As previously, I had a words with the customer care. they said to send the hard copy at "Mohali". Kindly confirm as we have only this document as a proof of investment and if it get misplaced then how we get our claim amount?

Would like to solve the issue regarding filling of claim form details in the start section. I am rajender (Depositor), holding a account in golden forests (India) limited (Gfil limited) bearing the account no: 01/9/lsb517285. After filling all my details and submitting the details in the first section, i'm unable to move to the next section where it is generating a pop-up message as account number is invalid and shows name/amount/receipt number mismatch sometimes... I hereby request you to please solve this issue as soon as possible.

I have an ruc142387 on 25/01/1997 for 6 yearly deposit of rs. 2, 400/-, i had paid of 5 years amounting to rs 12, 000/-. The receipt no being 97/12428. The original bond was sent to you by regd. Post on 06/07/2015. Now while uploading the same in the claim form it is not proceeding further and i get a message that the account no is invalid.

Kindly do the needful and arrange to fefund te same at the earliest. My details are as follows.

I sudesh bansal has invested in various schemes of golden forests. Some of them have matured. Tried to submit my claim to the committee but it could not be submitted. When i called, after a lot of attempts they told me to email the details. I did. Again no response. Again i called many times. Then they told me to send hard copy to the committee address. I did. No response yet. No one picks up the phone. What should i do.
