I flew with goair airline on 18 jan 2019 between mumbai and delhi. My checked in luggage was damaged on arrival. When i was there at the airport, i’ve filled complaint form but the officers present there asked me to complaint online on goair consumer website for claiming the compensation.
Under the montreal convention i would like to claim 3000 compensation for my damaged luggage.
I enclose copies of my receipts for replacement items. Your attention will be appreciated. I hope you will resolve my complaint.

    My name is ganesh. I have made a group booking for 11 people with goair airline for a trip from chennai to port blair on 23 mar 2019 and returning on 28th march 2019. One of the family couldn't make the trip due to death in the family. So i cancelled 2 tickets in february and got refund. We thought of cancelling the other 2 tickets before the trip. Yesterday, i updated the names of 7 people travelling and requested them to cancel the other 2 tickets. Now they are saying that you have cancelled 6 tickets. Now they are asking me to add only 5 passengers. I'm very much sure there is problem on their side. I could see that in site groups. Goair.in that it's 7 passengers. They are keep repeating that i have cancelled 6 tickets which i didn't do at all. How to go about this problem.

      I have booked a ticket from new delhi to bagdogra on 27.03.19, i have tried to book the ticket from the smartbuyhdfc, i had a query regarding surname issue. I contacted the customer service of smartbuy hdfc and they suggested that i should talk to the airline directly, i was in the middle of the booking i tried 50 times to contact all the numbers given in the airline website but none of them were working. And also not a single email id was given for the customer service.
      Where should people talk in the time of emergency or any changes?
      Very bad airline. I will never book a ticket in this airline and nor i suggest to anyone.[protected] / +[protected],[protected]. All these numbers are bakwas and irrelevant

            We were to fly between Goa and Bangalore on Feb 17, 2019 but couldn't as the airline cancelled the flight .Since then I was asked to mail GoAir and request for a full refund.

              I realized just after security check that i had forgot my driving license at the check-in counter. I contacted the go air staff who sent me to another staff. Both were too busy to help me. The second staff even went to the extent of saying that security department is totally different from check in department and he can not do anything here. The police asked me to get a staff member to escort me to the check in but no staff even was ready to talk.

                This is in reference to my pnr l1nw9l for my flight from mumbai to lucknow on 25th feb with the scheduled departure time as 10:35 am.

                I tried to web check-in for this particular flight around 8 am on the same day and it showed me to pay around 1800 inr for doing the web check in as a fees towards airport development. Since i wasn’t sure of why should i pay the amount, i was not able to web check-in. I tried reaching out to the call center, but couldn’t get through somehow.
                Now, because of heavy traffic, i reached airport around 9:55 am.

                I contacted the ground staff and explained my situation, but your team didn’t try to help me instead they told that since i’m late for check-in by 5 minutes, i wouldn’t be allowed to board the flight. Although the gates close 25 minutes prior to the departure time, i was still having 20 minutes to do the check-in. If i had been able to do the web check-in, this problem wouldn’t have arrived. When enquiring about the additional cost while web check-in, they explained it is airport development cost which is asked everytime the passenger tries to web check-in and it is not asked for offline check-in.

                My question to your team is that the facility like web check-in are done for customer convenience and not for their additional inconvenience.

                Because of this problem, i had to buy a new ticket and my subsequent bookings which were done post my original flight and i paid an additional amount which i wasn’t supposed to. Refer attachment for your reference.

                  Case matter today 6th march 2019, time 15 hrs to 17.30 hrs.
                  Just wasted to book a pre - seat. On g8-106. 27th march 2019.

                  Today wasted one hour 15 minitues, while just booking my pre seat only but your system was not working for pre seat booking, gb 106 kol to delhi. For date 27th march, my pnr xyjdwt. Ticket purchase by me 27th feb 2019.

                  All of sudden get a call, may be from one of your call centres, no [protected] my true caller shows from vadodara gujarat. From one holder of sim as air airlines is that ur back end of sir, how did they come to know of since i never called up any o[censored]r call centers. The lady asked me of my pnr no, it was shocking to know what was reason of my asking pnr no before i could further state any matter she bang the phone. From 4.57 pm till last call at 5.26pm total 13 calls were made by me, but it rings and gets cut.
                  What am i to understand mr jeh wadiaji, i am also a parsi, and of repute in my business solar technically and also a senior citizen
                  Kindly please would request your vertical matrix personals to take same urgently.
                  Would also request your esteem self/office, to kindly look in the matter personally, since our parsi company's repute shall be and is at stake.

