This is regarding refund for the flight (Pnr: ccvimx) on 13th jan which got cancelled by go airways. I requested for refund on customer care around 7pm, i also informed my travel agent and asked him to initiate the refund request.
Around 8:50 i get a call from goairways, i repeated that i wanted refund, they asked me to call other department (Check your recordings)
Next day my travel agent informs that go airways had rescheduled the flight for me without my permission and not granting refund. This created misunderstandings between my travel agent and me, and we have been struggling from past 2 days to get refund through call centres and mails. And this is my last message, i m going straight to media and file a law complaint after this.
This is what you do with our hard money? You want to loot the money atleast dont take shelter under your shady policies

    I have booked 3 tickets from bangalore to hyderabad. I got a message that flight has been cancelled and to contact customer care for alternate flight. But, no one is responding. This is pathetic from goair. I need an alternate flight as soon as possible.

    How can a airline company be so irresponsible and customer care does not even care to talk. The call is going on forever and ever.

    After continuous retries and failure attempts to contact ridiculous customer care service of GoAir. I am traveling by bus as I have an important work tomorrow in Hyderabad. I need a full refund. I will not use GoAir again ever.
    My pnr H5NC7P for flight has cancelled and they dont call or mail or receive worst serive, i want full refund

      I had booked my goair flight ticket from new delhi to patna (Pnr-r4ev2f) scheduled on 01.01.2020, but the flight was abruptly cancelled by the airline. I had booked my return goair flight ticket from patna to new delhi (Pnr-c25jhl) scheduled on 04.01.2020. Due to the sudden cancellation of my new delhi-patna flight by the airline, i could not travel to my destination and thus i was compelled to cancel my return goair flight ticket. I am seeking refund of both the above-said flight tickets as owing to the irresponsibility of the airline i had to cancel my entire trip.

      I have already written thrice to the goair nodal officer, to only get a lame response that my issue has been sent to the concerned team and they will revert shortly which has never happened. I am seeking full refund on both my flight tickets as soon as possible.

        G8 398 on 7jan20 from bom to blr. I checked-in 3.5 hrs before take off. Goair didn't tell me about issue in baggage. Instead airline doesn't send baggage and i reach destination. Is this your communication? No baggage delivery till home for your mistake?

        I had filed a complain at airport for my luggage and i was supposed to receive now. But i haven't got any update in last 24 hours. No is picking call from airport for the same. I want my luggage back any how.

          Our baggage trolley handle is broken in flight G8390 from Mumbai to Jaipur on December 17. Goiar staff at Jaipur (Mr.Omprakash Dhanka) in Jaipur says this is done in Mumbai and wear and tear department should handle request by sending emails. As per staff suggestion we wrote email to [protected]@goair.in with details and photographs of damage and also PNR.

          We recieved the acknowledgement email (reference number - G[protected], but thereafter no futher feedback from them even after multiple followups.

            My bag was a Deadpool duffle bag (black & red). I forgot it around the smoking area in Kolkata Airport, CCU, Terminal 2 from Gate 23A to 23F already after checked-in. I realised that i forgot my bag at the 25th December, 2019 around 9:00 A.M.
            All my clothes are there and i would really appreciate if i could get back my DeadPool duffle bag.
            I will be coming again to Kolkata to get back my item if possible by the end of January 2020.

              Hi,

              I booked a flight g8-805 (Go-air) on 6th jan and then i rescheduled the same flight for 3rd jan.
              Go-air canceled the flight and now refusing to refund the rebooking amount.
              My question is when they canceled the flight, how can they hold the money.
              Upon further investigation, i came to know that they canceled the same flight till 17th jan (As my friend was taking the same805) flight.

              This is fraud

                I had booked 1 ticket from delhi to lucknow with pnr e66r2m for 24 december 2019 in the name of Ms Priti Chaudhary, Senior Civil Judge, Lucknow . However it was informed to her via sms that the go air flight g8-2509 has been cancelled. However i have not received the refund amount as confirmed by the travel agent- Happyeasygo.com.

                  I had booked 2 tickets from delhi to ahmedabad with pnr w5smqf for 22 december 2019 . However it was informed to me on arriving the airport that the go air flight g8-719 has been cancelled. I had asked the go air executive to initiate the refund process and executive confirmed that full amount will be refunded to my travel agent site Happyeasygo.com. However i have not received the refund amount as confirmed by the travel agent.

                    Goair - baggage mishandling

                    I traveled from bangalore to hyderabad on 31st dec 2019 from goair flight 7:05am, my bag was perfectly fine before i checked it in at bangalore airport and when i got my bag back at the belt on hyderabad airport, it was completely damaged. It seems like someone threw it with huge force multiple time, it is completely damanged. It was not more than 1 year old skybag trolley, so couldn't be easily broken but it's completely gone now.

                    I request an action to be taken as soon as possible

                    Flight was canceled and the refund hasn't been initiated. Please let me know by when the amount will be refunded. Flight details are G8-176 FROM pune to Delhi at 1:15 am. Had to wait for 8 hours in the airport as G8-174 For 11:00am was cancelled and the staff was least helpful.
                    We took a flight from Bangalore to Cochin on 23rd Dec. Our baggage with all our clothes went missing. Airport authorities were so irresponsible. They asked us to come next day to collect the bags. But the bags did not reach us even the next day. Such pathetic service. How do we get the bags back

                      Reservation pnr G2MLFY. From Nagpur-portblair done before 2 month back, immediately cancelled flight, dt of journey 5thjan2020. Due to cancellation for new reservation payment paid more than doubled i.e.(ngp-banglore 17000+banglore-port 27000=46000/_ against previous reservation 23600/-.so pl consider &returned alongwith compesation.otherwise we will lodge complaint to consumers forum.

