Very poor staff service. Not been communicated about flight cancellation they are saying they messaged and when called the phone was out of service if so they should have called on alternate no. if you can't call on alternate no then why to take the no as information. Not even communicated about cancellation through mail. Above all the staff was not even sure about the cancellation and I was kept waiting. First of all the staff was not present on the counter for service or check-in and the x-ray scanner was out of service. When asked for refund they said the ticket is not refundable.Is this is the facility you provide your customer? Please help your self.

      I am prakash kumar chandra. I have booked a ticket patna to delhi which pnr is - o4wf4s.
      But by my mistake in ticket sector in wrong fill and ticket booked for delhi to patna..
      I discuss with customer care and they chnge sector in ticket with same pnr with penalty 2714 rupees...
      I request to go air please correct my ticket without penalty i am not able to give penalty and sorry for my mistake. If the ticket is not recovered without penalty, i will not be able to travel this way, so return my money.

      I am prakash kumar chandra.i have booked A ticket patna to delhi which PNR is - O4WF4S.
      but By my mistake in ticket Sector in wrong fill and ticket booked for Delhi to patna..

        I had a flights from delhi-mumbai (29 sept 21.15 hrs) & mumbai-delhi (30 sept 03.50 hrs) to attend my important meeting with my clients at hotel novotel, new delhi on 30 sept, 2019 at 12.30am but due to the delay of more than 2hrs for the flight g8-643 dated 30 sept, 2019 forced me to cancel my important meeting as well as flight ai-349 (03.50 hrs) from delhi-mumbai. Such unprofessional attitude by your airlines was not expected.
        My wasted time cannot be refunded but make sure my ticket amount gets refunded asap.

          I had booked tickets for myself and 5 immediate family members on pnrs q993uw & a268fy travelling from bangalore to phuket on 30th september but unfortunately met with a bike accident on 4th september leaving me unable to stand/walk with both major ligaments (Acl & mcl) as well as a fracture in my left knee.

          Inspite of providing medical documents by 8th september, goair said they can refund my ticket but refund my parents, in-laws, wife and kid - they really thought my family will abandon me and go for thailand vacation with me having surgery - such an inconsiderate and inhumane company.

          The worst thing is a local thailand airlines (Bangkok airways) refunded the tickets for all 6 passengers for krabi - bangkok flight for 6th october, 2019 and even our very own indigo airlines completely refunded tickets for all 6 passengers for bangkok - bengaluru flight on 9th october, 2019 inspite of being informed about my accident several days after goair was informed.

          I called customer care over 10-11 times each call averaging about 1 hour with 40-45 minutes being kept on hold while their incompetent team and supervisor rutika kept giving false promises over and over again. Finally, a person nigel responded in this negative, inhumane and inconsiderate manner. I have also escalated this to their nodal officer (Nehha bora) @ [protected]@goair.in and the appellate officer (Vida d'souza) @ [protected]@goair.in and i am hoping this will be resolved with a more ethical approach - goair needs to remember that in such situations a practical/humane approach needs to be adopted as opposed to a "this is a business" attitude and i believe a good company is defined by the way it serves it's customers and it counts the most in these trying times - we may not be booking as corporate customers (Although i've flown to mumbai and delhi several times via goair on behalf of my organization) but i strongly think such decisions either make/break a customer relationship once and forever.

          I am raising this complaint as i have not received any revert from the nodal/appellate officer and i am going to undergo multiple surgeries starting tomorrow for a week to repair multiple ligament injuries/fractures in my left knee.

          I just want goair to refund the full inr 49, 200 paid towards 6 passenger tickets from bangalore to phuket on 30th september via pnrs q993uw & a268fy.

            Please refer the mails written to goair appellate authorities for which i am yet to get any acknowledgement forget resolution.

            I am still waiting the refund of rs. 920 from goair as i have again paid for the same service again.

            How can any company be so apathetic towards its customers!!

            Am writing this mail with utter disgust for the type of customer care
            Service provided by you to me and rather than resolving the issues the
            Agent kept on repeating the same thing without even understanding the
            Problem, if you have the recording as you say you do, please go through it.
            It will be an eye opener.