                    Date of incidence : tuesday, march 5, 2019

                    Flight g8-395 to lucknow from mumbai

                    Etd - 10:35 am. Check-in 45 min prior to departure i. E. 9:55 am.

                    Reported the counter at around 9:40. Immediately asked for the help as time was short approaching.

                    Staff asked me to do kiosk check-in. Wasted 5 minutes as kiosk was showing error for obvious reason. The kiosk check-in closes 60 min prior. Knowing well the staff guided me to kiosk.

                    Another staff asked me to be in queue, wasted 5 min. Staff at counter (I believe to be 54) asked to visit counter no. 48 as the passenger at counter will take some time due to extra luggage or so. Reported the staff at counter 48 says the check in closed.

                    In meantime, 3 more passengers were noticed waiting and meeting same fate as me.

                    Request you to please provide provide cctv footages at entry gate, counter no 48-54. If you are not the right authority, whom to contact.

                      Hello, this is amruth, these are my travelling details booking reference number[protected], go air g8 - 274 bangalore to patna airline pnr o4h2mf. Which they are supposed to refund money for.

                      I was about to travel on 24th of february 2019, due to health conditions i couldnt able to as i was suffering from viral fever at that time, i called up goair and asked them to reschedule and the cost itself is too high i cancelled the ticket and they told me that feedback team will be looking into the matter and if it on health grounds they will refund money without any hesitation, and i have my medical records, i sent them all my soft copies.

                      I just received acknowledgement and then i wanted to know the status of the process, i called their customer care and they didn't have any information. They told me that within 7 days i will be contacted by them and will be informing me what exactly going on with the refund.

                      I contacted on the 7th day and today, the customer care guys were not even bothered, when i told them i haven't got any reply from your feedback team. Their reply is we don't know you have to wait for the reply and i asked them that it should be within 7 days, and asked them can i have their number so that i will contact them directly.

                      They don't have any customer-centric approach, she was rudely said that that is not our department and we don't do anything here, i asked her to at least connect to the feedback team, but she refused to do so. When i asked is this the same company who you are working for, customer care is that agent who has to give the necessary information.

                      Hope this will resolve from your side.

                        I had a go air flight g8-911 (Pnr: pbrlpn) from chennai to delhi on 21st feb’19, at 7:50 am in which boarding was supposed to be started on 6:50am. I reached to boarding gate no 11 at 6:55am but found no one at the gate and boarding gate was closed. There was no go-air personnel to ask. No security personnel to help me out whether i can board or not. Plane was still scheduled to take off after half an hour. Somehow, i got the go-air number of chennai airport from the airport front desk and called them. They simply said that you have missed your flight. I was helpless. I had a very urgent meeting on that day which cost me huge. There were few go-air service flaws as below which happened on that day.
                        - in web checkin (Evidence attached), boarding time was mentioned 6:50am. But boarding started at 6:20am (I got to know this lator). Received sms from go-air for early boarding at 11:30pm on 20th feb’19 and another sms at 5:30am on 21st feb’19.in my best sense, flyer will sleep early at night to get up early in the morning, who will expect that flight can plan early boarding, keeping the takeoff time unchanged. Only doing sms in last point of time will not work.
                        - even though, i got late message, i was issued the boarding pass from counter at 6:15am (Boarding time was even mentioned 6:50am, they wrote 6:15 boarding time by pen under it). Knowing the fact that boarding has started at 6:15am, they were issuing me the pass at the same time (6:15am). Even then, knowing the fact that there is huge crowd at security check, they could help me in getting the security check early so that i could get the flight. But they did not do anything. I cleared security check at 6:45am. Reached boarding gate at 6:55am and missed my flight.
                        What they could do to get me onboarded:
                        - they could tell me while issuing the boarding pass that boarding gates will close early.
                        - they could help me in getting my security check early.
                        - they could call me on my mobile knowing the fact that i am at airport and have been issued the boarding pass.
                        Normally boarding happens between 35min to 25min before departure but they started it 70min earlier and closed 45min earlier. And the only information given about this early schedule was through late night sms. However they could save my one day loss.
                        What they did:
                        - they issued me the same pnr (G8-911 (Pnr: pbrlpn) in same flight on next day 22nd feb’19 at free of cost.
                        - same thing happened again. I got message at 3:30am. How they can assume that someone from heaven will come and tell about early boarding when someone might be sleeping and will be in hurry in morning doing other important stuffs. But i was alert enough this time to check the message and reached at 5:00am at chennai airport.
                        - same thing happened again, 6:50am boarding time was printed in bold. This time they informed and i confirmed twice. But even, this time they wrote nothing by pen this time (Boarding pass snap attached). I asked whether it happens daily. They said, yes. If it happen daily, then they should get changed the printing of boarding time. It is quite obvious that people are tend to see the big printing in bold letter, instead of anything written by pen.
                        Anyway, i missed one day which loss is unrepairable. I do not know how go air will compensate this. They should understand that people go flight to save time/in case of emergency/in unavoidable circumstances. How they can be ignorent enough to leave the customer even after issuing the boarding pass. Being in a service industry, go air should respect peoples time and money. I demand compensation.

