Sir,
This is in reference to the order placed for Godrej Furniture name Magnus King Size Bed and Magnus bedside table 1 nos each vide Cash Memo no BR/0870 dated 8th November 2011 of 37400.00 and was assured the due supplies only after the making of Full payments to the Company/Dealer .
I will like you make it very clear that the payments were against the above furniture in advance only account of the name Godrej a name marked for its reputation
Till date I am sorry to inform you that the delivery of the bed was only after much haggling with the agency , but I am sorry to inform you that till date the bedside is still due even after 2 months have passed.
I had talked on this issue with Mr Abhijeet Bhattacharya , which I was informed by your above mentioned dealer is a company official who had assured the supplies by 15 th of Jan , todays follow up have rendered new results , with the office of dealers saying that the table will not be delivered before Feb Last Week .

I have only one question , how serious your company takes a consumer , or do I believe that It was my big mistake to Approach name of Godrej “a name of Repute” . I feel to be taken for a ride by your dealer . While booking orders they try to commit heaven to you and when it comes to delivering things they show their reality
I am writing this mail in much distress , and have written this letter only after not getting any satisfactory response from to Delaers
Dear Sir,



This is to bring to your notice that i had placed an order for a new Zurina King Bed from the Godrej dealers -B.R.Interiors Shop no 3 saouli jp rd, opp andheri sports complex andheri [w] mumbai 58...



When the furniture was delivered to me 25days back, iwe had the workers from the dealership who had essembled it at my residence...Also i would like to state that they took more than 6 hrs to get the fitting done and inspite of the delay they were absolutely unaware of the way in which it had to be essembled...to our utter disgrace, we had immediately updated the dealer of our being absolutely unsatisfied with the service provided.



However since we had already placed an order for another king size bed(Aura) and side table and had made advance payment, we had no choice but to await replacement as promised ...Please note that during the delivery of the aura bed, as per the promise made by the dealer, he sent people with expertise and they also inspected the earlier piece and promised to send the details of the observations so that we could get an replacement...



Till date we are yet awaiting the replacement and are utmost unhappy and dis satisfied with the delay in having our own furniture for which we have already paid...the purpose of having the bed and also, since we have had our guest over is the most embarrasing and humiliating situtaion that we had to face...



The bed delivered is also a very defective piece which is totally unexpected from a brand as Godrej and would request someone to kindly look into the matter at the earliest or else i would have no choice but to approach the consumer court so that our concerns are addressed in a speedy manner...



Would appreciate the concerned authorities to get in touch with us at the earliest for resolutions...

    Godrej Interio located on Jalana Road, Aurangabad, was approached for replacement of a defective bean bag. The bean bag was taken back by the dealer on 08 May 2010 for replacement. how ever till date the dealer has not been able to replace the same even after repeated requests. On 22 Dec 2010 a written complaint has been lodged with the dealer, how ever they still have failed to react showing no regards for the inconvinience being caused to me.

    Have booked Bean bag at Godrej Interio located at Bhubaneshwar. Adress details - Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co Ltd, DI & B4 Sahid Nagar. Booked on 28 June 12, Cash Memo No 02510. They promise to deliver by 2nd July. Called on 3 but could not committed the exact dt. Still we waiting for the product. We have then told them, we will collect from Shop once beaqn bag reach at your shop. Today after 8 days over but we are in dark. To be hounest in such changing scenerio where customer is waiting for Bean Bag is not really unacceptable. Believe us we do not have choice as there was no avaialbility of Bean Bags in Bhubaneshwar. We search lot in diff Mall, Pantaloon shop, Big Bazar, Pal Height, Vishal mall but we could not see avaialbility. Very difficult to digest as waiting for Bean BAG.
    1. very poor approach to deal with customer.
    2. No customer focus.
    3. No commitment.
    Pl let me know when we will receive Bean Bag.

