acordingly the company had issued recpit com alotment letter and a post dated cheque of. rs.30000/= each in favour of my parents as bellow details.

1.allotment letter No. AP 97/43425 and 97/ 43495 dt28/04/1997 s.t.no AP97-4228/999982 and AP97-4151/999982 dt.26/04/1997

2.We got two cheques .no.064373 dt.22/03/2002 o[censored]nion Bank of India, Sec-35C Chandigarh.

Sir i deposited both cheques in respective A/C but these cheques got bounced and the reason was as below:
RETURNED UNPAID FOR REASONS:

1) Refer to drawer in view of Failure/ default of golden projects Ltd to comply with order dated 17th March, 1998 of Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 18167/97 Subject to which we can entertain the cheques of investors for encashment.

2) List not provided by Golden Projects Limited.

I am very much surprised that why Consumer Court and RBI are keeping mum on this matter since 1998. Is it like anyone can make a company with great marketing plan and wipe out common man's hard earn money so easily. Is India really largest democratic country... Hoping for positive response.

publish the status report/progress of this case in the leading news papers so that investors

Now, i am in great need of money and i am not getting any hope rather than this claim.

A receipt (No. 99/25529) and an agreement deed was given to me at the time of investment. The deed tells that a land of 25 sqfeet was purchased/liened on behalf of me by the Golden Forest (I) Ltd.

I deposited rs-2000 for golden forests insurance on[protected]. Its mature time was[protected] . But after mature I did not get this mature value 4000 rs.
28th january 2005 I sanded original copy of all doccuments as per the order of the honerable supreme court of india but still now I dont achieve this money.

Through our agents we came to know that Company is fighting a litigation case in court resulting all the refunds have been stopped. Now from the order of Apex court that committee is to be formed and all the investors money be refunded back, but don't know the latest position on that. Sir, I had invested Rs.1, 10, 500/-, which is still lying with the GFIL. Even after 14 - 15 years my hard earned money is not refunded to me. Govt. side also no initiation is taken. It is very strange that the committee is also not taking any step to refund the needy investors. SEBI is there. Why not the remedial steps are taken to refund the money to poor investors. I am nearing to retire from my services and I am eagerly awaiting my hard earned money.

We filed a legal proceedings too with the help of some lawyer but till date nothing comes out. well friends...the world is more dirty than you think...while everybody is concentrating on RK syal, nobody is watching his kids...his son has already sold land which belongs to the investors...and he is still doing it...how come they are fighting such a long case with no money.

When RK syal and his family has no money how can they fight such a long case?...how can he get his kids married in such a lavish style?...how his kids are living luxurious lives?...how come he drinks and smokes and lives a comfortable lifestyle in jail?...dont tell me all this is happening without police consent...certainly our corrupt police is going hands in hands with them.
all this money that they are spending belongs to the investors and it is been used for their comfort and buying our notorious police.
how can somebody sell land against supreme courts orders...there has been no investigation into his kid's activities...everybody in the police department knows what is happening...but there is quiet silence about it.
Friends, a criminal with lot of money can beat our system very easily...that is the fate of this country.