                        I missed my flight today at 1:25pm since my mother fell unconscious with severe low bp, we were in a remote place with no internet to contact the airlines and i called them around 5pm the same day and they said they can't do anything about it. I have all the proof they need like medical prescription, doctors seal as well as images. Can someone help as to what should be done

                          Because of my illness I was unable to travel, contacted to airlines customer care and all the details have been provided to them but no responses received. I wanted to cancel the booking on 29th dec 2019.
                          Is this the way the airline should respond to the customer. I tried to reach out so many times to get cancel my ticket and refund the total fare but again no response . The airlines asked me for the details I provided all the details of the bookings and after that no call back received and when I tried to reach they did not response me.

                          I am a existing customer and booked my tickets frequently from goair but still the behavior is just not done.

                            Customers are charged for extra baggage above 15 kgs in domestic flight when they have international flight from next destination in spite of presenting their international tickets. When we are allowed 25+7 in international flight why are we charged extra for the same in domestic there should be some rule for international passengers baggage in domestic as well so that we are not harassed at the airport we are facing this problem every time obviously we visit india once a year for a month or so it’s not possible that luggage is 15 kgs it’s ought to be more so look in this matter and we don’t end up paying thousands of rupees jst for extra baggage

                              Go air service is useless, they are themselves cancelling the flights and are not providing any other option to customer. This is the 3rd time i saw the flight cancellation from there side. My family is traveling from bangalore to jammu and we had a goair ticket from delhi to jammu, now the flight is cancelled so due to them my family had to face issues. If these people can't provide the service properly then they should stop there business.
                              We can understand some issues with the airline but they should provide some other way so that customer will not face any problem.
                              Now we have to spend more time and money both in order to travel from delhi to jammu.
                              Also goair customer care call is not connecting, why u have give the numbers if no one is gonna receive the call.
                              I really wanna answer for all the inconveniences that my family will have to face now

                                I shefali aggarwal booked a flight with pnr u9chvj from chandigarh to indore via delhi which was going to depart on 28th dec 2019. I was constantly in touch with goair customer care helpline to check if the flight is cancelled due to any problem but the executive over there gave me confirmation that flights are running daily on time. But when i reached on chandigarh airport to board my flight, i was shocked to hear that mam there is no such flight and this flight is not running from last three days and when i asked why didn't you inform me earlier, then he said ur nbr was not reachable. However, it is common sense that for just a simple sms the number need not to be reachable and i can assure that my nbr was completely reachable. The goair people present over there misbehaved with me very badly, they refused to provide me any alternated flight, they just made my mockery by saying that mam out of courtesy we are giving you flight from delhi to indore, infact it was t given by them to me but it was my connecting flight।goair didn't give me any alternate flight or any refund upon request. Their nodal officer and their customer care executives are not taking any action uptil now.

                                  On 26th dec go air flight was cancelled from delhi to hyderabad at 5.30 am by airlines and i got a got about it. I said to refund the money and the person said ok after that i dint any cal or message saying refund initiated nor received any. I caled and emails all the possible numbers but no response.. I need my money urgently. I have called them so many times but no one picked the cal. Even caled to free number but no one attends the call.

                                    We (Myself, mother, who is a senior citizen, and wife) were planning to travel to mumbai to visit my grand mother who is seriously ill, the front desk agent - ratheesh raghunandan, though we were early by 50 mins, he did not allow us to board the flight. We requested, especially my mother requested him to allow us in since we had arrived more than 45 mins prior to boarding.

                                    The staff also confused us about the procedure to claim refund.

                                    We now lost a day, money by booking multiple flights.

                                    I would appreciate the support given to action this request.

                                      Goair has not informed me in advance regarding flight cancellation. Because of which i have to book another flight and it costed me very high rate. When i had call with them, they told that they informed me. But i did not got any sms or mail on my mail id and they dropped the call.

                                      As it was important for me to travel back hyderabad, i need to book ticket in another flight. Which caused me extra amount which is 12458/- inr.

                                      As because of goair, we faced a lot many problem and need to wait for another flight for 6+ hours. And instead of 2 hours flight journey, it became 14 hours for me to reach. For these trouble i caused, i need compensation of 1, 00, 000 inr.

                                      I need my cost of flight which i booked to travel on same day. But they are not responding so i want to go legally against them.

                                      1st even if they have informed me via sms and e-mail, they should do call conversation and do necessary and provide me alternate flight. They have there staff and customer executive.

                                      2nd if they have cancelled flight, they have to process refund, so at least i will get message from my bank regarding refund.

                                        My name is Ashwani Kumar Singh. My flight G8-894/554 scheduled to depart at 12:30 hrs 29 Dec 2019[ Bengaluru (BLR) to Ahmedabad (AMD) ] was cancelled.

                                        I have an option avail a flight on the same day, previous day or next day. I have trying to call customer care for last 2-3 hours and they are not responding.

                                        This is just unacceptable. Now they will tell me that since didn't contact them, I'm entitled to any compensation or refund.

                                        Please help
