Dear Sir, I booked a Sofa Set 'PARTO SOFA SET SYN LTH BL' with your dealer at VASHI, Navi Mumbai and paid the amount through NEFT mode. The Sofa SET was supplied at my residence Flat no.907, Bharat Shatrughan Tower, Sector-18, Sanpada, Navi Mumbai vide invoice no.75I/21146269 Date :[protected] by your dispatching warehouse, Real Tech Park, sector 30/A, Vashi, Navi Mumbai. The Sofa supplied was one three seater and two single seater. The three seater cover is Matty material whereas both single seaters are of glossy material. Since last three months your dealer is consoling me that either of the seater will be replaced and I will get my sofa, both three seater and single seaters of the same cover quality. Now I have been fade-up with their false assurance, and compelled to lodge a complain with you to redress by issue.     Please be informed that I have very recently purchased a three door Wardrobe on 18.12.2013 vide Invoice no 80I/24167129. After the same being delivered to my house till date I am unable to use the Wardrobe . First there was a problem with the fitting of the double panel doors which were not being getting closed and a scratch on the single panel door------ For that the technician visited and get the doors working and also confirmed to replace the door for single panel due to scatch and which will take 1 month time for the replacement.. There were also gaps on the doors and also on various parts from which even cockroaches are taking entry. After showing that they did something but to little effect and even started commenting that these things can not be repaired /rectified with perfection. I was shocked that how can a company like Godrej with International repute manufacture such a product where the fittings are not proper and how can they hire such unprofessional technicians who dont evenknow how to fit the thing properly and rather quoting unprofessional comments. Secondly on the very next day of the visit by the technicians ie on 22 nd DECEMBER, the lock for the double panel was not working and same had to be kept in open condition for almost a week and also I noticed that there is a damage on the side panel (laminated sheet) on the top portion. When I spoke to the customer care people they started refusing to provide me a separate call no as my earlier call was on open status and they promised me on almost 7 to 8 calls for both the days between 23rd and 24th December that they are updating the new problem under the earlier call. But till 26 th December none of the technicians were bothered to address my concerns. On 27 th December I finally spoke to the sales executive at Godrej Interio Showroom Park Street Ms Paromita and on her advise I logg a fresh call with a diferrent contact number quoting the said problems ( complaint docket no k[protected]) and communicated the same to her . She coordinated with the service people and sent the technicians on saturday ie 28 th December 2013. The lock being rectified but there still exists lots of gaps and unparallel allignments . The same technician uttered the same comment that ' Sir since this is not a welded Ulmirah we are unable to fit them with perfection'. The other two doors are also scathed and on the side panel there is a broken part on the lamination on the top portion of it . Your officer Mr Ashok Pramanik visited my house and inspected the same and confirmed over mail that the three doors along with the defective side pannel would be replaced. Several ails were exchanged till then[protected]twice the consignments were send to my residence and on opening the packets it was observed that they were worse than the earlier one . It can be easily viewed that there are either damages or scrath available on it. How a company like Godrej Interio is sending defective consignments again and again without checking the same. Since December my complaint is unresolved and I am unable to use it.When there are other wardrobes with same specifications available in the market with price range of Rs 25000 to 28000, why shall people buy such defective products with such a high range at Rs 45000 only because of its brand name. ..Even cockroach is entering the wardrobe and getting the same dirty and we are unable to keep clothes and valuable in it. Almost 4 months have elapsed[protected]I have spent lots of time on this issue and I have suffered monetary loss also. I will be constrained to visit the consumer forum and claim compensation on it. If reqd I can forward the chain of mails I had with your concerned officers .

      I bought Godrej refrigerator on 18th March 2014 and once i got a fresh refrigerator, the person who came with the refrigerator was unable to fit the cooling pad due to its small size. He informed that somebody will come in another 1 hour and replace it but nobody came that day. The next day i contact godrej and they told that someone will come and replace the cooling pad but no one turned out. I use to get assurance that someone from support services will come and replace the cooling pad but noone came till now and everyday i talk with them, i get the same type of reply. The godrej service is pathetic and i would never reccomend anyone to buy godrej. The godrej service is pathetic and after hell lot of trouble, you will be able to talk with the customer care. The people sitting in the customer care are ill behaved and illiterate people and they dont even know how to talk to the customers. They will simply keep asking you to call to other numbers. This is the worst worst worst brand and the people working in godrej do not behave in a professional way. Even after lodging the complaint noone turned out. It is my kind request to the people not to buy godrej refrigerator as this is the worst after sales support you can get. Please never ever think to buy godrej refrigerator

      Worst service center and support personnels.
      Actually there should be a zero rating for Godrej. This is even far worse than a fake company and i dont know how the owner and chairman of the godrej company runs the organization of fake products to fake people.

