Sir, I had purchased a Godrej Mattress one and a half year ago costing Rs. 16, 500 from the Godrej Mattress Dealer 'Maharashtra Mattress', located at Adarsh Nagar, Near Sports Complex, Andheri (W), Mumbai. It carries guaranty of 3 years. In no time the mattress started sagging. Due to this bad quality of mattress I am suffering back problem also. I complaint about this to the dealer but dealer asked to do contact with Godrej in this regard. After several telephone calls at Godrej customer care they recorded my complain (complaint ID - B[protected]) . After that one person from Godrej visited our house took pictures, copy of bill etc . and later on with due checking of mattress he assured that new mattress will be deliver to me soon. Now three moths have over, almost every day I am calling at customer care but they are making me fool with false assurance of replacement of mattress. I am requesting to you kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue .

    Service person Mr Sandeep Roy and Sales manager Arman hussain, they dosen't know how to talk with their customer especially with lady.Today[protected] I have called them for servicing modular kitchen, they started shouting at me that they will not be able to give service as per your requirement and when I asked them to give customer care no they again started shouting at me telling that you are not my customer i will not give you the number go and check online and make customer complaint and they kept the phone.Pls take action on them that next time they should not misbehave like this with any one

      I placed an order for some furniture from Godrej from its Interio office in Banasawadi Bangalore. Despite making an advance payment of Rs. 25000 They have not yet delivered the furniture to me 6 weeks after payment. Godrej one of the lousiest customer care and they dont even have a call centre to contact in case of complaints. They dont provide any follow up and even after they deliver a product they dont provide immediate installation. They take more than 7 days to even call you and schedule an appointment. Then too, they dont come at the time you ask them to. They will specify a time and if that is not convinient to you they wont show up or even call to schedule anothe time. The person I delt with for the sale was Mr. Ajesh [protected]. This man does not even receive calls from you once you pay him an advance! I would strongly suggest against buying anything from Godrej. Buy you furniture from Flipkart, Amazon or elsewhere they provide far better customer service.

      I wish to clarify here that the person I spoke to was Mr, Prabhaiah and not Mr. Ajesh as mentioned in the earlier complaint. I was referred to Mr. Ajesh by Mr Prabhiah at a later date saying he is in charge of this.

        Dear Sir I write to inform you that I booked a Godrej Cupboard from your Byculla Showroom on February 3, 2015, Order No. 768335. The said Cupboard was delivered to me on February 26, 2015. Wrong Amount in challan We have still not received the Invoice for the cupboard giving break up of the price and tax. The amount reflected on the challan is Rs 32, 000/ whereas I have actually paid Rs 35729/ for the same. I have noticed following defects which I have stated on the delivery challan. (1) The decorative rims on the locker are broken. (2) There are welding marks on the golden rims of the front door (3) Rust marks on golden decorative strips (4) There are air bubbles on the paint of front door. (5) The delivery date on the challan is 24th but the actual product was delivered on 26th February 2015 (6) The cupboard does not look brand new. Looks like the one I saw in the showroom. (7) There is no warranty card with the cupboard. The cupboard does not look brand new. Looks like the one I saw in the showroom complete with broken decorative rim, rust marks on Decorative golden plates and the air bubble in paint. I got a call from the driver on the 24th that my cupboard is being delivered but thereafter when I was waiting for it I gather that the cupboard received from the Warehouse was received in the showroom and I have received the old showroom cupboard without proper receipt. I am an old customer of your reputed company and use several of your appliances with pride. But this time there has been no supervision and quality control. Please arrange to 1. Kindly replace the cupboard with a brand new one. 2. I may also be given the receipt for the full amount of Rs 35729 that paid by me or bill for appropriate amount and the refund of appropriate amount. 3. If you do not have a new cupboard please arrange to refund me Rs 35729. Kindly look in the matter urgently to retain my trust in your company Regards Nishita Raje

GT ROAD (WEST) ASANSOL -713304 PHONE:[protected], EMAIL [protected]@yahoo.co.in. problem is that my mattress stitch are loose and open automatically from here and there and one or two place curve type on top of mattress I inform the dealer M/S vyas & co by telephone on November month 2014 to replaced the mattress, but no reply again inform by telephone on Feb2015 replaced the mattress they told me mail the loose portion of mattress photo I send the photo by mail but till date they could not communicate me.             The Godrej Wooden Wardrobe delivered to us on 25/2/15 against bill no. 6565 Dated 24/2/2015 by Naarang furniture Co. Gangyal Jammu after one month from the date of booking i.e. 29/1/2015 (vide no. 2036) and was not assembeled at our home the salesman said it is a display piece. the hinges are extremely noisy, the panels are wobbly. When we contact the showroom Owner Mr. Abishek shrug off any responsibility saying that we will send the Technician. So far with in a day 2 technicians have visited us, one even from chandigarh and none could fix the problem. The panels are not aligned properly, the hinges create unpleasant noise when opened. The last technician who visited us claimed that wardrobe is defective and he would give the requisite feedback to Mr. abishek . We SMS Mr. Abishek on 25/2/2015 that Wardrobe is defective please replace but he didnt respond . I think godrej is selling defective furniture We refuse to use a defective product despite making full payment.

