I had a flight from mumbai to leh on 25th june 2019, due to some problem they r not able to land leh airport, so they ask us to refund our ticket full amount within 2 working days and also take our pnr copy. But till now we are not recv a single amount. I wrote feedback team, call center team, but no one respose my mail or call. Its passed almost 15days

I have left my white carry bag in which 2 towels and one toolkit is kept. Flight number G8911 date 9 july 2019. From chennai to ahmedabad

    I was going from mumbai to nagpur due to loss of my father and as being a only daughter i wanted to see him last time so i booked early ticket from goair 6.40am (Pnr x5nwxf) where i also had done web check-in and had no luggage with me but heavy rain i reached airport 35min early only on boarding pass they have mentioned boarding will close 25min before so i had 10min extra but instead o[censored]nderstanding my condition and being alone girl i begged them and told why i want to go but still no response and the reply was 'kuch nahi ho sakta flight take off ho gayi', i was shocked as flight time was 6.40 and that guy saying me by 6.20 that flught taken off, that the kind of service received its worst never ever book ticket on go air, i lost my ticket money and more then that a chance to see my dad once. Shame on goair

      I have a go air flight on 2nd of july 2019 with pnr number - l4v3gs. I have to cancel my flight due to family emergency on 1st july 2019. I have got a message that my flight has been cancelled and the refund has been made. I will get that in 7 days but there has been 10 days and i haven't received my money yet. What is this service either refund my amount or else i have to take an action by law

        I am mansi trivedi. I was travelling yesterday from delhi to ahmedabad with my friend hitika somani. Flight no was g8 717. My bag was on the name of hitika somani. Pnr no - l2vcxl. Baggage no - g[protected]. Flight departed at 4:50 and arrived at ahmedabad on 6:13. I was suppossed to get my luggage on belt no 3. Which i didn’t. I had some expensive things in it. I am attaching a picture of the bag here. Please do the needful.

          I travelled yesterday from mumbai to kolkata and i checked in one baggage and when i arrived i didn't get my baggage. I report the complain at goair counter. They give me a document of property irregularity report and they sent an email to goair mumbai and its been 9 hrs and i didn't get any update from them. As i have to travel to another city from kolkata i missed my train and i have to stay at howrah station and waiting for update from them.

            My father is a eye patient and he is provided with assistant everytime he travels because he can't see the gate number or read them, but this time after asking for assistant also go air denied the request and he got injured no responsibility was taken from go air i don't expect this kind of behaviour after paying for the services and not getting it i called helpline services they are not ready to take action or responsibility for this kind of behaviour

              Today, i booked airline tickets from nagpur (Nag) to jammu (Ixj) and return tickets as well for my parents and grandmother. But due to my misunderstanding, i put in my grandmother's name as mrs. Lalita modak instead of mrs. Lata modak (On aadhar card). This misunderstanding was because her name was changed after marriage but we still used here old first name in day-to-day life. I tried to convey this to customer care representative to change the first name but my request was straight-out refused and he advised me to cancel the reservation. Cancelling the reservation just within one hour of booking it just for the sake of re-booking with correct first name made me felt being extorted.

                Respected sir,

                I am writing this letter to make a complaint regarding your flight delay of (Flight no g8 425delhi to hyd) g8 626) from (Hyd) to (Kannur). It was a connecting flight. Started from delhi @ 5.45am and reached hyd @8.00am. It is not the first time that we are facing such issue. Passengers buy expensive tickets because they have important work to do or to be at their desired place for an important reason. But i guess you people do not consider our engagements or tasks important.

                I had a very important meeting to attend which i could not because of your poor service. This is not a professional way to deal with us. We are not paying a handsome amount for such blunders. If we are paying well to your airline we expect quality service. The flight was delayed without prior information and we had to wait at the airport for 10 hours. No one of the staff members were cooperating with us. I am really sorry but you have lost your quality. I am never going to travel with your airline again. This was my last and worst experience. So i kindly i request you to refund the amount. Thank you.

                  This is in context with the harassment by GO AIR staff at Leh, Ladakh airport dated 15 June’19, Saturday.

