Today i traveled from bangalore to hyderabad in flight no g8 894 k seat no 9 b at 11.30am. Due to security reasons as i had carried power bank the baggage is retained in bangalore. As my personal belongings are there and i came for training i needed my baggage back. I have observed all formalities at hyderabad airport they assured it will reach today night. Please help me i am very much needed.

    I am anupama, had planned trip from delhi to ranchi with flight g8-145. My pnr was f35gxi. According to rules 45 mins prior to departure and 25 mins prior at boarding gate a passenger had to be there. Following the rules i was at borading pass counter sharp 6:00 pm while my departure was 6:30 pm, also just before me the counter lady gave boarding pass to one of the passenger flying in the same flight i was about to catch. I was behind him 10 steps back seeing all the process. But when i reach she closed the boarding for my scheduled flight.
    Immediately i reminded the rules, she told talk to manager, i talked to goair manager, he also supported her, in this way they wasted my 5 mins. After seeing all these, i went to airport information desk, he talked to his supervisor, supervisor asked/ requested goair manager for my boarding flight. But they didn't allow, saying i was late. Finally i took next flight in the morning g8-143 staying whole night at airport because of goair staff behavior

    Now my point is, delay from passanger side even 1 minute is considered violation of rules, and stop him/her at boarding counter only, even the person reaches 30 mins prior (Even person gets message from goair, kindly reach 25 mins prior at boarding gate).
    But delay from goair is okay, whether the pilots or airhostess come late by 20 mins or 30 mins or delay at runway by 308 mins. You can check the g8-143 logs.

    So, my feedback is - goair is the passanger hostile airline who should learn to be gracious towards passanger.
    Rules should be followed by both way not one way. I am grateful to other airlines who are quite friendly towards passanger, even they talk very nicely and politely. Goair is the worst airline, staffs even don't know how to talk to passengers, all feel themselves not less than bureaucrats. :d

      Dear go air customer care,

      I would like to make a formal complaint about my baggage damage that happened on my journey with go air flight from mumbai to nagpur. I already tried to contact ([protected] and [protected]) and resolve the issue, as they are not even picking up i have to write this email. I have reported this damage to mr. Karan turani from go air india ltd who is also an evidence at the nagpur airport for the baggage damage.
      Here are the details of my journey:
      Name : yelha phani kumar nekkanti
      Date of journey: 14th jan, 2019.
      Flight details: go air g8 -142 from mumbai (19.00 hrs) to nagpur (20.40 hrs)
      Pnr number: i6u4xm
      Issue: there is a damage to my suitcase (Brand: american tourister) handle. It is completely broken. Please see the images. This has caused my unnecessary stress and waste of time as i have more professional and personal journeys planned in the coming weeks and do not have a suitcase for travel.
      Kindly compensate for the this issue as soon as possible and let me know if i have to do any formalities.
      I also suggest that you have to train your staff to handle luggage properly and be more transparent and truthful while interacting with customers. You should not try to cheat customers when the mistake is from go air for which you should take responsibility.

          By mistake i left my financial calculator on seat pocket in filght number g8 761 on bhubneshwar to kolkata sector on 12 jan 2019 departing bhubneshwar 11.35 am. My seat number is 8d. Called go air helpline number also they do not have any policy to check same over email or any phone number for baggage claim. Image is attached for same.               Hi team,

              I have booked a ticket on happyeasygo website, choosing go air, however an incorrect date was selected instead of 6th of march 2019 i selected the date as 5th march. I contacted go airlines customer service and they told me the re scheduling charges to be somewhere around 5500. This is like insane.
              For a small mistake your airline is charging an heck of an amount.

              I request you to please provide me the full refund for the flight on 5th march. So that i can reschedule for the 6th of march.

