Dear Concerned Manager

There is no response from your end for problems raised by me. I have spoken to your call centre with Mr.Sachin meanwhile. Still there is no response upon his assurance that the problem will be addressed on 17th.

please treat this as my final reminder to you for replacement of the refrigerator. If there will be no response this time also, I shall have no other alternative but to raise the matter before appropriate forum.

Sir, my name is venkatashiva reddy p, m i recenty purchased refrigrator on 21/07/2009 but there was a problem in door handle.after that one technician visited our location he had put the feviquick ( gum) to handle but while putting the feviquick he had put the gum to entire door that is below the handle till bottom now. the entire door is looking hard .

    hello sir, my name is rakesh sejpal and i m from rajkot.
    now i m writing here for my whehical,
    that before 2 months i booked whehical at patel suzuki motors rajkot, with deposite amount rs.5000
    i booked it on 5th, aug, 2009 and that day they told me that i will received ur whehical after 2 months,
    and my two months will expire on 4th, oct, 2009.
    i went there at 3rd, oct, 2009 but they told me that u will come after 15 days,
    they did not give me response at all,
    so what can i do now?

      Sir,
      I perchased a Godrej Refrigerator on April 2009 from "GREAT EASTERN", UTTARPARA, DIST-HOOGHLY, WEST-BENGAL.With in a week my wife found a problem.She reported and technical staff came.They are unable to solve the problem even after changing the door.Lastly they took back the Refrigerator for changing Cabinet(as they told my wife) 1 &1/2 months back.After doing so many quiries I have not got my Refrigerator back. What should I do now ? My latest Complain No.- 638867

        Reference: Complain No. 813897, dated June 30, 2009.

        Dear Sir,

        On the basis of complain, one mechanique of sevice centre visited to my residense and checked the functioning of machine. According to him, the referigerator had idenitified with compressor problem, and because of that it was not cooling. The machine has been reached to the centre just on next day.

        Till date, we are waiting for the refrigerator to be repaired. It has been taken many time followup. The service centre incharge puts the excuse that the compressor is not available.

        I am really surpirsed of the service accounbtability of such a renouned company. Please do the needful to get the referigerator repaired at the earliest.

        The referigerator has been purchased by me on Oct 24, 2006 from Nav Bharat Electronics, Khunti. The gurantee card along with money receipt is kept by the service incharge.

        Godrej — Deliver non working refrigerator

        I purchased a refrigerator from Vijay Sales , Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi on 29 Jan 2012.
        CSN Number is 364 and call No. is [protected].
        I received an SMS on 29 Jan. 2012 because payment was done on 29 Jan but product was delivered on 30 Jan 2012. There is no issue for this ,I understand the Delhi traffic and warehouse locations.
        This refrigerator is not working from First day . Engineer check the refrigerator and found that there is issue in Gas.
        Why did not check the refrigerator before deliver.
        This is only harassment. Product is not working from First day because your team deliver useless Godrej Refrigerator.

          I have bought a double door refrigerator on 25/01/08 & after some months we discovered that its having Excess cooling problem We brought this have bought a double door refrigerator from Laxmi Traders Ambernath (E) Model No GFE220s We have been asking the support engineer to get this problem Solved as this problem is Since we brought the refrigerator Till date we are facing the same problem & calling service engineer to get it solved .As I Called service center at Kalyan they said I have to call the call center & calling their I found that the Kalyan service center is no more in to Godrej services, Now as the refrigerator is out of warranty they are asking us to pay the service charges I have some of the details of complain made at Kalyan center.

