This deduction was happened on 28/Aug/2015 in my State bank of India where they withdraw 218.50 due to uncertain reason. I never went to their websites, not a single transaction I have done, yet they withdrawn money. It has been 2 months but they doesn't refund my money to my bank account.     Deducting Money from My Bank Account without information or any transaction
    For your information, on 06 October 2015, Payuibibo web pvt ltd.deducted an amount of Rs.736.94 from my HDFC Bank SB account

    I have not done any kind of transactions with their company or website. I'm concerned as to the reason why they have deducted money from my account. Please refund it as soon as possible.

      I had booked a flight ticket on 17th Oct for 19th Oct amount deducted from my account but ticket not booked. The amount should be returned within 7 working days as written on site it's more than 12 days completed not a single message from them is received. Now if no reply from them is received within 3 days I m going file a case against them.

        I booked bus from goibibo site. I feel it was my biggest mistake.I along with 6 family members, bhuvaneshwar to Kolkata, 24th October, 8.30 pm. We reachd boarding point(mentioned in the ticket), one and half hour before.I did not get any information regarding bus number or bus driver details.I tried calling on the phone no. provided in the e- ticket, but the no. does not exist.We were waiting with all our luggage, with no surety about the bus.I called goibibo customer care, after long wait was able to speak with customer care who said I wl be geting cl from the bus driver.And it was already 8 pm. Then somehow my private cab driver which I had booked from puri to bhuvaneshwar managed to collect the information that the bus is waiting somewhere else and he took us.Reaching there I got to know the bus boarding point had changed 2days back, and I was not even informed, if we would not have managed to reached the bus, it would have left.I have never seen such irresponsible and worthless service ever. We had lots of trouble, as amongst 7 o[censored]s, 5 people were elderly and waiting on the road with no surety which bus is ours, where to go, totally spoiled our trip. I just want this should have a proper check, as more people will suffer in future.

            RBNUFA4DUP- Oct 22nd - Bangalore to hyderabad.the operator cancelled the bus after 1.5 hours after scheduled departure of the bus. Goibibo just provided counselling to me and not ready to even cancel my booking. Because of this, I had to cancel the return ticket from hyderabad to bangalore on Oct 24th - RBN64Z6VT7- Partially for one ticket. Goibibo again offered no help other than trying to tell me rules dont permit them. The travels said that they cannot cancel the ticket booked by Goibibo. The travels is ready to cancel the ticket, but goibibo dont want to cancel the same.

            After not a good response from the call centre, I got their email id from the callc entre and had emailed them the issue in detail as below

            Dear Sir,

            I had made a booking with you ( Goibibo ID- RBNUFA4DUP) for my sister's travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad. She was waiting in the designated stop from 9.15 to 10.45 pm. We tried calling Goibibo support reg the status and cancelling of the bus ticket. Even after waiting indefinetely, we heard from customer care, there is no guarantee that the ticket can be cancelled unless operator confirms. She got a message of bus cancellation at 11 pm on the day of travel ( 22nd Oct) and could not come to hyderabad.

            Her return ticket was booked for( Goibibo- RBN64Z6VT7), on today( 24th Oct). I wanted to cancel the same. The operator ( Meghna travels) are ready to cancel the ticket. But as the booking is done through Goibibo, they wanted me to talk to you. But Goibibo is not ready to cancel the ticket. I had been a loyal customer of Goibibo and feel completely harassed by your actions. I dont understand whats your issue with partial cancellation of one ticket. Even if it is a rule, if you have to follow blindly a rule without giving specific concern for my situation that arised such a cancellation, I dont feel the need to give continued support to your concern and feel it is my duty to cause awareness to others who might not be aware of such rules.

            I am not even able to make a complaint in your website support portal and Though I had been promised by your customer care that some higher official who can take a decision will give me a call, nothing of that sort is happening.

