Dear Sir

I have booked bus on 21st Oct 2016 through Goibibo.com, booking no.is GOBUS[protected], but on 23rd Oct that day I have received message that bus was cancelled and my amount will be refund.

But its approx 1month have passed but they haven't initiate refund amount till now.

I have contact to customer care(Ms. Ashwini) many times but each time they give assurety that amount will be refund soon.

I want to take action against this company, please note down my complain and do the best for me.

Looking forward for your initiative step.

Dear Sir

    I had made two bus bookings through GoIbibo and had to cancel the trip. I had made the payment through Freecharge. After around 2 weeks after cancellation I dint get the refund, so i complained for same. For which it was told that I will be getting m recharge after 5-7 working days but even after 2 weeks I dint get any refund. I wrote another follow up mail but the response remained same(automated mail) and even after 1 month I have not received my refund.

    Its really frustrating seeing the ignorance of Goibibo.

      It is very unfortunate to experience the apathy of goibibo towards its coustmer service. I have called my times to your customer service support regarding full refund of my flight ticket as committed by your executives, but every time i call your people says that the matter has been escalated to your technical team and you will get call with in 24- 48 hours, but till now i didn't get any call from your team and now after 12 days( that mean after 228 hours) i have recevied this mail that your refund process has been completed.

      This is absolutely disheartening to know that after my continuous request of checking your call records regarding this particular booking, consecutive follow up calls were made on my behalf, where i requested your executives to escalate this issue to your higher management and I strongly recommend compensation, adding to it I never received any calls from your team.
      Every time i called i got assurance from your team that my refund will be processed as committed by the executive but nothing has napped till now.

        Hello Team,

        I have booked two flight tickets (AIR PEGASUS Flight company) from Goibibo site for 24 december 2016 from cochin to bangalore and after one month of booking, I got mail from AIR PEGASUS company for "Airpegasus - Flight Cancellation" then I called on the given numbers which is mentioned on cancelled receipt that is[protected] but call was connecting then I checked on website to get know the current status of my flight then it is not showing any information for my flight booking and I have tried many times to cal on this number[protected] but it doesn't works.

        After that I called to Goibibo customer care and they had given me shocking information that The airline company (AIRPEGUSUS) is closed then I requested to them for refund my money but they totally deny from my request.

        My concern is only for
        1. My refund amount 50058 rupees because I have proof.
        2. If the airline company is closed then why goibibo has given the option on their website to choose that airline for booking?
        3. If the airline company is fraud then who is reponsible for this?
        4. If airline company is closed or fraud then why my booking status is still displaying as confirmed for that flight in goibibo website.

        Please find my attached receipts.

        I'm hoping to get a positive response from consumer complaints website and some will take action for this.

          Sir, i booked 1 ticket on 13 nov 2016. From "Muktainagar" to "Pune" of bus "Jai mata di Travels" via goibibo.com. Amount of Ticket is as given below.

          When i moved towards my seat,

          I found that allocated seat was very dirty, spitted n gutakha pouchs were spread over there. I asked to cleaner n driver but they said that your ticket is online hence you should contact to booking company.
          I want my 624 Rs back.

            On a first hand i urge to the readers not to use goibibo. They have this illusory trick called go cash to full the customer.

            I been loyal to goibibo for 2 years with more than 20 bookings, i had booked 3 tickets today with goibibo with 2 tickets i redeem my earned go cash when i did 3rd booking they did ask me for option to pay by go cash i marked on the box to pay by go cash my booking was done successfully buy form my bank account none of my go cash got redeemed. When i call their agent saying we cannot do any this since i cannot redeem go cash for more than 2 bookings. This is just their hidden terms may be they have written dat in some corner of their web site. But my question to the higher authority of goibibo that it'nt that your your goibibo's responsibility that if your loyal customer are not eligible why you show option there to redeem go cash and to do successfully booking on the same and wen booking is done keeping me blind sided showing me your bluddy terms & conditions.

              I had booked a ticket on 29th August, 2016 and was eligible fof a cashback of Rs.1200 within 45 days which has not been received yet.
              I contacted Goibibo several times, initially they replied that they are processing it and I will receive it by next week. When these next week changed to a month, they replied that you are not eligible for cashback as the value required was 5999+ and your account was debited with 5847. I informed them that the value was 6347/- which was paid as 5847/- via Bank and 500/- via Gocash. But they are saying that it was mentioned in the terms and conditions that the value should be only the amount deducted from bank and not paid via Gocash. I am damn sure that it was not mentioned there and this terms and conditions are updated only after August. They are neither providing me the copy of the Terms and Conditions of August infact asking me for the screenshot of the terms and conditions mentioning that the Gocash can also be used. Is it not the Company's duty to file its papers upto disposal of all the cashbacks?
              This is why they ask for 45 days time to release the cashbacks so that they can change the t&c by that time

                    This is to inform you that I have called the customer care executive of Go ibibo from Bangalore and cancelled the flight one and half before the flight taking off and We visited the airport and it took quite sometime in searching for Royal Nepal airlines counter at the airport as they don't have separate one and there were no one in the counter though we were there 55 minutes before the flight took off.
                    Our flight booking PNR-JT6FH on[protected] . Passenger names are: 1. Mrs Anitha Niranjan, 2.Miss Natasha Niranjan 3.Nikita Niranjan 4. Mr Niranjan Rudrappa and also 5. Roopalatha Niranjan (Booking Id:AMD3BZRFZ)
                    I had requested for refund on[protected]. I had confirmed to the customer care executive about the cancellation and opting for refund. And I have sent a mail regarding this. But I have not got the refund yet. Though the customer care executive confirmed that I would get the refund but I have not received any mail regarding this. Its more than a month up and I want the refund immediately. Please do the needful at the earliest.