              Sir, I am Manager(T), Services in Delhi Transco Ltd. (An undertaking of Delhi Govt.). Our Purchasing group has ordered to your firm vide PO NO: [protected] for supplying of 02 nos. of store plain for my office at Rajghat Power House, New delhi. As per the order T&C material should be delivered with 6 weeks to 8 weeks. PO was issue to your firm on 04.12.2014. T&C is not an issue, I personally followed up the case for its early delivery by telephonic discussion with Mr. Kamal ( who happens to your Dealer M/s Rajdhani Furnitures) and also with Mr. Agrawal. Both were saying it will be delivered in this week since last one month. But still the material is not delivered in the office. Now, I m writing this after getting no solution from their side, as this not only weaken our relation with M/s Godrej, being such brand name for supplying furnitures in all over India Govt Offices, but also spoils the name of Godrej. So kindly give your urgent attention on this issue and take up the matter with your concerns and specially with dealer. And if he is not performing up to the required commitments, so kindly change the dealer. But, any how kindly get the order to be delivered as soon as possible.                 I have booked a Kreation wardrobe with Dresser on 21.12.2014 at Kharkana showroom Secunderabad paying the full amount and I am still waiting for the assembling. The material was sent on 29.12.2014 . The Technicians opened the packing and found the main unit fully damaged and placed a complaint for a new unit.No;582362 . A new Door unit was sent instead of main unit . The main unit was delivered and when the Technician Opened the packing he fond the wooden plank of the wardrobe damaged and again booked a complaint No;582362, This drama is going on from the past two months. As I have to make arrangements whenever they deliver or take back the product or whenever the Technician calls leaving my Job (mental tension) .My house in a mess with all the packing materials and an unassembled wardrobe, it is very disgusting to see my home so messy. Being a reputed company I have booked my order, if your services are so disgustingly poor I would not have booked. I wish no other customer buys any product from the so called Godrej Company and be tormented like me. When I call the showroom they say it is a different department which is in charge of the materials when I call them they say it has to come from Mumbai, the Technician says my job is only to assemble the product. I hope the right person gets to know my plight and give Good prompt services atleast to keepup the name of the company or very soon it will be doomed.

                  Dear Sir, we followed up so many times with Pradeep Tripathi but nothing happened so registering our complaint this website We have booked the Godrej Mattress orthomatic delux 5" size though M/s Woodworld, Thane for Rs.20, 300/ on 11/12/2014 and advance is paid Rs.3000/ (Copy attached) . It was supposed to be delivered on 28-12-14 after modification in size from godrej factory, size being non standard. After continuous follow up, we have been informed that the mattress is ready for collection against full payment. We have seen the mattress at their show room and have following observations. 1) the actual Size is 76x78" and not 76x80" which was ordered which is not acceptable to us. 2) we have been told that there will be free delivery of 2 memory pillows along with mattress as a part of promotional scheme, but now dealer is informing that nothing has come from company and he can not give the same. 3) We have told dealer at the time of booking that we want balance material of mattress which is cut from the standard size as we have paid for the bigger size to verify that modification is really done. But the dealer is informing that it has not come from godrej company. 4) we have seen finishing and feel that it is uneven cutting and feel that it is not as per godrej standards. We also feel that it is cut locally which is creating doubt whether it is genuine godrej mattress. 5)we have asked the dealer to give the godrej factory order number to verify, however they denied to give and hence confirming the doubt. 6) we also want to know whether they are really your official dealer or not.. 7) We have also asked vendor who will guarantee of size and finish if we pay full & take delivery, we have been told that it is responsibility of service department of godrej and not his. 8) we have been told that warranty is 10 years on the mattress however the card is inside and hence it can not bee ascertained. We have been following with dealer continuously but not getting response and hence forced to write this complaint. We also feel that we are being cheated by dealer using your name. We have taken decision that we will not take the delivery unless all issues are cleared in our favour and want our advance back if it is not sorted out by dealer immediately. Finally we request your involvement in confirming order number through which the above mattress has bee modified at your factory and despatched to them along with genunity and sorting this matter.                       Godrej is of a companyI had bought a Kreation wardrobe cum dresser on 26/11/2014, order no 326092 from Franchisee B6027K Eastman, 83/1, BT Road Kolkata -700090. Some parts of the product they delivered to me were defective and more over the replacements they made twice for that parts are also defective. I am still to get my wardrobe assembled. Such a premium company which charges thrice the price for the same product than a local shop provides such worst service, its horrible and frustrating. Friends never ever think of buying a godrej product in future.