                Incident took place for a late night flight that we were boarding to delhi from hyderabad on 6th jan 2019. Flight was at 11.25 and we reached the airport at 10.30. We were not allowed to check in as the airline wither sold our tickets or they had two unservicable seats (As told by them) due to which inspite that we were on time and we kept insisting that please let us board as it is very urgent for us to reach delhi. They did not let us take that flight. Worst was their behaviour, inspite of the fact that they knew it was their fault, they did not even arrange for a hotel for me and my husband. Asked us to wait at the airport till the morning flight. After asking for a refund or some compensation they completely denied. This episode has happened with ravi (Customer representative) and rajesh (Duty manager). Airline agreed they were at fault but they refused to give any compensation. Mr. Prateek acharya (Airport manageŕ) made us wait for 45 minutes but he did not even come to meet us.

                You did not attache any document of
                - e-ticket
                - your boarding pass, if you own it,
                - the exact time, when the anonymous agent had refused you to board or to checkin at the Delhi airport
                - your complaint towards anonymous person
                - the refusal on that anonymous person to compensate you unknown sum

                If you were late for checking / for boarding for your flight at the IGI airport and according the time, whis is stated in boarding pass or in e-ticket for you in written - it is your own fault. So you can claim nothing.

                All complaint on luck of the services (refusal to board) have been addressed in written to the issuer of your tikcet - to the air carrier.
                The air carrier has 15 days for the decision on the compensation or on refusal of the compensation follwing your submissionalong with your correct full name, address, e-mail, given desription of the events in timly manner and to the request in 1-2 sentances
                - at the site of the air carrier or
                - to the air carrier officilly designated email or
                - in person in the airport office.

                In 15 days followoing your complaint, if no refund is received, you are advised to hire the legal professinal for charge, who is able to start te civil case in a local court.
                Such charges for legal cases can cost you from !~5000 and more rupees + own effective efforts (to go to the court, to go to the post, to reply in court questions, etc).

                The fair court shall award the winner with the fair compensation for all losses and for paid fees.

                  I have availed go air air on 27-sep-2018 with ticket booked in my name, and requesting goair team to share the travel certificate since 1-jan-2018 as same is required to be submitted to my office for claiming expense. Go air team responded that they are unable to find the details in their system. Post which i shared all details available in invoice with me.
                  After multiple reminders since than... There is no response from goair team.
                  Not happy with the service.

                  1. you full name/ addres/ email / or phone for your identification
                  2. e-ticket issue din your name
                  3. what is a travel certificate?
                  4. a good reason, why Go Air has aduty to issue the unknown travel certificate - such document is not foreseen in the travel ndustry.

                  Nobody must examine purely anonomous and purely unidentified complaints without prove of travel / loss.

                    I traveled from srinagar to mumbai on 29 november 2018 and when reched mumbai i discovered my luggage is not on the belt even when everyone took their luggage and left. After speaking to the goair guy, i was told its coming. My luggage was the last to come and i realized its broken, yes hard case broken and seal also tempered with. I got furious and spoke to the supervisor, he made me fill a form and asked to wait for 1 week. When i reached hotel i realized 3 luggages were broken and i filled form for 1 luggage. Immediately i called and spoke to customer service and also sent an email with the pictures of all the luggages. Dumb customer service has avoided all the other and offered me inr 3000 for 1 bag. After few emails exchanged, they stopped responding and even tweets doesn’t help. Don’t travel with this airline.. And suggestion on how to escalate this issue any further?

                    1. Nobody has a duty to examine purely unidentiied complaints
                    2. Nobody has a duty to follow twits or other non official services.
                    Exeption : the complaint submission at the site / server of air carrier / or a travel agent
                    3. Nobody has a duty to accept the complaint of the same subjcet every day from the same customer for all life.

                    4. You are advised to have saved in your laptop and to show:
                    - your full name, address, e-mail
                    - your bag tag
                    - PROPERTY IRREGULATORY REPORT (PIR) or DAMAGE REPORT, issued by the agent
                    - your e-ticiket
                    - your 1st and last complaints addressed to the air carrier
                    - the decision / reply of the air carrier, which show their offer (did they pay you or not - it is inclear from text).