          Hello Team,

          This is my 1st mail to you since the time I have purchased referigerator (approx 4 years back) and believe me, I am very disappointed and annoyed with the services I am receiving from your end.I am feeling helpless as I cant get whom to address my problem as no body till now has been even satisfactory.I don’t know if such a big organisation has this poor service.and I would rank the service even lower than poor.I am describing the whole situation below:

          It all started off, when my refrigerator was undergoing some cooling problem .I called up on [protected] on 05-Sep-2009 under ref. : 230495 and technician visited and explained that there is some part defective and that needs to be replaced and he told me that he will be coming on sat (12-Sep-2009) to fix the problem.However no person came on saturday and to my surprise, I received sms that the call has been completed.Then I made a call back on the above no., and they opened 1 new case no. 233410.Agent on the other side told that she will try to get technician visit on Sunday 13-Sep-2009 and I requested her to give me call of the tentative time, if this gets confimred.Whole day was gone and there was not even a single call from their side.Monday morning I received a call about the problem whether that still exists or not and told me they will get back again.

          Again, whole week was gone and there was no response from their side and when on friday, I gave a call and asked them to escalate the matter, I was told they have escaleted the matter higher up and they will try to resolve it and assured of the technician visit on saturday (19-Sep-2009) but again no tentative time was given.Once again I waited for the technician and no body turned up I gave a call bak and afford to speak to supervisor after lots of request and by this time I have lost all my patience.Again explained the whole matter to supervisor who assured me of a call back and when he called back he took the person from service center in conference and we settled for engr visit on sunday at 12:00 but as the person from service center was not ready for 12:00 noon time I gave them extra 1 hour that is 1:00 but he commited that technician will visit before 1:00 P:M only.

          On 20-Sep-2009, they crossed all the limits and no body turned up by 12:45. and then I received a call from technician that he will not be able to reach in time and it would take another 1 hour to reach.I immediately gave a call back on call center no.Pradeep in call center after speaking to service center commited that the technician will be at my place by 1:00 P:M . I asked Pradeep if you fail in this then can I get compensation and also asked pradeep to take care and follow up this case and check with the technician till the time he visit.He accepted this but again the same story, lack of responsibility from every side. No body turned up and again I gave call back at 2 :00 P:M and this time Dherender was there who told that the tech visit is of Monday and asing him whether he can see previous records, he said no he cannot .his attitude was so negative as if he was not ready to help a customer and repeatedly kelp on telling that he cant help on this.There was no person supervising him nor there was any person higher up there whom I can speak to. No customer would like a person like Dherender to speak to. This was sheer torture for any customer who will go thru this situation. And believe me no person from any side of Godrej has called me nor there is any technician visit uptill now.

          Now you tell me the way out as in this high temp when every person is totally dependent on referigerator, mine is not working from past 16 days and don’t know how long will it go and if it could be resolved or not.I would appreciate if some body from Godrej could help me out of this terrible situation and I really want some action against both call center and service centers.

            My self, Devender Singh, from Haryana purchased Godrej Fridge on 20th March 2009 from Jind. Since the first day the freezer door is not closing tightly and it is remaining open.

            I have registered compaint with Local Godrej Care Centre in Hisar, Haryana in the month of April. They just replaced the door but the problem remains the same. Then they said that my door with frame has to be changed. From last 3 months I was hearing that the door and frame is not in the stock at the company level.Yesterday they said that they have received the door and frame from the company and replaced my door as well as frame but worst part is that they changed my frame and door with old one and used fridge and most irritating is that it is doing the same problem.

            My complaint no is 904295. I have lodged my complaints many a times to their toll free no as well to their head branch at Delhi. But it seems that they just deal in sale not in service.

            Now I am just looking forward to go to Consumer forum and will share my experience later with all.

            01. Since we purchased the said unit somewhere in 2007
            02. Since than it is not given us very satisfactory services.
            03. You may observe from your records how many times we have to register a call for services.
            04. Lastly when they taken away the unit for major repairs at workshop – We noticed following additional defects
            A. Compressor is making unusual notice. ( replaced one )
            B. Ice getting formatted in upper box/compartment and spoiling our store items
            C. Beside Fruit tray is falling down ( Which is above vegetable storage tray/box)
            D. Regulators / Cut-out are not working in order.

