i bought a godrej double door 304 litre eon series refreezerator on 15oct09.vegetabe tray glass cover cracked on its own within a month.As i was busy with some domestic affairs i contacted dealer by the end of november. The dealer lodged a complaint on behalf of me by 3rd dec.after 1 day an person from gordrej came and saw the things and instead of addressing the complaint he advised me to buy a stabilizer for rs 2000.He said that this refeezerator will not work properly without the satbilizer.As i was not informed about this fact
while making the puchase ,and didnot think that stabilzer needed ,so i refused to purchase the stabilizer and asked for the replacement of glass cover only.
the representative said he will come back next day to solve the problem.

till date no one came nor any one from godrej contacted me to know and resolve the problem.when contacted again to servise center they are telling me that i have toy for visit of representative and for the part to be replaced.
I used to think higly of godrej as brand .but i found the product and service and attitude.all gravely pathetic.

    I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator model No- 1982 EDGE Sl. no.[protected] on dated 18/05/2009 from M/s SHRAMANA G.B. Road, Gaya (Bihar) through cash memo no 237 at a price of Rs 10300/ - .
    Unfortunately from the first day of its purchase, till date it did not work properly and put me in lots of trouble. As my father is a diabetic and I purchased this refrigerator as per the advice of our family doctor to put my father’s medicines into it. The detail of the break down of the said Refrigerator and return delivery from your authorized service centre is given here for your information:

    I would like to inform you that if I will not receive any response from your side in this concern within 3 days, I will carry this matter to consumer court at Gaya district.
    One more thing I would like to put into your knowledge that the behavior of your sales partner M/s SHRAMANA is very rude with customers which may lead me like customer to not to purchase a valuable product from your like reputed company.
    The Service engineer of your authorized service centre is also not good and punctual to attend complains and he is not up to the mark at his behavior with customers.
    Always keep one thing in your mind that this matter is related to my father’s health. Lacking or overlooking this matter at your end with delay in delivering new one as per the requirement will may put you in trouble.
    Please take care of all the above mentioned points and do the needful as soon as possible.

    Godrej Refrigerator — cooling fail down

    we have purchased rifrigerator before six month

    I agree Godrej HAD a good reputation at one time, but we have faced the same problem with their frig recently.

    Gave our frig GF49 for repairs on the 25th of May 2010 complain no. 704878 and was told this has a foreign compressor and you will get a replacement since we are not competent to repair it. It was given back to us beginning of July and they had returned it without fixing it. Poonam service center told me that the company had refused to replace the compressor with a new one and they had been told to fix this and send it back.

    Very clear that they could not. The frig never worked and the service center finally took the frig back under complaint no. 719104. So far it has not been repaired. Think they are waiting for the guarantee to die out and then they can return it with impunity and tell me that if I need a new compressor then I should pay for it. Wonderful people to work for. This has become a joke. One thing is for sure this has taught me NOT TO BUY GODREJ PRODUCTS. THEY ARE THE MOST IRRESPONSIBLE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH. Am really sorry to have said that because they were a company who we were so proud of. They used to be the icons of the industry. What happened?

      my fridge godrej pentcool double door giving trouble since oct 2009, 2 times gas leaked n i had to get it refilled n pay the amount as well,
      now again the fridge is non cooling, n despite repeated complaints no one from the company bothers even to attent the complaint, , i dont know where the company's SMART CARE is existing

      We purchase Godrej refrigerator double door five years ago, since then we are having problems of non-cooling. Many times we made complaints and and someone was coming and sometime it gone to service centre but still we are suffering from problems. Earlier it was was not freezing ice and part was becoming mild cool, service man made some changes and now it freezing ice but lower part same temperature from outside.
      We are having other brands of similar model, they are performing very well.
      We bought another refrigerator 30 years ago, and it was nice, we hardly developed problems except in the last few years so we replaced it with Godrej.
      Please note my complaint and get rid from these problems.

