My Flight was G8 586 PATNA- MUMBAI on 02 June 2019 . An emergency landing at Aurangabad air port @ 4;30PM . We stayed at airport for 11 hours with out food & other arrangement . I took the Bus @ 3AM morning to Mumbai which had taken 9 hours to reach Mumbai .

My booking with Go Air up to Mumbai by Air but reached Mumbai 18 hours delay & Go Air have not arrange any alternate flight or arrangement to reach Mumbai early . We have lost important meeting & other work too. The Health condition is also worse due to travel by bus & without food for more then 15 hours . Please look into this & refund ticket amount along with compensation against lost of precious time along with health condition .

    I booked a ticket on 19th may for 5th june from jaipur to mumbai but unfortunately it got booked for 5th july i want to cancel my ticket because i'm not traveling that month and im canceling 1 month prior... Airlines has declined refund.. Please help me to get my money back.. I booked the ticket thru make my trip even they are not ready to help me out...

      When i started journey they said please check your luggage, power bank is there. So i went with lady and she said wait outside i will call and flight is about to leave then she came out and she said sir you can go we will send your luggage tomorrow, after coming bengaluru i follow all the procedure i submit my application and then they provide number next day i call they said you will get the call, minimum 6 times i called them.

      I am not getting any feedback, or call regarding my problem and one more thing i send email regarding this problem but again no response. Please give me valuable feedback as soon as possible.

        I was travelling from delhi to pune on 24th may'19 (Pnr - sygpmd) & had booked complementary meal. To my surprise, nobody gave it even till flight was about to land. Finally i asked for the meal; but why this condition should come? Why they are not giving customers what they have paid for? This is very non-professional behavior & unethical also. Pl. Take strong action against responsible.

          I would like to register a formal complaint against your go air kolkata manager. I booked a go air flight ticket for friday 24th may to travel from kolkata to patna (G8 761). The ticket was booked just at 12:18 for the flight to be departed at 13:35. The reason being the accident and demise of my younger brother. I reached the boarding counter at 12:55 and was not given the boarding pass since i was five minutes late. I was told to ask permission from the manager. The manager was so rude and arrogant that she was not even willing to listen. Despite of my repetitive request she didn't allowed me to board. I told her about the urgency but she was so adamant. I only had the hand baggage and no bag to be checked in but instead of listening to me she was using phrases like "i don't want to see your crying face, please go away."
          I am aware of airlines rules and regulations since i am a frequent flyer but i had never been through this type of pathetic staff behavior.
          Please tell me where is the humanity and what kind of culture is this. I request you to kindly take some serious action against her.

            My baggage wheel was snapped while i was travelling from bengaluru to delhi on 2nd june on flight g8-118. When it arrived in belt.
            We reported this matter straight to your customer service advisor who was sitting in helpdesk ms shweta bohra employee id 0011096 and she advised to report the matter online. I can share pictures of the bag if required.
            Please help us to get this repaired.

              I flew with go air on 25/05/2019.
              This is in regard with my bags that i have received that have been damaged.

              You will find a series of events that have taken place at the domestic
              Mumbai airport that have left me with an extremely
              Distasteful experience with go air.

              At the conveyor belt number 1 my bag arrived with its zip torn apart. I
              Received my bag with my clothes being pulled out. You may refer to the
              Cctv footage to have a look at the way i received my bags on the conveyor
              Belt. This was reported to the the baggage service desk requesting for a
              Compensation to be made for the damages. My encounter was with the csa
              Staff ms payal ghadi who i quote "the bag has been damaged by the hooks in
              The airplane and not our staff, if nothing is missing we are not
              Responsible for any other damages". Unfortunately, i cannot buy this
              Statement that the hooks or turbulence on the flight have damaged my bag to
              This extent and removed the clothes from it. This is a clear case of
              Mishandling my luggage. It is evident that no care has been taken with my
              Luggage and pilferation has been attempted.

              Post this we requested to meet the manager who took 20 mins to arrive. We
              Were told that we will receive no help at the desk and would have to email
              On this id to receive help. This was mr swapnil dongarae who is the deputy
              Airport manager. He too denied any responsibility of the damage and
              Retrieved to the solution of "trying our luck" through email.

              On agreeing to do the same, my family moved onwards outside since my 78
              Year old grandmother was tired. Hence, we headed outside to book our cab.
              After taking the bags off the trolley we noticed another bag was damaged
              And could not move on the ground. As we flip it over, we realise two wheels
              Are broken. Post this we requested to speak to someone from the baggage
              Claim desk since we had already exited the arrival gate. The security there
              Called the go air baggage claim desk and asked someone to attend to our
              Issue. I was extremely appalled by the way go air's csa, mr farhad spoke to my
              Mother, mariya tayebji. To an extent he seemed to be shooing us away.
              Humiliated and angered by this behaviour we were asked to leave as the
              Representative had shown no interest in even having a look at the broken
              Bag and had simply waked away. We customers were left unattended and
              Frustrated.