                          Hi, i, ritu sinha, travelled from goair flight on 25 feb 2019 from patna to pune (Pnr - cdn4ke). I left my brown colour full jacket at patna security check. I realized this at kolkata airport and then approached goair counter in kolkata. I also have given an application at the goair counter in kolkata. I was advised by goair staff that the jacket would be sent to pune airport from i can collect. I was also provided goair moble number [protected].
                          I have been trying to call at the above number, but no one is picking or they are suggesting to call later. This is going on for the last couple of days.
                          Appreciate your support in this regard by sending the jacket to pune airport. I can be contacted at [protected]/ [protected].

                            My cabin suitcase taken while entering aircraft saying this will be checked for electrical item and return. This was not given and put with check in luggage without informing me. This was without lock and handled badly. Appears this was opened with bad intention of taking valuable items. I am regular flyers and this happened first time. This need to investigate why this was done. I have to check my valuable and cash

                              I had raised a complaint on this forum on 9/2/2019 regarding cancellation of your flight for the above mentioned date. All particulars and details were provided in that complaint registration forum. And the status of that complaint reads as "goair customer support has been notified about the posted complaint". Today the date is 23/2/2019 and there is no reply / clarification from your side. One can easily understand how stupid and irresponsible this go-air air line is. If i do not get a satisfactory reply from you on or before 25th feb 2019, i will be forced to approach legal authorities with all relevant details for action against you.

                                Very poor customer service,

                                I had called to customer service on 22 feb 2019 at 6:25 am for some help but the guy was picked my call and said "good morning" and kept the phone on his desk and nothing reply, i was able to hear the background voice. I was waited for 5-7 mins and cut the call.

                                They are charging money for all seats during web check-in. And the website is very poor ui. Once you checked in, there is no option for changing seat and other options as well.

                                This is first flight but with goair, i don't know how will be the flying experience.

                                  My flight pnr: nbp24k is being told today that it's cancelled.

                                  It's the most disgusting service i have ever seen. Mine is a round trip flight.

                                  Nor refund i got for my whole round trip flight nor an alternate flight.

                                  Such a worst flight services i have ever came across, i sware i am never going to book this flight ever nor i will let my friends do.

                                    Sir, yesterday i was traveling from mumbai to kolkata pnr no. G9r9wd.in flight i purchased samosas. I am sorry to say that it was of worst quality and stale as if it was there since tree four days. I could hardly eat half of it and threw the rest. And since than i am having stomach upset.
                                    How could such food is served in flight which can seriously effect the health of passenger, may be case of food poisoning. Please see to it

                                        Today (18/02/2019) i booked a ticket having pnr no. Y3ulty, some how instead of ansari i typed ansaru, after realising this i called to the customer care for this correction but refused by executive by saying that its not their airline policy.
                                        I requesting their customer executive but he was stick to the line. Its just a one letter typing error.

                                        I was boarding flight number g8714k at gate number 3, at sardar vallabh bhai patel airport Ahmadabad today 9/2/19 and i forgot my black and white jacket at around 21:50 on the chairs lying there..Kindly inform or keep the jacket safe, I will be returning in a week.