      I have bought double door GFE 28 D Godrej refrigerator on 7.11.07.Since 2 mths there is non cooling .
      1.After coomplaining the technician on ist visit found compressor defective which was subsequently replaced & paid for the default
      2.subsequently, again the problem started 2 days later. on 2nd visit technician did something without explaining what was the default.
      3.Problem still persisted & on 3rd visit capacitor was found to be defective & hence we were asked to pay for new one like one.It took lot of trouble on our part to make them understand that they had failed to fix the problem & hence it was wrong to ask us for further payment without any guarantee of future success.
      4.Still after tall claims made by them problem started 2 days later with no cooling taking place at all even when capacitor was replaced
      5.Even then things did not change & on 4th visit timer was found defective & we were asked to pay for new one.SERVICE ORDER NO. IS 903357
      This time we said we have had enough & we contacted the manager of delhi branch .But the response from customer care of godrej has been appalling to say the least.We don't know if reputed firm like godrej behaves this way then what should a customer do.

      I have purchased godrej refrigerator on 19.02.2008. Initially, there was a break in the vegetable basket. It took one week for replacement. Thenafter, there was a problem in the toughened glass, so we were unable to put anything on the glass. It took more than 7 to 8 months for replacement. Now this time, only one and half has passed and there is no cooling in the refrigerator. I have lodged a complaint and I got the no. 812733. I also came to know that the visiting charges is Rs. 350/- which is very high in this short span of purchasing period. In my opinion, an item like refrigerator should not have a problem for around 10-15 years. But if I get this type of response and service from this company, then what would you expect about the goodwill of the company. Really, the products of this company has become a nuisance for me. If this time you seriously view my problem, I would really feel good. Plz consider for the CUSTOMERS because this company is running only because of the customers. If you don't treat them well, then forget about the future of the company. Please do needful.

      Sir, I had lodged a complaint regarding non cooling in my refrigerator on dt. 23.06.2010 vide complaint no. 384699. After two days one technician came and told that there is a leakage of Gas and he will fill the gas by tomorow but after two days no one came. After giving reminder in cust. care another technician came and told that there is no problem of gas leakage but the compressor is out of order and need to be replaced and assured to visit next day with compressor (the refrigerator is under warranty). But after passing 7 days no one has visit to rectify the complaint. In this context, let me know how many days are required to over a complaint. At this summer season I am suffering alot due to non working of my refrigerator. Please reply me how many days will take more for the same. and what action is being taken by you at your end.

      Service provider from Kolkata not changing parts of Microwave Oven since 10 day

      I had give a call for servicing my woven on dtd 01/12/14 vide complaint no.391555.But till now my microwoven is not working.I have given them several reminder but fail.

        I have purchase a Refrigerator Model no. GFE 25 BZ SHELL WINE (2E4VSW) from Asha & Co. Civil lines Allahabad vide Doc No. CLR/2008/02876 on dated 16/11/2008. With trust.

        In this above reference I stated that the above said Refrigerator had not worked properly (like not proper cooling & not ice freezing etc) sinc its installation (dt 3rd april'2009). I had lodged many complaints (which details are given below) to customer care center. The servicemen/technicians repair it like 8 - 10 times but repeatedly same problem occurs. Now the I/c of godrej service center allahabad had collect said refrigerator to their service center (on dt. 16-Dec'2009). After checking & inspection they told me that this refrigerator is can not repaired because it has manufacturing defect. They send this report to I/c (Mr. Pramod) Regional Godrej Service Center lucknow for Replacement with new. In conversation on telephone m/o January'10 Mr. Pramod (I/c Of Regional Godrej Service Center lucknow) told me that they replaced it up to 15th feb'2010 but they could'nt it. After one week (22nd feb'2010) he said that he will distribute it within one week before holi festival[protected] then he repated same answer up to 15th march'2010. On 15th mar'2010 he (mr. Pramod) informed me on telephone that new refrigerator is send today by transport it will reached to you within three days. but I have not received it till today (31st march'2010). I asked him (mr. Pramod I/c Of Regional Godrej Service Center lucknow) several times on telphone but he didn't give any satisfactory answer about replacemet of my refrigerator. He give only one answer "I will do it shortely" all times.

        I am facing to much problem without refrigerator in this summer season. there is four months had gone but no any action is taken by Godrej Customer care center or Godrej company for deleay.