                      I booked my flights from Goibibo in Jul 2016 and till Nov, 2016, I have not received cashback of Rs. 1200. Each time, i called them they will tell me to wait and create new ticket.

                      They created complaint ticket with number 4080771 and 4999535. They are creating ticket for same complaint but nothing is happening.

                      I am very frustrated. Can someone help be file case against Ibibo group in consumer court.

                          I made a booking on Ibibo on 10 july. For this booking I was to get Rs. 250 as cashback. I called atleast 20 times for same issue but not getting ant response. Atleast 5 of their agent promised me to call back me in 1 hr with detail of the issue but they never called me back.

                          In the name of cashback they are doing fraud, just to divert customer to their website. When it comes to pay back the cash they become mute with no answer. I know 250 is not a big amount but they are making mockery of this system where they feel they'll cheat and nobody will question them.
                          Go ibibo is a FRAUD company !!!
                          Request all consumer to avoid booking from this portal.

                            Hi team,

                            I booked one flight of air asia pnr - afi8vw on 22nd oct via goibibo.
                            As the schedule timings was changed, so one of the air asia
                            Agent committed a false statement that if i cancel the flight then
                            I will get a full refund.
                            But later on, the air asia team denied by stating that it was an
                            Error from their side.
                            But goibibo team called me and said we have the call recording
                            And said we are checking with airlines.
                            After 1 week, i received an email from goibibo that the refund is initiated
                            And the flight got cancelled.
                            They assumed the things and cancelled my flight without taking
                            Any confirmation call or email from my end.
                            And that too 1 day before the departure of my flight
                            I have been approaching to them but they are just delaying the
                            Case and not reaching out to me.
                            Already raised the concern with the air asia team too.
                            Goibibo team sent an email to air asia team followed by
                            Cancellation of my flight at any time
                            However i just asked whether i can get a full refund if i cancel
                            My flight, in response not even once i received a commitement
                            So i also told goibibo team to close this case but they still
                            Didnt listen and cancelled my flight
                            Lastly, they told me to book another flight -
                            They will investigate further and if fault would come from
                            Their end then they would give me the difference amount.

                              Hi,

                              Let me start by saying that i am a very frequent customer of Goibibo for both Hotels and Flights and you ensured that i will never do any booking from your website again. I had never expected such a sub-standard service from such a renowned website.

                              On 1st November I did a confirmed booking via Goibibo for hotel Asia Health Resorts And Spa for a Quadruple Room since i was travelling with my family. The choice of the room was done basis my earlier travel, feedback from friends and online.

                              On reaching the hotel at 7:45 pm in the night(with my family) they refused our check-in since hotel had never confirmed our booking to Goibibo and they did not had the room availability.

                              On calling up your helpline you ensured that my issue would be resolved within 15 mins but i had to stand in the cold for 2 hours with my family as it appeared no one was bothered about my issues.

                              After over an hour of follow up on your helpline, i was provided an alternative substandard hotel which was 8 kms from the hotel i booked and was standing outside. I kept on requesting your helpline to provide me a hotel which was near to my current location since i used a taxi to commute to this hotel and at 9 in the night it would not be possible for me to travel.

                              After this went on for two hours they booked the same hotel with sub-standard rooms which i knew before hand since i had already stayed in those during an earlier visit but since at 9:30 i had to other place to go i had to take that option.

                              I have deleted the app from my cell now and also told me friends never to use the goibibo again.

                              Please be assured that i would be mentioning the same on blog as well as other social networking websites and would also go to the necessary board.

                              I sincerely hope some action is taken so that other customers do not face such issues.

                                Goa - pune bus (rs590 per seat) dated 15/08/2016 cancelled. they simply run the same bus at the same timing by simply running the changing the bus name online at a higher price (rs[protected] per seat).
                                No alternate arrangement.
                                Money still not refunded for 2 tickets.
                                They refund money for 4 ticket after continuous follow up.

                                We have booked 6 ticket @ rs590.00 x 6 = rs3540.00 (approx).
                                Due to bus cancellation cab booking goa-pune @ rs12000.00

                                They are simply cheating consumer in unethical way in rush time.

                                    Hi team,

                                    I checked with goibibo multiple times, regarding the cashback on transaction done on 08/30/2016. Customer care agents and supervisor misguided me by saying that the other agents do not have sufficient information & i need to check with the bank. I checked with bank & they informed me that the cashback has not been processed from goibibo, so hdfc liaised with goibibo multiple times.
                                    Even the floor manager-shaurya ahuja informed me that i should have received the cashback within 10/14/2016 (45 days from transaction date), & promised with a callback regarding updates from the product team as he informed goibibo has not processed my payment to hdfc. But the callback as well as the cashback never happened. I think i am just being played around without any progress in my grievance.

                                      I have ordered a bus from delhi to lucknow. I have payed money for ac leyland sleeper bus but when i reached their the people of kalpana travels told me to sit in a normal type ac bus which even don't have a proper seats and good ac. I also didn't get the seat i selected. They were filling their bus like normal seater and in this i got the last seat. I payed more to travel in ac seater leyland luxury bus but didn't get it.
                                      I trusted over goibibo and you have failed. I hope you to do something as soon as possible or provide me some refund or look deep in this matter.

                                        I cancelled the hotel booking and that time i was told i will get the refund but didn't got it. They don't disclose the details while booking and misguide by their question answer section. These guys are just behind earning money and not at all focusing on customer support. Its totally irresposible behaviour towards consumer. Won't recommend go ibibo to any one now