              Hi, I am writing this complain against goibibo.com services through which I booked some hotels. I raised my concern so many times through its customer support forum but every time they closed my request without any solution. I have been so frustrated with its customer support services, I am not going to use your services in future for any type of booking and even will not allow any other one to use it. This is regarding to the booking IDs HTLZZYX5Z9, HTLUT5U4UE and HTLSZAA9ED for hotels made on 25th and 28th August 2014 through goibibo.com official website. The IDs HTLZZYX5Z9 and HTLUT5U4UE were generated for the same hotel(The Siena Village, Chinnakanal, Munnar) for two consecutive days and the ID HTLSZAA9ED was generated for the hotel Springdale Heritage, Idukki. While checking out of the hotels mentioned above I was asked to pay some extra charges(Seasonal Hike Charges) for staying in hotel. When I asked hotel manager about those charges, he told me like that those extra charges must be mentioned in my vouchers issued at the time of booking and my booking agent(i.e. goibibo) must have informed me about those extra charges already through mail OR message. When I chekced my vouchers, there was not mentioned anywhere about those seasonal hike charges. I showed up my vouchers to hotel manager and he checked it also and didn't get any information regarding seasonal hike charges in my vouchers. He asked me to contact my booking agent regarding that matter. At that time I contacted goibibo customer support for assistance and told them about those charges and asked that I was never informed by them about the paying seasonal hike charges but they seemed helpless and didn't resolve my issue. Unfortunately I had to pay those extra charges to hotels(Total amount : 5500 INR) as I had to checkout from the hotels to further continue my trip with no more delay. This is my question to you why I should have paid for those charges which were not mentioned in my vouchers and if they were applied later then why I was never informed by you either by mail or message or any call. It is also mentioned in issued vouchers under Cancellation Procedures section "The policy applied to your booking will be the one displayed at the time of booking and on your voucher only." If I were informed already by the time about those seasonal hike charges by them, I would have cancelled my booking to those hotels and booked other ones. This added a unwanted hassle experience in my trip which i never had with their services (I believed that they were a very good service provider in travel and hotel booking) Please see the extra charges paid details mentioned below.                 I booked a hotel Kumararaja Palace, Yelagiri for 3rd October, 2015 and paid required amount online from goibibo.com site. My booking id's are 'HTLHNCEND3' and 'HTLPMYUMY2'. Due to some unavoidable situation we have to cancel the booking. On the site, it was showing 'Free Cancellation upto 1st October, 2015'. So, I called goibibo customer support center and cancelled the booking on 30th of September. They said due to the hotel policy, they can't refund the amount (1800rs +1800rs). Then I've connected with the hotel personally on 30th september and the revenue manager (Christopher Thomas) agreed to repay the amount. I have added a conference with goibibo voice support associate and made them clear on the item.

                But the so called goibibo customer care sent a cancellation mail to wrong e-mail id. When I called them on 6th october I came to know on this. Since the hotel didn't received the cancellation e-mail on right time from goibibo they are not ready to refund the amount.

                But it's totally goibibo's fault. How the customer may know whether they sent the e-mail to correct e-mail id or wrong e-mail id??

                Until today, I've called goibibo more than 20 times. Every time they are telling please be on line and we are connecting with hotel. More than 20mins I was on hold every time and they didn't picked the call again. Such a WORST behavior
                from goibibo customer care.

                I have all the calls recorded with me.

                Also, all 20 times I've repeated the same story to everyone who attended the call. Last time, I asked them to connect with the supervisor and added conference with hotel person. While the hotel person explaining the mistake from goibibo side, he suddenly cut the call.

                I'm highly irritated with goibibo. I'm not asking refund for the service which I have used / or late cancellation. I did everything perfect from my end and received such a very poor and irritating response from goibibo.

                  TRAP!! Be aware people.. of this GoIBIBO and such hotels pricing trap..their T&C might not be same as what appears in their deals and website...to many "Gotchas"..playing cheap tricks of words and interpretations in the T&C..hiding details..hooligans in their customer care... I am trying to cancel a trip in this hotel Booking ID: HTL6XM54L5 starting in few days and though per the cancellation policy I should get 50% refund the TRAP is that such agreement between goibibo and hotel in which the customer gets nothing..in my case the 50% being deducted on the 'actual cost' so if you availed any of the flashy deals you end up getting nothing if had to cancel..as I get ~100 RS when their website said 50% refund:) hahh!!.. for a 7200/- per night package. what a TRAP!!! they ensure once booked..you get nothing if cancelled...so No cancellation...No refund...No changes..No transfer..loose money for sure. very cheap.

                    I booked a hotel surya, haldwani for 1st November, 2015 and paid required amount online from goibibo.com site. On the site, it was showing 'Free Cancellation upto 26th October, 2015'. as attached Due to some circumstances, i have to cancel the booking. so, I went to my bookings from goibibo site and tried to cancel the booking. But now its shows there will be no refund !! which was HIGHLIGHTED on the page while i booked the hotel(and still its showing). When I called ibibo customer (so called) care, they told its hotel's policy and they told that 'same is mentioned in booking vouncher under cancellation policy'. So, I checked my email and saw below: Cancellation Policy No Show, Cancellation charges will be 100 % Cost.. On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the charges are calculated on total price. Most hotels do not allow unmarried / unrelated couples to check-in. This is at full discretion of the hotel management. No refund would be applicable in case the hotel denies check-in under such circumstances .. On cancellation of bookings done using promotional codes, the charges are calculated on total price. Here nothing was mentioned about no refund. i contacted goibibo again and again, and everytime they told me its 100% Cost for cancellation. I told them its for 'No Show' - which isn't the case as still 28 days still to go before my booking date. In fact, similar thing is mentioned on other booking as well which I already cancelled and refund is initiated, but for this booking they resist to refund.

                      I booked a ticket for journey from bangalore to ahmedabad on 9th oct 12.45pm to 19.00pm, . But the ticket i got was changed after booking 12.45pm to 3.45 am next day. As it was an emergency to reach at destination early, I had to book another ticket for my journey. They didnt refund the money for my other ticket.

