I have lost my boarding pass and need a travel certificate at the earliest.
Despite numerous calls to your customer service everyday, nobody on your end receives it. This is extremely disapointing on your end.
I have extremely dissatisfied with this kind of service.
I have attached my travel ticket for your reference.
Hoping to hear from you at the earliest.

    The go air flight going to mumbai was diverted to ahmadabad without prior information i told the crew member that i have international flight at 4:45 pm and they assure me we will reach in time and i wont miss my flightand due to that it arrived 3 hours late at mumbai and due to that we missed our international flight to dar es salaam, i lost my job and coming back to india noida 21 august 2019
    I have written several emails to airline but no response, email screenshot is attached here

    Please help to to get a proper conpensation

      I am koushik sahoo. I travelled 25th june, bom-ccu, flight - g8 511. Seq no. 045, tag no. Tag no. Ccu [protected]
      I had submitted my check in bag in go air check in counter. When i reached in ccu airport, my bag wasn't arrived with my flight. After enquiry in arrival airport staff told me that my bag was not added with my name. When searched bom airport i found out that my bag was not at airport. Then i launched fir in bom airport police station in 17th july.in bom airport they investigating, checked cctv footage, staff (Michel batties) said that the bag had left from mumbai airport. And staff of the ccu airport said that the bag was not delivered to kolkata. Meaning that the bag arrived another airport.
      I called ahmedabad, delhi, bangalore airport they said no this type of reddish colour duffle trolley bag was not delivered there. Customer service is very very poor. So many things happen which i didn't tell here.in sort, the whole systems is corrupted. Still i am searching my bag since 26th june. Becuse so many important documents have in this bag. I mailed so many times in the airport with the bag pics. No reply.

        Lost one of two luggage at while commuting from hyderabad to patna g8515 (Pnr-gcpy7h) dated 13th august, 2018.
        Just to raise this issue at patna airport after my luggage did not appear at the belt, i had to wait for more than an hour just to see anyone from the airline. Even after they came they seem to be very adamant on not helping and reluctant to raise this issue.

        Goair has been totally reluctant so far in resolving the issue and were totally insensitive towards the lost item.

        Unprofessional behavior, insensitive behavior towards customer sentiments and problems.
        GoAir customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        This is ridiculous, I faced similar issues with Indigo and they immediately helped me with my luggage, they noted my details and delivered the luggage to my place the next day. If Go Air does not do the same to ease the customer’s complain, we must avoid traveling with them from next time.
        This is so pathetic. GoAir must take action and resolve the matter ASAP.

          Me and 2 of my friends were travelling from goa to mumbai on 28th july'2019 from go air. Our flight was at 06:40 am from goa. Due to heavy rainfall we reached airport at 05:55 am. And sharp at 6 a. M we reached counter. There was no one at counter of go air and we went to there office at airport dabolim. There was one ms. Fernandes on counter who was not responding to properly and was misbehaving with us. She was literally shouting on us. She didnt even listened to our complaint. Further i have not even received web check in message or email from goair. Airlines staff was also not ready to talk to us and was non co-operative. Below are my complaints.
          1) we reached airport 45 before flight time.
          2) there was no instructions mentioned on ticket that on what time we have to reach.
          3) there was no staff on counter at airport.
          4) at office staff was misbehaving and non - coperative.
          5) airlines didnt sent web check in sms, email or link to me.
          6) airlines didnot gave me any writen confirmaiton on this.

            Hi go air
            I am delighted to travel in go air and i am booking frequently only with go air. Today at hyderabad airport my baggage exceeded 3 kg extra and i paid 1500. Total amount charged was 1200. Remaining charge was not given as i was in hurry for boarding. Request you to to plz check and provide me the same. I didn’t expect this from go air team. Plz provide me with go cash as a refund amount.

              I have booked a ticket from akbar travels website by go air arlines
              On 10th august 23:59 from mumbai to kannur the pnr number is ve9y5u
              Yesterday night at 11:41 i got a massage from go air that saying your flight has been rescheduled to 1:15 so as per that i reached air port by 11:45 once i reach counter got the information that my flight is been diparted 15 minutes before the scheduled time. So cant do any thing only option that we can offer a ticket for next day after noon, at 1:30 and no accommodation will be provided for the same..

