I had given a service request for dismantling Zion wall unit through [protected] on 10th June once it was dismantled and packed i request for assembling. I had requested multiple times through 1800 customer caree and also through udaipur dealer. But till now it is not assembled. Yesterday ispoke to Mr Karthick who gave a jaipur service head number but no response. Again i spoke to Mr Mohit and registered a service request. For assembling a wall unit in Udaipur it has taken almost a month now from 12th June to 12 july. With this level of service find it difficult to get myself convinced for buying or recommend any godrej product. We had been a fan to quality products from godrej interio and today with this level of service we are unable to digest.

    Problem in the Godrej Double door refrigerator- 4 times in the last 2 years, every time problem with the Cooling effect of the refrigerator - every time technician comes and takes 375 as the basic charges + the charges for the problem rectified. I have paid over Rs. 2500 in the last 2 yrs. Neither the technician NOR the customer care executives have an answer to the problem being occurred so frequently. Two times the fan has been changed and we even don't know if that was the genuine problem. I have tried reaching out to the higher authorities but failed. I think I have made a mistake buying refrigerator from Godrej where i am being treated as if company doesn't owe any responsibility towards the problem that has occurred.

      I have placed an order at Godrej Interio, Pune for a customized wardrobe. The details of the Order are mentioned below: Order No: 170654 Order Date: 25/05/2014 Order Amt: 60, 273 The full payment was made by cheque upfront and the delivery period mentioned was 3 weeks. Already 6 weeks have passed still my wardrobe is assembled. After repeated follow up via email since last 2 weeks with Godrej Service team I have twice received defective parts. Now I am not even getting replies to my emails, If you are not able to solve the issue please refund my money with Interest and take back the defective items. Regards Ramanan

        I had purchased a meedo 3 door shoe cabinet from Godrej outlet at ranchi about 2months back. One of its cabinets got dislodged as it had not been properly fixed. I had filed a complaint for repair in the customer care as well as contacted the local office at ranchi. My complaint nos are [protected] and [protected].             I've ordered a godrej almirah and a king size bed along with mattress. It costs around 57000. I made the order at Godrej interio, Visakhapatnam Near lic divisional building on 20th june, 2014 with reciept number 147948. The order was made under name Ch.Sairam. The delivery is to be made at hyderabad, miyapur. While ordering the product the particular staff said that it would be delivered within 10 days. Yet it is not delivered. An official from hyderabad said that product has to be delivered from mumbai and it would take around another 7 days. What the heck is this service..? I can sense heights of carelessness in your service... make sure you people save the brand name.

              I purchased 10 no of Godrej Lock ( price each lock is Rs. 1750.00 per pcs from your Dealer along with one main door lock of price Rs. 7500.00, But after 10 days of fittings all locks were rusted badly. complain was raised to Godrej Branch Office at Guwahati to Branch Head Mr. Hazarika as well as to service person Mr. Hazarika on 26th June through Dealer M/S Sree Raj hardwrae six mile, G.S. Road, Guwahati . They assured me to attend the complaint on 28th June, But even after repeated reminder NO ONE IS RESPONSE THE SAME . Now as a customer I promise not to advice any one in future to Go for GODREJ.I have not Found such type of hopeless service even from the company of any unorganised sector . No one in Godrej is ready to listen the customer problem. Through this mail I expect some possitive response from GODREJ with three days time, otherwise the details of service nature of GODREJ will be published in FACEBOOK, And any thing bad impact happen GODREJ will be liable for the same.

