I have booking from Bangalore to Silchar, I booked connected fight, did not book seperately. My agenda is to reach Silchar from Bangalore.
My flights were
1. Bangalore to Chennai - 2/4/17 @22:10 to 23:20
2. Chennai to Kolkata - 3/4/17 @2:20 to 4:35
3. Kolkata to Silchar - 3/4/17 @5:10 to 6:45
What u changed (arranging according to time)

    This is in regards to my flights booking done via go ibibo from New Delhi to Dubai.
    I had got the bookings done on 12th Feb 2017 with PNR UB176Z.

    Now, in error the bookings of my wife has been done with the name "Mrs. Monika Bisht" however as per the documents her name is "Ms. Mamta Bisht". Hence, we want her name to be changed. In order to do this, we requested some one from Goibibo customer care to change the name but they suggested that we have to divide the PNR and cancel the flight booking for my wife and then buy a new ticket but If I cancel the bookings Goibibo is returning us just RS. 300 whereas when we talked to Indigo flights customer care they informed that they will refund RS. 8000 to Goibibo and then Goibibo will refund the money to us which Goibibo is refusing to do so.

    We know that we have made the bookings with incorrect name but this doesn't mean that we have to be penalised so much and we have to pay the entire amount. I am ready to book another ticket via Goibibo only for the same flight and day but the charges that we have to pay again is too much for us now. We would request to use the amount refunded by Indigo and then booking can be done. We are ready to pay the rest of the amount.

    Request you to please look into the matter and help us in this situation.
    We are traveling first time with Goibibo and don't want to have bitter experience.

      3rd Class Service, I had booked Hotel Alpana in Haridwar from goIbibo for 11th February 2017, My booking was confirmed still when i reached to the hotel, they did not have room for us, They said that room is not available we can arrange you in another hotel, means i had paid them for that hotel and they were trying to adjust us in any other cheapest hotel with the same price i had paid... I just had a complain against tham and goibibo, and get refund after wasting my 2 hours on this, Disappointed

      Never Never Never book Hotel from GoIbibo and Never book Alpana... Fraud Hotel in Haridwar, and worst hotel booking website Goibibo, Stay Away from Goibibo

        Neither i have booked any ticket or made any hotel reservation but still i was charged without my knowledge.

          I booked hotel through goibibo hotel name premier inn goa anjuna, i had paid rs 3110 for dt of 01.05.2017 i ask for change of dt which is 26.4.2017 which they are asking 1000 Rs extra payments. An issue very critical on same day goibibbo charging a much lower price for same hotel 2600 but asking me to pay 1000 Rs extra.i feel cheated if i do the new booking of same day than lower but the customer paid u in advance have to pay more reson only because i paid u...customer support team is also fake and they dont really solve the issue

            I had booked and prepaid for Fab Hotel Check In By Oran from the 7th to 10th Feb 2017 via Goibibo. Booking ID: HTLXDM89A3

            I drove from Jaipur to Delhi and reached the hotel at around 9pm on the 7th, where I was told that there is no room available. After calling multiple times to Goibibo and arguing with the lady at the reception of the hotel, I was given a room at the adjoining hotel at 12.30 am ! The same ordeal continued for the next 2 nights and each day I had to book complaints and argue to get the room. Goibibo conveniently closed the complaints without solving the issue. FabHotel did not bother to respond. The hotel tried its best to accommodate however they had no rooms !!! FabHotel and Goibibo are complete frauds. I am going ahead and taking this case to the consumer courts..hoping that such fraud companies do not cheat their customers anymore and keep taking funding from their unaware investors. Suggest the investors to use their services themselves before transferring more money in the accounts of such fraudsters.

              Dear team,

              I have booked hotel Royal garden at Juhu on dated 5 Feb 2016 through go ibibo and in next 5 min have cancelled the booking and claimed for the refund.

              And the reply received from the Goibibo was the reversal is not possible which can't be accepted by me.

              I have even contacted the hotel but as per them the money is still lying with Goibibo team itself.And were rude too.

              And if I am booking the rooms with Goibibo I will read the policy of Goibibo not the hotel and have booked the rooms as wanted to check in then why should I read the cancellation policy also.

              And no one at the customer care is ready to help.And I can't let money wasted and will write to social media also if the reversal is not done.

              If a train and the air tickets can be cancelled then why can't a hotel booking.

              Reverse my money as soon as possible..

              Please be informed that booking done from your end was Non refundable and as you did not had valid government Id proof hotelier denied check in as well as refund.

              Every hotel has certain rules and regulations and work under the guidance of government of India and as per the instructions customer should have valid engorgement Id before checking in the hotel.

              As already advised that when we proceed for the booking, there are charges mentioned under the booking and cancellation policy of every hotel.

              Please try and understand that no refund is applicable on your booking and hence, we regret we will not be able to refund on this booking.