      I , ,,,Mrs. Sandhya Rani Badapanda, W/o Naba Kishore Badapanda, Quarter No. – E-3/1, Barrage Colony, Jagatpur, Cuttack, beg to inform your kind notice that, I have purchased one Godrej washing Machine from L.P. Electronics (O) PVT. LTD., Metro Plaza, Buxi Bazar, Cuttack on[protected] invoice no. – 33c -578, Model No – G.W.S – 7501 & serial no. 4D [protected] (Bill Enclosed).
      From the date of purchased seven times problems have been arises such as Spin Motor replaced, washing Motor Belt replaced, Drainage pipe replaced & Timer replace Dry Bucket has not been moved etc. Besides this the washing section has not been given better wash.
      I have given several complains to Laxmi Service Centre , Near Madhusudan Law College, Station Bazar, College Square, Cuttack – 3 & L.P. Electronics, Buxi Bazar, Cuttack for rectified the defects within the warranty period. There are so many defects have been arises in this washing machine. Six no. service reports have been enclosed here with for your reference.
      Previously I have one Godrej Washing Machine containing 5.5 Kg. Capacity but any defect has not been arises within 6 years & gives better service. After exchange of the same, the new machine has been purchased. It is observed that due to manufacture defects, the machine has frequently defunct & not given better washing service. Warranty period has not been over. So the same may be replaced & new Washing Machine may kindly be given to me within fifteen days of receipt of this letter otherwise I shall take the shelter for court of law in order to get proper justice.

        I have Purchased Godrej 800VA Sine wave UPS in the Month of February 2010. During installation itself, i found Noise is abnormal. Supplier Accecpted to Replace the UPS as soon he get next one. Latter Dealership was withdrawn due to poor service in this area. Noise is Hurting me. I register complaint thrise & two of them closed without my knowledge, I have sent a list of mails to all the concerned service heads. Still my problem is not solved.
        Service technicians attended & removed the Buzzer to reduce the noise. whereas noise is from Transformer & they accecpted to Replace. Now they are standing that noise are reduced. I Request Godrej Service Head to Measue the Noise Level.
        Kindly let me know the procedure for Measurement of noise in home appliance with dB meter.

          I ordered a Godrej Interio 3 door Cupboard on the Nov 4th 2010 from Jyoti Enterprises (Authorised dealer for Godrej Interio products) The Cupboard was delivered in a timely manner by the vendor but the technician from Godrej who was about to fit it arrived a day later than promised. During the fitting of the cupboard the technician realised that the delivered piece was defective as 1 of the 3 pannels to attch the door did not have bolts of the right size. He fixed the cupboard temporarily and informed that he would return in a day or 2 after checking with the vendor to replace defective part. After several calls and false promises form the Vendor the technician arrived on the 20th Nov at an inconvient time due to which he was uanble to complete the fixing but placed the new parts at our residence... After which there has been no attempt from Godrej or the Vendor to fix the cupboard. They keep passing the blam onto each other and keep promising to fix it as soon as they can. Today is the 5th of December and the Vendor and Godrej still seem to b playing hide and seek, they hang up and dont entertain my calls sometimes...
          Is this the kind of Service we have to expect from a reputed company like GODREJ???

            I had purchased a Godrej 23K4 LCD TV from Great Eastern Trading CO. Kolkata-1 on 23/11/10 . Due to bad sound problem I lodged a a complain during installation ie on 24/11/10 and the complain no given was 376350. The technician had come and verified the sound problem and told for the new replacement . But till today 30/11/10 nobody from company has contacted for the replacement .Cannot expect such bad customer service as comparable to other companies as I could not expect this type of problem .This type of problem should be immediately taken care as it effects to such big reputed company like Godrej a lot.Hope you will soon take care , thanking you.Mr Abhijit Victor Kolkata -14