            Recently Mr. Harshal – Field Engineer, has offered me exchange offer at 50 % - Which is a more than a principal cost o[censored]nit. This will cost me much more for a new unit
            New Unit will Cost me Rs. 25, 000/- (around) Less: 50% and cost which I born on 1st Unit.

            Under such given circumstances – as a matter of goodwill – Company should replace the same or similar unit at free of cost.

            I regret to say, to all above I have written several letters and no written confirmation is made till to-day

            We further request you to please extend your personal efforts and interest

              Dear Sir,

              I purchased a Godrej Refrigerator in May 2008 from Refrico Lalbagh Lucknow.After 2 months it started giving problem.It's a double door refrigerator and the moisture comes on the top of the lower door and the water comes on the ON/OFF inside light switch and the switch stops working.I lodged the complaint with Refrico, they asked somebody in the Godrej service Department to deal with the complaint.Someone from the Service Department came and repaired the switched and said that due to the rainy season moisture comes and the problem occurs, this is a very commom problem which normally occurs during this weather.Again after two months the same problem was noticed and I again approached the same Dealer, who this time gave me the Godrej Customer Care No. and I lodged my complaint on !13/10/2008.The Complaint No given to me was MP 1312. To attend the complaint one Mr Shakeel from the Service Department, Lucknow came thrice and finally said to to fill the affected area with cotton.I asked him not to fill cotton as cotton has a limited absorption capacacity and after that problem will occur again and secondly that was not the permanent solution to the problem.Despite my saying that the product is in Warranty you Please replace the same, he insisted on filling the cotton and assured that he had dealt with this kind of problem this way only and the problem never occured.I had no option but to listen to him.It is also Important to note that in North India October is not a Moist season
              It was again in March 2009, the problem occured again.I was again lodged a complaint through the dealer and this one Mr Naushad Ali from the service centre, Lucknow came and handled the complaint.after hearing the right from the inception till the filling of cotton he came up with a solution that cotton was wrongly filled rather Grass Wool has to be filled.I insisted again that the refrigerator was in the Warranty you please replace it, but nothing was heard and he made me to speak his Service Head who assured me that Grass Wool is the best and the only solution with this kind of problem and the problem would never occur.Being unknown about the Grass Wool and its propreties, I asked him suppose if problem comes again and my Warranty lapses then?He said that firstly this is a permanent cure and moreover we are here to take care you go ahead with the Grass Wool.On his "dead sure" assurance I agreed.
              This is not enough, the same problem appeared again in June 2009 and I lodged a complaint again with the Customer Care DepertmentOn 1st July 2009, Service call no. is 780226.Again Mr.Naushad Ali Came to attend the complaint and very casully said that I have to change the Grass Wool again.When told him about the past instances he made me talk to the Service Head Mr.Abhishek Sharma in Lucknow.He said that you would have to sent the refrigerator to the service centre for thorough examination.I asked him what treatment would you do there, he said I will get the Grass Wool filled with more care this time so that the problem doesn't come again.I, after narrating him the whole story and making him understand that the consumer purchases the refrigerator to used for 12-15 years and if this kind of problem keeps coming every 2-3 months then what's the point in buying a refrigerato fom such a company of repute.He didn't listen to my greviances but insisted on sending the refrigerator to the service centre.I very clearly asked him to give me a writtn assurance that if the problem comes again in the future you would replace the defective refrigerator.He refused. On 07/72009 one Mr. Ravi from the serrvice centre came and insisted me to get the Grass Wool filled.I again insisted on the written assurance which he declined after talking to the service head. Then on 11/72009 one Mr.B.P.Saini from the Service Centre came and humbly requested me to enter the house and inspect the refrigerator, I allowed him to inspect.After thorough examination said that there is a problem and he would let know next day.After two days he called up and insisted me to send the refrigerator to yhe service centre.I again requested for the same assurance on which he said he is a low salaried employee I am incompetent to give any assurances on behalf of the company.I asked him to get the assurance from the competent person an which he said that he would talk to the seniors and let me know accordingly.
              On 17/7/2009, Mr.Ravi made me a call from [protected] and said that I had come to pick the refrigerator.I asked about the written assurance, he said he had no idea about this.I narratted him again the whole story, he said he would talk to the service head. Again on 18/7/2009 Mr.BP Saini called up from mobile no.[protected] and said that he send a trolly yesterday to fetch the refrigerator, you didn't send?I once again told him with my request to get the assurance letter and take the refrigerator.He said that some some casuality had taken place in the office today and tomorrow being sunday, he would let me know on monday i.e.20/7/2009
              You would also realise after going through the complaint that how the customers are harrassed by theGODREJ STAFF .Secondly, you must have noticed that how smartlyGODREJ STAFF passed away the Warranty period and put me in such a situation where I have no right to claim for a replacement
              I sincerely request you to kindly replace the defective refrigerator without any furter delay otherwise I would take the matter to the Consumer Forum for cheating and harassing the customer.