            My dad who is 75 yrs old in travelling with you on 28.09.2019 from kolkata
            To pune and i was trying to get a seat booked for him with a meal. Due to
            His old age had selected 3f with a premium so that he gets a better leg
            Space and his travel is comfortable... Once the selection was done i
            Proceeded for the payment through paytm wallet and the same got debited
            From there but your website denied confirmation.
            To resolve this issue i called your customer service and spoke to ms.
            Pranali who never could give any resolution but also categorically denied
            My request to speak to any senior and the only thing she kept on repeating
            Inspite of me asking for the reason for denial of payment at your end was
            That i need to pay again!! Or take it up with paytm or write a mail...
            When i insisted on the reason for denial she conveniently disconnected the
            Call!!
            Please go through the confirmation mail from paytm and let me know where am
            I wrong and what happened to the seat i selected for my dad.

            Also please train your customer service agents to show a little empathy
            Rather than giving a canned reply without even understanding the problem or
            Taking any efforts to resolve the same.

            Hope i can expect better professionalism from you and hope you won't let
            The travel of a 75 yrs old get jeopardised for no fault of his.

                  We (Aditya bhardwaj & priya malhotra) had boarded flight { details are as below}:

                  Flight - g8-75
                  New delhi to abu dhabi
                  Pnr - t45lki

                  We had excess of baggage weighing 27kg for which we agreed to pay the charges of inr 14, 175/-. The go air check in staff at the airport counter made the transaction with the help of swipe machine using the credit card given by us and the payment got successful, the same was showed on the screen of machine, but since the machine had default, the receipt for the transaction could not be generated. (The snapshot of the mail received from the bank for the transaction has been enclosed for your kind reference). Staff changed the paper roll but unfortunately same issue occurred several times at the same time we were running late to catch the flight, as well for immigration. The duty manager started telling that you cannot go, till the time the receipt is generated and we cannot help you in catching the flight matter, he then after arguments and seeing that actual fault is from his end later asked us to pay the amount in cash and stated that he shall update and generate the request for the refund since the amount from us have been charged twice and the default in swipe machine was their fault. He also categorically stated that the company cannot charge the amount twice from the customer for the same issue. (Cash receipt) is also generated.

                  We have not been provided with any kind of reference number which would have been generated in regards to the refund request. Since we were already late to catch the flight because of the airport go air staff, we could not speak to any senior authority, and we did not had any other option apart from paying the amount twice as asked by official of go air.

                  Our flight was on 04th sep, 2019 (06:45pm) ist, we dropped the email to the helpline of go air, on 05th sep 2019 itself and since then the follows up are being done from our end, but not even single mail has been send from their side. No one is bothered to even reply once and look into the issue.

                    On the 18. Aug, 2019 i have approached to the ticket window at leh air port for give me new dates but they they are offering me the ticket of 22nd aug, 2019 they are not listen any of my argument. I dont have money to stay for further 4 days and also i have problem with my leave

                      May name is kunal gupta. I travelled in go air flight number g8196 from jammu to new delhi. My seat number was 30 b. I forgot my wallet in the flight after i landed in new delhi. My wallet was brown coloured of baggit company, it had 5200 inr cash and my personal id's like driving liscence and rc of my vehicles. I need my wallet as it contains my driving liscence and money. It also had some of my medicines which were important for me. I also called the people at the airlines but i got no response from them as they said that we cannot help you with this, you have to complaint to the people at the airport.

                        On july 10 the 2019 go air g8 702 kochi - jaipur.
                        1:20pm was the last check in time, i (With 5 members) approached with check in staff at 1:10pm. Infact i reached there and reported at the correct time, they told the time is over & postpond the journey for tomorrow by adding 3250 rs extra per person. I agreed with thier explanations and came tomorrow 2 hours earlier than the exact check in time. When they start to do check in progress they understood that their is technical issues but they didn't told. That means yesterday's problem was also do to this same issue but they hide it and they didn't checked it again infact we reached at correct time. Our problem was solved by another staff. This shows the irresponsibility, dishonest and disloyalty of the staffs. We had given a complaint to airport manager. But from their side there s no response till now.
                        If i didn't get any response or actions from their side i will move on this complaint to social media

                          I have a flight from hyderabad to delhi on september 6 morning 10:30 which has been rescheduled to same day afternoon 2:20 and they sent me an email on the same day that is 6th september morning 6:30. But i have a slot with nbe (National board of examination) in delhi from 2pm-5pm on 6th september to receive my documents. I contacted the airline helplines but they were not helpful and the worst is they cut my call and didn’t respond. I need justification. I demanded them either they provide another ticket for any other airline as reaching delhi is very important to me. But they cut my call!

