My booking id is hy616q and from last 4 hours i have been cordinating with goibibo team for cancellation and refund, as i asked for the refund in other bank account or in gocash mode. Poonam executive in goibibo team committed me that if i provide noc from bank then refund is possible in other bank account but bank said there is no issue to them but they can not give noc in written as it is not required... Now goibibo team is saying refund is possible in same bank account only from which payment was made and not even in gocash also... You people are harassing me since morning and poonam is not even taking the calls. It is complete negligence from your side. Kindly refund the money in gocash or other bank account or i will take legal action in 24 hours from now.
