on 27/02/2000 and maturity period on 27/08/2003) Enrolment No. 910877
in the name of my wife Mrs Fatima Sherif, Mahedipatnam, Hyderabad.
at the time maturity they have promised to pay one lakh rupees.

it is now more than 14 year we have not received any information from them.
I am a senior citizen of India (aged 72 years) and an NRI, staying in Saudi
Arabia with my family.

I have invested amount of 2000/- in the golden forest (India) limited under account number 300474 by the name of takkellapati venkateswarlu

My amount maturity date is 21/03/2010

But till the date i have not received my amount.
in the comnpany website they are providing the different mails id's for contacting. but none of them is working.they did n't providing the contact nunmber.

So you are requested to help me to receive my amount as soon as possible.

Four years ago, the apex court appointed a committee under the chairmanship of retired chief justice RN. Agarwal, with two members, one each from the Reserve Bank of India and Sebi, for the purpose of taking into custody all the assets of Golden Forest and calling for claims of creditors and scrutinizing them. The court later asked the committee to auction all the assets of the company so that the investors could be repaid.I submitted all original documents on 4/12/2004 to Committee headed by justice R.N.Agarwal before 9 years back but no response received so far.

As per notification from "The New Indian Express" dted 26/10/2004 I have submitted my Application form on 07/12/2004 through Regd post to The chairman, Committee- GFIL(Appointed by the Supreme Court of India) for claiming deposit along with the original Document issued by GFIL.
Unfortunately I have not heard anything from their end till today!
