i had about my godrej ashing mahing 3 years back this is my paid service time.I my mashine is not working since last 1 monht once service hve been done by the customer care but it has stop working after 2 days. I m complaing in the service cntre bt no response is coming ......i hve decided that i m not going to buy any product of godrej because of bad service aftre sale and let my friend also not to buy godrej produt

    . I have purchased the Wardrobe Almirah from sec-17 Chandigarh godrej interio for my sisters home at sarhind , but while unpacked found locker disturbed and no lock is working ,some allingnment problem , i complainted at chd office and a person visited from service center and corrected the same but charged 600/- for it due to outstation delivery . it is free only for Chandigarh/Mohali . so it means godrej products r only to use in the cities where offices located . other wise no warranty. it is not fare , nobody sales people at sec-17 showroom told me about this . also there is no godrej office in sarhind .i had only 2 options either to buy it from patiala or chandigarh . so i preferred to buy it from chandigarh .

      Hi,

      This is regarding one refrigerator problem for Godrej. We have purchased that refrigeror on last April'10 with 1 year warranty. But, starting from 1st day it was having the cooling problem. We have logged several complains to Godrej Service Centre and there was no proper response for the same. The technician used to come and just rectify the incident for that time being. But, after just getting over the warranty period one of the technician cleared the actual scinario, that the refrigetor is having some manufacturing fault and it can not be rectified permanently and we need to change the entire compression box and other parts.

      If that is the actual matter, why does it not cleared during warranty period ??????

      I must say Godrej is having an useless service or it is having some over smart service centre, that after knowing the entire matter well, they just harrased the customer and now, they are asking for paid service for replacing the entire compression box and other parts to rectify the problem permanently.

      This is not at all acceptable and Godrej must replace the refrigerator within 1 week. OR I will escalate the matter to International Consumer Forum.


      The call details are lying with me for further reference.

      Godrej Refrierator — No proper Reponse for Manufacturing Fault of Refrigerator

      godrej vending machine service

      i have godrej vending machine it is not working from last 6month ihave complen the company service person very often times he is not responding godrej service is very very poor and he has not having any sence to talk with custmer

        Dear Mr Atul,

        As i already said to you that after buying the product of around Rs 18,000 /- and paying Rs 1500 /- for installation doing fabrication jobs of Rs 2000 /- conversion of Aluminium window A.C portion to sliding so that match outdoor unit Rs 3000 /-, Electrical works Rs 1300 / - (32 amps mcb, 2.5 sq.mm cable , 3 pin socket and box 32 amps). Moreover going to Hypercity for three times selecting the wrong brand i.e Godrej and last but not the least following up with you "o" great wonderful people of godrej for installation of product and replacement of product.telephonic enquires about of my pity status. It has cost me total of Rs 30,000 /- . Ut most taking three days leave from office at managerial level.

        Do you think in peak summer season buying an A.C and waiting for 12 days for formalities to get the comfort or pleasure a satisfaction for buying an A.C that too in instalments on credit card gives u all the head aches.

        If you are in my position what would you do ?

        Look iam not big shot iam middle class person and i count each of my penny .

        Sir,
        I had complained about non functioning of my window AC on[protected] vide complaint number [protected]. The technician from company attended the problem on[protected] and reported that the fan motor required replacement and gave me an estimate of abour Rs 8500.00. I had asked them to go ahead with the repairing/replacement on 8th March 2014. On 15th March I had received a telephone call form mobile number [protected] that the fan motor is no longer produced by your company and I have to replace my AC with a new one. On the same day I had a telephonic discussion with your Bombay office and they had assured me to look into the problem. But till date I have not heard either from the local office or from the H.O.