              Sir,

              WITH FULL OF FRUSTRATIONS I AM SENDING THIS MAIL TO YOU
              MY NAME IS S.PARTHASARATHY, I PURCHASED YOUR GODREJ REFRIGERATION (MODEL NO 19B2 EDGE - CASH BILL NO - 4110) ON 02ND AUGUST 2009. FROM THE 3 DAY AFTER INSTALLATION THE PROBLEM STARTED. INITIAL PROBLEM IS OF GAS LEAKAGE AND YOUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE ATTENDED ON 08/08/09 (COMPLAINT NO - 313992) AND ACCEPTED FOR REPLACEMENT.

              REPLACED NEW REFRIGERATOR RECEIVED ON 17TH AUG 2009. (ORDER NO 107997 & PICKING LIST - 97817). AGAIN THE SAME PROBLEM OCCURRED (GAS LEAKAGE – FRIDGE) NOTED AND COMPLAINT RAISED ON 10/09/09. THE SAME IS ALSO ACCEPTED BY YOUR REPRESENTATIVE TO GIVE REPLACEMENT (COMPLAINT NO - 335489).

              IN THIS CIRCUMSTANCE, WE REQUESTED TO CHANGE THE MODEL FROM 19B2 TO 19C2. IT HAS BEEN ACCEPTED FROM YOUR END AND AS PER THE DISCUSSIONS REGARDING PRICING Rs.650 PAID (9000 INITIAL AMOUNT PAID + 650 FOR 19C2).

              FINALLY 19C2 EDGE REFRIGERATOR RECEIVED ON 19/09/09 (ORDER NO 108169 & PICKING LIST - 98022).                 I baught a Godrej refrejrator before 1 year, after using the refrejrator i found a problem, when we swith of the refrejrator all the drain water fall in the refrejrator, so i complain the retailor, he complain to company and after a week a person came from Godrej he do somthing in refrejrator and told us that your problem is solved, but next time we drain the refrejrator the problem was same. no change in refrejrator. so i complain the retailor again. he said he has complaind to company, but no one is come till now.. company give the warranty of ten years.. but it is making problem in only in 1 year
                so what should i do to take action on campany to solve my problem..

                  Godrej Refrigerator — It's bedding magnetism is weak.

                  I had purchased the Refrigerator of 300 Lts in 1987. It's compressor was changed 4 yrs back. Even after more than 20 yrs it is in good condition and working nicely, but now it's bedding's magnetism have become weak and giving a little space due to which cooling is going to leakage.

                    During its yearly contract validity at several occasions we had showed the visiting technicians that the flwg parts are broken and needs replacement, but no results. I even went to their office personally and informed them, which they even wrote down in their register, but sorry to say that they not even bothered to inform us or try to arrange and deliver our required items.They found to be totally ignorant and informed us that they are not available. kindly confirm what is the solution.