      Guys never ever buy Godrej products.

        My new oven's door lock chipped off in january. i called the service centre to replace it. A technician Sonu Bansiwal came and assured us that lock will be replaced in two days. From 7th january and today is 22nd march, whenever i call them they keep on giving me new dates on pretext that the part is not in the stock. When i asked them to return my part, then also they are not paying attention. this is mental harresment.

          I have godrej washing machine 7.2 kg semi automatic whose complete warrenty extended for 2 years from 12/12/2012 to 11/12/2014 vide application no.[protected] dated 29/06/2012 by godrej salesman Mr.Jatin(9681). That time they were commited me to give regular service, but from 12/12/2012 to 12/03/2014 neither they give any service nor any technician visit to us. Unfortunately on 12/03/2014 i face some water dranage problem on my machine and given a complain vide my complain no. D[protected] Dated 12/03/2013. Mr Manish from NANAK Service attended this call and he charged me Rs. 138/- because he found a coin from machine. you know better no body put coin intensially in the maachine. If i will pay for this so where my AMC will help me. moreover during 2 years i was not taken a single service from company.Unfortunately in future if Motor will brake down they obviously blame me due to your wrong electricity supply motor was broken down which you will bear.Godrej will not take any responsibility. Even we request to Mr Manish, Techinician to whose visited to attend our call for servicing of this machine, he simple refused for servicing. I can not open any screw from you machine, if some parts will brake/damage then i will not responsible. when technicial ask me to share a security code for closing of this call no.D[protected] i was not share with him and told him i will give a complain regarding this. still my complain should open. but yesterday i got a sms, i.e you complain has closed. without me/ my satisfaction how this complain was closed by them.             I have got a brand new modular kitchen from Godrej Interio, Pune from Karve road in November and I am still waiting for a damaged cabinet door to be replaced. I have contacted Mr. Rajesh Davare the sales engineer who had taken the order for me. A soon the door was fitted Iemailed Mr Davare and he promised me that within 15 days he will fix the issue. I had sent the email on Thu, 12 Dec 2013, 16:05. Afterwords also I called Mr Davare at least 5 times. The door is still not changed.

            I received a call yesterday from the following no.+919371033518. I was being informed that the door has arrived finally and someone will come to replace it tomorrow. ... I got the cabinet door fixed today. Thanks consumers forum. I strongly recommend use of this website instead of calling the customer care of any company with an issue.

            I would also like to let you know that I have spent around rs.1, 26, 000 for this modular kitchen. I have gone through a lot of mental stress since the time I gave the order. I was expecting a supervisor to come and check the modular kitchen as I was not impressed by the way it was finished. Mr. Rajesh Davare had promised me that he will come to check the finished product but he never came. I hope to see a quick response as I am being bombarded by my family for such a pathetic work after spending so much of money.

              Sir, I bought a sofa of your very known company and was shocked to experience the quality a GODREJ product .. from the first year since i got your sofa .. problems started arousing .. Spring broke .. leather literally cracked etc. sir in one year I have several times complaint about my SOFA .. but as far as services are concerned they are as your SOFA quality .. just one word AWFUL ..Dealer has always said tht he will send a guy to get the htings right but till now there is no response ..I got your sofa from ROYAL FURNITURE (ekta dwar, moradabad, UP) now it has been 6 months since i have complained .. and there is no response of my complaint .. I have suggested and will suggest to all my relatives never to buy a GODREJ product .. I am still shocked that GODREJ INTERIO make such quality products .. and if you really make .. you should stop your COMPANY .. do not cheat other people as you have cheated me on account of the company name ..                 pillow holder of queen bed has been broken bed can not be used complaint lodged vide no.k[protected] on 05 02 2014 no action has been taken so far contacted Mr. Supriojyoti Rana Depot. manager for redressal of complaint he expressed his inablity for rectification of fault due to non availability of spares over ph. no.[protected] bed not in use immediate replacement of bed is requested.a company like godrej interio should not treat their customer in this way. the company should not market this type of product to harass customers.Immediate redressal is solicited

                  I had recently repaired my freidge in the month of nov 2013 paying a one yr warranty and again today tht is feb 2014 its not working, all the important producrts from milk, vegetables, cooked food, dahi, cheese, butter, bread and many more items have gone waste and i had to throw it now will the company riemburse me i wnt a strict action to be taken on godrej or else i will give this in the local mediad and press, as i have to waste my day and time on this faulty service like godrej, , who s goiing to help me is this wht i have paid for how the timer goes off within 3 months wht s the type of product a company like godrej comes out with, its shame on godrej, ,