                ​I had purchased a Headen Dining Table from Godrej Interio Showroom at Byculla, Mumbai in December, 2013 and the product was installed at my house in the same month by the Company. On June 13, 2014, barely six months after the purchase of the product, one of the legs of the table got completely detached from the glass table top. Luckily, the glass table top fell on top of the dining chairs and therefore did not break. I somehow managed to prop the table top on the dining chairs and alerted the company by registering a complaint online through its website, within 15 minutes of this incident and requested for immediate service explaining that the table top could fall down any moment as one table leg was completely detached from the table top. I had sent a mail also to [protected]@godrej.com on the same day. As there was no response to the complaint, on the morning of June 14, 2014 I went personally to the Company showroom at Byculla. The sales representatives there made calls to the service centres for arranging technicians to attend to the complaint, but they could not make any arrangements. They informed that the complaint I registered through internet on the previous day was not registered in their system and informed me that they had registered another complaint afresh and assured me that technician would attend on the same day itself. Believing these assurances, I returned home and waited for the technicians till evening. As no one turned up, I informed the Byculla showroom around 4.30 PM. Still no one attended to the complaint. Finally, two technicians visited my house on June 17, 2014, but failed in rectifying the issue as their equipments failed to work properly. I reported this also to the Byculla Showroom. Except for promises of call back from the sales representatives at the showroom, they failed to follow up with the technicians or to revert to me with a solution. Two emails sent to the Byculla Showroom were not acknowedged at all. The technicians again called at my residence on June 19, 2014. They fixed the detached leg back in the table top and when they were about to leave my residence claiming that the work has been done, the same leg got detached from the table top before their eyes. They went back after perching the table top back on the dining chairs. At the same time, they insisted on getting the call sheet signed by my aged mother, who refused to do so as the work was not completed. On my contacting the Byculla Showroom, which is my only interface with the Company, the sales representative assured me that the product will be replaced or I can opt for any other product of Godrej in lieu of the broken dining table if I pay the incremental cost, if any. I believed this and went to the Byculla Showroom on June 21, 2014 and chose another wooden dining table, the cost differential of which as compared to Headen Dining table was around Rs.6000. The representative assured me that she will arrange for a conference call with Godrej Service Division on June 23, 2014 and arrange for the replacement of the table, collection of the cheque for the differential amount from my residence etc. Believing these assurances, I returned home. Since I did not receive any call from the company on June 23, 2014, I contacted the Byculla showroom on June 24, 2014 and expressed my displeasure at the poor response from the company. On June 24, 2014, the sales representative finally arranged for a conference call with an official stated to be from Godrej Service Division. The official from Service Divn started his conversation by blaming me for the incident saying that the leg got detached because I had shifted the table. I explained to him saying that the table was never shifted from the place where it has been kept since December, 2013 on installation and requested him to study the facts of the case before interacting with the customer. Then he changed his stand saying that the Company is ready to replace the detached leg. When I replied that I had lost trust in the product and the brand he extended his offer to replace the glass table top also along with the detached leg. He retracted completely from the earlier promise given to me by the sales representative that the product will be replaced or I can opt for another product by paying the cost differential. I have conveyed to him that I will consider the offer of replacing the table top and detached leg and repairing of the product provide the company will give it in writing that similar damage will not recur in case of the product. The service division official assured to revert with the assurance through an email on June 25, 2014. I am shocked to think of the consequences of the incident would have had on the safety of my family members, especially since I have a small child at home. No one was hurt due to this incident, as luckily no one was near the table when the incident happened twice. I have totally lost trust in the brand and the tall claims being made by Godrej regarding their after sales service. I shudder to think of the fate of other furnitures costing around 1.5 lakhs which I had purchased from Godrej during the past six months. I have to decide on the further course of action depending on the written assurance which has been promised by Godrej. I dont expect anything great from the company going by my bitter experience so far. The trust placed by our family on Godrej has been betrayed.

                Godrej agreed to take back the defective dining table. In lieu of that we purchased another dining table from Godrej by paying the differential amount between Headen Dining Table and the new model.

                It is nearly one month of reporting the complaint to Godrej and still no action is taken. I feel had it been any Government organisation, they would have done something on the complaint by this time. Wonder whether Godrej is trying to drag till November, 2014 and reply that the warranty period is over?

                  We bought a Julius Mod Dining Table with Stella Dining Chairs on[protected] from Pal Distributor, VPO Gutkar, Distt- Mandi, HP. Since then, we have been facing a lot of issues related to manufacturing defects in the chairs only. This is my first Godrej product but, with due respect, would like to confess that it really disappointed me a lot. The chairs has loosened many a times and on complaining, the distributor’s representative visited and tightned the same. But the chairs always had a defect and we had to complain repeatedly. Now, as per the distributor, he has nothing to offer other than the replacement of the complete set of the chairs, in consent with the company. Sir, after my bitter experience with the chairs, I am wanting to change the complete model of the dining set. Therefore, I am looking forward for the offer and I assure you that any additional charges will be paid without any reluctance. Note: Eagerly waiting for the reply.                     i bought GWS8502 washing machine since july 2013, till now i have faced problem with machine for 7 times. still its the same every time they repair, but on next it remains the same. if godrej fail to give quality. then why the hell are you giving false commitments. K Mohan the dealer of electronic appliances only here to cheat and neat peoples money. that schoundler gave us the product without serial no. you çan check with the customer care center where complaints submitted. now since after repairing ample of time the machine has become worthless better provide us with the another model we are ready to pay the difference amount but request to be counted as on high priority and critical. do the neefull. it was for the time i took godrej but my experience was worst.