                  We (five ladies) had our flight from Leh to Delhi ( G8 194 departure 10:25, 15 june 2019, PNR - U4TSUF ) after the security check we reached the counter at 9:40 am and we were told that the counter is closed and we cannot check-in now.

                  Worried, we rushed to the office where this madam (head of Go-Air office) was not ready to help us at all and we still had 30minutes to board. We were talking to the personnel under her but they too were not considering our situation. We kept on literally requesting the staff to help us but they said that nothing can be done and the now flight is of the next day. Panicked we could not even imagine how and where we would spend the entire day and night at Leh .The insensitive staff did not even consider this !!Still after a lot of convincing and they asked us to pay the penalty of Rs 16, 250/- in cash and board another flight. The option of boarding our flight (without luggage) was totally ruled out by them despite of having time for the same.

                  After getting the money matter in between they easily arranged five seats in the next flight (G8 220, departure time 11:20, 15 June 2019, PNR - I4R4HS) which had just 15 minutes left for take off! Logical? This way why did not they allow us to board in the previous flight for which we had more than 30 minutes??

                  Anxious and worried about our safety we were compelled to pay Rs 16, 250/- for which no receipt was given to us.

                  This kind of treatment was not expected from the GO-Air Staff which is well known for its hospitality. We claim the refund for the amount we paid and the misconduct we suffered.

                  Kindly take action against such staff and make arrangement for the refund at the earliest .

                    I had traveled to Chennai with my wife on 12th June 2019 vide flight G8303 PNR PDQFJH. I had requested for wheel chair assistance as I am 91 and my wife 86. I reached the airport at 3 pm. Our request for a wheel chair was met with the same response that they have none available. The ground floor has very less wash rooms and is quite far for an old person to walk. At 5.30 they got 2 wheel chairs and said that they will take us only after 6.10 so that if there is a gate change they will not need to wheel us again. It was raining at the airport. I somehow managed to climb the stairs but my wife was waiting down for them to cart her alongwith another old lady. Both of them got drenched in the rain while they were waiting for people to carry them up. My two old ladies were shivering in the cold. I would have expected some assistance from the hostess like a towel, a warm cup of tea. But we got no attention. I have traveled many times but never felt that I was travelling with no dignity. This will be my first and last travel by Go Air. I hope you will teach your staff to learn from Spice Jet ad Air India to become more humane. It is always not about your bottom lines only. The travelers are the ones that patronize you with money, hope you will learn to care for them.

                      Unknowingly I put my power bank with luggage and reported the counter on time, as I am new flyer I dont know what to carry and what not to
                      carry and no ground staff informed me the same. My name was announced by supporting staff and no guidance were provided by the concerned
                      airline. I personally visited announcement counter and waited for 20 minutes for staff to discuss. After met with staff he collected my boarding pass
                      and after 30 minutes call me to discuss. He forced me that I cant carry my power bank due to flight schedule and long process. I requested him
                      many times but no cooperation were extended by the staff who took 50 minutes to respond.
                      Later I realized airline could permit me by allowing me to carry my luggage as baggage, which will easily sort out this issue, but no such suggestion were given by the above said airlines ground staff.
                      Sir Kindly take necessary action to handover my power bank back.

                      I took a flight today morning 8:20 from Bangalore to Lucknow and there was a electronic gadget in my luggage check-in bag but they did't informed me and left my luggage at Bangalore airport and I have arrived Lucknow.

                        This is a follow up compliant to the one filed on 28/5/2019 about non refunds of 30000/- of penalty due to cancellation of tickets.

                        We are yet to hear from the Goair Authorities.

                        It is indeed tragic that an organisation chooses to sweep the issues under the carpet & not even affording an opportunity to a customer to explain the fact of the case which was extraordinary in the matter. There was a curfew imposed in Srinagar due to the death of a dreaded terrorist MOOSA on 23/4/19 & hence had to cancel the tickets.

                        The hotel authorities in Srinagar also refunded our entire amounts due to the prevailing tension & consequent curfew.

                        We request GOAIR authorities to sympathetically review the facts of the case & decide with due intimation.

                        Hi, I was traveling from Guwahati to Delhi in Goair flight number 153. My PNR number-U5FBJS. I bought food items from the flight menu and my total amount was Rs400, I gave Rs 2000, but the flight attendant return me only Rs 1300, I thought he will give me the money afterward but he didn't, I also forgot to ask him later. Will I get the money back?

