Dear concern,

It's been almost a month where i have cancelled the ticket due to medical emergency. I have written mail 4-5 times where the feedback team has not yet reverted back. I have called them many times none of the team has taken this issue seriously.
I have provided the medical certificate as well.

There team has told me to cancel the ticket and refund and the total amount will be refunded due to such medical issue.

Everytime i called them, they ask wait for 7 days, again i called them they told wait for 2 days, again i called them they told wait for 7 days revert will come.. I am really disheartened as the money is very precious to us. Earnings are not soo much that we can loose such amount.

Following are the complain no's where they have given me for every mail but not responded to any single mail.

Requesting you to kindly support as i am sick of writing mails and calling them. I have no one left to help me except my consumer forum.

    Respected concerned person,
    This is to inform you that. Today 11th November 2019 I had a flight at 5:45 AM from Kolkata to Ahmedabad . I have reached the Airport on time, Prior two hours. I have checked in my luggage and was standing in the security check. For my boarding. There were your attendance who was announcing for Jaipur fights. There was no announcement for Ahmedabad flight. I was waiting for a long while in the security check in. No one from the airline came and helped me to get out if the que. There were other passenger who was not letting me reached near my gate and people were boarding in for Jaipur and letting me to overtake them for checking in early. Even the fronds staff members were not aware of my flight being connected to Ahmedabad. All they knew were it was a jaipur flight. I asked the attendance about my flight and she misbehaved alone with another male attendance. Her name is Pampa mahanta. Your attendance was nonsense. Not cooperative at all. There was no where Ahmedabad flight mentioned. And in the flash board there was only Jaipur mentioned. I was completely harrassed. Without any help from your side. This is extremely unprofessional. I wasn't my full refund of my amount paid. If not don't compel me to give to consumer court. Attach file shows there was no mention of connection flight via jaipur. I believe after boarding. You have minimum duty to inform passenger, if he/ she is absent during boarding .

      I took a goair flight from jaipur to kochi via hyderabad on 10.11.2019. As my check in baggage was slightly underweight while the carry-on baggage was overweight i needed to adjust it. As i was unable to close my suitacase after adjusting a person on duty at the security check area offered his help and then asked me for money. As i mainly use cards i didn't have much cash only about rs 100, i gave it to him but he was not satisfied and this is the condition i found the suitcase in when i returned home.

        I checked in my bag at the bombay airport but i did not get it at the ahmedabad airport which was my destination of travel. My baggage is lost and it is the company's responsibility. But no one from the company is answering properly and the phones don't work. We also filled a form about the lost baggage and we were told we will be contacted as soon as they get information. There has been no contact and we are saturated beyond point after mailing and calling the customer service since three days and still not getting any satisfactory reply. We need action as soon as possible. I need my bag back. I don't care how. By hook or crook. I'm done being patient and polite now. This is # and the customer service is the worst till date.

          On 07 nov 19, flew from hyderabad to ahmedabad on goair flt g8 554, pnr pd976h, after landing found one of the suitcases was missing. Tried to speak to hyderabad and ahmedabad office of go air, but there has been no news about the baggage. I had bought some expensive items from hyderabad, and the airline needs to compensate for that. Kindly advice me what to do in this matter.

            I have requested go air for a travel certificate on 1st of november.
            I haven't received the travel certificate yet. I have been calling the go air call center almost everyday. And i get a response that it will be resolved by eod.

            Its been frustrating to see that the travel certificate is not provided yet, from all the assurances given.

              The flight timing was at 23:05 4 nov 2019 as per booked ticket from bom to luck. But it flew at 19:35 on same day and i reached airport at 8:00, even we didn't get any notifications about flight time changes from goair. The pnr is wdu1wk. They shifted me on another flight on another day 10:30. They charged me 3250 inr which is wrong. It's done with many people. Litterally one lady was crying l, i want my money back and make sure it should not happen again. Photo of both tickets have been attached thank you.

                I had booked a ticket for my husband to travel on 27th october 2019 from delhi to ranchi and ranchi to delhi (Ticket attached) from yatra app.

