I tried to book a flight from Bangalore to Patna via Kolkata 3 months back. But due to some technical error (this was confirmed by their technical team also) from their side the flight was not booked and amount was deducted from my credit card. Since then I have been trying to get it refunded. I have called the customer care almost trice a week. They will either say that our system is not working due to technical error on sever side or they will say that I will be getting the refund coming Tuesday/Wednesday, but that day has never come. I think that there is a sever technical issue with the Goibibo website and database/server due to which there is frequent error in booking and also customer care people are not able to respond us correctly and on time. Most of the time they end up saying please call us after sometime as we are not able to fetch your data. So, please avoid booking through Goibibo website better to go for booking from respective airways website. You may get some discounts over Goibibo and think its cheaper but one day it will cost you much more than all the discounts you might have got till date and then you will curse them. So, better to take precaution than to go for cure (which I am trying). In my advice just STOP booking through Goibibo.

    My Complaint is against www.goibibo.com. My booking ID is HTLWAS77DW with goibibo. I was supposed to get a refund of Rs.3005 for a booking made from 17th to 19th Sep which was then modified to 18th to 19th Sep. Hence the remaining amount was to be refunded. Also received a mail from them that it wouldbe done within 5-7 days. It is more than 20 days now and they have still not given me the refund. Have also sent them 2 mails as reminders

      On 2/10/2015 I booked hotel (sai resort ) through go ibibo app. I fully pay the amount charged by ibibo. when I reach the hotel I saw so many insect walking in room, humidity, no vantillation .I contact Ibibibo support team please cancel this transaction and return my money partially or fully. they did not return my money. I forcefully stay in hotel because they are not returning my money. whole night I cannot sleep in this hotel. it's a painful experience with ibibo. I recommended to eveyone please do not use go ibibo web or app to booked anything. they are showing double amount in price list and some amount will be deducted after i[censored] applied coupon. all this are fake i[censored] directly asproch any hotel they will charge u less amountas comapred with ibibo booking . so don't use go ibibo

          I have booked one ticket from AHMEDABAD to BANGALORE(booking id-TUAN8BW6K, booked on 20.7.2015) which was suppose to depart on 7AUG and the flight no. is AI614 which was going to mumbai from where i had another flight AI639 to BANGALORE. BUT DUE TO DELAY IN THE FLIGHT AI614, AIR INDIA gave me a flight to DELHI, from where i was suppose to take a connecting flight to BANGALORE.BUT THIS DELHI FLIGHT GOT CANCELLED DUE TO TECHNICAL FAULTS. And the airlines company said that full money will we refunded, but still i have not received my refund, an i have already complained about it but the response was not satisfatory.

            I booked a round trip ticket for 5th November 2015 and 18th November 2015 ( Mumbai – Kolkata) but I received tickets for5th and 6th November 2015 yesterday, i, e 29th sept, 2015. Payment has been made successfully via payumoney and ticket is confirmed. My pnr for mum-kolkata flight is HDRVJX for the airline indigo 6E-321 and pnr for kol-mum is WCEMJN for the airline spice jet. I called immediately after booking my tickets that the error has been made on their side. I have attached the screenshot of my successful payment and wrong tickets too. yet on calling them again they reply back that neither have they recieved any payment nor is the error from their end.

              I had booked a ticket to travel from Chennai to bangalore. This was for 3 passengers. Later I cancelled the ticket for 1 passenger by calling the airlines. the airlines indigo did the cancellation and sent me the cancellation notice. I have attached the refund notice from the airlines. Go ibibo has sent me a mail that there is no refund due to me. Eventhough you show and advise from the airlines for the credit goibibo does not honor the same.                   I did a hotel booking for 2nd oct and cancelled it the very next day. As per the policy I was supposed to get the entire money refunded as I did the cancellation before 26th sept. I have asked GoIbibo for the refunds and I didnt get any confirmation about the refund. They have been asking about bank statements and all, which I provided. The hotel in which I did the booking also confirmed to GoIbibo that they have received the money. They did the cancellation after me asking them multiple times. But I dont see any progress on the side of the refunds. Every time a new customer support person responds to the mails and starts the story from the beginning do i want the cancellation, which is already done. It has now been upto 2 weeks and still everyday I get a mails from a new support guy who is confirming about the cancellation.