                    The required items are as follows:
                    1) 1 Chill Tray
                    2) 1 Bottom shelve
                    3) 1 Bottle guard with the door.
                    Failure on part of attending the complaints. I have Godrej Refrrigerator Model No. GDA 26E S[censored]nit Sr. No.[protected] dt. 15.12.2007 purchased from M/s Mahalaxmi Electronics, Junagadh (Gujarat). This Refrigerator was guaranteed for 10 years Anticorrosive, but on the very next year it started rusted and it was repainted by the Company at Junagadh and again it has rusted within three years from the date of purchase. The Refrigerator defrost system is very faulty and the water drops are falling inside over the foods etc. and the water is accumulated inside at the bottom of the freeze. It does not evaporate automatically, but the water is drained through a tube behind the freeze over the Compressor Tray and then it falls over the electrical connections and it is short circuited.
                    All the times, the money minded Service Centre persons ask for the Visit charge and no receipts are issued by the Company Authorised Engineers and the complaints are not solved. Pl. now do not advertise for Referizerator as it is totally a failure company and no complaints are attended by any body.
                    Lastly, if this is not done by you, I shall approach the appropriate legal proceedings against mental torture and cheating with me.

                      I own a Godrej ultra refrigerator . I filed a complaint on 17/05/09 in your call center regarding non working of my refrigerator, your executives told us that, complain would be sorted by monday itself, i.e. 18/05/09 . Your engineer came on monday, he checked the refrigerator & said compressor isnt working & it needs to be replaced . He said he will send someone next day with compressor, that falls on 19/05/09 . But no one came till now & today is 20/05/09 . I have called on your customer care about 8-10 times in last 2 days but no action has been taken till now by your working staff .I had an interaction with Mr. Rahul on your call center number, he said that he has forwarded the complaint but till now nothing has happened .This act of your honourable staff shows how much professionals are they . Please sort out this matter as soon as possible . I am really fed up of your unprofessionalism & services rendered by you .

                      I had lodged the complain on 30th June 2009, for the voltage stabilizer problem, SR no. 441971, and assured that complaint will be attended on next day, there after till 9th July, 2009 I had called to customer care at least 6 times, every times, customer care representative giving thier grivences for not attending and assuring that it will be attened immediately, This time I was on hold By Mr. Suraj, from customer care office.
                      On 9th also I talked to Miss Shilpa, - senior executive around 18.00 hrs, she also assured me that it will be attened

                      Again on 10th I had called to SMART CAREat 14.00 hrs., again I talked to Ms. Shilpa, she assured me that technician will reach within 3 hrs, i.e. up 17.00 hrs of 10th July, Even on 10th, till 21.00 hrs no one came to attend the call. Again at 21.15 hrs, talked to Mr. Suraj, again normal practices, such as sorry for not atttending.

                      Again on 11 July at 18.00 hrs talked to Amit, Ms. Shilpa, she forwared call to their senior Executive Mr. Vijay (Cell No.[protected], he assured me that by next day first call will be your.

                      Again on 12, around 14.00 hrs called to SMART CARE, talked to Mr. Karan, he told me that on Sunday services are closed, I wonder to hear that the how Mr. Vijay, a senior person w/o knowing assured for the weekly off working.

                      All the above communication were done on Customer Care No.[protected].

                      Could we understand from the above all communication, service, given by, a reputed company like GODREJ, the above type SMART CARE
                      With this all will uderstand by your logo " DO CALL US AGAIN WE WANT TO SERVE YOU" to take a smart care of Godrej customer.

