This is with reference to the Lincoln Bed which we purchased from the Godrej Lifestyle showroom in Borivali (W).

I would like to state that the standard of the Godrej products have really fallen and are not upto the quality expected of Godrej. Earlier the name Godrej would mean Good Quality & Service and Value for money. But unfortunately today it doesnt hold true. A bed purchased less than year ago is broken down twice because of design flaw and Godrej fails to respond to Customer grievances inspite of repeated reminders / calls.

After many reminders, An 'engineer' came to our place on October 2, 2007 to check the state of the bed. I am not sure if he even submitted our complaint to the Vikhroli office because its been more than 2 months and we have not heard anything from Godrej. I fail to understand what was the purpose of sending a person, who is ineffecient, for inspection.

I even sent an email marking certain senior members of the Godrej Vikhroli office in my email hoping someone will be responsible enough to respond to my complain and address my problem. But I have not received any reply till date.

have 2 comlaint been forward to godrej customer servics centre but on action done by them . purchase from byculla showroom .
Poor Services by Godrej Smart care

I have been using Godrej products for a very long time now and was fairly satisfied with the services. However, now I have been forced to change my opinion about Godrej Customer Care and its Products.

I own a Godrej Cold gold 300 Litre Refrigerator for more than last 4 years and the compressor is under warranty From 09th August’09, my refrigerator stopped cooling and I lodged a Complaint with Godrej Customer Care’s Authorised service provider, Akash Enterprise, Arpan Building, Shop no.1 & 2, Ambika Nagar, M.G.Road, Dombivli(West) on 12th Aug 2009 vide Complaint Number 469795. The Godrej Smart Care executive informed me that the complaint will be resolved within 24 hours. However, the service engineer Mr.Yogesh visited my house on 13th Aug 2009 and checked the Refrigerator. He told us that the Compressor was not working and the same is required to be replaced. He has taken 100% payment for the same and He also informed us that it will take 1-2 days to get the compressor since Compressors are not available at the Service Centre.
If compressors are not available, why are you people taking the 100% advance? If your staff is incompetent to satisfy the customer, we will arrange elsewhere.
After waiting till 14th, I called the Godrej Customer Care again, but they said that there is holiday for two days 15th and 16th August. Tomorrow there is function at my house and we are facing problems due to the negligence of the Godrej Staff.

Now, I finally request you to look into this matter on PRIORITY and SERIOUSLY and get my refrigerator problem resolved within 1 DAY TIME, failing which I would be forced to go to ConsumerCourt.

    Dear Sir,

    I have bought godrej furnitures (endura model)last year in december. All the joints of doors of almirah has cracked and it is getting losse day by day. door of dressing table is also losse. At the time of installation one rack of almirah was missing.
    These all things has been told so many times to godrej office at MUzaffarpur (Bihar) and Patna. But they are just ignoring it saying that within 15 days it will be reapired. But no action has been taken yet.
    I have spent 70000/- for these furniture but it seems that i have been cheated by relying upon this company.
    What should i do. Kindly suggest

    Sir,
    i bought godrej ac 18g1 1.5 tons ac last week.
    right from the beginnng it is not getting cool
    also getting reset once in 10 minutes

    after going for complaint also, the service centre people not responded.

    do not go for godrej products

    very bad quality & poor customer service.