        Godrej — Refrigerator door under warranty not replaced

        Respected Sir/madam,

        Inspite of our repeated complaints (complaint no.634000 from 29/05/2009) regarding replacement of our 2 rusted doors of our double door refrigerator which is under warranty, no action has been taken from our side.Moreover the servicemanof the company who came to check the problem collected Rs. 350 as the transport charge for bringing the door.
        Now even after repeated reminder to the company after 4 months since the was complaint lodge no action was taken.

        Due to non replacement of door one more problem has started water is leaking from the edge of the door. Now plz tell me who is repansible for this new problem & who will pay for it.

        If the company cant provide proper sevice to your customer than why are they cheating the cusotomer by giving warranty & guranty.

        Now plz tell sir, wether now our problem will be solved or it will be idle in your mail box.

        I virupaksha I have purchase dibble door refrigerator in 2009, and timer has burned on 13th June, we have complied and they come replaced on 13th of June, after 15th is not working, again we have complied 16th they have rectified 24th we have got shack our refrigerator is burned, D P switch and KEB meter all burned, we have given a complied nobody come up, regularly we are calling .

          A new Gordej Pentacool Refrigerator stopped functioning on 27 March 2010. It was not possib;le to lodge a complaint as the agency was observing holidays.
          Now after complaint on 30 March 2010, the company requires 48 hours to organise service of an Engineer.
          How ridiculous!!
          Hi I have taken a Godrej REFRIGERATOR form KAPILA ELECTRONICS B-1 JANAK PURI last week
          we find the balancing problem, we called daily atleast 4-5 times daily to kaplia after 4th day he changed the fridge and second Day we find that KAPILA ELECTRONICS give us the second hand fridge ar used fridge u people cant believe that after 3rd day that REFRIGERATOR stoped working ...we daily calling to the CUSTOMER CARE AND KAPILA ELECTRONICS they are not giving any response they only tell that yes we will send the engineer.
          THIS IS VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE GODREG COMPANY AND SPECIALLY TO THE KAPILA ELECTRONICS I NEVER SUGGEST ANY ONE TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THE KAPILA ELECTRONICS _JANAK PUTI NEW DELHI AND ALSO THE PRODUCT OF THE GODREJ

            I am Devendra and residing at House No D-272, Gali No- 7 Bhajanpura Delhi- 110053, I have purchase a Refrigerator from VENUS ELECTRONICS (F-610, Main Wazirabad Road, Opp Bhajanpura Bus Stand Delhi- 110094), Model No- 19B-1 EDGE, Color Cherry as on dated 26 October 2008. I have complaint to your customer care last week after that a person from your company has visited my residence on 17th August. He inspect the refrigerator and said there is no problem but there is a power cut of problem and also current on the body of the refrigerator. He didn’t clarify what to be done for rectification of the said problem.

            Therefore I request you send some qualified engineer to see the problem and make it all right at the earliest.

              dear sir,
              i have purchaced one fridge (model no GFE 240 P ZOP)FROM one o[censored]r dealer namely nandilath G mart from calicut in KERALA.AFTER that started all of my probems.5 days after delivery of the product we noticed laarge bulge in the door and the lock was not working properly.we informed the same to the dea ler and after so many calls and direct complaining to the state service centre door was replaced after 5 months
              we purchased the product on[protected].we strongly believes that an old product they supplied. Because model no written in the fridge was not 240 P (?220 p-number was teared).also we realised that hinge lock was not belongs to this model.
              again after 1 year we noticed that there was no cooling in the middle box and freezer.again we complained the same as complaint no.750889 and they came and told me that the thermo stat along with service charge has to be replaced.i paid about 930/- rs for the same.initially they told me that the warranty period was 5 years.recently after 1 year only we realised that the warranty was only for compressor.since we are using one o[censored]r product for last 15 years with out any complaints we trusted you.the service provided by ur agency was very much disapppointing.There is no voltage problem. this ,matter is going to be a shame to you and ur dealer,
              so i request you to kindly look in to the matter and if otherwise we will be forced to go for a consumer redressal

                We purchased a Godrej Freeze with valid bill and warranty card on[protected] at Nasirabad from a Godrej Authrized dealer.After a month Freeze started doing noise and when we complaint to dealer he said it happen with new freeze. Now after 6 month freeze is not in working condition, its Compressor is defected and Freezer is punctured. Freeze still in warranty period. We raised complaint at Godrej company also (complaint number 641769), but they are saying it can only happen due to negligent/ Intentional misuse so we need to bear the cost of maintenance. I could not understand why we will intentionally misuse even we dont have any kid at home also. Any way kid also can not reach till freezer.
                The freeze was not proper from start and we are sure they have given us a defective freeze, because we already used a same godrej freeze till 14 year without any complaint. We are not new user and everyone is educated in our family. They are not accepting their mistake. I am applying here for proper compensation and maintenance cost of freeze. Please help me to resolve this issue.