              We were then guided by the security staff to speak at the counter at the
              Arrival gate. On going there the deputy manager mr swapnil refused to meet
              Us or speak to us. We were denied any attendance and there was no solution
              To our grievances. We were then attended to by mr manish yadav the cse who
              Met us at the arrival gate counter. Much to our disappointment he too asked
              Us to send an email and refused any support from his end. He also accused
              Us of possibly damaging the luggage ourselves. This accusation of scandal
              Makes a customer feel absolutely disgraced. We have been frequent flyers of the airline and we would not want to spend two and a half hours of all our
              Time late at night, making our grandmother uncomfortable only to lie? These
              Are expensive suitcases that have been damaged by the go air management and i
              Would request you to urgently look into the matter.

              Volatile behaviour to our claims and unprofessional attitude towards my
              Mother in addition to the mishandling of our luggage discredits your
              Airline. Additionally the airline also had my grandmother waiting on the
              Ramp outside the airplane because the wheel chair was 30 mins late. This
              May have no relevance to the above situation but it did cause us trouble.
              After an enjoyable trip in kerala we encountered the most off - putting
              Experience that has ended our trip with hassle and bitterness.

              Attached below are images of my damaged luggage. You may see the first bag
              Has been torn open and my clothes have been pulled out. The second bag is
              My grandmother's, hasina tayebjis bag where two wheels have been broken.
              Ms payal, mr manish and mr swapnil who are all a part of goa air's staff have taken images of the bag
              Incase you require testimony.

              On emailing goa air we have received an email after 6 days saying the regret the events that took place and will work on improving their staff but they are in no way going to compensate for the losses we have faced. However, we believe that this is no case of wear and tear and is a clear case of mishandling on the airlines part.

                हमलोग सपरिवार दिल्ली से गो एयर की फ्लाइट संख्या-g8 2511, से दिनांक[protected] को पटना पहुंँचे।यहां मात्र दो ही बैग दिया गया, जबकि दिल्ली मेंं तीन बैग दिया गया था। एक बैग जिसमें शादी के लिए साड़ियां एवं बच्चों के लिए लगभग100, 000/- (एक लाख)रुपये का कपड़ा था। स्टाफ से पुछने पर बताया गया कि, l4 के कारण से एक बैग दिल्ली में ही रोक लिया गया है, इसके लिए आपको, एक घोषणा पत्र एवं एक पहचान पत्र देना होगा।दोनों पत्र जमा करने पर, उसी समय दिल्ली मेल किया गया। और कहा गया कि अगले दिन आपका बैग पटना आ जाएगा।आज दिल्ली से बैग के ताला तोड़ने का स्वीकृति आदेश भी मंगवाया गया।जो भेजा भी गया।
                लेकिन आज तीसरे दिन बाद भी ना ही बैग मिला और ना ही कोई संतोषजनक जवाब।
                मेरा pnr no. D2q sji है। अतः हमारी समस्या का समाधान अतिशीध्र करने की कृपा की जाय।

                Still not received my baggage despite my vigorous follow up with you .
                Two bags lost during journey against pnr no. A1q8rl as on 27th april 2019 . Travelling was from phuket to delhi in go air flight no. G-832 .Boarding pass no. G[protected]. Matter was reported at the airport as on same date through pir. Passenger name was vasu jain.Mobile no. Is[protected] mentioned for delivery information.

                  I along with my family travelled from delhi to patna by flight no g8 2511, seq no 171, pnrd2qsji on 30.05.19 with three baggages but sorry to say we have received only two. Your stuff at patna airport filled some paper with my identity that your baggage will come from next flight. But we have still not received the same. The baggage is full of sari for marriage to be held on 1.6.19. Pl resolve the problem immediately. R b sardar.

                  Today is marriage ceremony in my family. But feel very sad 😢 due to worst service by go air. I have no words to describe here. Because the baggage which were full of sari and other things related to marriage. It is extremely mention here that no one is serious about my problem. If the same situation prevail in go air the fate of it's Good know. R B Sardar

                    We had booked for 5 tickets from mumbai to srinagar[ return ] for 26/5/2019. However, the valley went on curfew from 23/5/2019 & promptly we cancelled the tickets. We were informed on 24/5/2019 that 32250 was deducted as penal charges.

                    Now this extremely unfair as the valley was on curfew and it was situation beyond our control and had o cancell the tickets.

                    We are looking up for a speedy redressal of the issue and refund of the balance monies of 32250/- which was deducted is an extremely unfair and unprofessional manner

                      I have no words, how deliberately I was not allowed to fly even told my
                      importance of flying to Pune in night.
                      The desk agent was talking to somebody for long time and laughing like
                      anything and when came back said system is locked you won't be allowed to
                      fly even I reached 1 hr back.
                      where other airlines people I saw they even came after me and was going
                      I clearly saw the person seating in the counter was talking to another customer and might have issued my seat as he was allowed at the same time with a boarding pass for Pune, how it is possible?
                      for security checking.
                      They didn't even refund, just robbery.
                      I will complain to consumer forum with evidence, as somebody for there
                      captured everything in camera .
                      Now your true character will be exposed.

