I am a very old consumer of your products, but this time the dissatisfaction is hiked to an extreme.
I have purchased a double door godrej fridge on 28.08.2007 from M/s Fairdeal Electronics, Allahabad vide Inv. No.082007/130 dated 28.08.2007. On 20.05.2011 it became out of order when there is no cooling and Current in the body. Everytime complaints are closed without confirmation/satisfaction of consumer. Then what is the purpose...

the complaint lodged on 2nd instant is yet to be attended in spite of repeated remainders of a senior citizen atleast twice a day.the complaint number, the mechanic attended,the names of the call centre persons who promised rectification within 48 hours is on hand.the spoiled vegetables,batter,curd,milk and running to the milk shop every cold morning-the loss is mentally and monitarily is immesurable.the fridge is on AMC till october 2013.kindly...

This is in reference to the non cooling of my refrigerator duly corrected in Oct'2011...

On 5-5-2009 I paid rs.2316/- towards 2year service contract for maintenance of the refrigerator with godrej smart care. During the contract period nobody attended for maintainance .Again on[protected] the said company sales representative Mr. Siva(cell no:[protected]) assured good service and put Vinod(BDM) on the line and assured my grievance of maintenance will be taken care provided if the same is renewed for another period of two years....

the refr5igerator of godrej was bought on 1 august 2011 under the name of sandhya sharma it is not att all working and has stopped cooling at all...

WE PURCHASE GODREJ REF 220 LT FROM MARUTI ELECRONICS, AJMER ON[protected] AND FOUND THAT THE REF. DOOR AND SOME OTHER PROB. LIKE DOORLOCK,WATERLEAKAGE.& COOLING IS NOT DONE WE LODGEDCOMPLAINT TO GODREJ TOLL FREE NO AND OUR COMP NO IS 651380 DATE 7.7.2011.RIGERATOR

I purchased one Godrej Refrigerator on 7th January 2011 from M/s Aditya Agency, Malleshpalya main road, New Thippasandra post, Bangalore 75. Since the very begining the refrigerator is giving problem and it stops automatically. For the past one week it is completely down. complaint No.301458 pending since 1st july, 2011, technicians are failed to repair the brand new godrej refrigerator....

We had bought a Godrej Pentacool fridge in 2006. They had given a rust-free warranty for 10 years. But hardly after a year or two, we could notice rust on the bottom of the door. We rang up the company many times but they would keep asking us to call a different number and kept on playing passing-the-parcel game.

A month back, we could finally get some response from the company. But they are now saying that they don't...

As I found that there was no cooling in my fridge on july 4,2011, I complained on Godrej no.[protected](Complaint no.205353). On july 5, 2011 a technician visited my home, repaired and charged Rs. 350.00 for service and Rs. 600.00 for a part, Timer. On the following days, the problem retained, I again called up the same number on consecutive days again my complaint was registered with no 208603. Again another technician visited on July 9,2011...
