Hello,
well 1 month ago, i rescheduled my flight from delhi-bombay, so the customer care due to her mistake charged me 800 rs extra as rescheduling charges, which later on was apologized and was told to me that the extra amount will be refunded within 5-15 days...
but i has been more than 25 days, and i have not received yet, i also asked goibibo customer care, i mailed them so many times but they neither telling not replying to my mail.
hence i want to complain against them