              As per my concern i was traveling to attend a urgent function, next day morning delay may result missing the function and costed me lot, also i i want to travel again next then i have to say in hotel near air port as i came from new panvel,

              The mistake has happened from your goair side and goair ask me to accept only thrier convineance option non of my demand was acceptable for go air

              And the behavior of staff and managers was very unprofessional.. They don't care or treated me as customer..

              My demands was genuine

              1. Give me refund as per traveling date amount not my booking date mount (If i need to travel any other airline i have to pay more)
              2. Arrange me a ticket to calicut next day with any flight
              3. If i am traveling next day arrange me accommodation (Because i came from far going back and coming will cost me)

              I have already made a complaint in air port police station and i am going to consumer court with all the evidence and the loss of money and time had

              If you can take nessecery action as soon as will better

                Pathetic customer service of go air make the people’s life hell. Horrible experience flight from mumbai to delhi 00:15 delayed by 3:30 hrs, n number stupidity played by them to harass, surprise to see that one passenger buy ticket at 10:30 pm which is matter of investigation.. Never leave any person who play faults..
                I lost my bus from delhi to rishikesh due to there commercial benefits. Many flight in between come & went back they have no clue..

                  On the above mentioned flight i did not received one baggage yet. I have filed the property irregularity report and they asked me to call and them in the morning to know the status. However they are not responding the call and i have to travel to another state for an emergency purpose. It is really miserable condition. I hope go air authority will rectify my issues and handover my baggage as soon as possible.

                    Dear,

                    We had a flight from mumbai to leh (1stop in delhi so a connected flight) on 27th of july (Goair flight g82508 takes off at 00:05 ; booking reference : t5dbsf) but the goair company delayed the flight at 2am (28th of july) and then delayed again the same flight at 4am before totally cancelling the flight (Without preoccupation of our health : no food/beverage and nothing to get rest nor clear information about the cause of the cancellation so we waited till 6am to have explanation or other flight but nothing happened (More than 6hours after the departure of our flight). Obviously we missed our connected flight to go to leh... And so we lost a lot of money we engaged because of this cancellation and not from our fault at all. So i request from our side to refund totally the price for this flight for both o[censored]s : violaine thomas & alicia petit. Thank you in advance for you consideration and your management about this big issue.

                      Im a frequent flyer but this is not the first time i have experienced such a pathetic service on flight. So i got this middle seat on the third row. Two guys were sitting next to me. Front two rows were empty so i requested the crew to kindly change my seat. On which she said we are full and we can't give you first two rows as they are for people who have upgraded. I said i m ready to pay extra on which she said now nothing can happen we can't give you front seats. Six seats were empty but they didn't allow. I mean seriously if the customer is not comfortable and you have vacant seats still you won't help your customers.

                      Second incidence happened with my meal.in my ticket it was mentioned non veg meal and coke. When i asked for the coke crew said in your boarding pass it's not mentioned hence we can only provide you with either coffee or tea or juice (Maaza of 10rs). When i said my tickets mentioned that she said coke would be chargeable. Tell me one thing without ticket can i get my boarding pass? N when my ticket has mentioned that i have all the rights to get the coke. I'll be complaining the same thing to consumer court. You are just making fool of your customers. For extra money you are saying that boarding pass doesn't have coke while ticket has. Please make some sense for making fool of your customers.

                        I have booked a flight for my colleague for 16th of july, 2019 and somehow spelled the name while booking as steven martis instead of stephen martis, the name getting reflected on his identification cards. I called up goair, requesting to allow change of two alphabets from steven to stephen but it was declined on the pretext that as an internal policy go air doe not allow change in the name. So i had to cancel the ticket and book a fresh one. Yes, it was an error on my part for which i had to pay a huge price. Istrongly feel that such internal rules should not be allowed by dgcai because in this way goair must be fleecing so many customers in the name of name change. I have decided to share this all and sundry so that as many people could avoid travelling with goair. What they are doing is a great injustice and getting away with it because indian laws do not take much cognizance of customer rights

                          Us time mujhase paise paid karwaye jo ki flight ka take off ka bahot najdik time tha to mujhe bahot daudaya gaya...