              Unfortunately I bought a Godrej Refrigerator in 9/2009 ( i was very carried away by the 5 year warranty that they offer on the the compressor - Biggest cheaters , they charge 1900 as service charge for the replacement ).
              The issue goes like this...
              Exactly after one year ,
              10/2010 - Day 1 - The fridge doesnt cool...
              - Day 3 - The service agent says compressor problem and says that i need to replace the compressor , he also said that , since there is a 5 year compressor warranty , i need to pay only 1900 ( what a generous company )
              Day 5 - He replaces the compressor , all is well
              Day 7 - The problem occurs again
              Day 8 - Service agent says bi metal problem - replaces it free of cost ..kept under observation..
              Day 10 - Problem occurs again ..Agent doesnt have any clue...calls up the head office...
              Day 15 - problem occurs again...Head office people comes again ...replaces the fan...
              Day 20 - Problem occured again...They asked me to put the thermostat to 1 or 2...

              Day 30 - Problem again...No solution....

              I am completely tired of the rrefrigertor , the poor chaps from the godrej service centre tried their level best to resolve the issue...but it seems like a design issue....if the freezer cools more than a particular point...the circulation to the lower compartment is blocked and lower compartment doesnt coool....

              Moral of the story : Dont be so patriotic and buy godrej refrigerator...go for the alternative....if it was some other brand , they would have replaced the refrigertaor it self....

                Hi,

                We had purchased a 3 seater sofa from godrej around 16 months back. (Am not mentioning the long history of problem faced fpr getting it). However now that has got torn from seating area (courtsey innovative thoughful design of having stiches in seating area). I had registered complaint for the same with Godrej helpdesk on 26 october. Fortunately some one vistied on designated time and after all discussing said he would again visiy next day with all details and estimates. Since then no one has turned up. I again logged a followup complaint around 10 days back and was assured that some one will visit in 2 days, but one has come till now. Pathetic is that they do not have any escalation mechanism for complaining to the higher ups............ cool

                Seems godrej has also got into businiess of selling cheap chinese products putting their mark on them compromisinig all values and quality

                  This is a strong grievience that comes with reference to our first order paced to one of your dealer namely “ United Motor Cycles”, on 05/07/10 with an assurance of delivery within a weeks time.

                  That firstly the order was not executed within the given time and then was partially delivered to us on 27/07/10, after repeated follow-ups, and that too not as per the given specifications.

                  The discrepancy in order v/s supply is given hereunder:

                  Soon after getting the partial supply against the placed order, we asked the concerned dealer owner “Mr Masood”, regarding the discrepancy in the supply v/s order, for which he agreed to take the material back, but the same was again not done.

                  As the dealership was getting inaugurated on 2nd October, we requested Mr Maood for getting the chairs replaced as per specified norms. Mr Masood agreed and after a detailed discussion with Mr Harsh from Godrej Chandigarh office, we were assured that the back cushion of the chairs shall be changed and the same shall be done before 2nd September.
                  As the rest of the served order was also not as per our demand, a new order was also taken by Mr. Masood and a representative of Godrej on 10th August 2010, with an assurance that the material shall be supplied before the inauguration date, i.e: 2nd September.
                  Unfortunately there was again a strong lapse of commitment by Godrej, as firstly the chair cushions were not delivered even on the inauguration day. Then again the second order was also not served by the date and after several arguments with Mr Harsh, he stopped receiving calls and then we asked them to cancel the order as it has reached us on the desired dates when it was required the most. Afterwards on 18th Sep, 1st Oct and 3rd Oct, the furniture was delivered at our place, again partially assembled.

                  Since then we have been trying to get in touch with Mr. Harsh ([protected]) and Mr. Masood ([protected]) and also the other representative, but every time they have just been apologizing or not receiving calls or assuring that they would get the furniture removed, without taking any responsive action.
                  Kindly take this as very seriously as the behaviour of your dealer and your employees have caused us serious damage to the prestige, respect of our company and also mental torture to the company management.

                  Hope the matter shall be resolved by the given time, failing which we shall be bound to take legal action.

                      We received reebok watch from ICICI bank. Being a big brand we preserved the watch for special occasions.To my shock when I removed the watch , the glass came out , cracked. I then carefully took it to Titam showroom . And there I was told it is not original Reebok .but a duplicate one.

