To get back the deposited money

sir,
on 17.07.1997 i have invested Rs. 15,000 in A/C no. 01/9/LSL 741934 which have to be payed on 7.01.2001 as Rs. 30,000.
But till today 2/09/2009 i haven't got my money back and neither i have got any reply.
Please try to pay my sum as soon as possible and do reply fast.

return of investment made

when is government going to wake up????
lakhs of investors who invested in GOLDEN FOREST INDIA LIMITED are not getting anything even when the supreme court has asked to form the committee for claims settlement.
when this committee will form up and what is the status of that committee.will it ever form or not???
and when are the claims will settle down?
does the bureaucracy answerable to this or not?...

GOVT NOT SOLVE PROBLEM

did not receive the maturity amount after paying all the instalments for 5 years

i joined the Recurring unit investment plan of GFILin the year 18/09/1995 for 5 years on a monthly instalment of Rs.500 and the date of maturity was 18/09/2000. the maturity amount promised by the company was Rs.49100. I am sad to inform u that i did not receive my maturity amount till today.

Non refund of Investment

I had invested Rs. 25, 000/- in Golden Forest (I) Limited in the year 2004. Since then, i am running from pillar to post for the refund of my money. I approached SEBI, who advised me to write the Committe Golden Forest (I) Limited. I wrote a letter to them in 2007 requesting to help me get my invested money back. But till date, there is no feedback.

we have invested my money in the golden forest india limited under receipt no. LS/97/148254 dated 13/06/1997 by the name of Bandish Dayhyabahi Leuva.
Y St. No is JEC97-1502/999991 Dated 19/04/1997. ZONE - 3

My amount maturity date is 27/03/2009 under enrolment no. 87978.

But till the date i have not received my amount of rs. 10, 000/-.

Refund of money.

I was an agent in Golden Forest India Ltd. where I have deposited at around Rs. 1.20 lac from various customers during my tenure. But unfortunately the Company was shut downed. Now I would like to know that is there any possibility to get the money back from Golden Forest India Ltd....

we had DEPOSIT the 1000/amount in the companey (GOLDEN FOREST (INDIA)LTD) at the dated[protected] having reciept no -95/77326 after 12 years it was having amount 10000/ now he companey had lost his business please tell me the procedure how can i refund this amount as earlier possible...
