I bought Godrej double door fridge 3 months ago and its not working since day 1, raised multiple request and all the request have been closed with reason as customer is not available, but technian visit was done a week ago, told us that, he will be back once parts get available and no deadline for that, it may takes 2-3 months also and he closed the request with reason as customer not available. this is very pathatic, shame on you Godrej compliance, even your customer support executive is against the customer and unable to provide the any confirmation that they have closed the request saying that customer is not available. will your repair the fridge? OR can i go ahead the #scrap#newgodrejFridge/worth less than 100 years metal cupboard??

I am writing this mail of reference of complain number Z[protected] against Gogrej refrigerator (bill enclosed).

The technician visited at doorstep and ask for change the fridge compressor where same is falling under warranty. According to him water inhale in compressor so it not cover under warranty, so my simple question is this did we pour water in compressor ? is this our fault? What is the benefit of purchasing inverter compressor 5 star fridge. Stop making this type o[censored]se less product.

Also the technician come to door step and ask for visiting charge in quickly, I request him to fix the issue but he ask for bills for discussion further with company & he call tomorrow and tell us to warranty not cover, where bill was not shared by me.

Sir, I am long stay with Godrej and we believe your product and service but this is not justify as a customer. However I paid visiting chares so I need to fix the same by you only and will pay all the charges but kindly look at your service department.

Some days ago my Refrigerator Stop working the compressor of Refrigerator not working and compressor is under 10 years warranty.
But I lost My Bill for warranty claim.

Dear sir, this complaint is in regards of Godrej Fridge.
We have been using this fridge from 2014 and this fridge has burnt even it has 10 year compressor warranty. As per the telephonic discussion they are not taking this case seriously . This was really as dangerous for whole family . this case is around 5 am in morning at 9 January 2022, and all family members were sleeping on the same time, this is very fortunate that I awaken and seen the scenario otherwise it could be a very serious for my family .

Godrej Fridge, V guard stabilizer, some of our kitchen storage containers, cook wares etc burnt in this incident. Also our walls and tiles are also damaged and whole kitchen turns to black due to the burn which leads to a complete painting of our kitchen and near by rooms.

We want a new fridge otherwise we will make a case against the godrej for all our loss which is happened in this case.

Take this matter seriously .I am attaching pic/video of this incident for your reference.

Double door fridge purchased from company through JK MOTORS Srinagar Kashmir during 2018, got damaged during fire incident in 2019 Company approached for repairs. Repairs done partially amount Rs.4000 charged in full compliant lodged repeatedly vide call nosU[protected] 02.03.20 U[protected] 18.11.20 U[protected] U[protected] 11.11.21 U[protected] U[protected] and so on but the issue handle fixing still unattended.

We bought Godrej locker few months ago but it’s key lock got broken in just few months within warranty and guarantee period

I had purchased a godrej refrigerator on[protected] from flipkart.. At the time of delivery the refrigerator lock was defective and the door could not be locked due to that. I had lodged a complaint at the customer care services of godrej that very day. They assured me that the lock will be replaced within 2 days. A mechanic was sent and he took away the defective lock by saying that he will replace the lock the next day. However since then 2 months have passed but despite of calling him repeatedly the lock has not been installed and as a result I am unable to lock my fridge door. Kindly resolve my problem ASAP.. Thank you..

I had buyed refrigerator online. For demo purpose godrej engineer bhad come. He asked us to buy stablizer which we buyed. But the stabilizer stops working after few hours. After continues calling the service centre send the engineer. He changed the stabilizer but again the same problem continued. Again after 2 weeks the engineer visted inspire of calling every day. Then he said we have earthing problem, which we solved by calling the electrician. But still the problem continues. Now they are giving us the other reason. But not solving the problem nor refunding our money.