                          I had a flight from chennai to pune at 9:10 and I reached the airport at 8:15 and I doesn't have any luggage but still the staff doesn't allow me to board the flight even there is more than 45 minutes are left. The authority wasted a lot of time just to listen my problem. I want a compensation.

                            Dear sir/maam,

                            This is to bring to your kind notice that Me and my friend were travelling to Bangalore from Ahmedabad airport via GO AIR flight G8 804.
                            I am a regular Indigo loyal customer but due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had to unluckily book a Go Air flight. I still regret it.
                            I live in Gandhinagar and reached Ahmedabad Airport by 8.45 PM.
                            Please find attached the details about the extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour by your employees which is not expected from an airlines of such repute and class.

                            1. When I went to the counter, the executive told me that the counter is closed. Her tone and her attitude was beyond rude.

                            2. I pleaded and requested with her to just try once so that we can get into the flight but she laughed and mocked us and behaved very rudely.

                            3. Also, she mockingly told us in Gujarati (Ye bar bar please please bolke mera aur baki passengers ka time waste mat karo. I will not do anything to help you. )

                            4. When I told her that please make us speak to someone senior, she mentioned that I am the boss here and was very harsh. She refused to listen to her and closed her ears by keeping her hands and started laughing. All the other executives And other passengers were also feeling embarrassed by her attitude.

                            5. We both were in tears and begging for help as we were female travellers and travelling alone but she was very very rude and impolite.

                            6. After that we went to some senior manager and he helped us after much pleading by booking another connected flight. We were rebooked on another flight via mumbai which took me 8 hrs to reach Bangalore instead of 2 hrs.

                            7. Also, when one of the GO AIR male executive was trying to help me by consoling me, the female executive mentioned above mocked him and made fun of him by saying again in Gujarati (If you are so much concerned about this girl then go and drop her to bangalore. If you care so much about her, i will book your ticket also to Bangalore. ). Being a married woman, it was very insulting for me.

                            8. Later, when we checked the departure time of our flight on which we were supposed to travel, that flight departed at 22.15 as per the attached screenshot. But inspite of coming 1.5 hrs earlier she did not let us in the flight.

                            I am never again going to travel by GO AIR and also will suggest my near and dear to do the same. Also i am planning to post this on social media because I was completely harassed and tortured by her pathetic attitude and unhelpful behaviour which was very insulting and demeaning. She was a sadist lauughing at our helplessness and her power in a country like India where customer is god.

                            This is my sincere request to you sir to please help me in this matter and call me once for further clarification for the mental pain I have suffered by her attitude.

                              Dear Sir/ Ma'am,

                              I was supposed to travel on 4th June 2019 from surat to Lucknow. I booked a connecting flight in the month of april itself.
                              I departed from surat at 8:00 am and reached delhi at 9:50 am and reached Terminal 2 for go air flight at 10:30am. We were standing in the queue for around more than 50 minutes.. As we appeared at the check-in point, we were told that the check-in time has been completed and we cannot check in anymore.
                              We talked to manager around 11:15 he would have taken our request into consideration if he wanted but he was very rude and even he shouted . Checked in is before 30 or 45 minutes not before 2 or 3 hours.
                              For our previous morning flight we checked in around 7:35 but Our second flight was at 12 and i was standing with a 1 year old small child. No announcements were made and when we went to manager he was so unprofessional to us stating that we need to book new tickets now.I was really shocked when the manager MR.Anand from Go Air present at the counter spoke in a very arrogant manner without any due respect to the customer and simply did not allow us to board the flight by just giving flimsy reasons. I had requested him to allow us as i had an infant with us but he didnt listened.

                              This is too unethical and had caused me and my baby of mental distress and were too depressed with the way the the employees of the goair had reacted to the situation.

                              I again booked a seperate tickets and then travelled in night.

                              Attached is ticket screenshot kindly consider my request to refund me is RS 8000/- for the distress i beared while travelling with go air and i would really appreciate if the company takes strict actions against MR ANAND.

