Deed settlement papers were submitted to sh. R n aggarwal chairman-committe gfil appointed by hon'ble supreme court of india to settle repayments.

Cheque number 0354587 date10.09.2000 in favor of state bank of patiala, panchkula-0387, was dishonored due to insufficient funds in the account of gfil
Though a period of more than 15 years have passed but the committee so appointed for settlement and repayments from the sale proceeds of gfil assets has not settled my claims.
You are once again requested for early settlement and repayments of the claims with the - chairman committee of gfil assets.