        Sir, you will kindly appreciate with the fact that the machine was purchased in 2007 and this is the first time we have complained of technical defects and the result is something of beyond exceptions. I am using various products such as washing machine to micro wave ovens of Godrej make. Whether I will have to buy new one every time there is break down? Kindly help.

          work is not properly and all most they stop automatically after sometime not working.i am complaint a many times in customer care and send a mechanic in my house but mechanic is not solve my problem . my first complaint is 3 may 2011 my complaint no. is 135274. and second complaint is 14 may 2011 my complaint no. is 156734 , third complaint is on 15 may 2011 complaint no.is 167158 and also many complaint and last complaint 31 may 2011 and complaint no.is 179575 .mechanic is came and check it and change is motor after i check it but this problem same and not working ..... i request you to please change my washing machine ... i will oblige you...

            Hi Team,

            I bought a (GSC12FS3) 1.0 ton 3 Star Split AC on 30/April/2011 from Girias Investment PVT. LTD., Anna nagar east, chennai -102 and was installed on 01/May/2011. After three days of installation the cooling was not working. I registered a compliant on 10/May/2011. Till today 27/May/2011 I didn't receive any call from the service technician to look on this issue. I called the customer care and queried about this and never got a proper response from them. They will say that they assigned a technician to look on this. AC was bought and kept for no use. I have asked them atleast to refund the money. They try to convince us, if we ask for manager or any supervisor they say that there is no such person in their organization to take of this. Please do the needful or let me know how to take this forward.

              i have registred complaint to m/s. haripriya electronics, narasaraopet on 3rd may 2011, and they are booked complaint immd on godrej tollfree no. they are giving call no.566472, after that service centre techinical persons are comming to my house. complaint pending, till today no response from service centre. i am suffered in this peak summer.

              i purchased one Godrej refrigerator model no. GD22P.COOL (215LTR) on 27th July 2002 from Bhilai-Chattisgarh( Naresh Enterprise-Akash ganga, Bill no. 129).

              Complaint 1: First there was complaint of cabinet as the cabinet was having cracks everywhere. So company replaced it. This was replaced within 2months of my purchase.

              Complaint-2: On 20th March 2004, there was complaint of gas leakage and refrigerator was not cooling. I complained it to your Air-care, Raipur(CG), service centre, one of the engineer came and refilled gas. Job no.1153 dt.20/03/2004.

              Complaint-3: Within 5 months again there was no cooling as the gas leaked. On 4th Aug’2004 Air-care engineer came and repaired it. They again filled the gas. Job no. 2901 dt.4/08/2004.

              Complaint-4: Within 1year (June’2005) same problem existed. The gas was leaked and there was no cooling. I complained and Air-Care engineer came and repaired it by filling gas again. Job no.472 dt.12/06/2005

              Complaint 5: Within 2 year it again developed the same problem. This time they have replaced the compressor as confirmed by sales engineers. Job no. 6201 dt.9/06/2007

              Now again I am facing the same problem. Refrigerator is not cooling.

              Please tell me I believed in the national brand like Godrej and purchased your refrigerator. But I was pained with such problem which is coming again and again. 6 complain in 6 year of purchase which is very bad on any company’s part. Without a refrigerator, you cannot imagine a life these days.

              I will be highly obliged if you can replace the entire refrigerator for me, as I think this is a defective part which should be taken care by the company. Why should I suffer for this?

              Hi,


              I purchased Godrej split A/C 1.5 ton in 2007. From then onwards i am facing lot of problems in split A/C. The room is not getting cool even we are turning on the A/C for 5-6 hrs per day in the nights and 1.5 ton A/C is also too large for a small single bed room and even for that also its not working fine. I lodged many service requests for the customer care of godrej and its one of the worst customer support in our country.

              Reasons behind my comments up on godrej.

              1) Even for lodging a compliant on phone its taking nearly 12 - 15 mins we have to stand up in queue and then the call wll be directed to the customer care people and those guys will not respond properly and a small example for that i have lodged a complaint for servicing of my A/C on feb 1 2009 and today its feb 7 2009 and every day i m calling the customer care people but of no use and tiil now i did not get the support from them.

              The question from a customer is --- why such a reputed company is giving this type of service to its customer..