                  I purchased godrej referigerator double door in year 2004. on third day itself it ran out of gas, then we lodged complaint and gas was refiled. Godrej engineers made us to sign amc, till now we have must made some 100 complaints and every time engineers come and do something and go. in year 2008, again we signed amc contract and this they did not give us amc paper. but whenever we make a complaint they need amc paper and without amc paper they will not do any repairing. now we are in trouble, for last three months the refrigerator is dead. any solution.

                    I had purchased one pentacool Model 195S on 16-04-06 from Rohit Sales and Service, Balasore. From the day of installation, it is fixed, even not moved an inch from its installation position. But unfortunately since last week it is not cooling much. Ice is not being formed. I reported the problem and my registered service call no. 746814. The service centre( 01 Km from my house, same town/area) balasore attended it and advised for re-charging the Gas, as it seems to be leaked.

                    1. As I had not done anything, so the not cooling /leakage should be considered as manufacturing fault. And I should be considered for symathy and should be charged as less as possible.

                    2. As my Compressor warrent is stll there, my service charge should be considered.

                    3. As I am in the same town (1 km from your service point), Service should be provided at my home with no extra charges.

                    But the service centre charges in very crude manner Rs 1300 for gas refilling. Do you imagine?? Service charge 250 + 200 (twice) , Gas refill- 650 and spare 200/-.

                    Please help me.

                        I have purchased Godrej Ref. 32DZ having chases no. 527503 on 8.02.09. The chases of the same was found crack/broken. On our complaint dated 16.01.10 vide no. 289106, a technician visited and on my request to replace the inner-body or refrigerator, I am told that an engineer will visit shortly to fix complaint. I am surprised to note that Godrej co. sent SMS stating your complaint has been completed without attending complaint. Upon my again lodging complaint at help line vide no. 289729 dt 18.01.10, I am again told that you can complaint wherever you like. It is not godrej fault. I am surprised, how a company such as Godrej is irresponsible. How is its product that cannot last even for a year? How godrej is giving warranty for five years? I request you to please interfere in the matter and get my fridge replaced.

                          I had purchased Godrej Refrigerator in Aug 08 since than I m facing the same problem that the unit stop working , we make the complaint to godrej they send the service personal but every time they asked for money for rectification , unit is still under warranty

                            Reference No : complaint No 937543

                            I had purchased a Godrej brand 260L frost-free Freeze (model: GF 28 SF EL) from Fairdeal Company, Nagpur on 3rd Aug 2004. This Freeze is giving continuous problems of breakdowns.

                            This freeze was sent for repairs to NGDA, Nagpur in March 2007. Its PCB and sensors were changed at that time.The freeze was out of order for a week. Again the freeze broke down in November 2009 and it was out of order for 4-5 days. The sequence of breakdowns still persist. The Freeze once again broke down on 12th July 2010. Freeze has been repaired by local Service centre i.e. NGDA on 16th July 2010.

                            This time they have bye-passed the electronic circuitry and virtually made it to non-EL from EL brand. I have already spent nearly 5 thousand rupees in repairs which comes out to be 40% of cost price. In addition, I have lost many days of working of the Freeze but most of all it has caused immeasurable mental agony and erosion of confidence from an esteemed consumer brand manufacturer like Godrej.

                            They are charging Rs 1960/ this time for bye-passing the circuitry and making it to a most basic model of freeze. Rs 500/= has already been given as advance. May I know why I have to bear the cost of this repair for making my Freeze from EL to non EL model. It must be borne by the company itself as the product that is now I am having is not the same which I had purchased ( It is downgraded version of the earlier one).

                            The common denominator in all the breakdowns so far has been the failure of the electronic circuitry involved .It seems that the product (EL Model ) was not properly proven at that point or may be the product was having the design problem . This is further substantiated by the versions of the mechanics that this model has been giving regular maintenance trouble and its PCB are not coming.