                      I wrote this feedback to ICICI bank, and they confirmed to me that it is orginal REEBOK.

                      I ams shocked , is this the quality of REEBOK ????I think you must not get into such offers and spoil your otherwise good reputation.

                      i would be really afraid to buy anything from REEBOK ???? seeing this is how the original thing works

                        Sir,
                        My complaint is simple, very simple and can be attended in a span of 2 hrs of work.

                        I bought Godrej Laptop E locker on 18th Oct. 2010 from Godrej showroom, Abids, Hyderabad. Please check up with them for invoice details. Its electronically locked and I am unable to open the locker as no basic code was given to me and no staff came to give a demo and they advised me to book through phone. Further, I need help for installation in specific location in my house.

                        I have registerd my on line complaint No. 479339 on 18.10.2010. I reminded it on 19.10.2010. No body turned up at my home till now.

                        What I needed is simple. 1) I need a demo of locker so that I can operate 2) to install it in a specific location in my home.

                        Hope that you will do needful. If its not possible to give this help, please advise me who should I approach for this hlep.

                          I AM SHEELA FROM THIRUVOTTIYUR I HAVE GODREJ REG GDA 19B REFRIGERATOR SINGLE DOOR. I BOUGHT IT 2 YEARS AGO. THERE WAS NO PROBLEM SINCE LAST MONTH. BUT NOW FREEZER IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY.

                          I MADE COMPLAIN TO GODREJ REF GDA 19B(CANDY RED) LAST MONTH (14.09.2010) COMPLAINT NO. 171932 FOR MY FREEZER WHERE COOLING IS NOT PROPER. THEIR ENGINEER CAME SAYS GAS IS NOT PROPER WE HAVE TO PAY RS 700 FOR GAS AND DRIES IC FOR RS. 250 TOP48 FOR RS528 TOTALLY RS. 1478 WE PAID. AFTER 10 DAYS THE SAME PROBLEM WILL OCCUR AND FOUND FREEZE STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY. AGAIN I LOOGED A COMPLAIN ON 07.10.2010 COMPLAING NO.186621. WE TRIED CALLING THEIR NUMBER BUT THE SERVICE CENTRE KEECHERY ENGINEERING CO. T.NAGAR CHENNAI-17,PHONE NO. 28344350 ALWAYS ASK THE PROBLEM ONLY BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE AND NOBODY CAME TO ATTEND THE PROBLEM. DO SOMETHING TO GET OUR FREEZE COMPLAIN HEARED BY GODREJ.

                          my refigerator is not working properly since the day it has been purchased. u cn track the complaint record to check that.v used 2 hv faith in the name of GODREJ. bt due 2 past bitter experience v r loosing our faith.we also have the AMC.bt whenever v file a complain, even whn it is urgent, ur executiv takes 4 to 5 days.n everytime v need 2 call u up again n again to make u wake up.

                          We are thankful for your prompt response but regret to inform you that your technician corrected on 30.11.11 at 1.45 pm but again at 6.30 pm stopped working (please refer Call# [protected], CSN IS 373 Dtd.30.11.11 @ 7pm) which is quite disappointing.
                          We sincerely request you to get (Refrigerator Code: GFP220SZMB, GODREJ REF GFP220S, CHASIS#[protected] purchased from Vijay Sales through Inv.# 14-GDB07-08SICD 248 on 05/ 07/ 2008) corrected through knowledgeable Technician.

                            I have lodged my complaint to M/s Godrej co. 9 times during last seven months but complaint is still unresloved. Latest complaint no. is 871910

                            Fuse of my Microwave oven, Model No. GMG 17E07WHGX , purchased on 8th Mar'09, has blown 9 times in last seven months. In Feb'10 & Mar'10 they have kept my oven at their service centre for more than a month but the problem was unresolved. Finally they put a fuse of higher amperage so that it stops from blowing without my knowledge. The oven worked all right till Aug'10.