              I was really got hectic with this GODREJ company and i kindly telling the viewers not to go for these type of companies.

              i made a AMC 31/12/2008 and my frist complaint was in the month of june, ur technician has visited and solved the problem, but my ref has worked in good condition only for one day but in reality it was not sloved and from tht day iam gveng complaints no one is responding, wat is the service ur giveing to us?? in frist visit ur technician have told that its a compressor problem, and we agred for the service, he has changed the compressor and again the next day it created a cooling problem.

              When the body broke I had to pay and get resolved as there is no AMC for plastic and while doing the body set up they damaged the tub and advised for replacing the inner tub which was again not covered by AMC and i have to pay. While setting up the tub, they damaged the meachanical system and advised for replacement. Now since this is covered under AMC they are serious in replacing the item and not interested maintain their rapport. It is 2 months since our shifting from Bangalore to Vellore, the machine is yet to start functioning. WHY SHOULD WE ALL SELECT GODREJ FORQUALITY PRODUCT AND SERVICE. It is said that they put all chineese spare parts and that is the reason for not getting long service.

              I bought a A/C and every 4months cooling problem,so every 4months teachnition come and fill the gas or changing the eletric converter.and charge me 2000rs for each service.so everytime I will watch how they doing.and now I bought one cylinder its cost 300rs,and to refill the cylinder 300rs fill for 2A/C. and one converter its cost 120rs.and know a days I'm repairing my A/C. Not call techniction.and how to repair the A/C if the cooling is not coming.
              First open the indoor A/C door and cheak that coil its fully cover with a ICE.means clean the blowyer(fan) with the brush,u can get that in A/C spear shop.not with the tooth brush.
              2nd promblem coil its not cover with A/C means,go and open the outdoor, inside u can cheak the converter,i[censored] open the converter u can find 4clamp 2on top & 2on down,if its black colour,change it. And the clamp look like a small botton shape.
              3rd if the converter its not in black colour.touch the hoss pip in your hand, u can feel the cooling on the hoss when A/C ON.if the hoss not cooling means.u can lock the gas screw with a alinkey and after open the hoss net and attach the cylinder with outdoor unit and ON the A/C,and holed the hoss,so u can feel the cooling in the hoss.and lock the screw,and tight the net,and open the screw with alinkey.and once u doing the repair,first watch how the techniction doing and ask him to show the converter,blowyer,and how they refilling the gas.its very easy.IMPOSSIBLE IS NOTHING.John email:bentick.[protected]@gmail.com

                    I am using godrej 1 ton window air conditioner. On 6/5/2011 i made a complaint against some technical problem in ac. Technician completely solved the problem by replacing the PCB unit, charging me RS.3050(RS. 350, service charge + Rs. 2700, PCB nit price under exchange). But on 9/5/2011 i received message from Godrej company itself for thanking to pay Rs.2000 only.
                    I contact customer care but they are not responding properly and avoiding the case. I doubt service man had over-charged me.

                      This is AMITA JAIN from Delhi NCR(ghaziabad). Around 6 years past i bought a godrej fully automatic washing machine. To avoid future inconveinence i got it claimed through godrej only after paying due amount. In beginning they served me very well.
                      But now after renewing my AMC(claim) policy, godrej is not serving me properly. Now they have turned into a rude , harsh and negligent people, who don't pay any heed to my complaints.
                      Nevertheless, there executives converse in very illmannered terms. They make promises to their customers to serve their complaints within 24 hours after submitting complaints.

                      My previous application number is 1100695.I lodged a complaint on 3 may 2011 but not obeying their promise they served me on 5 may 2011. They mended my washing machine on temporary basis coz again it had stopped working on 11 may 2011. I again filed a complaint but till today i have not been served. My previous complaint number is 822228 and new is 823965.I am really fed up of these people. I give them reminder calls twice a day but all my efforts have gone in vain.

                      So please tell me how to seek redressal and how to get out of this evasiveness.

                      Godrej / Washing Machine fully automatic — Service not done after taking AMC money

                      I purchased Godrej washing machine (GDF 1204 Force 4, fully automatic) on 7th June 2007 and paid in full the AMC amount (for 2 + 2 years) on 6th June 2009.

