yatra.com travel from srinagar to bombay as on 7/12/2019. But due to snow rain my flight cancelled by the airline.. As rule and policy airline refund all amount to customer if flight cancelled by the airline but in my case no any refund still given to me after 2 months.. I am tired to call go air customer but no any satisfied answer given by them... Please help... My ticket pnr number is zehepx... Kindly help me

                    I had a booking of two pax from banglore to indore on 26-jan-20. Pnr d3s19f, flight g8-403. The price of which was rs 6963 for two tickets.
                    I got a regret for the flight cancellation message from the flight on 23-jan-20.
                    On option for which airline denied any other flight availability and offered only the refund of my booking amount. But in this case i had to go for an alternate booking which costed me rs 10912. The extra cost i paid should be bearable by the airline, as it is there mistake.

                    Kindly register my complaint and provide justice to me

                      I booked a flight ticket for 30th jan "cok-idr".
                      And yesterday i got a mail that the flight has been cancelled. So, i need to know what is the reason for this cancellation. For that i try to contact the given number but dont get any response. I need an exact reason for the cancellation and i wish to avail the option for full refund immediately. Otherwise i will complaint to the proper authorities.

                        I applied for getting a traveling certificate from goair for a flight i took in may 2019, but did not get any confirmation regarding it even though payment was deducted from by bank account.

                          Hi go air team has cancelled my flight from hyderabad to kolkata which was scheduled on 25 night 20 45, calling the customer care people but they are not picking up please help. If they can reschedule my flight for one day before or after also it is fine.

                          I am calling them all the hotline no it is either busy or the people are not getting connected

                            I got message from GoAir that flight from Lucknow to Pune has been cancelled and informed that customer executive will contact you within 24 hrs. I tried to call them many times on provided customer care numbers [protected]/[protected] but they are not picking up the phone. they don't care about customers. Pathetic service!

                              I received message saying my goair flight from hyderabad to kochi on 31st january got cancelled and if i wish to avail for a flight on same or next day at no extra charge, they requested to call them on [protected].

                              I called this number so many times, they haven't responded for any calls. I waited for long time on the call for them to respond. Very pathetic, they don't have any concern for the customers.

                                Goair has cancelled the flight on 17th Jan from cochi to hyderabad, without mentioning a propor reason.They could not even arrange alternate flight and we have to took a bus to return hyd. Which is a bad experience from GoAir...and our entire vacation mood was spoiled because of this.
                                I strongly suggest not to take the unpredictable GoAir flights.

                                My flight from Nagpur to Delhi has been cancelled by GoAir. I am trying to contact Customer Care of Go Air from 2 days but no one is picking up or calling back. I am not able to reschedule my flight, not able to cancel the onward flight an not able to get refund of my cancelled flight.

                                This is cheating with customers and will not be tolerated.

                                    I have booked 2 tickets from hyderabad to patna for sunday 3.35pm flight. I got a message that flight has been cancelled and to contact customer care for alternate flight. But, no one is responding. This is pathetic from goair. I need an alternate flight as soon as possible.

                                    How can a airline company be so irresponsible and customer care does not even care to talk. The call is going on forever and ever.

                                      My ticket from delhi-srinagar got cancelled due to weather conditions. I got an sms from go air that my flight is cancelled and go air will contact me within 24 hours for further assistance. Di spite that i called them within 24 hours where they said that we will not be able to reschedule your ticket without give any justification.. Moreover there call center staff hung up after keeping me waiting for more than 45 mins on two ocassions. They are telling me that only refund can be initiated and i have to book a new flight which is costing me at least[protected] more.

                                        We had booked 7 tickets for go air flight g8-293 from pune to bengluru 0n 25th dec 1.25am.
                                        When we called to check the flight status to official airlines number, audio record was saying that flight is cancelled. Also on website status was rescheduled. We tried to get connected with customer executive on call but every time we got message that all executives are busy. So throughout the day we just heard the announcement that flight is cancelled. So we booked the urgent tickets for indigo flight at similar time. When we went to airport to catch this indigo flight, we came to know that, this particular go air flight g8-293 was not cancelled and it was scheduled on time. We talked about this issue with the go air officer at the airport and also she heard the call and was agree for this mistake by airline. She asked us to write a mail and report this issue to airlines and refund will be provided, but we did not get response on mail. We request refund for these tickets, also we request you to bear at least the extra amount we had to pay for new replacement tickets. This issue has caused enormous financial and mental stress to us. This is our polite request that the go air should repay the cost. I am attaching both the go air and indigo flight tickets
