My senior aged parents had purchased godrej semi automatic washing machine model WS EDGE 700 CT. The drier motor is not working and is covered under warranty. They have been complaining for last couple of years and every time service engineer comes and says his senior will come and close the complaint. i had also complained a few days back against complaint number P[protected] and again the same result. Hence please help as mother with back and knee problems is rinsing and drying the clothes with great difficulty manually as the washing machine is not working. Please help in getting justice as godrej is not bothered. Regards, Rinku Goyal

    Hii sir / ma'am recently I have bought godrej air conditioner of 1 ton. For ambernath west. And for installation I got a call from godrej so when mechanic visited at my home they said that installation charges is rs .1200 and stand fitting charges is 300. Because I have bought the stand already. And extra 8 foot Cooper wire will be required so for that 1 foot charge is 300 rs and for 8 foot its around rs.2400. so my total cost was coming rs 3900.
    So I refused to install and I call a mechanic from out side he charge me installation charges 800 and stand fitting 200 and guess what no extra copper wire was required. The 10 foot that I got from my kit it was enough.

    I have a complaint against godrej service centre which one is located in ambernath west. This same air conditioner my friends also bought on same day. the day I bought we stays in same building and we bought the same air conditioner also. but he was charged 1000 for installation. And for me it was 1200 I don't know why there is differentiate between customers.

    So I have done the installation from outside not from the godrej. Because they were charging me for nothing. And i got a call from service centre [protected] I explained her the situation and she told me that you have installed from outside so we are cancelling your warranty.

    Is this is fare .? I'm asking from godrej.?
    How can u charged 3 to 4times Higher then the market rate.i installed my ac in rs. 1000 and your mechanic was charging me rs.3900 seriously 😳.
    He told me a lie that extra 8 foot cooper wire will be required.

          Hardly 10 days when I brought refrigerator and after before 5day it was installed. From that day we are facing issue with cooling even in summer mode it's taking 5-6hr to make ice. Sometimes it's getting off automatically light inside the refrigerator is on but not cooling at all insight the freezer all i can see is water. Raised this complain many a time but technician not ready to help us. He is saying that "it's might be due to voltage" When there is no voltage issue all other system are working fine. And word of surprise is that on refrigerator is written that it has stabilizer free operation. It's simply waste of money. Very very poor experience this is I'll never recommend any one to buy anything from godrej. The service also very poor. The support team literally arguing over the call and saying technicians decision will be final decision whether issue get resolved or not. If refrigerator is failing to make ice then what is the use of a refrigerator. Please return is.

              I have purchased one godrej refrigerator 31 mar 2022, it got delivered on 02 Apr 2022. But once I unpack the product, see that was a damaged product i received. I already communicated the same to godrej customer care and also the retailer "ananda mela" Bardhaman. But still I did not receive any update for that.
              I need my product to be replaced asap.

                Hello,
                Thanks for the revert of our concern,
                main issue is the time period of the cooling gas problem i.e. around in which company whether small or big the cooling gas of a.c. becomes nil in one & half year approx,
                also the first a.c. which We buy on 30/05/20 has the gas issue in new sealed pack which was later replaced by Godrej company in July 2020 ( its the same a.c. which we are discussing about),
                Brand new a.c. works Around 4-5 years of any company & we never heard about cooling gas problem in next year or 2nd year.
                Its the second a.c. of Godrej Company in my home which has the cooling Gas problem as well as We have 4-5 more A.C. in our home which has no complain of cooling Gas IN FIRST, SECOND OR EVEN THIRD, FOUTH YEAR OF all Major & small Brands Also.
                So its a request from Godrej Company & its Service Dealers to look out the comlaint personally that after buying a branded product of Godrej Company if we need to pay again a extra amount to fill the cooling Gas which is not the fault of customer Rather the product is not upto the Standard which the normally all brand are Making in INDIA ., then its a total loss to the consumer & also stands a question on the Quality & Customer Service of Godrej Company,

                  Godrej RT eon290 P 3.4/2016 model purchased from sent him traders Arcot Ranipet district Tamil nadu, south India in 2017. From the date of it installation / purchase it is not performing good, . In all season high cooling irrespective of the season and kept in minimum position. Things kept in it getting spoiled. Reported to the vendor he fixed some green box small and told it will be alright. But so far no improvement in the performance. Kindly do the needful and help me. I suspect is it a original piece or not. Please do good for me

                        Hi Team,
                        I have purchased a freeze in October 2021 and I am facing a lot of issues already. In February I complained that it doesn't have enough cooling. To fix the issue technicians took around 10 days and changed the PCB(Motherboard). Again I am facing the same issue and technicians came now they are telling me the problem is with the GAS. I asked for a replacement because it's just a 5 month old refrigerator. I don't want this type of faulty freeze and their people have simply denied that we can't replace it. Do whatever you want to do, we will not replace it. You guys are the only one now who can help me out and please I don't have much money to buy a new freeze because after warranty I have to pay for the parts and visit charges if I face any problem for which I am damn sure that this freeze is never gonna be fixed.