                      Sir, I am a Godrej customer since 1998.My opinion is Godrej Furniture is very valuable in my life till Oct 2013. Unfortunately My opinion is changed. Because I have been purchased a GodreJ D Neo Apple Dining Table on 25 Oct 2013 from VALIYAVEETTIL Furnishers Vide their bill No VFB748/13-14 Dt 25 Oct 2013.After One day I found a hairline crack.I informed the said matter to dealer.They replace the table. After the replacement the same hairline crack I found within 4 days. I informed the dealer, they sent Your rep for the Verification . He found the hair line crack . As per his Information to the dealer agreed to replace the same item.But I am not satisfied, with your same Dining table, Because I cared my table like as a Mother care her baby . Therefore I request you to please take necessary action please.

                        I had purchased a godrej door lock bearing product code no 8107 four month back. I contacted the company call centre through no[protected] for installation of the above lock and the concerned company person given me a reference no 233222 and told me that their company personnel will visit me within 48 hours, but unfortunately no one responded my request ie attended me. Again I have contacted on 27.01.2014 for installation of the said lock and given me a ref no 387840 and told me that within 48 hours their company person will execute my request. This time also till now no one has contacted me for the same. I feel this is breach of promise to its esteemed customers. Therefore, I request you kindly to look in to the matter and arrange to install the above lock at an early date.

                          I booked a Godrej Minor locker (order number 28704 dated 30.12.2013) from Godrej Interio brand shop at Bhubaneswar under title "Freezeco PVT LTD by making full payment in advance. I was assured delivery of the material im maximum 2 weeks time.Despite repeated reminders I am yet to receive my material. There is no definite answer from the shop too regarding the exact reason of the delay. The shop also does not bother to call & give a feedback. All the calls & follow ups have been from my side. I want a definite date of delivery & the exact reason of the delay.

                            Sir, An order was placed on 25.09.2013, order no 237379. It was a package of Cupboard (with utility drawer), Queen Size Bed (with mattress and pillow) and Dressing Table (with sitting tool). The above item were deliverd at Dhakuria residence - Meheli Apartment, 1st Floor, Nazir Bagan Road, Kolkata 78 on 03.11.2013. However the utility drawer was missing! The technicians who came for installation were a. unaware of the utility drawer - though full payment was done. b. Also the cupboard was mis-fitted. The alignment was improper because out of the 4 adjusting screws at the bottom of the cupboard - one of them was non-functional. c. As the alignemtnt was not correct, the lock of the cupboard was not opertaing smoothly enough. d. Above all these, the left door had a big scratch on the rear end. Though we pointed out these problems to the technician who was present, he was not convinced. Instead he said that assembled items may have some defects in them! We therefore launched a complaint to Godrej Interio for the first problem, that is the missing drawer. After numerous calls and follow ups, the drawer was delivered to the residential address after 2 weeks time. However we were not assured when the drawer would be fitted. Again after complaint/escalation, the technician fibnally came to our house to fit the utility drawer - 4th Jan 2014 - ie. 2 months post the initial delivery. This technician could not complete the fitting of the utitlyy drawer as the cupboard was not aligned due to the non-functional screws. Today the drawer is attached to the cupboard - but very oddly - wherein there is a gap of 1 inch between the drawer upper edge and the cupboard basement - which leaves the drawer open from top! THE EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN VERY AWFUL AND FRUSTRATING FROM SUCH A REPUTED ORGANISATION GODREJ! May I therefore request you: a. Send a technician ASAP to get the cupboard set up checked! b.                               Hi,

                              I, m writing this mail with great regret .On 4th December, 2013 we purchased one Godrej Storewell wardrobe & one godrej orthomatic mattress from your local dealer Rajib

                              enterprise.We chose your brand over others as we were confident about your product & after sales service .Soon it became nightmare .First of all the wardrobe we received

                              is got manufacturing defect .There is a gap between the both doors .PFA the pics FYR .I must say the people deployed to support your post sales issues are really callous

                              & unskilled they are not at all adhere to the standard of your brand .PLEASE TAKE THE CALL SERIOUSLY as it your brand value tarnishing end of the day .On 4th

                              December after delivery when your support staff fitted the glass in my wardrobe did in wrong alignment .That time we have not noticed about the other defect .Its a huge

                              embarrassment for my in laws as it is a marriage gift unfortunately they chose "BRAND GODREJ " .My question is how a product like this can passed your quality check

                              process !!! Next 8-9 days we were busy in marriage .Now when we observe it we inform Rajib Enterprise & after 2-3 follow up calls finally he send a guy on 20th December

                              who did nothing but spoiled my stuff to further extent .He hammered the wardrobe so badly that in some places it lost its sheen & color but unable to fix it up .Please find

                              the attached pics FYR .

