I have cancelled flight ticket booked on 8th dec 2019 but due to my son's health who is infant cancelled the ticket.

I have submitted all the medical documents as requested to go air feedback team but as of now didn't received any response.
As Daily i used to make a call to go air customer care but they were not updating anything.

      The bag was not received from the belt it was damaged and bring by individual person. The bag was locked initially though it has been received as open with some items missing. The bag was also broken fully. Total loss of bag and including missing items in bag is 2500 rs.

      There is no responsible authority was there to reply. And after 90 mins of struggle one representative gave only 300 rs to us and behave rudely and tell us to complain anywhere you want.

      Please compensate my loss of 2500 rs to avoid any legal action.

      My pnr for the flight is zf5d2e and seat no is 16a.

      The flight no is g8 552.

      Mr hayden omllea not ready to give his contact number and behave rudely.
      Mr suraj maheta is responding and desire to sign on blank paper.

      The finally prepared damaged baggae report not readable.

      Kindly compensate my loss with 2 to 3 days.

        On 13 dec 19, flew from kolkata to pune on goair g8-393, after landing found my baggage which contained items like clothes, shoes, accessories, gold earring, cosmetics was missing. Goair kolkata team claiming that they have connected the baggage via indigo 6e - 746, goair pune team claiming the baggage has not reached pune. As per their comments they are investigating the matter and checked the cctv and the baggage is not found. Goair kolkata team not responding to calls, emails, messages. Its hard to believe that the cctv cameras and tracer are unable to locate a bag. It’s been 5 days of constant followup the baggage is still in air. Horrible customer service and management of the goair airline. This issue is rightly in context to a saying "don't let your baggage fly away from you”. What kind of security, management does the airports and airlines have is a big question?

        I located and found my bag on 18/12/2019 in an online portal in " lost and found at Airport and delhi metro "section of https://www.cisf.gov.in/. You just need to select the travel date and airport location. I informed the airport officials and goairlines staff. Got my bag @12:45 am delivered to my home. Airport and airlines staff should circulate this link to each and every station for speedy investigation and delivery on lost and found items.Instead of creating chaos, blaming others and providing wrong information they should first check on things which are available online.Please refer to this website.           As per your policy, senior citizens cannot do web check in and must provide proof of age on checking in at the airport.
          This is ostensibly to prevent misuse of senior citizen concession - agreed.
          However, if that was the case, this can be done before issue of ticket by getting pan no or aadhar card or driving licence sent to you on line so that this lack of trust is bridged to your satisfaction.
          By showing restricted while checking in and asking the senior citizen to stand in the long queue to check in just to show documents to get a boarding pass is not only tiring, disrespectful and shows lack of trust and discrimination just because you have given a marginal concession.
          I regret having made a choice of your airline and did not know that instead of respecting and understanding senior citizens needs you are insulting them by lack of trust. Please change your policy else it will be taken up with dgca and with min of civil aviation.

            We were informed that our flight g8-717 from delhi to ahmedabad on 11.11.2019 at 15:30 hrs (Pnr-v9u5ww) has been cancelled for reasons beyond your control.

            Passenger details - ghanshyam singh & ayushi chauhan

            We have asked the customer care on telecon on the same day i. E. 11.11.2019 to go ahead for refund and wrote an email at the same time. Also sent an reminder e-mail on 30.11.2019 for processing the full refund.

            No communication received as on date regarding processing the refund neither full refund remitted.

            It is requested to kindly process the full refund on immediate basis.

              I am terribly disappointed and shocked the way goair has handled my bag for my flight (Pnr - m4652f) from chennai to chandigarh via ahemdabad on 25th nov 2019.

              My bag is an expensive samsonite bag and the brand is known for the sturdiness of its bags and this is a first in all my travels. For it to be dented/disfigured, the baggage handling should have been extremely unprofessional and poor from the goair team.

              The same was verified with their customer service executive's at chandigarh airport (Vikas kumar, senior cse and naveen kumar, senior cse) who took pictures of the damage to the bag and gave an assurance that immediate action would be taken in 48 hrs. It's been 15 plus days and despite sending multiple mails to goair (On [protected]@goair.in, [protected]@goair.in and [protected]@goair.in), calling their customer care to resolve this issue, they haven't even bothered to respond.

                My pat to del goair 134 . We reach Patna airport 10dec 2019 16:45 pm. We are late I now becoz traffic is very heavy .
                14:30 we start bal leela gurudwara but internet speed low .
                So dear sir I’m only 20 mint late but your staff talking with me very rudely.
                Only 20 minutes late.
                We are purchased new tickets Vistara air line rs 20274/-
                I’m also call to [protected] but every one helpless.
                I think I’m full you’re no manage 20 minutes .
                My wife and my son travel with me many times requesting no body hear this very bad experience with you .

                  Hello,

                  This is with regards to go air flight g8-514 scheduled to depart from chandigarh on 3rd dec 2019 at 12:05 towards hyderabad which took off at 4:50 (Delayed more than 4hrs) and again from hyderabad on flight g8-816 scheduled to depart at 18:30 which took off at 1:20 am (Delayed for 6hrs) on 4th dec 2019. Total 10hrs of delay and caused so much inconvenience to the traveler. I need full compensation for this delay caused by airlines by giving no reason. Kindly action this asap.

                    I booked go air G 8 145, Delhi to Ranchi for 6th December 2019 for 2 Pax . The fare charged online was 9045/- . The flight was cancelled by go air 3 days prior to departure . The SMS read that one could contact their customer care number . When I called this number it is a full IVR call . It gives you an option to cancel the flight only, as if it is customer induced cancellation and they deduct 2000 and refunds the balance fares . Even online go air website gives this option only .