I raised a service request - URD388915B on 05th Oct, 2021.
The Service Man - Mr.Salman (+91-[protected]) came and resolved the issue by replacing a Sensor and charged us Rs.3650 but he didnt provided us the receipt and assured us that he will send it tomorrow but till now he has not given the receipt and now my refrigerator started malfunctioning again the same way.
I called him again but he is skipping my call and trying to assure me everytime that he will check the refrigerator again(with visiting charges) and then he will handover me the receipt also.

My refrigerator started malfunctioning again the same way.

I think he has cheated us with FAKE Product.
Can you please assign any service man to cross check his service credibility ?

Freezer is not working due to this reason fridge is smelling. Kindly visit.

Im buying godrej eon refrigerator more than 6 to 7 year ago..after one week starting very noise in godrej it's like water pumping motor sound then im informed to customer service there is no response then also informed more than 15 times no response still im suffering that.. so I suggested don't buy godrej product

I had purchased a godrej refrigerator (RT EON, 350 PD 4.3 Star MAZE ) on 19/01/2016 from Thiruvananthapuram. Since then the refrigerator has had frequent complaints. Either its cooling stops, or compressor stops or fan stops or defrost stops etc. Its sensor, board, fan, compressor etc have been replaced multiple times. However the problem still persists and the refrigerator is out of order most of the time. Almost all the technicians at the local service centre have tried multiple times to repair this machine. The complaints reappear within two weeks of every repair. Since we had taken AMC, the repairs have been covered under it. We are really fed up with this machine. I don't have any hope that this machine could be repaired. This refrigerator has some irreparable defects. I request you to check its service history and provide me with a replacement.

Godrej eno double door fridge, gave complaint because lower chamber 🆒 ng not coming, logged complaint, no proper response from Godrej customer care and Third party technician, technician is also not knowledgeable, don't buy Godrej products.

I, Rupesh Kumar Singh, resident of Type_III/33/324, Ekta Vihar, sector-25, Belapur CBD, Navi Mumbai have been using Godrej double Door, refreezator, since 8 years. It is noticed that this product was faulty at manufactured stage. There are regular breakdown found and regular requirement of service from authorized godrej appliance service centre. The details of repair provided through service center and payments of service on replacement items may be available at their data. As per my details, 60 to 70 % of total cost of purchased refreezerator have been made on repair and proper functioning of this refrezerator. Every year, there is breakdown. The response of customer service call centre and regional service center are not good. It is seen that the complaint issue lodged may not be solved easily and normally take one or two week after getting touch with both customer call center and service center. Through this complain, i request that service provider may give me details of service given to me and details of payment paid by me. There is also issue of raising bills through replacement of electrical equipment and not going through the minor issue involve.

I am Swati Chauhan, I had purchased a Godrej Split Airconditioner 1 year back. Within my authorized warranty my AC unit was replaced due to some faulty. I have taken AMC as I thought Godrej service would be good and better however I would rate your company and service 0/5. It's been 1 month now, since my AMC. My AC was not giving cooling so I complained on 6th Oct. First, the technician told me there is a problem with the COIL and it took 17 days to replace that coil.

After replacing the coil the same person who replaced the coil said the issue is with the outdoor unit. someone will come and check and fix it and also told me that he has raised a complaint automatically I don't have to do anything. and he was insisting on the completion code as he said another complaint has been logged. Since that day, till now no one has come to check and it has been 1 month now I am without AC. I wasted my 6000 on AMC.

Please either refund my AMC amount or fix it within 3 days. my family is falling ill because of the weather. Who is responsible for that?? I will purchase another AC (obviously not GODREJ).

Not only this I have been following up with the manager since 15 days. Manager is just procrastinating. Not helping at all. Only promising. The phone is also switched off

Washing machine is not at all working. After giving so many complaints still no one turned up. Customer service is pathetic. The name Godrej has been on the toss. Shameful customer service who doesn’t care about their customers. Feels disgusted for buying Godrej Product .

I bought this machine via Amazon on 2nd November 15 was last date to return
But after return period machine is not working now and now I cannot even exchange it.

I want the replacement of my product.