                            You are requested to look into the whole affair and do justice so that the eroded credibility can be bridged and the cost of repairs should be borne by the company.

                              With reference to the above mentioned subject, I would like to inform you that my Mother-in Law has purchased one Refrigerator from Godrej on 05/10/09 vide Application No. - 1182726, Salesman Code- 5162 by cash against byeback of her old Godrej Refrigerator.

                              With that purchase she has also received a BAJAJ MIXER GRINDER as GIFT.

                              Surprisingly when we received the consignment , we found the MRP printed on the box was Rs.14,930.00/- where as the Invoice value was Rs. 17920.00/- for the same consignment.(i.e. a difference of Rs. 2990.00)

                              After that when we contacted with the respective salesman of your company i.e. Mr.Rabi Sankar Ghosh,Code- 5162 (Totally arrogant and mis behaved person) , he first of all was not willing at all to meet us to explain the difference and then told us that the difference was due to a Combo offer given by Godrej where the Gift Item Price was also added with the Refregerator price.

                              This we feel total cheating from the company as your sales man never explained us that the GIFT????? price will be included along with the Refregerator price.

                              This is venkatata reddy, we purchased a godrej refregerator model noGFE220S/2007frostfree refregetor on 2-3-2008, but the very first day of the puirchase it does not cool . we called upto your customer care for several times but they came after six days and can did temporary repair and went away
                              2. then again after three days the same problem occured and again we called up and this tim e theycame aftyer five days on giving several cvomplints and again they did the same temparary repair not telling about the actuall problem .
                              3. Then after six months again the same problem occured and again we called up and this time the customer care executive gave us the service center phone no and asked to call them, and we called up there but they gave a rude reply and talk with us rediculously then also we requested them to come aand repair our refregetor but they came after six days and the techenician Mr sateesh from hyderabad said that this is compressure related problem gas has to be filled in the refregetrator so that we send a group of technicioansto rectify the problem and taking our signatures on some papers and he gone and after six days they came and did some repair .
                              4. And after six months of repairy we have got same problem again and called the customer care they came and has taking Rs 1200/ from us and didinot send the technecians for several days so that we struggle very much to call the people to repair the refregerator when we aasked about the problem they told the same old story of compressure related problem even afetr we got five years of warrant on compressure thay didnot ready to replace that one, and repired the fridje on old style.
                              5.after six months of repiry now we got the same cooling problem
                              so how many times we have to spend lots of money to repair the refregerator we made a blunder by perchasing your company's refregerator, in futuire we never going to buy any of your company's products and we are telling to our circle about your worst after sales service lazyness and bad manners of your employies and your poor technicians and discouraging them to purchase your products and we do this untill you rectify our problem.
                              6. we demand the exchange of this refregerator, if your company has a little bit of moral values, then rectify our problem immiediately and permamemtly because we dont have any faith in your companies techniciansand we thougt that this problem is not goiing to be rectified so that we demand exachange of our refregerator and the money that we paid for the service should be refundeded to us.

                                It is strange that the reason I am writing here is not to complaint, but to compliment. I could not find any avenue on this website which allowed me to share my opinion if it was positive, hence I am choosing this.

                                I purchased a Godrej refrigerator almost 4 months back and started to face problem wrt to cooling within first few days only. I complained to the dealer, Vijay Sales, through whom I had bought this piece and the complaint was attended, albeit not resolved permanently.

                                As it was only a temporary fix, it occurred again and yet again a service personnel visited my house and attempted to resolve. However it re-occurred again and I decided not to waste my time with the dealer services any longer.

                                The third time that this happened, I decided to contact the Godrej HQ.

                                To my pleasant experience, one Mr. Salil Doshi who looks after all service related issues in the Mumbai city, along with a chief engineer from the plant visited my house within 1hour of the complaint and patiently heard my problem. The chief engineer performed a thorough check of the refrigerator and educated me on the root of the issue. He even reassured me that post a full check up, if indeed the problem was a manufacturing issue (which happens quite rarely), Godrej will replace the fridge.

                                The fridge was rectified to operate for the next one week and true to the Godrej promise, Mr. Doshi actually got me a new replacement fridge! This is not very ordinary in the electronics industry as i know many other people who have faced similar issues with other companies but have never got a replacement.

