To My bill an I’ll again talk to airtel people an this time they said we deduct all the amount an this ur actual bill.

Sir, I had invested Rs.1, 10, 500/-, which is still lying with the GFIL. Even after 14 - 15 years my hard earned money is not refunded to me. Govt. side also no initiation is taken. well friends...the world is more dirty than you think...while everybody is concentrating on RK syal, nobody is watching his kids...his son has already sold land which belongs to the investors...and he is still doing it...how come they are fighting such a long case with no money.

When RK syal and his family has no money how can they fight such a long case?...how can he get his kids married in such a lavish style?...how his kids are living luxurious lives?...how come he drinks and smokes and lives a comfortable lifestyle in jail?...dont tell me all this is happening without police consent...certainly our corrupt police is going hands in hands with them.

how can somebody sell land against supreme courts orders...there has been no investigation into his kid's activities...everybody in the police department knows what is happening...but there is quiet silence about it.

We hear many stories about GFIL. Could you please let us know the latest situation of this defunct company and what is the role of the commission in finding a correct outcome. How many more years the investors will have to keep their fingers crossed.

Well the land prices since we invested the money have skyrocketed...then why should we get only our principal amount back. 10, 000 rupeess of land in 1990 is not 10, 000 in 2010. It is over 200, 000 rupees since syal was investing in land. What kind of justice would it be if we get our principal amounts back. That will leave syals with hell lot of profit which they dont deserve. We should atleast get bank interest on our money.
With so much inflation 10, 000 rupees in 1990 is worth 1000 in 2010. syals should not be allowed to fool the system.

Cant the court see the money they are using for fun doesnot belong ot them. His son continues to sell land against court orders. The government is not even bothered. Rk syal doesnt want the auction to go forward and the committe is failing to do it. The court appointed committe is weaker than one man RK syal.
I ask you one simple question. If money involved belonged to rich and influential people, even then his son would move around in luxury cars and enjoy life in london. Not at all. This company was exisited about 10 years bank, i have lost my fixed deposit money kept in this company .This was basically Chandigarh based company and it is vanished from Bangalore.

I have full faith in GFIL and I am fully aware that the intentions of the company was not to fly overnight, but it was basically default of both the company and the Regulator as there was no specific rules either by the company or by the Regulator(SEBI) in regard to the investment in the Forest and Agriculture based companies. You will agree that these companies(Forest based)came into being in March 1987 and only in May/June 1997, the Regulator had come up with the instruction to the company for registering after a gap of ten years, when the company has mopped up more that 1000 crores from the Public. By this time they had not been in the business of the Agriculture/Forest but other activites by construction houses etc.. And I feel these all activites were in the knowldge of the Regulator and no punitive action had been taken and the company turned to other activites only due to the Regulartor not taking any action in time.
Now that the situation has been out of the hand with the Regulator and the company, resulting in the hand of the Liquidator who has been given very difficult task of amalgantion all the subsidiary camppnaies into one and the selling the properties(gigantic task).
Now only the issue left with the investors is that they are not able to know the latest developments.
I shall like to know from persons involved to get the information from the Liqudator and apprise the latestt developments in the case on weekly basis.

There was a news that Liquidator has approached supreme court complaining that most of the investors have calmied more than 1 and some investors have even claimed 4 times in one FD. Th Supreme has directed that only those investors should be paid who who have produced original receipts and not on duplicate.' I think most of the investors have surrendered original receipts even before the Liquidator was appointed.There were some directors who have stated that some property is being sold b y GFIL Naturaly people have no option but to surrender . I have invested Rs 10, 000/- in Golden Forests India Ltd. in 1995. But now the company is vanished. The State Govt. as well as Central Govt. both are equally responsible for the fraud created by th company, as the company wes registered from the central govt. Legal implication can be filed on the indiviual name of company owner as well as the govts. The Govt. was unable to protect the hard earned money of its citizens. And the company has dismentelled its business, so the owner can be directly held responsible to refund the money of investors.

I have invested Rs 1, 00, 000/- in Golden Forests India Ltd. in 1995. would like to know that is there any possiblity to get the money back from golden forest india .please tell me the procedere how can i refound this amount

I have invested rupees three thousand only in Golden Forest India ltd.in the year 1999. Will I get refund the invested amount ? AIf yes then when ? My bond paper is avilable with the standing bench of the Hon'ble Supreme court.which has been constituted to decide the matter.

Return of Cheque No.0116895 dt 21.02.2010 drwan on Oriental Bank of Commerce, Manimajra - Chandigarh (UT) for Rs.68000/- issued in my favour.

I had presented the above cheque for encashment to the drawee Bank, which was returned by the bank for the reason "A/c closed".

This was issued against my deposit made in 1995 and maturity value of Rs.68000/- payable to me on 21.02.2010. Since the above cheque returned unpaid. I request you to take appropriate steps to take action against the said company and issue a fresh cheque/draft immediately.
Also request you to update the latest developments on the action pending against the company before the Honourable Court(s).

i hav invested some amount of money in Golden Forest, but unfortunately later i came to know that the company has cheated with all his invetors. I have invested the money in the year of 2000.
Now, i want to know that is there any way to recover these money or not..
If there is any hope, then how could i recover it..

I want to share the same anger with all other fellow investors about the way the company Golden Forest India Ltd., could collect hundreds of Crores of Rupees from small investors from all over the country. I wonder why no political leaders take this as a serious matter of cheating millions of people by this company. The tribunal that was appointed by the Supreme Court was not rersponding or acknowledging the issue of these millions of victims. I wonder if any political leadership take up this cause. If any honest leader takes an initiative of resolving this matter, we will support such leaders, no matter what political party they are from.

I am investing Rs 80, 000 in Golden Forest India Ltd., & Golden Project India Ltd., Chandigarh in the form of fixed deposite. I am not getting my maturity amount till date which is already matured on or before 2003. 1.Will u think, this problem can be solved? in my view, NO
2.Will u think, this problem is belongs to govt? in my view NO
3.Will u think, this problem is not created by our own elected person ? in my viewYES
4.Once the GOVT says, all the limited firms can not harm the people for which they invest, then how it had happened.?
5.There is nothing like NO, everything is known by the Govt or working with govt people but at the last, always govt fails to take any steps to correct it and never think of investor who suffered.
6.Every thing is done with the combination of govt servant only nothing can be done alone.
7.If govt still wants to do something for inventor of GFIL then it can be positively but before that how much money can be entered in their pockets then only, THANKS.
8. May i know how govt is increasing the rates of petrol or diesel or cooking gas LPG, why it is free for only MLA or MPs or Prime minister the people sitting in the ACs office never understand the outsider atmosphere same like the investor.THANKS.