                            Fed-up wth customer care of Godrej. My fridge was repaired 3 weeks back but till date they have not provided any bill. I have called customer care more than 40 times and every time they have promised me that the same will be resolved within an hour but. I have already spend 3950 without any bill hoping that it will come but..The fan was replaced and I was told that it's warranty is for 5 years but no warranty card was given. Neither online nor offline bill was provided.

                              I am using godrej ac for four years. It is frequently cleaned and maintained. It suddenly stopped cool air. I made a complaint to godrej, the technicians come and told it is repaired at shop. They took and told front coil damaged so it will cost Rs.16000/-. I get it repaired in the end of October 21. I run it for oneday and switched off due to cold weather. I when switch it on in March 22, I again faced same issue. I made a call to godrej technician, who comes and told there is a small leakage and he repaired it for Rs. 2650/- paid. After two days I am facing same issue, even after spending appx Rd..19000/-

                                      Respected Sir,
                                      On 10th June 2020 I purchased a split air conditioner which was billed Rs-26, 916 /- from popular online selling platform Flipkart. The installation and demo of the purchased unit was done by your company for which I paid Rs-3500 /- [ 10 meter extra copper pipe+3 meter extra drain pipe + standard installation charges ]. Also I was informed that the company provides 1 year warranty on the product. After installation the air conditioner unit was working fine and there were no issues.

                                      But on 24th April 2021 the air conditioner unit suddenly stopped providing any cooling effect. So the product being under warranty I registered my first complaint through your customer care number. The executive there registered my complain and after few hours the technician from your company arrived at my location. After proper inspection he concluded that the air conditioner has no gas inside the compressor and so he will refill the gas and look for any the reason why there is no gas inside the unit which will fall under warranty and no charges will be taken by your company.
                                      The Technician dismantled the whole indoor and outdoor unit and started to check for any leakages with soap-water solution. After spending approximately 6 hours he was not able to find any spots from where the leakage was happening and concluded that there is no leakage. He told that, he has tightened the pipe connections near indoor and outdoor unit and refilled the unit with gas. He also added that now the unit is working fine and there will be no issues anymore.

                                      On 18th May 2021 I registered my second complaint on your customer care number because of the same issue happened again and the unit started facing issues in providing cooling. On the same day my complaint was registered and I was appointed a technician. The technician arrived at my location and after inspection said that there is no gas in the unit due to which the unit is unable to provide cooling. Also, he added that he has to again refill the gas and look for core of the problem and if the unit still faces the same problem, he will raise the request for replacement of the unit. Agreeing to the technician’s argument I allowed him to carry out his operations for the same. The technician this time again dismantled the whole indoor and outdoor unit and started to check for leakage with soap and water. After spending six hours approx he was still unable to find the leakage and concluded that the leakage must be very small and should be at the joints of pipes at indoor and outdoor unit. So he cut a section of pipe and rebuilt new joints and tightened the joints with new Teflon seal tape. As well, he filled the unit with gas and the air conditioner was now working fine.

                                      On 5th June 2021 the air conditioner again stopped providing cooling and so I registered my third complaint on your customer care number; remember the product is still under warranty and this is the third complaint already. The appointed technician arrived at my location and after proper inspection he argued that the problem is still same so he has to again dismantle the whole unit and look for the same. Refusing to his argument I asked him to let me talk to the branch manager instead. So, he provided me with the branch manager’s number. I requested the branch manager to provide replacement of the unit. The branch manager being ridiculously rude said that he will not provide any replacement and the only thing he will do is just repair the product nothing else.

                                      Due to this rude behaviour of your company professional and less skilled technician staff I did few mails to the company in whose reply I received a call from the concerned professional. The executive said that he will provide replacement of indoor unit copper coil and outdoor unit copper coil in which I will be charged nothing as the complaint was not resolved under warranty period. After a month I received a call from the rude branch manager and he said that he will just replace the indoor unit’s copper coil but not the outdoor unit as well. Even if the company has sent both indoor and outdoor unit’s copper coil, he will just replace the indoor unit copper coil and I will be charged for fitment for it as well.

                                      Completely rejecting to his argument, I said that there is no need for him to replace any of the coils, I will talk with the company Professional instead through mail as my complaints were under warranty.

                                      Again, I did few mails to the company regarding the problem but this time no response was received by me and after a week I received a SMS from your customer Care number that my complaint has been closed even when my problem was not resolved in anyway.

                                        The refrigerator was purchased on 13 January 2021 and it has 10 years of warranty and stopped working since 20 February 2022.
                                        the shopkeeper has behaved rude by saying that we don't have any of your records and denied to provide any service.