                                I also received a call post the replacement to check if indeed the fridge was working fine and I am glad to share that I have not faced any issues thereafter.

                                I would like to use this site to truly thank Mr. Salil Doshi, his chief engineer Mr. Vispi and the Godrej family for helping me form a positive image of Godrej and showing my loyalty to them in future.

                                I encourage the Godrej users to please contact the HQ directly and not go via any dealers should they face any problem and seek help. I am sure you will be happier that way. This is the idea behind sharing my personal experience on this site.

                                  In last July my godrej refrigerator got problem as it's compressor came to be damaged in power fluctuation. After lodging complaint with the shop, a mechanic came after two months and changed compressor after taking his charges. i put on v-guard also so that further contingencies won't occur because of power fluctuation. But i experienced that there is no cooling to much extent. because of it i do not get use of the refrigerator.
                                  There was cooling problem in my fridge. The complaint which I made to Godrej Service Centre (Toll Free No. [protected])on 2 -April -2010 and the complaint no 457747 . In spite of several phone calls nobody has turn up to rectify the fault .GODREJ MAKES FALSE PROMISES TO SEND THERE TECHNICIAN WITHIN 24 HOURS. WHICH DOESNT HAPPENED . Since then I am waiting for the Godrej technician to come. and today is 6-April-2010 .Then why you want to sell ur product if you dont have proper network service .NOR UR PRODUCT IS DURABLE OR UR SERVICE .IF YOU DONT HAVE THE PROPER SERVICE NETWORK THEN WHY YOU SALE REFRIDGERATOR I THINK I WILL BE BETTER TO STOP MANUFACTURING UR PRODUCTS . WHAT ALL UR TECHNICIANS ARE SLEEPING ???????????????

                                    Sir/Madam,
                                    This is with reference to my refrigerator purchased from M/s Rajpal Brothers, Meerut on 03.05.2005.
                                    Since the beginning of September 2009 I have been facing the cooling problem in fridger. I launched the first complaint at M/s Rajpal Brothers on 02.09.2009 for which they gave up their efforts and finally sent back my refrigerator in exactly the same condition.
                                    Then, on their advice we launched the first complaint at your toll free number [protected]/ [protected] with Reference No.868723 dt.24.09.2009.
                                    The technician from Unique Quality Express, Nehru Road, Meerut came in on the next day to look into the problem and took away the refrigerator to sort out the persistent problem.
                                    On 10.10.2009, I received a call from the Meerut Service Center confirming that the refrigerator has been repaired and can be delieverred against the payment to be made. I paid the bill of Rs.981/- vide Sale Invoice No.13/1169 and the refrigerator was delivered at my place, with lots of scratches, dumps, etc. on its body. Also the waste water trays were not fitted in properly on many requests to the service center.
                                    It was committed by the service center that if within one month from the date of sale invoice same problem comes up again, they will sort it out without any cost to customer.
                                    Just after a few days, I again found the cooling problem in my refrigerator (more severe in nature as whole of the refrigerator was working as the fridger this time) and made many requests in person to the service center to look into the same. But there was no committed response from there end.
                                    Atlast, with no option left, I relaunched my complaint on 22.10.2009 with Reference No.872577. Next day, the technician came in and understood the problem and went away telling that he will inform about this problem at the service center. Since that day, there is no response from the service center despite of so many reminder calls/request in person.

                                    I really hope that you are going to look forward into this matter with utmost importance without taking any time in delay.

                                    Else, I will have only one option left with me to go to the Consumer Forum to get this matter sorted.

We have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator Smart Care on a exchange of Godrej Refrigerator old model which we were using it from last 20yrs. The date of purchasing is 2nd Sep'2008 and the time we have taken this product we are not at all satisfied with this as it has so many problems like, leakage of water from the fridge, vegetables & fruits getting bad very soon, leakage from the fridger tray etc...Its been a year now and we have also logged a complaint against the same to the customer care of Godrej but the thing is that the executive from their side had visited our place more than 10 times but no changes in service. We have been spoken to senior level people to replace the Refrigerator but no feedback.                                       Being so old customer we never thought of such experience, because we had a trust in Godrej and replaced a new product of same company. The thing is that they are not ready to solve the problem neither to replace the refrigerator. This is not the way they treat the customer.