                  I had booked a Tiger airways flight through goIbibo which was not providing me Check-in baggage. Before I booked the flight, I had called the Customer care regarding my concern since I dont have a credit card to purchase the same from Tiger airways site. Customer care confirmed me that once the ticket is booked, GoIbibo will reserve for me the baggage and then I had to send the money through Netbanking to them.

                  Based on the confirmation, I had went ahead and book the tickets. Once after that, I tried calling Customer care 20 times and still they are saying that they are helpless and asking me to do it myself with any credit card.

                  If I had the credit card, then why should I go to a fraudulent website like goIbibo to book the tickets. I can go myself to Tiger airways official site and book the entire things. I asked to go through the Call recordings in which the executive had given me the words and its been 3 days and still they are saying that they are still going through the recordings.

                  Come on! ... Please grow up and provide what you are confirming to the customers who believe in you. Don't make these kinds of activities and false confirmations.

                  I will never ever book any kind of things through goIbibo and even I will convey the same message to my friends and relatives.

                  So guys, please don't think of booking any International flights through goIbibo and it is humble request from me.

                    Dear support,
                    I have booked a bus ticket for Honey tours and travels from Pune to Jalna dated 26 Jan 2017.
                    Bus was scheduled at 11.15 Pm in the night from Shivaji Nagar, Pune.
                    I got all the messages including Vehicle Details, Boarding Point details before reaching venue.
                    As soon as Bus arrived i checked with the Bus correspondent and shocked to hear that Ticket is cancelled!!!
                    I have not got any intimation via mail, via text message !!!
                    I have messages for bus details and what i see in their PNR sheet is Ticket is cancelled Online.
                    Immediately i called your correspondent and he says that ticket is booked.
                    He puts me on conference call which includes the Bus owner, goibibo agent and Me and final conclusion was I need to pay cash and buy ticket (Which was luckily available in bus) . I stopped bus for 1 hr and it was late already (around 12.30) so i agreed!!!

                    Few concerns:
                    Suppose i was not having cash what goibibo would have done?

                    Suppose no seat was available in bus what goibibo would have done?

                    I don't have an idea who's mistake was !
                    A] Possible mistake was of goibibo who failed to inform operator and released payment (Thats what Bus operator said me)
                    B] Possible mistake is of Bus operator, still Goibibo should take care about Operator reliability quality.

                    The point is I want clear answers to my questions!!!
                    I want this issue to be escalated and clear reports why this occurred? whose mistakes was this?
                    I have already got refund but what about discomfort and embarrassment i got fighting with customer care and operator.
                    What about not getting seat of my choice in travel?
                    Should i rely on goibibo from now?

                      I had booked a bus ticket from hubli to pune and cancelled if after few days. The status of refund as shown in goibibo support is REFUNDED, but the amount is not refunded to the bank.
                      I have also written to goibibo but havent received any response and also tried calling goibibo but it doesnt redirect to customer care. Kindly look into the issue as early as possible.

                        Today i have booked flight ticket from GOIBIBO and by mistake i have booked a flight with wrong timing. Instead of afternoon flight i have booked a flight of morning for the same day. The ticket amount, flight company and the charges were same only the timing was different. I called GOIBIBO customer care for a solution with minimum charges. Finally i got solutions of rescheduling or cancellation and the cost of both were almost equivalent to my booked ticket amount. This is the solution they have given me. Both GOIBIBO and JET Airways were blaming each other's policies. After a long blaming discussion i have to leave my Rs 3800 booked ticket as it was and suffered a loss of the same full amount.

                        If a customer have done a mistake, these companies should help them instead of just making money. If we have to bear a loss of full booked amonut than what's the need of these companies if they can't do a minor modification.

                        Finally, I have booked a new ticket after that. Worst experience, not going to use or recommend GOIBIBO & JET Airways to anybody again...

                        Today i have booked flight ticket from GOIBIBO and by mistake i have booked a flight with wrong timing. Instead of afternoon flight i have booked a flight of morning for the same day. The ticket amount, flight company and the charges were same only the timing was different. I called GOIBIBO customer care for a solution with minimum charges. Finally i got solutions of rescheduling or cancellation and the cost of both were almost equivalent to my booked ticket amount. This is the solution they have given me. Both GOIBIBO and JET Airways were blaming each other's policies. After a long blaming discussion i have to leave my Rs 3800 booked ticket as it was and suffered a loss of the same full amount.

                        If a customer have done a mistake, these companies should help them instead of just making money. If we have to bear a loss of full booked amonut than what's the need of these companies if they can't do a minor modification.

                        Finally, I have booked a new ticket after that. Worst experience, not going to use or recommend GOIBIBO & JET Airways to anybody again...