                            It was my first and worst expercience with go air flight. I had my flight at 6:40am from new delhi to lucknow and due to traffic congestion i have reached the airport 40 minutes before the scheduled departure time of my flight. Today it was the last date of my admission to college. I have requested a lot to the staff kindly consider my case but the staff behaviour was highly uncoperative and the man mr. Anil vats sat on counter 1, especially had no ettiquettes how to talk to the customer, his service was to resolve the issues of the customer but his behaviour was highly arrogant because of your worst staff service i had missed my admission to my dream college. I was not the only case there, he had done such things with other customers also. It may be your airlines policy not to consider the case so that we have to book emargency ticket at a very high cost and your company will earn double money from both the ends.
                            Ihave travelled a lot with flight but with go air it was my first and last expericence, and it was hopeless. I will never suggest anyone to travel with your airlines services.

                              Our baggage was detained on pretext of powerbank being present inside it.

                              We were informed that they would send the baggage on the next day by another flight and that powerbank would be sent seperately with the cabin crew.

                              The next day we received the baggage although powerbank was confiscated

                              My greivance is that if they had to detain powerbank with them, they could have done it on the 1st day itself and sent the baggage.

                              Due to this pathetic service, i had to face the trouble of going back to the airport again to recrive my detained baggage and not receive my powerbank.

                              I would like to complain against go air for causing discomfort and loss of tine, money and energy and demand an apology and compensation for the damage caused

                                Dear team,

                                This is to inform you that i suvradeep ghosh was travelling from ccu (Kolkata) to del (Delhi) on 19/04/2019 @ 23:00 by goair g8-106 pnr no. W5n4ns. When i checked in my ruckshak at kolkata airport everything was perfect and in place but at delhi airport when i collected my bag i found out my boat rugby bluetooth speaker got stolen from the upper section of my rucksack and the waist belt was completely torned. This is not at all appreciated. I was going for hiking and if this kind of service i face from an aviation company after paying a hell lot of money for the tickets whats the use travelling with it. The concerned person didn't thought before doing this that someone's hiking trip can get cancelled for this or does goair take this kind of things very lightly. Kindly look into the matter and make sure i get my stuff back with a proper explanation. Bcoz i know pretty well that the airport authority has got cctv everywhere and if they want they can do proper scrutiny and get my stuff back taking proper action on the concerned person so that he dont do such things further. Kindly look after it so that i dont have to do any further escalation.

                                  Hi sir/ma'am,
                                  I am shyamjith pallikkara from hyderabad and had booked a ticket (Pnr:b9fb2t) along with my fiance from hyderabad to kannur for our marriage. We were having the flight at 1945 hrs and we had reached at the airport before 1900 hrs and we're in the queue. As we appeared at the check-in point, we were told that the check-in time has been completed and we cannot check in anymore. There was no sort of announcement's made to inform us for the check in time even when we were at the queue. At the time we had taken a photo precisely at 1908 hrs when we were in the queue.

                                  This is too unethical and had caused me and my fiance alot of mental distress and were too depressed with the way the the employees of the goair had reacted to the situation.

                                      I was traveling kochi to ahmadabad using go air flight at 2:05 pm to 4:50 pm at the check out time i received my luggage bag handle completely broken so give me refund of this and also i have attach this photograph.

                                        I have booked go airways flight ticket of go airways for mumbai to male from 10 may 2019 to 14 may 2019. Ticket was booked on 25 march 2019 which 1 m half month before the travel date. The main reason of the advance booking was attractive fare offered by go airways and advertisement done for direct flights to maldives. After booking the flight tickets and schedule of the flight we did the hotel reservation like check out our stay room choice and all and did the payment at hotel as well.
                                        Today i. E 23 april 2019 we get a message for flight cancellation from the airlines.. As a customer i thought we will get a better service and some solution. After i called contact centre asking the reason for cancellation and the solution or other flight the only answer given by executive was we can rebook the flight for the other dates or refund you the money back. The executive was not ready to understand my corcern i was trying to tell him i have made booking thr and any additional day or cancelling the day will be costing my more than 30k.
                                        After lots of arguments and struggle i finally said please refund the money back.
                                        Yes i did ask the executive if you don’t have the solution then please transfer to your manager to which his reply was i cannot transfer...
                                        I have now book another flight with different timing and paying extra 15 k. Yes checkout is early morning and it is costing me additional 17 k for the room i have booked because i will not be staying in the room for more than 14 hours.

                                        I want a clear reason for cancellation of both my flight and compensation of my extra money i paid and so much of trauma i went through booking flight speaking to hotel and agent.

                                        The clear reason of the cancellation of PNR N4ZWKV: the Goair decided so due to operational reasons by themselves, according to you.

                                        Questions for the beginning:-

                                        1. Where is e-ticket with PNR N4ZWKV in full ?

                                        2. Where is the 23 April 2019 message for flight cancellation?

                                        3. Unknown person promised the refund. After strugle of words on your intiative, you said "yes, issue the refund" .

                                        Please explain, what are your exact demands in figures towards any one at this forum?