                                      Please look into the matter asap and get back to us. Also, let me know the details you need from our side.

                                      That I Vijay lumar R/o Fzr (punjab), a customer of Godrej last 2yrs. We have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator purchased on 2nd april '2008 and we have taken this product we are not at all satisfied with this as it has so many problems like, leakage of water from the fridge, vegetables & fruits getting bad very soon, leakage from the fridger tray etc...Its been two year now and we have also logged a complaint against the same on many times than executive from their side had visited our place more than 10 times but no changes in service. Our Authorised Service provider is: M/S Sonu Electronics, Kabari Bazar, Ferozepur Cantt-Punjab Ph -
                                      That the thing is that they are not ready to solve the problem neither to replace the refrigerator. This is not the way they treat the customer.

                                        Sub: Unberable Milk cooker like noise by New Godrej Refrigerator ( Model No. GFE 30 DZ, 280 litres purchased on[protected], very poor response from the service group reg

                                        Ref.: My immediate complaint on[protected]

                                        I have purchased Godrej Refrigerator Model No. GFE 30 DZ, 280 litres from M/s SRINIVASA ELECTRONICS, Plot No 2, Anupuram Colony, Beside Andhra Bank, Kapra, ECIL, Hyderabad-62 for Rs 17, 000 (Bill No: 1158 date[protected].

                                        The new Godrej refrigirator Model No. GFE 30 DZ, 280 litres was installed in my house on 31st August 2009 around 22:30 hours. It was noticed that the humidity control knob of the refrigirator is not at its place. More importantly, to my great surprise, the new refrigirator started making unbearable whistling like sound (similar to Milk cooker) sporadically and this phenomenon has been a continuous affair even todate. Next day i.e. On[protected] over telephone, M/s Srinivasa Electronics was informed about the unusual sound from the refrigirator and about unavailability of humidity control knob. The service man from M/s Godrej visited my house on the next day morning and told the humidity control knob will be replaced and remedial measures for abnormal sound will be done. Afterwards, there was no response from the service group of M/s Godrej. After three weeks elapsed, I went personally to M/s Srinivasa Electronics and told about the matter. The shopkeeper told me that as he did not receive any feedback regarding the complaint he thought it was settled. Then I wrote the complaint in his register. Subsequently, I received a call from the Godrej customer care and after about a week, a service person from M/s Godrej namely Mr Praveen Kumar visited and checked the refrigirator and he told that the sound was abnormal and the refrigirator will be replaced with a new one. He has asked me to sign on a form where I wrote the nature of problem and requested for immediate remedial action. Fortunately, my senses prevailed rightly and I could ask him and noted his telephone number. The service persons were not giving any acknowledgement of their findings and/or the future course of action with its expected completion date.
                                        Again there was no response from the service group and I could not contact due to my busy schedule and twenty more days have been elapsed. On[protected], I contacted Mr Praveen Kumar on phone and enquired about status of my complaint. He told that he has communicated to the concerned and he gave me the phone number of Mr Vamsee, Manager and asked me to contact.

                                        When I contacted Mr Vamsee and asked him about the status of my complaint, his first response was he was not aware of the problem. Mr Vamsee told me that now he has come to know about the complaint and it will be attended immediately. But, again three more days have been elapsed and no service person attended so far.

                                        Finally, my submission is as follows.

                                        Since its installation, i.e for the past one and half month, I have been undergoing lot of mental agony and due to the sporadic abnormal milk cooker sound by the new refrigirator all my family members including myself have been suffering a lot and are having majority of distrubed sleep nights. This is to request you to kindly make suitable arrangements to replace the refrigirator with a new one.

                                        Refrigerator — abnormal sound of the refrigerator

                                        Please note hat i had purchesed referigerator ( model Rt 31/2007 Frost free capacity 315/289) in te month nov 2007.
                                        But during running of the abnormal sound is comes ery udly. I told your customer care. But problem is still there.

                                        Dear sir/madam kindky note that At the time of operating refrigerator compressor motor creats a sound more than normal sound.

                                        only 3 month has been gone to purchase so pls suggest me to whom i have to complain or what we have to do.
