I am trying to submit claim form related to account no. 01/9/lsc582578 dated on 16/06/2000 in the name of ms. Laxmibai hari vajandar. But the error is getting pop up that account no. Is invalid. Kindly look into this as we are facing same issues in another accounts related to same series.

I mrs rajkumari anand yadav had taken a recurring account of rs 1500=00 on quaterly basis and l have paid 14 - installments ie 1500×14=21000=00. (Twenty one thousand rupees only) but your claim form status wrongly shows rs 1500=00.

We have already send all the related original document of total 9 investment policies 9nos golden project & golden forest india limited 2 nos in nov-2004 acknowledgement attached for reference but only 3 policies out of 9 policies only got registered in the portal provided corpreg. But when i tryed to submit my details in claim for the refund of my as per the decision of supreme court, some errors like mismatch of name & account invalid are shown in the claim form...