                              Treat this mail as an eye opener & do the needful ASAP .

                                we have purchased fully automatic washing machine & it is under breakdown after 7 months we have logged complaint, it has been told by godrej service team spares are not available it will take time now already 6 months passed but complaint was not attended, service manager were told us machine will be replace with new they replaced our latch but after 15 days again it is under repaire, nobody commit us when problem will be solved. kindly let us know status we have all complaint numbers with us.

                                Please let us know status as well as action plan, we have been told machine will be replace with new one now service team insisting for repair. as it already repiared and team has taken almost six month, on which basis we shall agree to repaire?

                                  I purchased the above bed from your sector 30/a vashi shop on 15/11/13, Orderno. 156925, challan no. 940693, customer code 93SRBB, Salesman code 11947. The bed was delivered and assembled on 16/11/13 by Mr Afsher mechanic, While assembling it was noticed that the left side drawer head board was damaged and was not fitting properly, complaint was lodged, somebody from Godrej visited to see and take photo but nothing further has been done so far despite my several visit to your showroom, follow up with the salesman Mr Prateek. I am very much disappointed with the service of your service. I therefore request you to correct the defect immediately else I will be forced to proceed for further course of action.                                     Your company people come, check the piece, do not repair and just go back. The complaint stands closed by your customer care center. This has happened with me twice. The complaint nos are as under: J[protected], CSN is 809 dated 24.07.2013 and J[protected], CSN 678 dated 27.11.2013. In both the cases the complaint stands satisfied without even doing any repairs to the product and no satisfaction code being passed on to the technician. In first case the satisfaction SMS received on 10.08.2013 and in Second matter on 09.12.2013. However, the complaint was for repair of sofa cum bed which is still lying in the same condition as before and deteriorated in need of repairs. This is the last customer complaint. For the next, we meet in the consumer forum.

                                      Sir I have placed an order for one urban sofa set on 24.10.2013 by paying an advance of rs.5000 vide receipt no 08419 at ur branch off at r.s.puram, Coimbatore phone[protected]/744 I was promised delivery within 15 days but after a delay of more than one month I was informed about the arrival of the sofa for which I have pd the full value of the agreed price rs.59870 on 17.12, 2013 I was informed by ur office staff mr Rajesh and arunkumar that the product will be delivered home the next day Subsequently it was delivered today at my home by delivery personnel When I contacted the birch off they said the assembling technician will follow The delivery van The technician mr Michael raj on seeing the sofa informed me that he has not assembled this sofa not even once He started working on the assembling but he struggled for nearly three hours still he could not complete the task He tried contacting the service manager mr kesavan for help but he said he could help him out only tomorrow Why the customer after waited for more than one half months should be punished like this after paying a heavy amt Still. Not getting the satisfaction of purchasing this product and punished like this? I req ur office higher ups to look into this I matter very seriously to train the personnelSir properly before committing for sales of the product My contact no mrs geetha[protected] Pl respond to my complaint

ORDER NO – 302862 DATED DEC 05, 2013 . WE HAD PLACED AN ORDER FOR A SET OF 2 BED SIDE TABLE IN SOLID WOOD MODEL NO – WINDSOR SIDE TABLE WITH THE ABOVE GODREJ DEALER. WE RECEIVED THE CONSIGNMENT WITH WAS PEST TERMIATE EFFECTED AND FURTHER TO IT THE DELIVERY BOYS DID NOT TAKE IT BACK TO SHOWROOM BECAUSE NOW WE WERE SUPPOSE TO COORDINATE WITH CUSTOMER CARE DEPT AND CALL CENTER. STLL AFTER 2 DAYS NOBODY HAS COME TO COLLECT THE TABLE BOXES NEITHER THE SHOWROOM REPRESENTATIVES NOR THE TECHNICIANS FROM GODREJ INTERIOR . OUR MORE CONCERNS ARE IF THE PEST TERMITES GETS IN TO OUR HOME WOODEN FURNITURE THEN WHO WILL BE RESPONSIBLE . ALL WE EXPECT IS SOME ACTION FROM THE BRAND COMPANY REPRESENTATIVES WHOM WE TRUSTED AND LOST OUR FAITH.