                            This is in reference to our visit to Srinagar on 14/9/2019 . I would like to mention that I have flight bookings through Go Air airlines from Chandigarh to Srinagar

                            As you know that Govt. Of India is not allowing any tourist to visit in Srinagar after the removal of Article 370 since 5th August 2019 and conditions are not favourable there for visiting. So we would like to request the airlines to cancel the booking and to refund the amount .
                            For your reference ticket details are attached.

                            Also would like to update Go Air mangament that we have been trying to contact customer care but they are not responding. Pls look into the matter.

                              I was traveling from goa to new delhi on 1st sept 2019 flight g8-2606/341 pnr c6ntqm and i reached to mumbai international airport at 6:30 pm and next flight which i have to take is at 7:45 and when i landed till taking the luggage from mumbai international airport was 7:00 pm only 45 min left and at that time also i was not aware that terminal 1 is not the in the same airport. When i go for my security check the cisf guy told me sir you have to take some local conveyance because terminal 1 is not here i was totally shock and when i requested from your staff please help me to reach to the terminal 1 they simple ignored that they cant help in this i have to go customer desk and i was totally feel helpless and i run outside to the airport i request from the public that please allow me to take the cab otherwise i have to stand in que and at the same time there was a ganesh chaturthi road were totally blocked with the local and heavy rains were happening but i try to reach to the destination and in this whole journey i loss my wallet in which there was approx 5000 cash and my cards it was raining at the airport but somehow i managed to reached to the airport and i done my boarding when there was exact 7:45. I need to know who will bear this mental harassment, loss of money. Is i am responsible for booking the goair flight. Kindly help me to resolve this issue otherwise i will put this case on social media too.

                              Flight G8 338 delay Mumbai - Kannur, it's pretty simple that the delay needs to be updated to the people who r travelling. Is it that difficult. 1:30pm delayed to 3pm and still no update. How pathetic is the service.

                                I was supposed to travel from leh to pune via delhi on 17-aug. Flight was cancelled by airlines due to bad weather.

                                Subsequently, i was advised by staff to reach call center or ticket counter at airport in order to reschedule your tickets. And i preferred calling call center being an easy option. I was advised by call center representative in such cases, airlines has a policy to provide rescheduling free of charge for t+24 hours schedules.
                                Further, i was told that as there are no seats available next day i. E. T+24 hours i should go for t+48 hours but i have to bear fare difference. I have followed the advise and done rescheduling with additional cost of circa inr 5000.

                                To my surprise, at goair ticket counter such rescheduling i. E. T+48 hours without any additional charge and fare difference. Moreover, staff at ticket counter was happy to help me on similar lines but as my request was in process by call center, they have refused to take any action from their end.

                                Why i haven't been advised by call center to reach out to ticket counter before checking options with call center? Why goair ground staff didn't address me to reach out to only ticket counter? Why policy differs at call center and ticket counter?

                                Subsequently, i had reached out to call center again with my compliant and spend more than an hour with hopes but it wasn't addressed. Moreover, in spite of my request to speak with senior manager or supervisor i wasn't allowed to speak with them, neither they called me later.

                                I am looking forward to reimbursement of money i have been charged which is around inr 5000.

                                  My wife khadeez khatoon was scheduled to take flyght no. G8-426 from hyderabad to delhi. She had two small bags & one hand bag. Go air staff @ luggage booking asked to pay extra amount rs. 4000. He said if you could manage, get it book by someones name. Uckily my frined mr. Prabhat was to travel by same flight to delhi. I asked him to take one bag with him. When he went for booking, your staff alleged him of theft & robbery & misbehaved him. He snatched the bag from him & asked my wife 'ab aapko rs 4000 dena hi padenge'.
                                  There were 5 kg biscuit, 2 kg dates, & 2 kg sweet. It costed only rs. 2000. When he asked to pay rs 4000, then i asked khadeeza to dump all the items & take empty bags because the luggage charges were just double of the luggage. When she tried to dump the items, your staff snatched the bag forcefully from her & did not let her dump the bag items. He forced her to pay extra rs 4000 just double of the luggage cost.
                                  My complain is that why did you accuse my friend of theft & robbery? Who are you to say that when the entire zone is under cctv surveillance? Why did you keep the bag with yourself? Why did you force to book the luggage when she wanted to dump it? Why did you create panic? Why did you harass my wife? Your staff was asking the name of my wife from my friend, is it ethical to ask the name of friend's wife? Who you are to keep the luggage book forcefully without the consent of the passenger?