Dealer Service is very good (Desai Electricals, Dada Vaidya chowk, Ponda-Goa). No doubt about it. But on[protected] I have contacted your Service Centre in Goa ( INSTANT SERVICES )authorised service centre for godrej appliances. FLAT NO:81/C, NEAR ZONAL AGRICULTURAL OFFICE, VALPOI SATTARI-GOA. regarding compaint, which your service engineer has attened on proper time that is on 30/12/2008. At the same time he promised me that they will give the door replacement service and he has also written in customer memo copy about the door replacement. he told that it will take 1 month for it. but now it is almost 5 months. we called him many times bt he is saying 2moro or after 4 days or busy these days. How many times customer should call your service engineers. He has taken full address nd even a contact no o[censored]s regarding this compaint. Not even he has curtesy to contact me.                         wow!!! glad to see I am not the only one to kick the products of godrej. This may be a largest company in home products (claimed by godrej itself). I purchased a Godrej window AC from some Deepak Agencies in Ajmer. He took al the payment assuring free installation. He promised to install before 10 am next day. I called him at 12 pm and he said we forgot to install your product and we will send some one to install it. Nobdy came till 3 when called them again asked them to take their product back they said we didn't sell any product to you and you make your own arrangements to get it installed. After so many requests they send someone who didn't belong to their company. He also said that if godrej can't provide the service why they sell product. Now the picture of godrej was clear to me. Now after 2 months someone came to me asking if you have any godrej product. I m cursing the day I purchased godrej ac. I lodged a complaint that I am facing noice problem and also water logging is there in the ac. Today two guys came to me an when I told them about the problem they started laughing. Now thay are saying that the ac is not properly installed. YOU HAVE TO PAY AGAIN TO GET IT PROPERLY INSTALLED. What a ****ing company I m dealing with. If these guys fail to install it properly then pay again to get it reinstalled. Nice way of fooling customers. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK. Godrej shall outsource their service inquiries to LG or SAMSUNG

                          My above mentioned refrigerator is not working properly for quite sometime, either the inner light is not glowing or the defrost system is not working or the compressor not functioning, which were all communicated to the dealer several times & they had attended to the problems 2-3 times but with unsatisfactory result and that too has been intimated to them, of course in good faith only verbally.
                          Finally on 26/04/09, the said fridge was completely shut down and I again informed the dealer. They had sent a technician but he could not repair the same. On 02/05/09, my wife had a telephonic conversation with Mr. Kaushik, who looks after the Kolkata region and he assured us that our problem will be solved soon. But till date nothing has been done.
                          I am a Senior Divisional Manager of The New India Assurance Co. Ltd, posted at Siliguri and my family is at Durgapur and it is not possible in this summer heat to stay without refrigerator & AC at Durgapur. My family is facing a problem and it is very urgent that the said fridge be repaired immediately.
                          I regret to say that I am harassed by the company of national repute for such a common problem.

                            I have a Godrej Ultra, purchased about 10 years back. Right from day one it is giving problems.
                            No engineer has been able to rectify it to the best of our satisfation. "No-cooling" is a perpetual problem.
                            I have been repeatedly taking the AMC's. The service at Hyderabad is pathetic.

                            Just an example :

                            I have made a call regarding no-cooling on 7th July, 2009 (comp. No. 586661), and the problem still persists. The Service Centre[protected] no. keeps ringing perpetually. (It is a bonus if we are able to speak to someone.) Intially, the engineer told that gas has to be filled. That took a week. After filling, the problem still persisted. That required another booking (No. 588077) on 13/7/09. Then after numerous call, the engineer told that the compressor has to be replaced. This took another five days. The compressor was replaced on 22/7/9. After that, the on opening the fridge it was giving electrical shock. The nos. 27537523 and 39127282 were immediately informed and an engineer was deputed on 23/7/9 who informed that the problem was with the compressor. Since then there has been no communication from the service centre. There is no intimation to us about any engineer's visit from the service centre and the call receiving centre,[protected] just makes all the right noises of being considerate and inform politely that the request would be forwarded. Every day a minimum of two to three calls are made to the no. 27537523 and they are not aware of the status of when the engineer would be deputed.

                            The fridge since 7/7/09 has become a dummy. Despite taking an AMC, nobody bother to communicate
                            the status, when an engineer would be deputed. This is the state of affairs at the Hyderabad centre.