                      I booked complain (No. 163692) around 1st June 2009 for which the technician came on 6th June. The machine started malfunctioning in the same way from the very next day.

                      Subsequently, I booked complain 173282 for which nobody came.

                      Then I booked complain 177458, made at least 10 calls to toll-free number and nobody has even cared to come till date. Each time, they assured that within 24 hours, the complain will be attended.
                      Finally, a person came on 7th July but did not fix the problem. The call centre on further telephone informed that repeat visit is necessary. Till this night, nobody came.
                      We sent 3 emails for Mr Ravi Bhat, the Service Head as per company website. Nothing has happened.
                      Now, I am finding that similar thing has happened to others.

                      Can anybody help me for moving to consumer court and get back my hard earned money which no doubt is feeding these parasites "providing services to the customers".

                      Your comtomer care people are very rude and donot come upto there promises made, as i have told you earlier also. Whenever i call at cumtomer care, your executive over there, always told me to contact service centre. And when i rang up service centre, they told me to contact customer care.
                      What the hell is this...??
                      Every week i have to lodge a complain for my washing machine. You may check your records. My recent complain (complaint number is 826564) was lodged on[protected], but till now no action has been taken. I can't take this anymore.
                      I want a permanent solution for this hellish situation. Either you return my AMC money or provide me proper services. Or i will SUE you people now coz its heights now.

Company replaced with new one after so many complaints and charged Rs. 1350/-. What is the use of guarantee. I think, I have purchased a new fridge!!!!!!!!.                           i recently purchased a micro wave owen on 27th april thru one of my company scheme and got the delivery on 27th april.



                          the horrifying story starts from here.



                          the person delivered said i am not the one who will install hence someone else will come in next 24 hours to install. (GOLI NO 1)



                          No one turned up for doing the installation and demo for next 72 hours. i myself opened the box and saw that the inside tray which is right on the top of the box packing is broken.



                          i tried speaking to call center and lot of other avenues where ever i can speak to and lodged a complain too with complain no 602398. (48 Hours was the TAT)



                          afte this same evening some one from local service center called up and asked for some info on the make and model of micro which i gave it to him. next three days he was out of sight. i again called him up and surprised me by saying "the part is not available and will take one week more to get it from mumbai." (GOLI AGAIN)



                          a simple tray is not there in any service center / godrej office/? what the .....



                          waited for one more week which ended yesterday but no one turned up. i got a plate from the market and got the Micro installed myself.



                          but what is the point of installing it when u dont know what are the features and functions.



                          am marking a copy of this mail to consumer forum as well.



                          the services have been so worst that in my entire lifetime i would not want to buy a godrej product and neither recommend to someone.

                            Just now i have heard again the compressor is damaged so every we have change the compressor already two compressor was replaced so after the guaranty period every year we have expand rs. 10000 for the new compressor. Beware of god at least if you are so dishonest he is watching about your replacing damaged parts with old parts. Who will be responsible of the medicine which is in our fridge after being off more than 48 hours already? Are you going to compensate for it?

