Only within a span of 24 hours the refrigerator has gone out of order and the Godrej technician told that there is some device is not working and change that device after 2 days refrigerator gone out again and Godrej Technician told that they replace refrigerator...

It is to my utmost despair and disbelief that a brand name as renowned and respected as Godrej has shown us, a customer family, such absolute disregard. In recent years, I have encountered many instances of brands, shop keepers, vendors, etc. relieve themselves of any notion of a responsibility with the customer, the moment he/she has signed on the dotted line. My complaint for Refrigerator lodged on 19.05.2010 is still not cleared even repeated complaints to their National Service Head Ravi Bhat has fallen on deaf ears I have already started the process to file case at Consumer Courts as well as Civil Courts for damages.

When they delivered at that time SUPERSTORE was broken. I informed delivery boy. After used of around 45 Days we found that Vegetable & other eatable were not store for long time...

Within Warranty period we"re not getting PROPER SERVICE FROM GODREJ AND THEIR FRANCHISE .THEY ARE TRYING TO MISLEAD US AND WANT TO TAKE HUGE EXTRA MONEY APART FROM THE ACTUAL PRICE OF THE SPARES AVAILABLE IN THE MARKET.

THEY ARE NOT AT ALL CUSTOMER FRIENDLY.
WITHOUT SERVICING THEY WANT TO TAKE THE SERVICE CHARGE

Complaint against cooling to service center - Godrej service centre representative told compressor damaged and changed with new compressor worth 4000/- on 27-05-10.
But from 28-05-10 onwards the problem was again raised (Not cooling properly)

I have purchased a Godrej 410 Ltr. Fridge in 2006 and have done a
service contract for 4 years from 27 Aug 2007. The contract

For last 2 – 3 months the cooling was not sufficient. {In winter

I have lodged complaint with M/s Godrej & Boyce , for the cheating they have done , on 13/04/2010 , but no response till date . Finally I had to pay Rs. 950/- to them .