                    Wrong Online debit from my Savings Account On 24th September 2015, I was trying to make a payment of Rs. 4563.00 to Cleartrip for a Hotel Booking made by me. My effort to make payment through Net Banking had failed and I made payment through my Debit Card. However, I was surprised to see that the amount getting debited twice. Upon enquiry I found that one debit was in favour of Cleartrip against my Hotel Booking which has been duly confirmed by Cleartrip. The other payment was debited in favour of Ibibo, whereas I had not made any transaction with ibibi. Request that the matter be taken up with the company for making refund immediately. From the number of such complaints I feed this is a fraudulent company and necessary action should be taken against them.                       Here is an awesome example of fooling customers and running a scam. GoIbibo, I booked a ticket wrongly as due to app malfunctioning. Post that I immediately cancelled my ticket. Now see the calculation which they are giving me to take eway my whole money : Booking Details: Booking amount : 5351 Coupon Cashback : 254 total:5605 Cancellation Calculation : Booking Id: NSGTCHJWN Airline cancellation charges: INR 6036 Goibibo cancellation fee: INR 1000 Convenience Fee : INR 700 Refund Amount: INR 0.0 Now atleast I am not able to understand this policy of charging more on cancellation.                         There was a wrong booking on my account with booking iD : NSGTCHJWN. Both the tickets were refundable.As per there policy they deducted all my money as a cancellation fees. Amount was :
                        Rs .5300.

                        Now look into the scam which they do:
                        Booking Charge with :
                        Booking Id: NSGTCHJWN
                        Airline cancellation charges: INR 6036
                        Goibibo cancellation fee: INR 1000
                        Convenience Fee : INR 700
                        Refund Amount: INR 0.0

                        Now see the scam that they are charging me a cancellation fees of 6036 rupees for a booking of 5300. Please take this forwards. This is a financial scam.

                            Dear Sir/ Madam, We were forced to cancel our Bookings CKAWZP & C3HTXY due to rescheduling of the Jet Airways flight from Patna to Kolkata from 8.0pm to 8.0AM where as our Delhi -Patna Flight was reaching Patna round 3.0pm. At is 7-10 days but still we not heard for the refund as we already cancelled the flights with the Airlines & they informed Goibibo will refund the money to you. JetAirways even confirmed they will refund 100% as flight was reschedule. So, pl. let us know when we are going to get refund for these 2 Booking codes CKAWZP & C3HTXY. BR!! (R.Banta)

                              Please check my id registered with user id - Kaans I have put all the required details along with OTP & referral code roy_geo still I didn't received the Go-cash in the above account. By asking us to provide referrals & then not providing the offer is not correct at companies part & make a bad impression on it. Kindly add the same to the same account & confirm so we can refer more.

                                I booked a room from Goibibo.com on 19th September and the app froze after my transaction . My money was debited but booking was not done. The app did not show any booking id and I didn't even get a mail about my booking. Now they are saying they can't refund as the room already booked. How can they book a room for me without giving me any information? Even the customer service executive started shouting between the discussion.

                                  have received a message from ibibo that they have received my cancellation request, but this cancellation of flight was done by the AIR INDIA, so according to that, the whole refund should be given, there should not be any deduction as mentioned by the airlines during the cancellation because this flight was cancelled due to technical faults and the airlines was ready for the full refund at that time

                                    Sir, I have booked 2 days stay at hotel Sree Hari Niwas, Katra from October 2nd to Ocober 4th through Goibibo online portal having Vendor Booking ID: [protected]. I tried to cancel my booking on 24th September by calling their customer care number and online portal. Customer care person (Mr. Ankit) told me that they will forfeit the complete charges paid and there will not be any refund. According to their policy as mentioned, money can only be forfeited in case of no-show i.e. if you do not appear at Hotel on specified date. Mr. Ankit told me to beg the hotel directly and if they agree to refund the money to Goibibo, then Goibibo would refund me my money. Sir, This is clear case of fraud by Goibibo by not mentioning the information in the cancellation policy and there using unfair practices to misbehave with the customer.                                     I have made my reservations through Goibibo.com and not from hotel's website. So, cancellation rules must be applicable as mentioned by Goibibo and not as mentioned by the hotel.

                                    Please explain me the definition of NO-SHOW clearly. you can not create your own definition of a term. According to policy, No-Show means that you did not appear at hotel on the specified date. You are trying to mold it as, no show or cancellation which is absolutely a cheating with customer.

                                    Prove your policies or provide me a refund.

                                    We understand you booked through GoIbibo.com and we have not charged you any penalty for cancellation of your reservation. However we have clearly mentioned on our website that for any hotel cancellation we have to follow the hotel policy. Please refer to the below link for the same.

                                    We would like to inform you we are not creating any definition neither for No Show and nor for Cancellation. We would request you to please check you booking voucher. Cancellation policy states that " No Show, Cancellation charges will be 100 % Cost".

                                    This statement means 100 % cost is applicable for No Show and Cancellation as their is a coma in between No show and Cancellation. Hence for any of the case whether its no show or cancellation 100% of the booking amount will be charged as penalty.

                                    We hope you understand that we always kept transparency in our policies and it's not a fraud.

                                      I am ramohan reddy from hyderabad and date 23/09/2015 time 8:15 am. I have tried to book my ticket from hyderabad to rayachoti through redbus but due to network issue only payment is done but ticket was not booked and money decucted from my account.