                    5. The air carrier liablity for damaged/delayed bagage is limitted by the law.

                    6. It is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same air carrier (example, gimme 1000 ruppes for delayed/damaged luggage), if the air carrier proposes the partial compensation already.

                    7. The future act is a civil case in a local court only.
                    The expected expences for legal case can be:
                    - government fees start from 2000 ruppes, if in India, depenfing upon the court
                    - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional start
                    a) from !~5000 rupees + own efforts on the collection of the documents
                    or
                    b) from 15000 rupees if you wish to sit and talk to the lawyer over phone only.

                    The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by the judgemnt.

                    I am not associated with the above air carrier.

                      I booked a ticket using Goibibo on 2nd December for the travel date 5th May 2019. There are 5 people travelling together. There was a small mistake in a traveler's last name for which I contacted the Goair's and Goibibo's customer care but they refused to do so. I asked to cancel just 1 ticket so that I can rebook the ticket for the same date but they confirmed that I will not get any refund as the cancellation fee is of 3300 which is the actual cost of that ticket.

                      The correction which is required is as follows.
                      Passenger's name: Preeti Devi (As per ID proof)
                      Mistakenly surname mentioned on the ticket is : Preeti Thakur

                      Just Thakur needs to be replaced with Devi.

                      Please take this matter up with them.

                        On 21st december 2018, i was having flight at 2.20pm for delhi. I was waiting in the queue with other 10-12 passengers for check-in. Suddenly the customer executive said, no more check-in will be done. We all were astonished how he could say that when we are waiting in the queue for last 20 minutes and all the executives were busy for some stamping of one customer. We were waiting for our chance. As many customers were having connecting flights, they had to pay huge amount to book new tickets, and fly to the connecting airport.
                        After 30-40 minutes, one of customer care executive at the check-in counter came up and said, we will reschedule your ticket. From few passengers, they charged huge sum for rescheduling, from few o[censored]s they didn't charge.
                        I want to make complaints that how can they not allow us to check in when we are in queue with all other passengers?
                        And if we had not reached on time, why they favor us without charging for rescheduling the flight?
                        The rescheduled flight was at 11.45pm. Who will pay for the sufferings i had due to long time gap?

                          I had traveled from bhubaneswar to mumbai on g8 247 on 28th dec. I would like inform you that my baggage was not handled properly, front packet zip was broken and also opened. Unless someone pulled so hard it won't break.

                          It was a brand new american tourister suitcase, but unfortunately it has now broken zip.
                          Can you please look into this

                          It is impossible to check such complaint as the author has not attached :
                          - e-ticket copy / boarding pass
                          - bag tag
                          - PROPERTY IRREGULATORY REPORT (PIR) or DAMAGE REPORT, issued by the agent

                          1. There is a time limit for submission the complaint for a delayed / damaged baggage:
                          7 days following the flight, if the baggage is not receved / damaged
                          at the air carrir site / to the agent of the aie carrier in the airport.
                          2. You need to express claim in figures in 1 sentance.

                          3. The air carrier liablity for damaged/delayed bagage is limitted by the law.

                          4. All claims have to be addresed to the air carrier at the air carrier site,
                          which have 15 days for the decision.
                          In 15 days the decsion on the compensation or its refusal has to be issued by air carrier to your e-mail box, stating your name and air carrier name.

                          5. Following 15 days, all disputes on damages have to be resolved in the court of the country of the departure or of the arrival, and not later tha in 1 or in 2 years, depening upon the country.

                          6. You are advised to save
                          - bag tag
                          - e-ticket
                          - PIR or damage report, which was issued by agent.
                          - or your own submitted complaint at air carrir site.
                          - or any reply of the air carrier to your name / e- mail box.

                          Note, it is usless to request the same subject matter more than 2 times from the same air carrier (example, gimme 1000 ruppes for damaged luggage).

