i have made my complint about my refrigerators is not cooling vide comp no- 638072 on 10th may 2011 on tollfree no [protected] and again repeat the same on 15th may 2011 after a long time elepsed the co. has not response a single time . I am facing so probllem in heigher summer time so please help me...

I am using godrej 1 ton window air conditioner. On 6/5/2011 i made a complaint against some technical problem in ac. Technician completely solved the problem by replacing the PCB unit, charging me RS.3050(RS. 350, service charge + Rs. 2700, PCB nit price under exchange). But on 9/5/2011 i received message from Godrej company itself for thanking to pay Rs.2000 only.
I contact customer care but they are not responding properly...

Godrej seems to be a big name. But uchi dukan, fike pakwaan. I purchased a double door fridge in 2008 and the compressor of fridge is failed within one year. Company replaced with new one after so many complaints and charged Rs. 1350/-. What is the use of guarantee. I think, I have purchased a new fridge!!!!!!!!. i recently purchased a micro wave owen on 27th april thru one of my company scheme and got the delivery on 27th april.

Just now i have heard again the compressor is damaged so every we have change the compressor already two compressor was replaced so after the guaranty period every year we have expand rs. 10000 for the new compressor. Beware of god at least if you are so dishonest he is watching about your replacing damaged parts with old parts. Who will...

I bought one godrej microwave on 30th april. even after calling the customer care for several times, no technicians arrived to give a demo ( as said by the dealer while buying the product) . my request no is 924607. its really very sad to see these type of services provided to customers. before buying they will promise many things, but once you buy the product they will vanish.. really i curse myself for buying godrej product....

New GODREJ AC PURCHASED WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY SINCE THE TIME WE PURCHASED IT .
WORST COMPANY IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
EVERY SEASON THE COMPRESSOR STOPS WORKING AND WHENEVER THE SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED US HE HAS CHANGED THE COIL, THE COMPRESSOR AND EVEN 4 TIMES REFILLED THE GAS ... BUT THEY DONOT HAVE ANY SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM ...

I would request your organization to insist with the producers of consumer goods especially TV's, Microwave ovens, Refrigerators, etc to ADVERTISE AND INFORM THE CUSTOMER ON THE ORIGIN OF THE PRODUCT i.e, whether it is of Chinese origin etc.

Our refridgerator was having some problem before 4 months we have given complaint in solapur 2 months ago but they where not replied quickly. We had purchased a GODREJ referigerator in October,2006,with a special feature that due to a special painting technique,called ZOP TECHNOLOGY,the body will not get rusted for 10 years(photo of the Company stickerenclosed as a proof).However,in less than 4 years,the door of the referigerator started rusting,(Photo enclosed)causing the door to deteriorate and at the same time,the Rubber beading,which seals the cold air also gave way.

My experience with Godrej Modular Kitchen section is not at all good.
Not once but twice, the product delivered to our home was defective and also not according to our choice.
Moreoever,the attitude of the company and their dealers is just not acceptable.

Being such a prestigious concern, how can Godrej afford to be so silly and unprofessional in their approach???

my father is heart and diabetes patient. His medicines and insuline injections has stored under the refrigerator. Your local agent refused to change the refrigerator but still he is not changing the refrigerator. He said that first to sumbit the refrigerator to agent then after 10 days he will give me new product. But in 10 days medicines and insuline will infected and damage. I purchased a Godrej Spring Mattress (78x72) at Rs.18,500/- from Aadi Furnishers, Mayur Vihar Delhi against their invoice no. 915 dated 28th July'2010, which has disfigured within 2 months and when one sits over it, you can feel springs pintching and hurting you.
