Dear Team,
Request you to please help us in resolving the same as we have purchased a new refrigerator in the month of August 2010, in the peritod of 6 months lot of problem had arise and lot of time the engineer came, even some part was not working that was change and the again the next day it was not working, next day again the engineer came and he was working around 2 hours then in the night time it stopped working, till the now the refrigerator is not working, in the span of 6months lot of problems were there i informed the engineer to replace with new one, he informed us that company cannot do, once it is purchased it under warranty and not garranty, again i had called up today, they informed that they will send the engineer on monday 14th Feb 2011, it was a very bad experience with godrej company, i will never suggest any one to go with godrej company, it will be my 1st and the last time with godrej, one thing more surprised me that complain no 108170 was closed without resolving the same, so again i had to call for the complain and they provided new complain no 109192,
So request you to please help in resolving the same and replacing with new one.

Smart — ANNUAL MAINTENANCE SERVICE
Sir,I have made annual maintainance service for 3 years from last year as ur product is not functioning i have reported so many times to the aqua squard for the area HIG369, Kalinga vihar, patrapada, Khandagiri, BBSR. As the product PCB is not functioning they are delaying by which we suffer to take water evereyday.This problem is also happened earlier and they took our aquaguard and kept with them about 20 days .now also same problem going on they are not responding at-all.So plz take care for quick action by which we will be not suffering to drink pure water from ur valuable product .
