I bought a Godrej A/C in Oct 2009 at Jayam & Co Anna Nagar, there should be 3 free services. But I have shifted my home to porur and still 2 services are pending. No one from Jayam & Co or Godrej are ready to come. I didnt exect this kind of poor service from godrej and jayam & co. If we shift our house, are we not eligible for free service....

After logging a complaint in your authorized service center against the same, one of your engineer visited & refilled the gas in compressor. But condition is still the same.
