I tried to submit the refund form many times but eventually my form was rejected with the message that my name and enrollment no. Is mismatched.. Kindly help...

I had invested my money amounting rs.1, 60, 000in golden forest receipt no. Ls/97/62946, issue date:31/03/1997. Please tell me when will i get the money and what have i to do to get the money? Has the date of receiving money expired? Please help me and tell me what procedures i have to go thorough for receiving the money.

I have applied for the claim from the golden forest as i have invested in the company, but while filling the form i accidentally entered the wrong account number. (I added last 10 digits and forgot to add first 6 digits and my payment got failed)
I have called karvy (Who have to send the money to the claimants), they asked me to send the email to the golden forest committee and then i emailed them but there is no response from them...

My problems is the claim form not accepting golden forest account no i. E lsb 129885 i have 4 receipts with same account no. I fill only one receipt form.
I filling 2nd receipt form at that time account no not accepting. Error shows is - account no already registered. If anyone know please tell me..