                                  This extra judicial & extra constitutional mechanism. You have violated professional code of conduct. You have compromised business ethics. This is a serious issue & would be brought to the notice of concerned ministry & authorities. You are not supposed to do like that.

                                  You are requested to appoint a high level committee to investigate this issue which smells communal franzy & partial. Go air staff seems to be prejudiced. We frequently travel with indego, we found it the best airline.

                                  The matter is related to the dignity of a women. Your staff harassed my wife to the extent that she started crying. It is on cctv footage record. You check it. You re requested to suspend that employee untill the investigation is over. You are also requested to refund forcefully charged rs 4000. It s a case of forgery, cheating & fraud. It is a very common thing, when the fare charges are just double of the luggage itself, why one will book it to pay double amount?
                                  I have just travelled twice go air & the experience is horrible.
                                  You are requested to let me know your stand & your response on this serious issue in which you will make a woman cry.

                                  I travelled Patna to Hyderabad on 21. 08. 2019 by flight G8-516, PNR - ZB2C7Q the trolley bag was broken to such an extent that it is not functional any more. I have registered a complaint on arrival. Its being then 10 days no one has responded to email or call no one is taking care of this issue.

                                    My flight with go air was on 18th of august 2019 from lucknow to delhi at 9:55 am, then after spice jet flight at 2:30 pm from delhi to dharamshala, but due to technical fault/delay in another flight, our flight (G8 2609) was used for morning passengers and next flight was aligned for us which was too delay, time was 1:35 pm, but still duty manager was not sure of flight at 13:35 pm.
                                    Due to this all my connecting flight was also missed, despite of 3:30 hours time in between go air was not able to manage another flight. Secondly if another flight was delayed due to some technical issue then what was reason to provide them our flight.

                                    In go air system flight g8-2609 was on time and reached delhi on time too but passenger's was different. I am having photographs also.

                                    Request you to provide me the refund of complete ticket as due to this fault and irresponsible decision of duty manager (Vinod kumar srivastava) many passengers missed their connecting flight.

                                      I would like to inform you that i am travel with goair flight from abu dhabi to kannur on 11th july 2019 (My booking reference number - u9hm6t) flight number - g8 54,

                                      When i reached kannur international airport i did not get my luggage, and i check with goair staff, they said this flight was over load so some luggage still in abu dhabi airport tomorrow you will get, and i check with your staff they will delivery our place? They answer me they will not delivery i have to come airport and collect but go air will provide compensation 2000 rupees voucher
                                      And next day i went to airport i collected my luggage and i gives my email id for sending voucher but not till now i did not received any mail from go air team

                                      I think they are try to cheat us.

                                        This is to firmly point out that, the trouble i went through on my date of travel [12th july 2019]. I called up the airlines for telecheck-in prior to my flight. The customer service agent informed me that my ticket is invalid because the payment has not been processed. I was further informed that i will not be allowed a boarding pass at the counter and that i do not hold a valid ticket. The flight and personal details are as below:

                                        Sector: delhi to hyderabad.

                                        My bank has clarified to me via email (08th august 2019) which has been attached for your convenience which clearly states that the payment was processed to go air and was received by the merchant. When the bank confirmation mail was forwarded to your team, you sent me a mail saying that there was a no show on my part. This is a case of misrepresentation and fraud by go air and amounts to deficiency of services.

                                        I have proof to show that i was denied the right to board my flight and all the miscommunication and error was done at your end.

                                        I hereby call upon you to, within 7 days of the date of this email, (I) refund the ticket amount with 18% interest per annum; (Ii) compensate me for the serious inconvenience, mental agony and harassment caused for the last several days; (Iii) pay damages for not allowing me to board the flight; (Iv) send a recording of my conversation with the airline staff on 12 july 2019.

                                        I will be constrained to take legal action if the above is not complied with.