                          7. The later solution (if no compensation receved) is via local court only.

                          8. The expected expences for legal civil matter can be:
                          - government fees [ from 200 or from 2500 ruppes ] + own efforts,
                          - legal fees for assistance of a lawyer or of legal professional [ from ~5000 rupees] + own efforts
                          The fair court shall award all reasonable losses, moral compensation, paid fees by judgement.

                            I had booked flight from Delhi to Leh (G8-710) for 19th Jan 2019. PNR - H1LM6Y

                            Suddenly on 23rd Dec at 11.15. AM I got the SMS and email from GoAir saying that this flight got cancelled. So we got panic and as we have scheduled trek in Leh and to avoid paying huge amount at last moment booking flight, we booked some other flight on 24th before we receive their second email talking about rescheduling the flight. On 24th we got sms and email about rescheduling of same flight at 6.16 PM (almost after 1 day). I had called customer care multiple times about cancellation and 100% refund but they are not listening to me. Now I have booked other airline which I cannot cancel as I cannot get 100% refund because it is not their mistake.Due to GoAir's miscommunication this has happened. This is kind of harassment to us and that too by paying them huge amount. I booked this ticket through MakeMyTrip.com. I don't care about convenience fee but at least I should get my 100% refund on ticket fare. Attaching the screenshot of email and SMS about cancellation of flight by GoAir.
                            Please help me out here.

                              I had lost my baggage at delhi airport. I did not get my checked in baggage after my flight. I had travelled on 16/12/18 by flight no g8 -465 from mumbai to new delhi. It was dark coloured trolley bag. I had filled the pir form at the airport. They had told me that they will call me but no one called me. After calling for many times, the next day somebody picked up the phone. They told me to wait for 5 days. Then also they did not call me. It has been 9 days now. No one has called. I had my valuable clothes and acc in it. I think i have to take action against such irresponsible behaviour of the airline and file case against the airline

Not yet the confirmation msg is not come. But 1715 rs is debited from my account. I call customer care. And i got reply from customer care is that there is no booking is on that name jijith r.                                   So i’m a frequent flyer of goair and as per my experience i have never come across such an arrogant lady at the boarding counter! Her name was suman kathu, at the jammu airport! Since i had excess luggage, she didn’t want to consider even listen and when i was paying she didn’t have the machine for which she kept me waiting for 30 mints max. She behaved rudely and i’m not happy with how the go air staff treated me! Consider

                                  The name of Passenger Mr. Arvind Kumar Prasad has been mistakenly got mentioned as Mr. Arvind Prasad. This is a clear case of typo error which can be possible by any human. Hence I request you to do the necessary modifications on priority.
                                  On12th Dec. Banglore to Ahemdabad flight, your security person removed my hair straight machine ND power bank in banglore ND I complained a lot bt there is no result, kindly do something...

                                    Baggage of full flight was left out by goair people at srinagar only from where we boarded.. We had life saving drugs n prescriptions in the baggage due to which our appointment with doctor was cancelled n patient suffered a lot... And goair customer executive were so much rude to passengers after this carelessness on their part... I was traveling with infant n had to wait for two hours at airport for no fault of mine... And more than that we were told that we will get the baggage next day at 3... If after paying such huge amount for the ticket we face this hell of inconvenience noone would prefer airtravel.. So poor service

                                      Hello, i travelled from bangalore to hyderabad on dec 19th 2018 (18:55 pm flight) and one of my baggage got stuck at bangalore airport due to security reason (Power bank). I have already provided all the required document to [protected]@goair.in and the personal at the hyderabad airport from go air confirmed me that my baggage has been transferred to hyderabad via spice jet and i can claim it at 4:30 - 5:00 am. However i am yet to get the baggage. I would be traveling back to us and would need to have my baggage in hyderabad to today. Please help

                                        Madam/ dear sir,
                                        My mother named mrs manju sinha was traveling from patna to kolkata. Her pnr number is w5vykc. As she is 63 years old so she used wheelchair facility. During shifting languages in my car, she missed carry gift carry bag of camelin colour box. I would like to request you to check in counter or kolkata airport authority if anyone has submitted aforesaid gift bag.
