Dear Sir,
I bought a Godrej make Eon Series Refrigerator (GFE 26 DY SF) from an authorised dealer of Godrej M/S S N Bannerjee & Sons in the town of Jagiroad, Assam, on 25.04.2008. The product has a warranty of ten years for its body. However, the doors of thje refrigerator has started corroding after about one year of purchase. Same was conveyed to the dealer to no avail. After lodging of a complaint in your forum, the manufacturer has sent only one of the two doors, which is yet to be fitted in the refrigerator. However, the other rusted door (that of the deep freezer compartment) is yet to be replaced by the manufacturer.
Hence, you are requested to take appropriate measure for redressal.

Godrej/Refrigerator — Negligent service of technicians
Complaint No.: 688619 dt.21.6.10; 690596 dt.26.6.10; 692960 dt.2.7.10; 695235 dt.10.7.10 & 696825. I have already made complaints on this site earlier. I wonder whether complaints are taken seriously or it is just waste of time for consumers. I hope Godrej keeps up to its title or 'Smartcare.