                        We had booked complete furniture range for two bedrooms from Godrej Interio on[protected] through Sree Govindaraja Enterprises Hosur at a cost of Rs.2.16 lakhs. The furniture was deleivered in two tranches on[protected] and[protected]. One wooden cupboard (chocolate four door wardrobe) was delivered incomplete without a seperating board above the right hand side Locker. We have pointed this out to the technician immediately and also we have been following up with the Dealer many times. Inspite of repeated followup and also this much of delay of over three months there is no response from them. They say that the Mumbai Godrej has to supply this spare to them and it is not yet received. This new wardrobe is lying unusable and it is shameful for Godrej not to have checked the entirety of the parts before delivery. It is pathetic that Godrej is not able to supply th emissing item even after so much delay.

                          I have purchased a 3 door almirah alongwith azure coffee table from your dealer at 16/97, shivoy tower, m.g. mark, kanpur on[protected] in unassembled condition. it was unpacked by your technician on[protected] for installation and i found that its side panel has a major dent from lower side. the technician installed it and its door is also defective as they are completely jammed. It was assured by the technician that he will replace the same next day which is not replaced till date. I have complaint about the same in showroom and they have not provided us with any assistance. No response has been provided till date. I have paid in advance for the same for goods from such a reknowned company but defective goods delivery is really pathetic and then no response is completely a fraud and cheating.                             It was promised that kicthen will be installed within 2-3 working days. The workers have not reported to work since 3 days. They worked for two days, off-course coming late and going early. No its been 5 dasy complete, the stuff is lying here and there all over the house. On enquiring the dealer, Mr.Sanju Bhalerao, (Pratick home solutions, Ghodbunder Road, Thane), he gives a very strange reason. There is a boss from Godrej at whose house, work is going on, and since he needed workers, he abandoned work at my place without notice and send the workers to the his boss's house. So very unprofessional and undisciplined way of working. Either this Boss or the dealer needs to learn lesson. The boss should learn to wait for his turn and not jump in between and stop the customers work to get his own work done. I hope there is someone from godrej who can teach a lesson to this idiotic boss and the dealer. Thanks,

                                To Godrej Interio, This is to inform you that I am facing lot of hassles after buying Godrej Slimline 2 door Almirah.I have ought the item on 3rd January, 2015 and same was delivered on 24th Jan, 2015.But at the time of booking Parksteet office of Godrej has taken the charge for the extra half shelf but till date that is not delivered.Each and every day I am calling Park street branch but they are not attending my query. Today in the morning I have called up your customer service number at [protected] a girl called Samina has picked up the call.She was so rude that I cannot continue talking to her, asked her to transfer to her senior but she disconnected the call, in this way you treat your customer, Where is the service for the customer gone????Can you please explain...                                   1)By service order number 539426 in delhi, the received table has a defective catcher/magnet and therefore the table top front slab does not hold onto the main body when closed. 2) The person deputed for the table assembly was inexperienced and therefore the right wood panel cracked. The photo of the cracked part is attached. Request immediate replacement of the defective/broken parts.

                                      R/sir I have purchased a sofa and dinning table from Godrej intrio branch Faridabad in the year 2014 . During purchasing time it was promised that cleaning of sofa ( min. Two times) will be carried by M/s Godrej intrio for one year . Till date no one has visited to my residence for cleaning the sofa. It has also been found that stitching of sofa are getting damaged in few locations.                                         Sir, I had recently purchased various furniture's from Godrej Interio at Vashi, Navi Mumbai during the month of Nov-Dec 2014 whose invoice order no is-75I/21162659, 75I/21162709, 75I/21162708, 75I/21162605, 75I/25003523, 75I/6049198, 75I/21163937, 75I/6048986, 75I/6048988, 75I/21163258. The following are the problems with regards to furniture and the service provided:- 1) Dressing table is ill-fitted and is unstable on the floor 2) Scratches on dinning table & the leg of the chairs with it are not proper according to Godrej standard & as kept at the showroom 3) Handle of the bed is broken due to sub standard quality 4) Half of the parts of the cupboard has not been supplied and is still outstanding 5) There was a long delay in providing the furnitures and mattress 6) The technician who came for the fitting had taken away all the spare parts of every furniture supplied by Godrej Interio with him and had fitted the furniture with using the minimum screws and had fitted it in a hurry, On enquiry they had denied to return the same mentioned It is kindly requested that the above mentioned defects must attended and necessary action must be taken against the technician and the services provided.In this regard Godrej Interio has been informed and till now no action has been taken. It is kindly requested that matter may be investigated & technician of other zone other than our's must attend us and re fit the whole furniture provided.Awaiting for your positive response.