                            I travelled from bangalore to lucknow on 23rd july 2019, but on arrival @ 10:40 am the same day at lucknow airport i didn't received my baggage. When i asked the on duty go air staff at lucknow airport he told that my baggage was not loaded as there was a power bank in the baggage. After 30 min, i received a call from bangalore on duty staff that your baggage will come in next go air flight which is @4:10 pm the same day. Around 4:00 pm i received another call from bangalore on duty staff that the baggage was not loaded due to some technical fault. After listening to her i was shocked and thought that after paying so much money on the service fees and convenience fees what we receive is a careless staff member justifying the airlines fault which is disgusting. On to this, the on duty go air staff was explaining that the baggage was under scanning which caused the delay by the time the flight already departed. After listening to her i was totally upset and then as passenger what else can we do.in spite of paying so much for the convenience fees to these airline companies, in return we get an upset, tired, frustrated and uncomfortable you. After this i decided that i will never book any go air flight and will commute this whole story to all of my friends and family members. I missed my next bus from lucknow to gorakhpur @ 7 pm because of the carelessness of the go air which cost me 2500 rs loss. I was feeling exhausted as i was told to sit at the airport for around 12 hours continuously. I was not feeling well as i didn't got any proper meal at the lucknow airport since last 5 hours so i tried calling the same number to check the status of my baggage but no one was answering the call. After dialing 13 times for 30 mins, the on duty staff told me that your baggage will be coming in an indigo flight which will depart @ 6:30 pm from bangalore and will reach lucknow airport @ 9 pm. After so much of drama and delay, i got a confirmation @ 8 pm that my baggage was loaded on the indigo flight. I was totally upset with the kind of drama and the situation which caused me a lot of pain and anger. But i was so frustrated that i could not resist myself writing here.

                              Sub: complaint about bad, poor services by “go air” airlines

                              I had travelled on pnr no. R9p23d from jammu to delhi by “go air” airlines by flight g8 196 on 18.7.2019 whose departure time from jammu was 14.50 hrs and arrival to delhi at 16.15 hrs.

                              The said flight started late from jammu, thereby reaching late at delhi. I had to rush at delhi to catch the flight from delhi to mumbai. To my surprise when the flight started from delhi to mumbai it came back approx.. After 1 hr and we were again moved to another flight which started at around 20.30 hrs.

                              Sir i had reached jammu more than 2 hrs prior to take flight for delhi and could not take any refreshment as their was no time in delhi and again due to the flight being returned back i reached bombay at around 23.00 hrs.


                              During all this time, their was no officer from “go air” even to regret for their inconvenience, all the passengers were offloaded and again loaded again very quickly in next flight. As a human courtesy no go air officer even offered a tea to the passengers coming from jammu.

                              I had to reach mumbai within time frame as my cousin’s husband had expired and had to visit them. But due to late departure of flight from jammu and again due to flight coming mid-way from mumbai, a lot of mental agony and harassment was created.

                              I would also like to mention that one of crew member in flight from jammu to delhi whose name was mr. Gaurav did not have any ethics and manners to speak to me and my colleague. When we were seated on 10a & 10c, he came rushing and told in loud and fast manner“you both come and sit on back exit window” and moved. Are we your appointed servants, or you have taken us on free ride. Whether mr. Gaurav was previously working in st /best / indian railways as it seemed from his talks that he did not have ethics and manners. Who is he to order us? He could have politely asked “whether we wish to change seats or sit back” and he is not our master to order us? How the airlines have appointed this type of crew members?

                              Sir i would also like to inform you that at the time of re-shfiting from goair aircraft at delhi, non of senior officers could be seen near the aircaft, nor they even had any guts to come near the aircraft and ask for opology or offer minimum any tea/coffee to the passengers boarding from jammu.