                            In Aug my oven fuse was blown again. This time difference was that it was totally black and melted inside the chamber earlier cases only fuse wire was broken. I wanted to investigate the problem by the company official. Since then I many times contacted Area incharge of Godrej but he did not meet me even after giving appointments. I have raised the matter with their Delhi office. they thrice told me that their area service incharge will contact me to investigate the matter. But till date he has not met me

                            I feel that unfair mean were used by putting the high ampere fuse to rectify the defect. Becasuse of this PCB has blown. This was confirmed to me by the owner of the Agra Godrej service centre. I put this to information to Area service inchagre and also delhi office. But no one is coming to resolve the complaint.
                            This means they are accepting the cheating done by them.

                            I have put a Godrej Lock in my house hearing that your locks are the best and no other company can compete with it. There is some problem with the lock. The natural result is that I called up your call centre for lodging a complaint. I lodged a complaint on the 1st of June, 2012.

                            If your locks are synonym with trust, protection and integrity; your service is synonym with incompetence, insolence and belligerence. The gentlemen on the phone assured me of service in two working days. I received a service call after 4 days and then was told that the pin code does not fall under his area and that he will refer to the right servicemen. That call unfortunately did not come. Further in that day I did received a call for the feedback. On knowing that my problem has not been adhered to. I was assured of a service by 7:00 p.m. on the 5th of June, 2012. Well, the service is still pending.

                            I further chased up the problem today, 12th of June, only to be told that the pin code of my area has been wrongly written in the complaint. Here I would like to ask that the wrong input was from whose end; the customer who is used to repeating the address of her house along with the pin code to servicemen of household products or the person taking down the complaint; who did not think of reconfirming the address.
                            I have been told by the gentlemen, a Mr. Dhaneshwar from the Mumbai region, on the phone that I have given the wrong address even though he did not take down my complaint earlier. I wonder how he is so insistent in pinning the blame on me . He went so far as to imply that I have no clue as to where I live. He then took my pin code ( this time the correct one), and then insisted that my street address and the pin code does not exist in Kolkata. Either the pin code is wrong or my address is wrong. I am amazed that the person insisted that I do not know my address, the place where I am living. This person has said that he stays in Mumbai, has no clue about the roads of Kolkata and yet is arguing with me, a customer, that I do not know the street and the area pin code of where I live.
                            I am even ashamed to think that in this age where service is the name of and mantra of all the companies, Godrej employs such insolent and argumentative officials to represent it. When I asked him if he is arguing with me about my address and my pin code he hung up on me. Well this is the first time that I have encountered a company of Godrej's repute hiring such amateur and clumsy people for its after sale service.

                            I would like to know when can I expect Godrej to hire some servicemen to sort out my problems. Also would like to know is this the best of Godrej????

                            The Toll free call centre of Godrej hires impertinent people who are least bothered about the problems of the customers and are rude. The working servicemen are irresponsible. Where exactly is Godrej going in this age of competition, where the after sales service is appalling.

                              I bought a sofa set by paying @ Rs.60,000=00 from the Godrej show room at Ulubari,Guwahati.(In 2008 October). After few months the foam leathers of the set got thinned started rupturing for no reason. Upon informing an attendent came to investigate.Then he issued a receipt of his inspection and told me that necessary follow up action would be taken. Since then nobody has cared to do anything about it.Very hopeless product with a very hopeless band of workers. Even writing to the company had no effect.                               Godrej — Sofa Set seat damage

                              Dear Sir,

                              I Ankit Chaturvedi, 5/18, Meo Road, Dwarkapuri Colony, Allahabad purchased a Godrej sofaset on 9/7/2011 from Hanumate Enterprises, Allahabad. The seat of sofaset is not in a proper condition. I already complained regarding this number of times but no action has been taken yet. Kindly take immediate & necessary action on this.

                                My last complaint no 146851 dt 05/08/2010 have not been attended so far, Service engineer says motor has to be replaced, & they dont have motors in stocks, it has to come from mumbai etc.. nearly 45 days over we have been drying up the cloths with hands or at the relative house nearby. We are nearly 15 people at home including 6 school going children. Today also i called up for the complaint , they said no stock of motors had come yet. I have FED up with the Godrej washing machine now .

