Dear Sir,
I purchased a godrej refrigerator from your authorised dealer Snehanjali, Kharghar, Navi Mumbai on 17.05.2011. At the time of home delivery on checking the refrigerator, we found some problem in door & some inside parts also broken. We went there and complained about these and he told that now godrej service centre will change the door and broken parts (call no. 276038 dated 23.05.2011, Technician came).
After that your technicians came and they have changed the door but that time they told that we will change the parts after some days.
Many times I have lodged complaint and your technician come and sometime they tell that I have the parts of other model, I will come next time.
But my problem is still pending for long time.
My latest complaint no. is [protected] dated 23.02.2012.
Therefore I request you to resolve my complaint at earliest.

Refrigerator — Poor customer service
I had problem in refrigerator and called customer care and registered my compliant vide compliant no.[protected], they deputed a customer care person, who had inspected the refrigerator and said the compressor is not working, it should be replaced at the cost of Rs. 6000/- or go for exchange offer and given One Mr. Srinivasan sale person in Samsung show room in T.Nagar for exchange offer, suggested that the refrigerator is only repurchased for Rs. 1000/- only i have to pay Rs. 14, 000/-. He had collected cash of Rs.300/- asked for a receipt but say receipt will reach me. No cash receipt given for cash paid. But accidentally I told my brother on the refrigerator issue, he had asked one of his friend who repair refrigerator to attend, that gentlemen sent his men and found capacitor of refrigerator is not working, compressor in good condition, replaced capacitor for Rs.250/- . This instance clearly shows for Rs.250/- i had spend Rs.300/- unnecessarily by calling customer care, who advised to spend another Rs.14000/-. Please do not call customer care hereafter. They are cheating customer by asking for replacement of the product. Appropriate action should be taken against the Samsung customer careGodrej — Poor Customer Service
Hi, This is Mercy i bought a microwave oven from Godrej last Dec 28th 2009 i gave my oven for service since the keypad stopped working, from the day the technician took the keypad we made more than 50 calls to check the status but still no reponse from them, they are still giving the same repeated answer as " Still we are woking on that " i am not sure how many days it will take to finish, this is the worst customer service i have experienced ever. Please do necessary action on this complaint and do the needful. Make sure this was taken care from the management side to have a good customer support experience.Service order no:394348