Really don't understand why then they flash different number ie [protected], also I had tried calling customer care number multiple times but no answer that is why I had to search for other options.                                     My self M.Ravi sales Manager Intas Pharmaceuticals, I am a regular traveller in different air lines very regulerly.

                                    First time I have travelled in Go-Air on 7th May from Hyderabad to Ahmedabad on Fligt no.G8554 Depart time 18-15. The landing was horrible the flight made curves during landing many of the passengers screamed (I thought it's may by mistake)

                                    But again I have travelled on 5th June along with four of my colleagues same flight to Ahmedabad same experiance this is more worse.

                                    Again we have taken flight on 6th June Ahmedabad to Hyderabad G8552 this time the take off and landing is too horrible. While take off its has tumbled & while landing at Hyderabad it is very worse all passengers screamed.

                                    Please look into it otherwise there is no doubt that flight will collapse either take off or landing.

                                    Even when i tried to launch a complaint at Go-Air reservation office at arond 10.45pm yesterday the response was very bad they have taken it very lightly.

                                    Even the corporate meal the beverage they giving only Maza of 10/- (normally in any airlines we travel we get food and beverage of our choice)

                                      Dear sir/maam,

                                      This is to bring to your kind notice that Me and my friend were travelling to Bangalore from Ahmedabad airport via GO AIR flight G8 804.
                                      I am a regular Indigo loyal customer but due to some unavoidable circumstances, I had to unluckily book a Go Air flight. I still regret it.
                                      I live in Gandhinagar and reached Ahmedabad Airport by 8.45 PM.
                                      Please find attached the details about the extremely unprofessional and rude behaviour by your employees which is not expected from an airlines of such repute and class.

                                      1. When I went to the counter, the executive told me that the counter is closed. Her tone and her attitude was beyond rude.

                                      2. I pleaded and requested with her to just try once so that we can get into the flight but she laughed and mocked us and behaved very rudely.

                                      3. Also, she mockingly told us in Gujarati (Ye bar bar please please bolke mera aur baki passengers ka time waste mat karo. I will not do anything to help you. )

                                      4. When I told her that please make us speak to someone senior, she mentioned that I am the boss here and was very harsh. She refused to listen to her and closed her ears by keeping her hands and started laughing. All the other executives And other passengers were also feeling embarrassed by her attitude.

                                      5. We both were in tears and begging for help as we were female travellers and travelling alone but she was very very rude and impolite.

                                      6. After that we went to some senior manager and he helped us after much pleading by booking another connected flight. We were rebooked on another flight via mumbai which took me 8 hrs to reach Bangalore instead of 2 hrs.

                                      7. Also, when one of the GO AIR male executive was trying to help me by consoling me, the female executive mentioned above mocked him and made fun of him by saying again in Gujarati (If you are so much concerned about this girl then go and drop her to bangalore. If you care so much about her, i will book your ticket also to Bangalore. ). Being a married woman, it was very insulting for me.

                                      8. Later, when we checked the departure time of our flight on which we were supposed to travel, that flight departed at 22.15 as per the attached screenshot. But inspite of coming 1.5 hrs earlier she did not let us in the flight.

                                      I am never again going to travel by GO AIR and also will suggest my near and dear to do the same. Also i am planning to post this on social media because I was completely harassed and tortured by her pathetic attitude and unhelpful behaviour which was very insulting and demeaning. She was a sadist lauughing at our helplessness and her power in a country like India where customer is god.

                                      This is my sincere request to you sir to please help me in this matter and call me once for further clarification for the mental pain I have suffered by her attitude.

                                        My Flight was G8 586 PATNA- MUMBAI on 02 June 2019 . An emergency landing at Aurangabad air port @ 4;30PM . We stayed at airport for 11 hours with out food & other arrangement . I took the Bus @ 3AM morning to Mumbai which had taken 9 hours to reach Mumbai .

                                        My booking with Go Air up to Mumbai by Air but reached Mumbai 18 hours delay & Go Air have not arrange any alternate flight or arrangement to reach Mumbai early . We have lost important meeting & other work too. The Health condition is also worse due to travel by bus & without food for more then 15 hours . Please look into this & refund ticket amount along with compensation against lost of precious time along with health condition .