                            I request you to kindly take this piece called "refrigerator" and save me from mental agony which I have
                            suffering from day one. I had purchased this fridge just on the name brand name "Godrej". I am writing this, since I am sure that Godrej would definitely make amends for the same.

                              I have purchased a Godrej Pentacool Refrigerator 200L Model No. GPP 220S ZOP S.No.[protected]C41 on 16th April 2007 from Prithvi Electronics, Supela Bhilai CG with finance from Shriram Com Veh. Finance Ltd.

                              Within six months the paint-coating started coming out. Now even before completing two years it does not cool properly.



                              I have contacted the seller but I got a negative answer from him.



                              The manufacturer gave 10 years warrantee but in just paper. Can I get justice to replace the Fridge fully or partially?

                                  Bad customer service. Charged for service but issue not resolved

                                  I own a godrej fully automatic Washing machine.
                                  I had logged a complaint bearing call# 885940.

                                  During transit, the top panel of the machine was damaged and the washing drum used to slide down when clothes and water was added into it.
                                  I called Godrej Smart Care and lodged a complaint. This was forwarded to United Home Care at Noida.

                                  Initially a person visited my home and had a sight of the washing...

                                  I have purchased a Godrej Refrigerator Model V2 GDP-195 on 3.10.2008 from your dealer "Video Plaza", Muchipara, Durgapur - 713212. There was a gift offer of 3 pcs Non-stick cookware on that purchase. But your Dealer unable to give me the aforesaid gift at that time. I have requested your dealer in several times to give me that gift. After one month they have given a gift pack which was not packed properly and partly open. Whenever I opened the pack I found that instead of three pcs of cookware, there was only one piece. I refused the gift instantly. Till now the dealer saying that they could not do anything in this regard because the problem is from Godrej's end. Please verify and reply as soon as possible.

                                  I think this type of problem will hamper the Godrej's goodwill and loss of business in long run.

                                    I am hvaing complain registered under # 325202 but godrej service centre not doing reapir properly they colelcted rs. 350/- says shifitng charges and refilled gas but despite that freeze not working ice is getting melt in freezer. they are not attending and just every day we are facing problem of calling service centre. my freeze is under AMC # [protected] FREEZE PRCHASED ON 14TH APRIL 2004. CONTRACT EXPIRES ON 7TH AUGUST 2009.

                                    I also have cooling problem in my refigeretor we just bought it 2 years back.Its really a very bad experience with Godrej.

                                      First the colling function is not working properly. Fault attended by local service engineer and the relay was replaced with new one.
                                      The refrigerator worked two days. After two days the total function of refrigerator is stoped. Again the local engineer attended the advice me to replace the compressor with a new one, because compressor motor winding is in short circuit, you can try to start the refrigerator the fuse link in your house will be broken due to this short circuit. As such I decide to replace the compressor. I am in Virudhunagar, near madurai in Tamil Nadu. please give the details of your compressor dealer and authorised service centre.

                                      Dear sir, my godrej ref.263 ltr model-gfe28c purchased on 3-4-2008 became again def.on[protected].I lodged a com.the same day vide complaint no.795658.Some person visited my house on 22/9 and told that copressor is showing short circuit and will be replaced on 23/9 as it is under gaurenty.How ever no body came on.I called yr.local service center at Lucknow who told me that compressuer is out of stock and it will take atleast three days and assure me that it will surely be relaced by 26-09-09.On 27 and 28 they did not respond probably they were enjoing holidays.On 29/9 I again called sercice manager Mr.Atul Tiwari who told that it will be replaced by today or tomorow.Today on 30-09-09 again he told me that it will be done today after 5pm.I am still waiting and am not sure by what date my refrigerater will be ok
                                      Should I mention that I am a senior sitizen and am totally dis-satisfide with this attitude.Will some senior officer take personal attention and get my ref. repaired earliest.Thanks
