My Mother and Father have invested rs.10, 000/= each for a period of 5 years under Golden project ltd.regd.office chandigarh.ext-nh22, chanigarh-delhi highway, near ambala, teh.rajpura, dist.patiala(punjab) ..

acordingly the company had issued recpit com alotment letter and a post dated cheque of. rs.30000/= each in favour of my parents as bellow details.

1.allotment letter No. AP 97/43425 and 97/ 43495 dt28/04/1997 s.t.no AP97-4228/999982 and AP97-4151/999982 dt.26/04/1997

2.We got two cheques .no.064373 dt.22/03/2002 o[censored]nion Bank of India, Sec-35C Chandigarh.

Sir i deposited both cheques in respective A/C but these cheques got bounced and the reason was as below:
RETURNED UNPAID FOR REASONS:

1) Refer to drawer in view of Failure/ default of golden projects Ltd to comply with order dated 17th March, 1998 of Hon'ble High Court of Punjab & Haryana at Chandigarh in CWP No. 18167/97 Subject to which we can entertain the cheques of investors for encashment.

2) List not provided by Golden Projects Limited.

I am very much surprised that why Consumer Court and RBI are keeping mum on this matter since 1998. Is it like anyone can make a company with great marketing plan and wipe out common man's hard earn money so easily. Is India really largest democratic country... Hoping for positive response.

Our money has been used by syals in their luxuries. Syals son has sold land worth crores and no action has been taken against him. He continues to do so. He moves in and out of the country freely and and our police has no awareness. This case is a mockery of justice.

well friends...the world is more dirty than you think...while everybody is concentrating on RK syal, nobody is watching his kids...his son has already sold land which belongs to the investors...and he is still doing it...how come they are fighting such a long case with no money.

When RK syal and his family has no money how can they fight such a long case?...how can he get his kids married in such a lavish style?...how his kids are living luxurious lives?...how come he drinks and smokes and lives a comfortable lifestyle in jail?...dont tell me all this is happening without police consent...certainly our corrupt police is going hands in hands with them.

how can somebody sell land against supreme courts orders...there has been no investigation into his kid's activities...everybody in the police department knows what is happening...but there is quiet silence about it.

We hear many stories about GFIL. Could you please let us know the latest situation of this defunct company and what is the role of the commission in finding a correct outcome. How many more years the investors will have to keep their fingers crossed.

Well the land prices since we invested the money have skyrocketed...then why should we get only our principal amount back. 10, 000 rupeess of land in 1990 is not 10, 000 in 2010. It is over 200, 000 rupees since syal was investing in land. What kind of justice would it be if we get our principal amounts back. That will leave syals with hell lot of profit which they dont deserve. We should atleast get bank interest on our money.
With so much inflation 10, 000 rupees in 1990 is worth 1000 in 2010. syals should not be allowed to fool the system.

Brothers and sisters our money has been used by syals in their personal luxuries. Syals continue to live a lavish lifestyle. I donot understand how it can skip the eye of the police and court. Cant the court see the money they are using for fun doesnot belong ot them. His son continues to sell land against court orders. The government is not even bothered. Rk syal doesnt want the auction to go forward and the committe is failing to do it. The court appointed committe is weaker than one man RK syal.
I ask you one simple question. If money involved belonged to rich and influential people, even then his son would move around in luxury cars and enjoy life in london. Not at all. It is because the money involved belongs to poor and lower middle class people like you and me that syals are getting away with it.
Every paisa they use belongs to some poor person. There should be justice and committee should be more powerful.

syal's son is selling all the land. Someone must stop him. Government must act fast. He should be behind the bars. Panchkula police is not acting fast.

We also invested some amount in Golden Forests India Ltd. in 1996. They gave us post dated cheques at that time. Now time has come for encashing those cheques. Where should we contact. We are told that the court appointed the liquidator for selling the company assets and pay the liabilites of the company. Now where should we contact for getting our money back. Is there any office of that company. If it exists, can any one give me address & phone no of concerend authority to contact.

why is the progress in this case so slow. Why does not the government act fast. Is the govt waiting for the syals to use up all the money. I respect the integrity of Mr. agarwal. But is his team competitive to handle criminals like syals.
They have taken common man's hard earned money and using it in their luxuries. Police need to look into their lifestyles. They have already sold land against courts orders. No action has been taken till now.