                        Godrej - No Response for Complaint even after regular follow up. Dear Sir/ Madam, This is to bring your notice that I have purchased a Automatic Washing Machine (Made: Godrej, Model No. WM-600, ) from M/s. Ramesh Enterprises, Chandanagar, Hyderabad, in the year 2013 which had a warranty of 2 years. The Warranty period from 04.02.2013 to 04.02.2015. Now motor is not working, and noise problem I have been calling customer care number of Godrej ([protected]) since 12th May 2014 but till now I have neither received a satisfactory reply from Customer care. I am furnishing here below a list of complaint number lodged with Godrej customer care centre: Date Complaint no. 15.05.2014 Y[protected] I had a call to to Godrej customer service cell in 7 times from 12th may 2014 to 7th June 2014.They cannot take seriously and they cannot give proper response.                           Dear Sir / Madam
                          I want to draw the serious attention of your senior management towards the following facts:
                          1. That, I contacted Mittal Electronics, Ekta Nagar, Bareilly (UP) for purchasing a Window AC for my drawing room. He convinced me to go for the split as the window series is almost becoming out of the market and then I will be facing problems in service. Being convinced, I purchased a split AC 1.5 T with V-Guard Stabilizer from him on April 19, 2014 for Rs. 32000/= paid Through Cheque No. 51848 of SBI, Bareilly College, Bareilly. The same was installed by his technician at my residence 67/III, Shri Ganesh Puram, Bisalpur Road, Bareilly on cash
                          payment of Rs. 1500/= towards installation charges.

                          2. That, the AC was ordered after the site inspection (i.e. assessment of room size and ambiance etc.) by the
                          aforesaid technician and I left the choice of the model and specifications on Mr. Rachit, the owner of the Mittal Electronics, Ekta Nagar, Bareilly.

                          3. That, as the weather was quite pleasent at that time, the AC was not used till April 2014 and the use was started from May 1st, 2014 (approx.).

                          4. That, The cooling started deteriorating day by day and I informed the same to Mittal Electronics on May 11th, 2014 when there was almost no cooling. My complaint was logged with Call No. Z[protected] and I received an sms that I have to share the Secret Code with the technician on being completely satisfied with the service. Mr. Rizwan (the technician) visited my place on 12th May, 2014 and told me that Gas has been leaked due to
                          installation fault and assured me that the problem will be rectified soon. On 13th May, 2014, he refilled the gas and the AC started working. He asked me to comment on the Complaint Sheet with him that the problem is now rectified but I wrote that the review of the performance can please be taken after 15 days as I was of the opinion that If the leakage is persisting then the same condition will be repeated. I did'nt even shared the Secret Code received through sms.

                          5. That, I received an sms on 17th May stating therein that the Service Call is completed. I was quite surprised that how can the call be completed without sharing the Secret Code assigned to me. I shared this view with Mr. Rachit also at Mittal Electronics.

                          6. That, I was waiting for the review inspection by your technician due as per commitment after 15 days. Meanwhile the problem of low cooling again started and I complaint through Mittal Electronics on May
                          25th, 2014. I again received an sms stating therein that the Call No. is Z[protected] and the technician Mr. Parvez will visit my residence on 27th May, 2014.

                          7. That, It is quite embarrassing for a company like GODREJ that the technician visited my place at 8:15 PM without the required tools and anyhow inspected the outdoor unit in the mobile light. He assured me that Mr. Rizwan (another technician who visited on first complaint) will visit on May 28th with the requite tools and will see into it. However, he was of the view that the cooling is very low. I further received a call from Mr. Nagendra (Mobile No. [protected] probably your ASM at Bareilly) on 28th May that Mr. Rizwan will visit to review the case. I requested him that I would like to be present at the time of his visit so please send him after 6 PM.

