This is the last time i am explaining my concern here, if you are unable to respond or you come with any further excuse then i am going to raise my concer with the consumer forum...
On tuesday december 6th, in a sudden and shocking event of demise of my father in law, we booked the flight from Mumbai to kolkata in order to reach there at the earliest, to our comfort we found a flight at 2.30 AM, however as id rubbing salt to the wound you charged us an amount of whopping Rs. 54009/ for two tickets. How bad it was on your part. You are fleecing customers and robbing them their hard earned money for any emergency situation. whats the the point of air travel if you will charge a bomb for a last minute bookings.
let me tell you, You took it as an opportunity to exploit us financially. I am really disappointed & disheartened.
At the max it can be 101-2 thousand, it can exceed beyond 10k for each ticket. You have charged us obnoxiously high priced. Such an steep price.
I regularly use goibibo services.
There was a trap. When I checked the flight tickets per person individually, it was less but when I booked the 2 tickets together. You charged 53000 surge pricing. It was very unprofessional on your part.How could i leave my wife and infant and book tickets individually, these were shown as last 3 tickets, importantly i found many empty seats on the flight !!! You chose to leave empty seats on flight but charged us a bomb!!!
I am not going to let you go free hand in looting your customers like this.
I will go to consumer forum, write to aviation ministry and post on public forums.
Cheaters like you needs to be reminded you are in business due to passengers.
for sure, I am not going to use goibibo services anymore.