                After boarding new delhi to ranchi. We are unable to cancel our ticket from ranchi to delhi through yatra app. They have provided us go air customer care no. Where i had talked with ms. Deepali, i told her to cancel the ticket from ranchi to delhi which is from ranchi at 08:25 and arrived delhi at 10:20.

                She had asked me and confirmed me the ticket was cancelled. And she told me you ll get a cancellation mail.. But still i didn't get any cancellation mail and my refund too.
                Regarding this matter i had talked with many customers executives like ms bhawana and nandi.. But my query of still pending no one. I have call recordings of all these conversations regarding cancellation and my query too. Its almost 1week no reply by the side of airlines.

                Kindly do the needful

                I had sent them many email.. but still they have not responded. I have their customer care executive Ms. Deepali, Mr. Nandi, Ms. Bhawana 's call recordings where they have confirmed me to "maam you will get mail regarding cancellation &refund" after their call I am still waiting for my refund and mail too

                  I and co passenger where clubbing (I do this very frequently, never have faced any issue even when i travel with various airline) with this i think there should not be problem for go air still they didn't allow me to club and legendly charged me 1200rs, i am student and come for very middle class already i paid so much for flight and have to pay for lagguage too. I m very frequent flyer in my record i have only travelled through go air. You can checky record too. Even i have meeting with london council and delay of flight i can't even afford. Even person should be obliging instead of being rude for their service really hate this service. I would like you to pay back my money. That is rs 1200 + delay charges

                    `no information was provided for change in flight timings (G8 42) scheduled from phuket, thailand (Hkt) to bengaluru, india (Blr) on nov 30, 2019, having pnr no: u5593s

                    On reaching phuket international airport almost 3 hours before said flight departure on nov 30, 2019, i was told that said flight departed and on further enquiring from airport information and was told that timing of said flight was preponed, which resulted in missing the flight and no fault of mine.

                    I was shocked and helpless with family and nobody from airport helped. Finally took the matter with concerned airport ltu, which initially too were not helping but taking firmly with them, they took up with goair authorities at bangkok & india and was told that i was informed through text, which i never received and finally was made to pay around 7800 tbh for re-ticketing of flight for another day on nov 31, 2019.

                    It was totally harassed and suffered a lot with family..

                        Referring to my pnr # i5khpc & c8118g, mumbai to goa and return, i requested customer service to change surname on the ticket which was wrongly typed, however, customer service refused to amend my ticket and requested instead to cancel the ticket and rebook another ticket. I accepted, however, i was shocked to know when the cs informed that the cancellation charges will be 100% of the amount which is rs.6500 (For two way cancellation). How, can anyone penalize full 100% penalty to cancel and rebook the ticket? I still have 45 days to travel and my case is genuine typo error case hence, i request goair to please consider either to change name or to refund me full amount of my cancellation so i can rebook the ticket.

                          Pnr # i5khpc mumbai to goa & c8118g =goa to mumbai, travel dates in mid of december 2019, 2nd passenger name to be corrected to ms. Katherine s. Fernandes i/o of ms.                             There are two flights from ahmedabad to goa in goair. One at 6.15 pm and another at 9.10 pm.

                            Our flight was booked at 6:15 pm, we've been issued boarding pass and then just an hour ago they rescheduled our tickets to 9.10 pm flight.

                            All our plan scheduled has been disturbed and we need to pay more money due to this.

                            No proper and prior information from goair authority to passenger.

                              I booked a ticket on 9-sep-19 through goair website for a trip from chennai to portblair and a mail confirmation received with booking reference g7yzjz.

                              However, i happen to see the mail only recently and found that it was mentioned that the booking was cancelled as the payment was not made. After a week of haggling with them i decided to cancel the whole tour and cancelled the other travel bookings as well.