                              I bought one godrej microwave on 30th april. even after calling the customer care for several times, no technicians arrived to give a demo ( as said by the dealer while buying the product) . my request no is 924607. its really very sad to see these type of services provided to customers. before buying they will promise many things, but once you buy the product they will vanish.. really i curse myself for buying godrej product.
                              Iam prakash from chennai.I have godrej refrigerator in my home with double door facility.In the last 4 months it got fault for 5 times.We registered a complaint and they will service everytime for a period of one week.After that it working for 10days.Then the same process is continuing.We told them to take their fridge, but they are not at all responding for it.For the complaint registration we called them different phone numbers, in this we lossed only our own money.But they didnt respond us even one time.I dint see this worst service in any company.Even now the fridge is not working but we registered a complaint before 10days still we dint received any proper response from them.Due to this we have been affected a lot and losed money.The goods very poor and the service persons are not at all respecting our words.They got money for the service period(AMR) for next year also.But very worst service from GODREJ.Customers are very much affected by their company.
                              I am totally unsatificed with the service of Godrej.I buy a AC(goorej SmartCool ) in the month of[protected] & installed in the month of March2008.At the time of demo, i told themechanic that AC is not providing proper coolness.The mechanic took some parts of the AC for repair and he installed the same after about a month.After the installing of the parts and during the checking the AC was not proper coolness.The Remark was also mentioned in his complaint book.
                              I requested the company for deputing some specilaist for checking the AC.During the checking AC is running for 2 hours but there is no proper cooling in the room(Room Size-140 Sq.ft) and showing the temp 24 degree, yet there opinion der is no defect
                              So we call other mechanic of Ms R.S.Enterprises Sec-20 Panchkula dealing in Godrej Products.After checking the AC he Confidently opinion that AC is Defective and its needs to be checked with regards to proper gas.
                              Then i call again in the Customer Center and told the whole issue.Again the person visit from Godrej then he say i think der gas is less. so i refil its with in 2 to 3 days but they can't come with in these days .After a 2 weeks he visit & refil the gas in the AC.With th refil of gas it gives some coolness but not up to the mark.
                              So Again we send a complaint in the Goodrej..Now Senoior Person is coming with the mechanic & take around 2 hous in these period AC is running but not Coolness is not effected but der opion is same AC is Ok.
                              So we suggest some idea take bring another AC with same model for testing for 2-3 days.So that whatever they say he right else i am right.
                              Till date[protected] der is no respone from that side.

                              I am very fadeup with the service of Godrej

                                We have purchased the Godrej GDS 950 semi automatic machine in the year 2008, November month. after purchasing within 15 days it was giving technical problem, washer tub problem etc. we called many times from customer care services but after that still its giving some kind of prolem.

                                i would like to suggest to everybody please do not purchase the product of Godrej Company, its a worst company in my view.
                                I PURCHASED AN FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE IN NOVEMBER 2008 MODEL NO. GWF 650FS DAC. SINCE THEN WE HAVE FACED A LOT OF PROBLEMS. THE MACHINE IS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY. THOUGH YOU R MECHANIC COMES BUT I DO NOT THINK YOUR MECHANICS ARE WELL QUALIFIED PERSONS. THEY ATTEND THE COMPLAINT BUT WITHIN FEW DAYS SOME OR THE OTHER PROBLEM OCCUR.

                                KINDLY NOT MY COMPLAINT AND SEND A WELL QUALIFIED MECHANIC SO THAT WE MAY NOT HAVE REPENTANCE FOR PURCHASING THE GODREJ PRODUCT.

                                ALSO DIRECT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE PEOPLE TO ATTEND THE CALLS PROPERLY AND READ THE MSG TO CALL THE CUSTOMER BACK AS EXPLAINED IN YOUR FEEDED MSG.

                                Godrej — air conditioner not working

                                i have made complaint 40 days before to godrej service that my AC is not working.
                                they gave service call no 417569.Two times service personnel attended and unable to rectify.Today i have received a SMS as your service call 417569 is completed.thank you for your payment of Rs.NIL to your auth.service provider...

                                i have not not signed any papers confirming fault rectified.without rectifying they sent SMS. Kindly tell me how to file a case in consumer court and what are the formalities.

                                I purchased a semi automatic washing machine model GDS-950 on 17.8.2010 but since very beginning it is not working properly and has manufacturing defect. I made a complaint vide no.425104 on 24.8.2010 with the company but till date no one attended my complaint. I feel cheated. Product is very poor and equally the support service of the company. Company people will talk softly but work hardly.

                                GODREJ Air Conditioner — Not Cooling since installation

                                Airconditioner purchased from Vasanth & Co., Tambaram on 30th April is not at all cooling since installation. Lodged a complaint with the Service Call Centre on 4th May vide Service Call No.450344. In spite of continuous followup with the Service Call Centre it is not attended till now.