                                  Sir,
                                  I bought a Godrej make semiautomatic machine from AB Electronics, Mohan Singh Market, R.K Puram Sector-1, New Delhi on 11-Oct-09. Since very first use the machine is making a audible noise, on complaint the dealer said he has forwarded the case to company and send his engineer for inspection, on inspection the engineer told me that there is a problem with the gear system of machine and hence the whole unit needs to be replaced. On the next day the company engineer after getting report from dealer engineer said that they will change only faulty part(Gear System) and that too within next 2 days, Now my question to the company and their dealer is if i had paid whole for a brand new machine why should i get a repaired machine which is malfunctioning since i removed its packing cartons. Secondly its almost 2 weeks since i lodged the complaint and till now nothing has happened.
                                  Dealer and the company are not cooperating and its only the customers who are at the receiving end.

                                  Godrej washing machine — Washing machine in the dryer of machine is not working

                                  I have bought Godrej washing machine n the drier of machine is not working. Every time I complaint the Technician comes and addresses the problem. Next time it is the same story.
                                  I have complain three time to customer care n the engineer visited twice both time he said I’ll come tomorrow with new motor.
                                  But still I’m waiting for him when I’m calling him (Shakir [protected]) he is saying register compliant again. I’m totally fed up with this washing machine n I request you to pls help me for same or last way is left Consumer court.

                                  we bought a fully Automatic washing machine and since then we are facing lot of problems with our washing machine.

                                  we called up the customer care person, they came and within 6 months almost all the parts have been replaced in th machine, still the problem exists. the dryer is not working. everytime we put clothes in the machine, it just washes and rinse the clothes, but never dries the clothes.

                                  Customer care people too dont have much knowledge on this and the problem exists.

                                  is there a way to exchnage the washing machine, i dont want to continuew ith godrej washing machine, its quality and functioning is too low compared to other washing machine.

                                    I purchased a semi automatic washing machine model GDS 950 of Godrej on 17.8.2010 and since very beginning it is not working properly and has some manufacturing defect. I made a complaint on 24.8.2010 in this regard. But to the deaf ears of the company it made no difference. No one from the company attended my complaint and I feel cheated. Godrej people (on phone) talk softly but work hardly.

                                    Godrej washing machine — Quality

                                    I have recently purchased two products from Godrej. 1) Micro Oven; 2) Automatic washing machine. Both of them failed miserably within two days from installations. Washing machine calls for replacement.

                                    I want to know why Godrej had failed to detect the fault at the final stage of testing. If two products procured from two locations on different points in the time space fail, then there is serious issue.

                                    I had give a Complaint of Washing Machine not spinning Properly on 02/03/2009 to Local Shop Radhika Shopee at Pimpri, Pune -17, Maharshtra. Many times follow up & communicate on telephone, they had not given satisfactory answers & disconnect the line. I am asking for Service centre No. they had give Tel. No. 24570365 . I face the same problem from Service Centre. They have not control on their repairman. In Shot " TOTAL BAD SERVICES".
                                    I purchased GODREJ WM:GDS950 WASHING MACHING FROM ARVEE SALES AGENCIES II-J-15 CENTRAL MARKET LAJPAT NAGAR NEW DELHI VIDE INVOICE NO.K940 DATED 31.8.09.

                                    AFTER 6 MONTH of purchase THE TIMER OF THE MACHINE BECAME OUT OF ORDER AS A RESULT WASH TUB IS MOVING IN ONE DIRECTION CONTINUOUSLY WITHOUT MOVING REVERSE.

                                    I LODGED A COMPLAINT TWICE VIDE COMPLAINT NO.289293 AND 111804 DT. 11.3.09, THE COMPLAINT IS ATTENDED ON 13.3.09 WITHOUT DOING ANY THING EXCEPT SAYING THAT TIMER IS TO BE REPLACED NEXT TIME.

