On 20 august 2021, I made a payment of rs 19000 to siddh jwellers payment failed but the amount was debited from my account now is 70 days but my payment does not return yet. google pay mail me to consult with the bank but the bank said they do nothing about it. now where I go. pls, help me.

    Hello Concern,

    i have tried to search address in google map, it's shows as " temporarily closed " when we visit shop it's shows as Open,
    There are many places in Bengaluru shows as wrongly temporarily closed,
    actually many offices are open, like showrooms Or Kent offices, hospitals and pubs, hotels etc,

    After long back many offices are open only, but google maps incorrectly shows.

    please correct the places if any customers search the in Google maps it will shows as correct and they can easily identify.

          As per my previous complaints against the digital lending apps which are available on google play store and having huge interest and huge level of harrassment they are increasing day by day and they are tracing contacts as well as personal details and if you are not taking loan still they are threating you lot and some of the application are as follows
          CASHTM, CASHMAMA, ZESTCASH, ZESTMONEY etc

          also axis bank is harrasing me lot on daily basis they are not helping me in my credit card issue please take action on this matter

              Today (10th October 2021) is My last day for credit card bill payment.
              In Google pay I have 2 bank linked Kotak and Axis. I barrowed money from some one for pay credit card bill . They sent me money in Kotak Bank. But I need transfer that money to axis bank to pay Credit card bill. When I don't Self transfer using Google Pay, . It said Transaction Failed. But money debited from my Kotak Bank. 11 thousand rupees. When I contacted Google pay Customer chat. They said I get back money in 3 business working days.
              I need to pay Late Fee for My creadit card and interest. Who will pay those extra. And it will effect my cibil score. Why 30% of Google transactions fail. Google is useless. Kindly some one suggest me can Legally proceed in court about this issue with Google pay. I get loss financially and mentally too

                  I pay my kseb bill through goole pay the amount debited from my account and the bill payment is failed.. and till my money refunded to my account please solve my prblm as soon as possible

                        I have tried paying for an order on Flipkart through Google Pay on 6th August 2021. The transaction was successful and money got deducted. But order was not confirmed saying that payment was not confirmed by the bank. It's been so long but no refund yet.

                        When I tried contacting the customer service they are saying they are not responsible for this. I have to contact bank. And when I contacted bank I am told to contact Google Pay.

                        So help me regarding what should I do.

                        Updated by Swetalin                         When I tried contacting SBI customer service (as my account is in SBI) or Google Pay or Flipkart, everyone is saying just to contact the other. So at the end I am getting no help.

                        Updated by Swetalin                         At branch of the SBI bank they refused to take complaint stating it's a third party App and Google Pay didn't take the complaint saying as it's a third party app, they can't do anything. Flipkart also told me to contact the bank.

                        Then I lodged online complaint on online SBI with case number 63035046 on 21st August, 2021. I was promised to get resolution in 15 days as they have filed a chargeback against the beneficiary / merchant bank.Long time passed no resolution. I even mailed the complaint details to my branch manager or gm.[protected]@sbi.co.in, but no help. In the mean time I contacted Flipkart too, one time they asked for transaction details and bank details to send back the money but later changed their stance saying as payment was not confirmed I have to contact bank.

                        Then again I filed another complaint at online SBI with case number 65888691 on September 18th, 2021. The resolution came was that beneficiary / merchant bank rejected the chargeback saying that service/good was received by the customer. Which is clearly not the case. I have neither received the product nor the refund for it.

                        When I tried contacting Flipkart regarding this without helping me they are just telling me to contact bank or Google pay but aren't doing anything regarding the fact that the merchant lied about the fact.

                        Google Pay still says that it isn't in their hands to do anything about it. Online customer care executive of SBI are telling now that I have to go to bank or contact Google Pay. Basically just saying random things and not helping.

                        Now I don't know how to move forward with this situation.

                              Gpay gave me a scratch card/Reward card of a Flipkart gift voucher worth 501 Rs, the terms were to make an ICICI direct account and they(ICICI direct) will provide me with the card in 15-20 days in my messages, the days have passed and I have still not received anything either from ICICI direct or Gpay.