                              This act on the part of the airlines seems totally negligent and inefficient behavior.

                              Due to non-reaching on time, i have suffered a huge loss and would therefore like to give notice to go-air to compensate for a sum of rs.10, 00, 000/- (Rupees ten lakhs to me), failing which i will be constrained to file suit against go-air airlines & staff on duty as mentioned above entirely at theirr risk cost and cosequences which kindly note.

                              It may be noteworthy to mention that the airlines do not follow the rules properly and put lives of the passengers on risk since they are in rush all the time to pick up passengers, leave the passengers and carry new one immeidately een without proper checking of the aircraft. Had the aircraft being checked properly the snags and incidents/accidents could hae been avoided, but the aircraft companies are only concentrating to pick the passengers and leave the passengers on time but this does not happen.

                              The government says "reach safely" "drive safely". The aircrafts should be properly checked to avoid any inconvenience / incidents before departure everytime, as it may prevent loss of lives and money.

                                  Hi,

                                  We had boarded mumbai leh flight on 25th june, 2019 (G8-386; pnr:q77g4z) and because of bad weather it got diverted to srinagar and could not reach leh. We were stranded in the airplane for 5-6 hours with no food or water facilities provided on behalf of the airlines. Now the management comes and promises that entire amount will be refunded as we could not land in leh and to not wait for next flight to get adjusted in as there is no guarantee of weather improving. We trust them and instead of bothering anyone more bear the extra cost of travelling from srinagar to leh, staying at a place at our own cost in kargil, wasting our entire booking amount of that night booked in leh. We have never claimed compensation for all this extra cost, but constantly tweeted and emailed for the refund that was committed. Shabir parray an executive at srinagar airport collected our boarding passes and asked to trust that in 5 working days the amount will get refunded. Why is the airlines not having basic courtesy to reply and putting lies and false claims in the email that the staff was supportive, the air-hostess was rude even to provide water and had become some kind of sales-person to achieve maximum sales in the flight. What is going on, never had such a lying customer care from any other company till date.

                                    Hi,

                                    This is pertaining to the same flight that we had traveled on 25th June 2019 Mumbai - Leh but diverted to Srinagar .i have made numerous calls and follow ups for refund of the flight amount via [protected]@goair.com, to no avail.
                                    They have missed communicating back even after 7 working days after it was raised. At some instance, the Customer Care mentioned that we mail a stamped boarding pass that signifies diversion and refund status of the same.

                                    Im awaiting a communication still, beyond which further actions will have to be raised by us

                                    Hi Vinay, we are complaining again and again and awaiting a reply for the same. You can also lodge a complaint with www.airsewa.gov.in
                                    also the executive who took our boarding passes and committed for refund at srinagar airport, his name was shabir parray

                                    i have done the same again infact numerous time and i guess someone called in a fraud for transferring/refund the money via UPI when i had already received a notification from the nodal officer declining the refund.
                                    They have metted brazzen lies in the name of a service and got all of the passengers to deplane.
                                    Did you manage to get in touch with any other passengers ?

                                    Thanks i'll try this avenue as well. finally we'll have to raise this in the consumer court i guess .

                                      I have travel from mumbai to delhi on 07 july 2017, but on arrival in delhi airport i don't get my bag. Asking to staff they said that there was powerbank in bag, so your bag will come in next flight
                                      Next day i got my bag but powerbank was not in bag, asking to staff they said we had received only bag, ask to mumbai airport they reply. When i will get my powerbank

                                        Gaair flight g8 911 chennai - ahmedabad, 11th july 2019, 06:55 am.

                                        Flight got delayed due to technical snag. However, passengers were informed that 1 hour delay, then again 1 hour delay and so on. Now it is 13:00 hours no staff from goair at the spot. No clue when the flight is going to take off or another flight is arranged or cancelled.

                                        This one hour delay, again one hour delay leading to 6 hours delay so far has passengers not taking decision to cancel he ticket and book another ticket. Goair also didn't take any decision yet.

                                        What should the passengers do now? Should they wait or go back?

                                        My wife and son are stranded there in the airport.
