Sir,
I had recently purchased various furniture's from Godrej Interio at Vashi, Navi Mumbai during the month of Nov-Dec 2014 whose invoice order no is-75I/21162659, 75I/21162709, 75I/21162708, 75I/21162605, 75I/25003523, 75I/6049198, 75I/21163937, 75I/6048986, 75I/6048988, 75I/21163258.
The following are the problems with regards to furniture and the service provided:-
1) Dressing table is ill-fitted and is unstable on the floor
2) Scratches on dinning table & the leg of the chairs with it are not proper according to Godrej standard & as kept at the showroom
3) Handle of the bed is broken due to sub standard quality
4) Half of the parts of the cupboard has not been supplied and is still outstanding
5) There was a long delay in providing the furnitures and mattress
6) The technician who came for the fitting had taken away all the spare parts of every furniture supplied by Godrej Interio with him and had fitted the furniture with using the minimum screws and had fitted it in a hurry, On enquiry they had denied to return the same mentioned
It is kindly requested that the above mentioned defects must attended and necessary action must be taken against the technician and the services provided.In this regard Godrej Interio has been informed and till now no action has been taken.
It is kindly requested that matter may be investigated & technician of other zone other than our's must attend us and re fit the whole furniture provided.Awaiting for your positive response.