                    Why should I accept this deduction when I have to book another flight at 12000 at the last moment and I have no role in the flight cancellation by Go air .

                    This is fraud by the airlines .

                      I am ca dhaval sarvaiya, a simple middle class gujarati banya following swaminarayan religion and a god fearing person. I want to give an honest feedback of a gross misbehavior of an outsourced staff mr. Pratamesh handling the boarding at boarding gate no 75 of mumbai international airport for departure of goair flight g8 029 from mumbai to muscat. Whether anyone else agrees or disagrees my heart and my god knows that i am speaking the truth and if the airline has little shame left all i need is to arrange a call from mr. Prathamesh either a whatsapp call on +91 [protected] or direct call on +[protected] and just say ‘dhaval, i was wrong, i am sorry’

                      Attached excel is self explanatory and i trust the goair investigation team to do the research and take necessary action.

                      Please remember in my yesterdays insult youll have not lost 1 passenger, youll have lost the trust of all 100+ passengers who were waiting for boarding because everyone saw what had happened, they knew that i was 100% right and mr. Prathamesh 100% wrong but they were more interested in their own boarding rather than witnessing and fighting back for me and i don’t blame them, infact 1 of the passengers has a taken a video and might share what actually happened.

                        The flight from Ahmedabad to Pune G8-633 on 1st dec was about to fly at 21:10 but now the flight has been rescheduled at 22:40 and the intimation to us was given at 21:05. Just before 5mins of the original timings. This shows they don't care of their customers timing. When they are not valuing our time, how can one believe In their service and fly with them. This is ridiculous and I want Aviation department of India to take strict action against them.

                          Hi,

                          I was supposed to fly by flight no g8 395 from mumbai to lucknow at 10.55 am. I arrived at the check in gate well within time approximately 15 minutes before the boarding gates get 45 minutes closing deadline. The person at the check in gate saw my ticket and said the boarding has been closed and you are late despite being on time.
                          The person did not provide me a reason for closing the gate earlier than usual and could not give me valid enough reason in writing for not letting me fly with my ticket.
                          There was no help provided by go air officials and all they said is we will put you in next flight.
                          No apology was provided for this mistake and as a traveler i have to suffer.

                            This is regarding flight g8-605 from kolkata to bhubneshwar on saturday, jan 23, 2019 scheduled to depart at 9:40 am.

                            I reached the counter at 8:25 am and was told that the flight was preponed and had already taken off. On reiterating that the flight was at 9:40 am and no information was given to us about the time change, the staff told arrogantly told it was notified. I told the staff i didn't receive any such intimation. The staff then went on to say that, "information was sent on the registered mail & number about reschedule. I asked them to show the copy of the mail or sms as the proof, they rudely responded to contact the travel partner in our case it is makemytrip for further assistance.
                            The arrogance and rudeness of the certain staff member is the pinnacle of customer service and sows the face of the airline.

                            You preponed the flight and did not send any email intimation. The sms about reschedule was not sent before with absolutely no intimation on the day before the flight.

                            I kept getting smses on web check-in and offers from go air. When i checked my phone on friday and sat no msg was there about the revised timings. I even checked the goair sms window, i could not see any reschedule message.

                            They didn't even check their system that to find out the reason customer didn't receive the email or sms.

                            You have poor and badly designed intimation systems. As an airline you choose not to spend on a credible sms/email service and your intimations email or sms fail often, what business do you have keeping the customer's money. It is unacceptable in today's day for an airline to make excuses like this.

                            It is clearly mentioned in the terms & policy on the airline website that airline will have to send an email to the concerned customer's mail id informing them about the revised timing. Also, customer will recieve full refund if the flight prepones it by over half an hour.

                            Either share the documented evidence that intimation was given to us on mail or sms. Otheriwse, i want a full refund of my flight amount approx inr 9, 650 and an apology for the rudeness of your staff.

                                  My vip sky blue check in suitcase has been lost in flight g8- 506 on 17 nov from jaipur to hyderabad. My pnr is - f8p9gg. I have made several calls to the go air office and first they said bag has come to hyderabad but it's with the delivery guy and now when i called them today, they said they have no idea where the bag. I would like to lodge a formal complaint against the go air airlines to either return my bag or provide me compensation.

                                    I have been booked a ticket PNR V5J9SF for 1st September 2019, and unfortunately the flight was cancelled and I haven't got my refund yet. I contacted so many times but the customer executives keep on saying to wait for 4-5 days and like that they kept me rotating for a month till now.
                                    They just use to say that they have forwarded to the concern team and will get back to us but it haven't been.

                                      Yesterday, on 16th nov 2019 i (Shrestha awasthi) lost my luggage comprising of so much important documents and expensive things, boarded go air flight g8 808 k from bangalore to lucknow. I reached lucknow but my luggage didn't. I don't know what is happening with go air such pathetic service.
                                      I contacted go air people in airport they said tomorrow (17th nov) i will get it by 10:30 morning, i submitted the authorisation letter also but since morning i am trying to contact them but they are not responding neither i got any call from them as they said morning they will give me a call and then i can come and collect my baggage.

                                      Authorization letter and boarding pass are attached...

                                      I am in urgent need of my luggage so return my luggage asap. This is my humble request.

                                        Dear sir
                                        Very sorry to complaint about it but please note that my luggage (Carry bag) weighing almost 8kg was completely damaged. The loss of bag is seperate but we had to face a lot of difficulty in carrying the luggage to our destination. My flight detail : g-8 134 class k. Patna - delhi. Seat no. 31c, 31a, 31b. Dated[protected]. A complaint is already lodged at terminal 2 at your counter. We request you kindly compensate us for the loss incurred.
