श्रीमान, मेरा नाम शैल कुमारी सिंह है। मेरे दो gfil a/c है जिसमें पहला account number क्रमश:01/9/lsc689597, रसीद नम्बर ls/97/137909 एवं दूसरा account number 01/9/lsc689598, रसीद संख्या ls/97/137910 हैं जिनकी जमा धनराशि क्रमश: ₹10000/-एवं ₹2500/-है।क्लेम फार्म भरने पर एकाउन्ट नम्बर invalid बता रहा है।अतः आपसे निवेदन है कि मेरे एकाउन्ट की डिटेल्स अपने डेटाबेस में इन्ट्री करने की कृपा करें, जिससे कि मेरा एकाउन्ट नम्बर invalid ना बताए और क्लेम स्वीकार कर लिया जाय। धन्यवाद