                        We would like to advise you that whenever you would like to make any changes in your confirmed reservation, we need to follow airlines policy for amendments or cancellation as per request.

                        We would like to inform you that we need to strictly adhere to airlines policy as rights of boarding are reserved with them and as per airline policy of you wish to make any changes in your confirmed booking even after 5 minutes of booking, you need to pay airline change penalty and fare difference for booking.

                          I have booked a resort listed in Goibibo called, Gokarna internation beach resort. booked for a deluxe sea view resort, and totally not worth it. How come Goibibo not verified that much worst resort, where there is no route to reach and no parking faciliy, no cleaness and no room service, no hotwater facility.                             I am Ankita Bengani. I had booked my tickets from goibibo on 29th September 2016 from Bangalore to Kolkata on 26th January 2017.
                            On 13 January 2017 I received a mail from indigo reminding me of my flight and not to miss it.
                            Suddenly I receive a mail from goibibo on 19th January 2017 telling that my tickets has been cancelled.
                            I called indigo and talked to Debosmita and Deepshika asking how can it be because I have not cancelled it. They just shut me down saying that ma'am we have not cancelled your ticket, it's done from the website so we cannot help you with this and asked me to book the tickets again. They also said that would generate full refund.
                            After that I called goibibo to check why they cancelled it. I talked to Suraj, and Javed regarding my issue, they said they would help but at the end I got a mail from them stating that as per your request, the tickets have been cancelled and refund has been initiated. Whereas I clearly told the executives that I do not want refund. I just want my tickets back.
                            As I had booked my tickets in September 2016, so clearly I had no plans of changing or cancelling it.
                            Today morning when I called goibibo again, I talked to Taalib and he told me to wait for another 24 to 48 hrs. But he told me it's done from the user side only.
                            I said only few days are left to go and I have not cancelled my flight so how can you let anyone cancel anyone's tickets just like that. At least you should confirm it from the registered mobile number or email address. I told them I don't want your refund, I just want my tickets back because it's really urgent for me to go. They also told me it has been cancelled from an IP address which belongs to Solan, himachal pradesh.
                            So, may be the office branch in HP would hav done this and now they are blaming me that the user has done this.
                            Today morning (20.01.2017) I received a mail from goibibo telling "as per your request your tickets have been cancelled and refund will be initiated".

                            This is really pathetic and unjust. The system and management of both indigo and goibibo is also pathetic as there is no privacy . Just about anyone can manage your booking. It's ridiculous.

                              I booked a hotel sidharth in shimla through goibibo on 7th jan, check in date 13th jan and check out 15th jan, after i tried to call Mr kuldeep hotel sidharth's owner from 10th jan (almost 10 time per day) but didnt pic my single call, so i ask for refund on 11th jan, every body knows that the weather condition of shimla is not good people stucked there from last few days without electricity and water so i decided to ask for refund, and i tried to call goibibo for the same and they said it is a non refundable booking so i ask for date change after that on 12th Jan at 11 : 00 pm by chance goibibo executive mr rajneesh reached to mr kuldeep only for once in which he said you can come shimla but there is some problem in electricity and water supply as it is very late so i ask goibibo executive mr rajneesh for date change then again he tried mr kuldeep's phone but again kuldeep was not reachable after a long discussion with goibibo executive he insure me not to worry we will help you, then i clearly ask him what if hotel denied for date change as it is a non refundable booking, what should i do then he insure me not to worry we will take a necessary step and help you and refund your amount, after check in date passes the behavior of executive change and after that they people denied for date change and refund also and just because of goibibo i cancelled my trip i applied for leave in advance from my office for Friday then its one day lost for me, and now i am following up till now through mail and calls and now goibibo put every thing on hotel and said we will not refund you amount because hotel denied for refund, i want ask one question what is the role of goibibo in between if you are not able to help customer or take any responsibility then whats the need of your service,

                              why you registered these kind of hotel under your name who are not even received call from customer, how could customer trust you ...you are not able to pic a single call how could you provide services to customer

                              all in this only one person suffer that is me (customer) because goibibo said i will not able to do any thing because hotel is not ready for refund i want to ask you i paid the amount on your portal so i want my refund from you i dnt knw about what hotel said...

                              please right on your portal in bold in case customer will face any problem we are not able to help you...so take care of yourself only...i suggest other not to use goibibo ...go for other website ...