                                    THEREFORE SINCE 13.3.09 NIETHER ANYBOADY IS HEEDING TO THE PENDING COMPLAINT NOR ANY INTIMATION IS RECEIVED FROM GODREJ.

                                    Godrej — Defective Washing Machine and poor after sales service

                                    Seeking an immediate redressal of our problem of malfunctioning of front loaded fully automatic washing machine (Model No - 7501) purchsed from Divya Electronic, Mayur Vihar Phase-1, on 11th Jan 2009, vide Invoice No - 1645. After telephonoc complaints lodged by me on 11th April'2009 (Ref No - 892163), Godrej Customer Care, sms dt. 11/04/2009, service person Mr. Sohan Singh visited on 15 Apr and advised for replacement of motor. No further response is forthcoming till date. Repeated inquiries/ request to HO, Godrej has elicited no response except repeated assurances that the machine will be repaired on the avaialability of new machinery parts/motor. The inconnvenience caused to a working person like me by this indifferent attitude cannot be fully expressed. This formal complaint is now being made with an expressed request that the machine should be repaired without further delay or may be replaced by another fully functional washing machine.

                                    I ms sakina from mumbai, had bought wahing machine in april 2007, model nr GDA 902.within 15 days, machine had started giving me problems, since it was warrenty period their mechanic came and repair it free, after that 3 times in warrenty period only one part that is belt which lets the machine spin and gets the clothes dried got damaged, this was in november 2008, april 2009 and june 2009.for june 2009 they charged me Rs.500 as warrenty period was finished.as soon as my machine got repaired, very next day another problem arrised of water contineously flowing even when machine is off, when i am calling them they are charging me money and pressurising me to do a contract of some 2800 rs for 2 yrs.i spoke to senior person also in godrej, MR.PARMAR AND MR.VINAY MASKE.BUT no solution i ve till far received.I am very much dissatisfied with the service and will NEVER EVER recommend anybody to buy godrej products.I ma shocked and surprised that instead of repairing my machine they want me to sign a contract of RS 2800 for 2 yrs.why?????????????/

                                    I(Mr.B.C.Sahu) bought a Semi automatic Godrej washing Machine on 01.11.2010. The inlet pipe for that machine is leaking. We want to purchase one but unable. When asked to service center in phone they want to add service charges even though I do not require services. I insisted that I want only the parts they say it is not available that way. Does it mean that any time you buy a GODREJ item you are bound to give service charges whether require or not? ALL THESE TERMS MUST BE REFLECTED IN BOLD ON THE BOOKLET AS WELL AS ON THE PACKAGES. Please remember we go for all these homeland brand only reason so as avail spare parts easily and conveniently.IF SUCH SITUATION ARISES WE WOULD NOT SUGGEST ANYBODY TO BUY LOCAL BRANDS.

                                      we had bought Godrej refrigrator directly from the company salesman on 19th Jul 2010. Salesman name is Shailendra. he had promised for free gifts with purchase of refrigrator. till date even after repetitive calls this person never turns up n now he has stopped taking calls as well. We are one of the regular customers of Godrej and have trust in the brand.

                                      This is creating such a bad impression about the company employees ethics & assurance given to customers.

                                      Not only he hasnt deliver the gifts but also he has taken extra money from us on buying the washing machine. its pathetic to know that company which is a trusted brand by millions in country has such kind of people in sales who cheat on with customers.

                                      Will really appreciate if company takes some action agaisnt these peoples.

                                        We had ordered for Godrej Modular Kitchen somewhere in the mid of Jan 2010 and was informed that the material would be received for installation with in 2 months max.
                                        However I am very sorry to state that till date i.e Sep 2010 my kitchen is not fully installed.
                                        It is highly unacceptable to note that none of the representative has bothered to give a call, post July 2010.
                                        Its been 2 months and the defective piece installed is yet to be replaced.
                                        Though we are holding back some part of payment, However this is such a sorry state. They have refined the meaning of Customer service....