                          8. That, since then I am calling daily a no. of times to Mr. Nagendra, Mr. Rizwan, and Mr. Rachit (Mittal Electronics) but they are not picking up my calls which clearly implies that I have been sold a defective piece by your dealer and all the concerned mentioned above are aware of the fact that is why they are not taking the matter seriously.

                          I do hereby request you to please take the matter seriously and replace the piece (if it is faulty one) at the earliest otherwise, I have to go for legal formalities. I would like to mention that I will not go for getting the same repaired at any cost as it is problematic since installation. I would like to mention that it is just a matter of Rs. 33500/= (including installation charges) for me and my problem will be solved by purchasing some new AC of any reputed company but such dissatisfied customers will be harmful for the market image of a company like GODREJ.

                            Hi, About 1.5 months back I had registered a complaint with Godrej regarding a technical fault in their fully automatic washing machine which I had purchased in 2013. The issue was that the inner drum used to hit the walls of the washing machine and makes loud noise while running. While registering the complaint I had clearly mentioned all issue. For the first 2 Week every saturday a senoir technician would come and say I have completely understood the problem and we will fix it the coming monday, I follow up on monday and they say today can not be done as the part is not available. Now it has been more than 3 weeks and they hav not reverted back . The service center people say that we will not be able to do the service because the company has not sent us the part yet and when I call the customer care number they say we have no Idea about your problem, we are raising a new ticket at our end and you will soon get a call from or engineers. And the cycle keeps on going. I have already asked them to provide me a new washing machine as this problem may not be fixed. On june 6 this isuue will be pending for about 2 months with godrej.                               I have bought the godrej 3 door installation mental metal wardobe from godrej interio vashi with upper storage compartment.Warehouse neither delivered wardobe unit 5 days back but storage unit is still not delivered.Also following godrej interio customer care to provide the engineer to install the wardobe unit but no one attended the service to install the wardobe unit. Following up daily with and same commitment today engineer will visit and will finish the installation but no one us visiting neither providing exact date. If godrej dont have engineers to provide the service why they are not providing factual and correct details at the time if buying the product. Wardobe is lying packed in cartoon since 5 days and no one visited for Installation.why installation and delivery cannot be attended same time at the time of delivery. Wardobe packed in Cartoons is occupying space in house and idle.

                                Dear sir, Our fridge compressor is not working ..within 1 year...we buyed from Nandhilath shop, edapal, malappuram, kerala They ask 1200 rs to full fill and we have given that...again also compressor not works...in guarantee paper 5 year guarantee is given for compressor...and 1 year for parts...kindly give a solution as these much money is not affordable, when it's come under guaranty Kp sivaraman [protected] Thrithala Pallakad

I have to take leave and manage all other things daily for this and he never turns up. My second blunder: Over and above that, I invited unbearable pain by paying full amount. My third blunder: On firm (false) assurance and insistence of Dealer and Godrej Representative, I disposed my old living room furniture on 29.04.2014 in anticipation of sure (committed) delivery to make space for new furniture. After more than 40 frantic calls, furniture was finally delivered. After more than 25 calls over a period of 4 days and personal requests furniture was partly installed on 12.05.2014. I was anticipating relief finally. But no, now I learn that the panels of Zion wall units (costing INR 40, 000) delivered are wrong and unit cannot be installed for next month or two as it will involve manufacturing of these panels. House is messed up. Two upstands of wall unit are standing like dead man's coffin in living room. Wall unit parts and fixtures are scattered everywhere. Pleasure of buying new furniture has been evaporated. Image of Godrej has been shattered in mind. Fear is cropping that money is on its way to Vasai municipality drains. Godrej and Dealer got their full money. In spite of such frantic efforts at all levels, I did not receive a single call from Godrej. This is the state of one Post Graduate Degree Holder customer in megacity like Mumbai. God bless rural and illiterate customers. I request you to prevail upon Godrej Interio to get me complete wall unit as promoted by them in their advertisement. I was assured by shop that it will be delivered in 2-3 days. I sorry to say that it has been more than a month, I have not received the same.
