We had purchased 1 Ton AC ( Model Description : GSC 12 FQ 5 AWOC Quartz 5 ) directly from Godrej & Boyce vide Invoice no.75I / 93151635 dated[protected].

At the time of purchase, your Sales Executive named Ms.Priya Vaishnavi had given us the idea to take AMC for 4 years apart from 1 year product warranty which will give us the total service benefit of 5 Years.

I had bought a refrigerator about 6 months back and it has problems from the very first day.
