    If we are paying for corporate food then its our choice to decide what to eat. You can not bother your customer to eat what is available with you. If you can not serve your customer of 7 c seat then how you will justify with seat number 30 or so on. You are offering only 3 varieties for corporate snacks as per menu chart. Surprisingly you are not maintaining that too and asking customer to choose from available options which i don't like.

    Traveling from Delhi to Mumbai, on the boarding pass counter they misplaced my bag at Delhi Airport Terminal 2. And no one take responsibility of bag, there is lots of stuff in my bag and important documents also.what should I do... Please help me out.

      On december 19, 2018 i was journey from leh to delhi and delhi to guwahati connecting flight. Tickets amount was 12, 403.00 rupees. My pnr number lyzerd. But right now i want one information what the fair other other amount from leh to delhi and delhi to guwahati. Kindly give me the other other fair rate certificate.

          Dear team, i booked the ticket attached in trail mail where the name of passenger mr. Kartick chandra ghosh has been mistakenly got mentioned as mr. Kaetick chandra ghosh. This is a clear case of typo error which can be possible by any human. Hence i request you to do the necessary modifications on priority.

            I forget my jacket in go-air flight g8-42 on 25-mar-2019 in a flight from phuket to bangalore. I have given written complaint at pune airport. I have informed all the staff in bangalore airport as well. But no response. If you really care about the status and customer review then please provide the proper customer service. Lady on call is not entertaining at all. I have all the scanned copy but not getting the correct contact to convey the issue.

            The air carrier has 21 days for the delivery of damaged or missing property, which occured during the flight,
            to the passenger .

              Why are the webcheckin seats chargeable... There is nothing mentioned in terms and conditions onyour website as assisted by your representative, the same comes under citizen charter. Who checks citizen charter while booking tickets please let me know.
              Why do you have the option of web checkin if all the empty side seats are chargeable.
              This is purely business and an utter disappointment and a waste of time for customers.
              Even the employees are not aware of such thing and they take one long hour to find if any such policy exist.
              Extremely disappointing.

              My already fragile tagged trolley bag was broken and sent via the lift and not the Conveyer belt. It was mishandled and damaged. I want a replacement or refund for the same. Such behaviors and irresponsibility is not expected of such airlines. If the matter is not resolved I will have to take it to social media. Kindly cooperate.

                  I booked my tickets in the month of january and due to some sudden medical emergency of my dad I had to cancel my tickets on March 1st week. I was supposed to travel in the month of may for a wedding occasion. My PNR is CBPTMK, I kept on mailing with all the medical requirements but they are least bothered to reply my mails. I called up customer care they keep assuring me that I will get my full refund but I hardly got any. I never knew 1st time my experience with go air would be so worst. My service request no. Is G[protected]. Please take some actions.

                      My baggas was broken during trveling to portblair when i got my baggas condition was too bad missing my stroly bag wheel i was triyed to complaint but not getting any help from goair baggas service section. my PNR no was J3VYJF dt. 09th March.

                      The claims on brocken checked or unchceked baggage has to be submitted within 7 days, following the arrival of the last flight, to the air carrier or to the agent of the air carrier.

                        My flight booked for go air g8-760 (Ccu to bbi) on 15th march 2019 returned back to kolkata from mid air and was later cancelled. The airline failed to provide other alternative to re arrange the journey and simply offered refund of full value which was supposed to be credited back to my account within 7 days and i possess the sealed copy of boarding passes declaring the refund by airline official. But till today, (26th march 2019) i haven't got the refund and airline customer care is also not providing any specific details. Would like to seek attention of authorities in this matter.in case of non refund, can i approach consumer readdressal forum? The cancellation caused immense mental stress and agony to me and my 10 year old son so can i claim compensation?

                          This complaint is regarding one of the baggages being misplaced on airport in mumbai while traveling with go air, as they combined the luggages of two airlines which resulted in one of the big trolley bags going missing and nobody at the airport had a quick view or action of whatever had happened. This loss is absolutely unbearable, as there was a lot of valuable stuff in the bag.

                          Your complaint is unclear totaly.
                          - no passenger bag tag attached,
                          - description what happened with the posible luggage
                          - description when and where the loss of lugguge took place.

                          After filing the nesesary dat, the passenger is entitle dto submit the complaint not later than in 21 days following the flight arrival to the issuaning or participating air carrier.

                          If the air carrier falied to deliver the missing luggege to the door of the passenger, which is stated in the complaint, within 21 days follwing the rceipt of the complaint,
                          the action against such air carrier can brought in any District Court of the State of India,
                          if the passenger hired the legal professional for fee (from 4000 rupees for Indian courts).

                            While on board in flight i purchased one veg sandwich and one coffee.in return i gave crew member ₹ 500/- but the total bill amount was ₹ 350/- even she told me that they will pay back my balance amount but didn't. How could i get my money back???. I am in a state of shock how crew members do such types of mistakes. I need my money back asap.
                            Even on asking them didn't get any response.

                                With reference to the captioned subject, i regret to say that till 24.03.2019 i. E. After expiry of 9 days,
                                I have not received refund amount of rs. 2546/- as while announcement for cancellation, it was assured at airport goair counter that refund will be made within 48hrs.

                                So you are earnestly requested to furnish whether any information u require for refund payment or make refund within 24hrs failing which non refund of the said amount for failure on your part will be taken before appropriate forum seeking cost for harrasmant and proceedings without any further reference to you.

                                An early refund action is highly solicited.

                                  I am writing this letter to inform you that, i got the offer to get job in your company for shine.com at the starting they took 500 for registration then 6700 for an frankfin certificate then 18500 for job security. I have payed all the given amount then they have provided me the fake appointment letter saying i'm getting the job in your company after that they have asked more 25000 for the sake o[censored]niform which i didn't payed after that the result was they cancelled my form and plus asking me 5500 more for the so called noc letter so that after that they can return all my money back. Please if you can help me in anyway do that.

                                      I mistakenly put incorrect name for one of the co passenger. And immediately I wrote to the customer care email id requesting to correct the mistake but have not got any reply yet. request number : G[protected]
                                      I also requested my brother to talk to your customer care. But they said nothing can be done from your end. This is my first travel with go air and this kind of service is being given?