                              I have also raised parallel escalations with my banker icici bank to trace the money transferred and make refunds. Surprisingly today (16-sep-19), goair is sending me a new ticket (Ref: sdccmk) when i have already cancelled my entire tour plan based on their earlier confirmation that the booking was cancelled. Wondering how come they can suddenly issue a new ticket today for the same price in which i booked it on 9-sep-19. I suspect a big goo[censored]p at their end which they have found now and quietly released a ticket now. As this ticket is of no use now, i would want goair to refund the complete amount without any further delays

                                I booked a flight ticket through goair, but flight has been cancelled from airlines side, till now i didn't get refund from air lines.
                                they are not answering me properly, it has been almost one month.

                                1. We got informed flight from Muscut to Hydyrabad was cancelled from Go air.
                                2. I contacted customer care immediately and got assured for full refund of the ticket
                                3. They also asked us to wait until 7 days from that day.
                                4. But so far we did not get the refund
                                5. Again started contacting customer care. Now we are getting answers in many ways each time. Somebody tells we are going to get refund in 7 days from now somebody advise to contact [protected]@goair.in and somebody even tell that your refund issue resolved right now and sending the same mail within few minutes

                                  Sir, my sister baijayanti rout was scheduled to travel from kolkata to bhubaneswar at 09.55 with pnr no. H3ug9f as connecting flight from ahmedabad to bhubaneswar. She was discharged 2 days before from medical due to some helath problem. She was feeling very weak. The problem was that she didn't have a printout of web check-in ticket. And she had just landed in kolkata at 09.10. She requested many times to the official for letting him to check in. Whereas other airlines like indigo usually accept soft copy of web check in. The name of official was priyanka reddy. I request to take legal action against her and full refund to him.

                                    I am writing to you with respect to a failure in refund of my money on two pnr numbers (Hdp3sh and c8tmft).

                                    Both flights were from abu dhabi to new delhi.

                                    I was the passenger on pnr hdp3sh (Mr. Kanishka mohan singh) and my wife and daughter were the passengers on the pnr c8tmft (Mrs saumya sharma and ms inara rathore (Infant).

                                    I cancelled both tickets on the 29th september and was assured that i would get a refund of aed 737.35 (On pnr hdp3sh) and aed 734.80 (On pnr c8tmft) on my mastercard credit card ending 4178 (The same one that i used to book my tickets).

                                    It has been more than two weeks since i cancelled my tickets and i have not received any refund. I have spoken to various customer care representatives at goair who have no idea about the refund and are extremely ill-informed about the refund process.in fact, they put the onus on me to chase goair for my refund rather than providing any assistance. I spoke to bhavna on 13 october 2019 – goair customer care representative who had no clue about the refund and refused to provide any assistance. She also refused to provide her last name.

                                    I have checked with my bank (Abu dhabi commercial bank – adcb) in abu dhabi who have confirmed that no refund has been received from goair.

                                    Is this how you treat your customers?

                                    I will be taking legal action in the uae courts if i do not hear from your team.

                                      I kanika bhardwaj i am a frequent flyer of your airlines but i am very much disappointed by one of your employee naveen kumar today i. E. 10.10.2019 at chandigarh airport my flight was at 11:30 am. I was standing on counter for luggage checking while he was on another counter came to me and start harassing me for my hand luggage while the person who was checking my luggage was already ok with my luggage and even gave me my boarding pass when he came and start creating issues with my luggage and when i move towards security check in he again followed me. He is hounding me and came all the way to ensure that i am harassed i am a frequent flyer and never expected these kind of employees in your airlines whose only work is to harass passengers. I would also like to inform you that earlier he was in vistara when he harassed me and my family when we were 10 passengers and he counted us nine and take extra money from us and use such bad language that i can’t even write on this mail, you can check our records with vistara airlines for 9th december 2018
                                      I am requesting you to take strict action against him so that we will not be harassed in future.

                                        The issue is regarding my travel on 21st September, 2019 from Mumbai to Ahmedabad. I sent grievance mail On September 25th, 2019 and haven't received any response or help so far.

                                        Detailed Issue:
                                        While doing web checkin, I had to make payment for seat selection, for which the transaction failed twice. I was using Paytm Wallet transaction mode.