                                Please let me know what is the lead time in attending the customer complanits in GODREJ. Don't you have the process to review the complaint log and ensure the complaints are attended and closed.

                                  New GODREJ AC PURCHASED WAS NOT FUNCTIONING PROPERLY SINCE THE TIME WE PURCHASED IT .
                                  WORST COMPANY IN TERMS OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
                                  EVERY SEASON THE COMPRESSOR STOPS WORKING AND WHENEVER THE SERVICE ENGINEER VISITED US HE HAS CHANGED THE COIL, THE COMPRESSOR AND EVEN 4 TIMES REFILLED THE GAS ... BUT THEY DONOT HAVE ANY SOLUTION TO OUR PROBLEM ...

                                  THEY ARE NOT READY TO CHANGE THE PIECE .. HAVE NEVER SEEN SUCH A BAD APPLIANCE PERFORMANCE .
                                  IN THIS MONTH IT IS THE 3RD TIME WE HAVE FACE THE SAME PROBLEM AND STILL THE NO FINAL REMEDY

                                  Godrej — Non fulfillment of AMC Terms

                                  I have a Godrej Eon double door 300 ltr frridge for which I have takenAMC till 2014 falling for the words of the salesman.As per the terms of AMC contract the company offers free mandateory checks and service evry year as part of rthe contract. Howeverr they have never cime for mandatory vhecks. This year I complained on 6th Septteber about this vide complaint no 434560 . No mechanic turnd up. Then again I complained on 17th still noobody came. I got furious and after threting to comp0lain to consumer court a mechanic came and did half hearted work and blamed us for not cleaning rubber parts.whichwas never mentioed when fridge was delivered.Now we have complained again on sept 27 complaint no 445160 is and till date no one has comeatr least let me see whether they come on seeing this complaint

                                      I own a godrej semi automatic Washing machine on 23/02/2010. I called Godrej Smart Care and lodged a complaint (due to product is under warranty period). This was forwarded to m/s freeze house Kolkata.

                                      The technician bappi dasgupta(mob no. [protected]) came and see the problem and told me the washing motor is damage . So please send it to our workshop. The service provider brought the machine from my house on 14/02/2011. (They also charge Rs. 250/- for caring charge) and they told the work is completed in coming 7 days but his 7 days not coming in 50 days. In these past days when I phone to him, he said the company is not supplying those parts.

                                      After 50 days I am calling to customer care to solve the problem and get the hair authority phone number. He told me that I have no any number of company’s respectable member and he said I could nod not help you in this case. I don’t know what happen?

                                      Now I am purchase a new one and old one is seal to Godrej Company, how can do this? Please guide me.

                                        I would request your organization to insist with the producers of consumer goods especially TV's, Microwave ovens, Refrigerators, etc to ADVERTISE AND INFORM THE CUSTOMER ON THE ORIGIN OF THE PRODUCT i.e, whether it is of Chinese origin etc.

                                        I had bought a Godrej microwave sometime back and had problems with it within a couple of months. Godrej managed to replace it with a new one. The new one also developed a problem soon after the warranty period was over - i.e. one year. On visit by the Godrej representative I was asked to pay nearly 3000/00 (Rupees three thousand only) to replace the computer board. I refused to pay as it was only a year and then which I checked with the representative I was informed that the microwave was of CHINESE origin and Godrej just palmed it off as their own. Only if I was informed that the microwave was of chinese origin I would not have bought it in the first place knowing well the quality of chinese products.

                                        In the absence of such crucial information required to make an informed decision, customers are cheated off their hard earned money with such substandard stuff even by companies whose assurance is trust and honesty like Godrej.

                                        With the world becoming a global village, and in the interests of all the customers I request your organization to make it MANDATORY and COMPULSORY for all the manufacturers to disclose the origin of their products ON THE PRODUCTS AS WELL AS IN THEIR ADVERTISEMENTS so that the customer can make an INFORMED decision and not made a fool like I have been in the absence of such information.