                              i have more than 15 mails and call recording in which i request many time for refund but your executive replied me hotel denied as per the hotel policy its non refundable booking...then clarify me is any thing mentioned in your policy about the misconduct, or if hotel will not respond to customer then what goibibo will do or any thing any issue faced my customer then what will you guys do to help us

                                all i would like to share my experience with goibibo,
                                i have booked a airline ticket with go ibibo, for first time, and while booking in website, No where in any part of website they have mentioned that u need to carry a printout of your e -ticket, as a first time flyer I was not aware of the same becz I have got a sms from go ibibo says that your ticket has been booked and here is your PNR number
                                so I went to the air port while entering to the airport the security, said the sms which u have received Is incomplete and no traveller name has mentioned in the sms, so he dined me to enter in the airport and asked me to get a print out I went to spice-jet office and they took 30minute to give me a printout and charged me Rs 100 for a printout
                                after all these I rushed to the air line counter at 3: 55 pm as my flight was at ;435 so now the airline people is not ready to accept my boarding, becz of iam late
                                I have called Go Ibibo and asked that why you People has not informed me that import Information that u need to carry a print out of your- ticket while travel
                                I got a reply from them that its in the E-tciket which we have attached in your email

                                So my Question Is As first time traveller
                                1. Is the concern team of air line booking website or portal like IBIBO thinks that its mandatory information and need to inform every traveller in each the important massage in the email which they have send me
                                Here I am sharing the as per GOIBIBO Team they think the mandatory information or important massage they have shared me in email
                                Important Information
                                Checkin Information. Check-in desks open two hours ahead of the flight's scheduled departure, and close promptly 45 minutes before the flight is scheduled to leave. If you're late, you will forfeit your seat and no refund will be offered.
                                Passports and ID. Approved photographic ID is required on all flights, including domestic services. Pack safely. Take care when you pack your bags! You cannot take any dangerous goods in your luggage, and some other items (e.g. cigarette lighters and matches)
                                Seating. This Airline does not allocate seats, and you can choose where to sit when you board the aircraft. The aircraft is boarded in priority order, however, so the earlier you check in, the more choice you will have!
                                Specific needs and access requirements. Please inform us of any specific needs or access requirements by adding a request to your booking online or by calling the contact centre.

                                Need to change your booking?
                                You can change or alter itinerary details online, 24 hours a day! Rs.250 per passenger on the administrative fee charged over the phone and also if you cancel the booking online

                                Finally they came up with clarification that we have mentioned in the e-ticket which we have attached in your email-
                                iF I get the notification in email that u need to take a print out of the e- ticket then only I must read the information which they have written IN e- Ticket

                                Any way I Have lost the flight and goibibo is helpless in this matter

                                Please note that the confirmation E-ticket mentions this information to carry a printout of the E-ticket and present it to airline at time of check - in. The confirmation message does not mention traveller details as it only a notification to let you know that booking has been confirmed.
                                The E-ticket mentions this basic information very well. As per the general understanding printout of the E-ticket should be carried or the the E-ticket can also be shown in email itself. We have attached the screenshot of the E-ticket sent to all users with the information.
                                We trust this clarifies.

                                  Goibibo is the worst travel agency I have ever encountered. I booked my air tickets through goibobo from bangkok to krabi. The travel dates are 25 jan for bangkok to krabi and 30 jan for krabi to bangkok via Thai Smiles Airways. There is a flood in Thailand due to which we have to cancel our trip.
                                  I called the goibibo customer care to cancel our tickets, but the customer care executive, MEGHA is the rudest person i can think of. According to her, the tickets are non-refundable even if there is a natural calamity, and it is my problem and not hers.
                                  Then why should we book the tickets via goibibo. We should have directly booked through the airline's website and not involved goibibo at all. Please understand that i did not book the tickets from Thai Smiles Airways directly and goibibo is the third party involved. It is your duty to ensure that my tickets are refunded. Why do you charge a convenience fee if you are not willing to intervene. Highly frustrated and disappointed with goibibo. I RECOMMEND NOBODY SHOULD USE GOIBIBO.

                                    I booked hotel shiwalik regency shimla via goibibo ( booking id HTLTU6TMAF/2108216 )dated 6 jan2017 to 9 jan2017...For three days
                                    but there was no electricity, power backup, bathing water, food heating in chilling temperature of shimla.
                                    So i had to change this hotel and i buy another hotel room in emergency where everything was perfect
                                    but hotel shivalik booked through goibibo failed to provide any basic service, and goibibo refuse to refund me anything and hotel use rude language. There was not even basic services ( more than 4800/- per day) 1. Electricity 2, emergency light 3. Power backup 4. Hot water and heating 5. Complimentary breakfast(that was included) 6. Even i was not able to bath and mobile charging.

                                        The below email, communication is for for your info. I have used Goibibo.com booked hotel for Vedanta wake, Ooty hotel.
                                        In the website they have mentioned the below services - Basic Bathroom Amenities, Cable / Satellite / Pay TV available, Housekeeping, Daily Room Cleaning. but non of the facilities hotel has and i have complained to Goiboibo team they have not provided the feedback or refunding the money 214 hotel room they have allocated me that was looks like a rest room. please review the attached email communicated which i had with Gobibibo and photos of the rooms.