                        1) un availability of bus when we visited at the location.
                        2) for around 2 hours we were searching for bus.But there is no availability of bus.
                        3) then we have provided with a bus.But they take extra 60 rs to keep our luggage in the bus.When we already paid for everything why they asked for extra money.
                        4) bus start timing was 9:30 pm but it starts at 11:30 pm
                        5) bus have no permit to enter in punjab and it takes around 2 hours to get that permit.
                        6) bus has to reach manali at 9:00 am in morning.But it reached manali at 4:00 pm noon.
                        7) on booking it was displaying bus as tata ac.But the bus provided was different from tata ac.

                        This bus traveler is not bothered about anything.This is a poor services that they provide on there website. Also the travel agency is not bothered about all this and these issue they create daily for one or the other passenger

                            I had booked Dayal International jashedpur and made full payment on July2015with booking id HTLCVZT6YX. Before check into the hotel I became to know that Hotel management had not get the payment from goibibo. The Hotel management as well as myself made calls and mails continuously from one day before the check in days...Every time we are assured that issue will resolved within 15mins...I had to leave for Ranchi early morning on 7th Oct. but as the hotel did not get there payment they didnot let me go. I paid to a car owner which I had hired Rs.1000 without any travel. I went through a very mental stress due to the misbehave of the hotel staffs. At last I paid from my pocket and released myself from the hotel. Every time I was beiing assured from the customercare executive that the issue will be solved within 15mins...Now they say that it will will take 24hr to 48 hours. But 15mins and now 24 to 48hrs didnot come and I lost money, time and necessary meeting at Ranchi and found a lot of stress.

                                Goibibo has a system of Gocash, in which you can pay certain amount by Gocash and the rest by cash. While making the payment of a ticket worth rupees 7300, till the payment gateway it was showing that 6000 something rupees would be deducted, till the time I filled my debit card details and clicked the pay option. But they end they end up charging the complete amount of the ticket of rs 7315. you can;t be saying that you are charging this amount and then charge some other amount.

                                  Ticket No.[protected] Yet to travel from Sydney to Mumbai on Dec 18, 2015 for which ticket was booked 7 months prior and was scheduled to arrive at around 11 hours(Dec 19) at Mumbai. But now they are telling us that I have to wait for 23 hours in Kuala Lumpur and hotel accommodation will be given.So, eventually I am reaching after a day. I don't want such favor, just make me reach to the destination around same time because time is money and I have booked the tickets keeping all other appointments and connection in planning. Kindly accept any of the options below and solve my query which I filed a month prior after receiving an apology email and notification. Options: 1. SYD-KUL-MAD-BOM (reach BOM around 14 hours on Dec 19th) 2. SYD-KUL-BLR and Rs 10000 to arrange for connecting flights. Reasons for above offers: 1. I have to reach Indore which is my final destination If option 1 - I can take train to reach Indore If Option 2- I can book AirIndia flight from BLR-IDR for Rs. 10000 and reach the destination with 30kgs. 2. The proposal of hotel accommodation and favor is rejected because then I will reach mumbai in the night and there is no flight to Indore. I have to wait for another 7 hours and book a flight with extra luggage which will cost me 8000. Kindly take the matter seriously and airlines cannot cheat like this. What is the benefit of booking flights from reputed portals like yours. Stand Different and stand for the customers.

                                  Its a critical issue. Either they should not allow such long window for booking or else they should stand on their promise.

                                      I booked a ticket on 2nd Sep 2015 and cancelled on 4th Sep 2015, before 4 hours as per rules (Date of travel was 4th Sep 2015) and After so many calls, I got the refund back on 5th Oct. 2015 and that too of Rs 675 but the actual refund was Rs 3200 (app.).I have been calling the customer care from past one months and every time they are giving me same reason"Your refund is under process and it will be done in next 48 hours" .I am really disappionted with your service. Reference number is AKLKGUME .

                                      flight was at 8.50 PM on 4th Sep., here you can check got mail from your side at 4.13 PM. which is almost 5 hours of departure.

                                        I tried to book a flight from Bangalore to Patna via Kolkata 3 months back. But due to some technical error (this was confirmed by their technical team also) from their side the flight was not booked and amount was deducted from my credit card. Since then I have been trying to get it refunded. I have called the customer care almost trice a week. They will either say that our system is not working due to technical error on sever side or they will say that I will be getting the refund coming Tuesday/Wednesday, but that day has never come. I think that there is a sever technical issue with the Goibibo website and database/server due to which there is frequent error in booking and also customer care people are not able to respond us correctly and on time. Most of the time they end up saying please call us after sometime as we are not able to fetch your data. So, please avoid booking through Goibibo website better to go for booking from respective airways website. You may get some discounts over Goibibo and think its cheaper but one day it will cost you much more than all the discounts you might have got till date and then you will curse them. So, better to take precaution than to go for cure (which I am trying). In my advice just STOP booking through Goibibo.
