I made a two mobile recharge using google pay at 14/6/2022 on 12.03 pm and 2.49 pm for Rs.659 each...I didn't get reacharge successfully and also amount not refunded..

      I made a transaction of 400/- in google pay on 25th may . The transaction has failed but the money has been debited google pay asked to submit the bank statement I did and it clearly tells the money has been debited on 25th may .but Google pay keeps on telling the money has not been debited I need my money back

          I cannot recover this a/c ( [protected]@gmail.com ), I lost the 8-digit backup codes and the phone no also, please help me recover this email id.
          Google India / Tez customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
          I did not receive any notification of this complaint but was expecting a call on the registered phone no[protected] nor been notified in the email as well. please help me on this .

            I have paid the fee of Rs 500 through google pay for migration certificate and the same has been deducted from my account but in the Delhi university website it is showing has transaction failed and i have not received refund for the same

              I, Brajesh Kumar dubey m a SBI account holder since long time... I was transferred an amount of Rs 305/- on 02 Apr 22 at 1138am through Google Pay nd it was shown successful payment on my mobile screen, accordingly the amount has been deducted from my account... But the receiver didn't get the amount till now... Hence m requesting to charge back the amount for early reimbursement in my account... Regards... Brajesh...

                  Hi,

                  I bought the Google Play Store Developer account few years ago. i.e. YDMedia.Tech ([protected]@gmail.com)

                  I never violated any Google policies, and yesterday Google Just terminated my Google Play Developer account without any valid reason.

                  I spent money on developing app, and when I published my app on google play store, it was uploaded successfully and was working fine.

                  However, Google terminated my account saying that I shared some information with other google developer account (which I never did). And on asking the proofs, Google is not sharing the proofs with me for the reason they have terminated my developer account.

                  As Google has mistakenly terminated my developer account, so I want either the proofs of reason otherwise reinstate my account or refund my Developer Fee with Interest as I bought it many years ago.

                      I made a payment of Rs.1208/- to Time Of Money Limited for my google work space account through net banking of Axis Bank. The money got deducted from y bank account but i did not receive any confirmation nor credit in my google work space account.

                        I made 5200 gpay on 06/05/2022 but the merchant dint receive the amount I raised a despute but no response. Now the merchant is hurry in money i dont extra money. No response in google india

                          Hello Sir,

                          My name is Vijay Sharma, I am using google pay since it has been launched recently when my friend was sending me money via Google pay, He got a popup saying The customer is flagged as risky, I was completely shocked seeing that message

                          Even Multiple follow ups with GPAY customer they dont have a answer why they have termed my account as Risky

                          This is completely stressing me out, Even I have not done any mistake or any fraud transaction from My end they have termed my account as Fraud account

                              A payment of Rs. 400 was made to driver using google pay which showed as declined. On making another payment, money got deducted twice. Would request a refund of one extra deduction made.

                                  I am using Gmail services since 2009 and I since then I have this my email id account with nilam.[protected]@gmail.com address.

                                  1st Issue :

                                  In August - December 2020, my account was hacked and it redirected me to some numerice email id at that time. Even got one phishing email which had fake QR code and mailer asked me to scan that QR code with mobile camera.

                                  But email format was exactly same like gmail's email format so I couldn't realize that fraud or scam email.

                                  Somehow with the help of imessages I had shared earlier email copies which proved that email id account belongs to me.
                                  Now the situation is I had turned on 2FA step verification authentication on, on my old mobile device but due to damage of old mobile device, now I am not able to recover my email id account.
                                  My both the android mobile devices got shut down due to different reasons where I was logged in to recovery email account, but 2nd android device making was outdated and it’s battery charging stopped accidentally.
                                  My all-other work which is dependent on this email id will be stopped if I don't get access back to my email id accounts - nilam.[protected]@gmail.com & neelam.[protected]@gmail.com. Please help me with at-least password reset link, right now I doubt I am getting redirected to forged or phishing pages which really looks like gmail servicing page, but in actual it's not!
                                  I tried all the possible ways to recovery but unfortunately my both android device got shut with the different reasons.

                                  1. On authentication verification page it's asking me to send recovery code on same email id account name for which I am asking for.

                                  2. Email id formats looks different on the same page.

                                  3. It's not showing up number verification page which is being sent on mobile device screen for verification.

                                  4. It's not auto detecting new device login as my old mobile device is damaged and it's not in working condition right now.

                                  Please help me with this asap, I am facing too many losses due to this. I have attached proofs of my email id accounts too.

                                  2nd Issue : My account was consistently got hacked earlier 6 times and I never realized it until I didn't got to see McAfee's antivirus report.

                                  I also want to get my account access back with those vulnerabilities patched.

                                    On 7th April 2021, we sent 10, 000 to the beneficiary 'Lucky Lehar' on his account number [protected] with beneficiary name as Ankur vij on his gpay number which is [protected]. However, beneficiary didn't receive the money. I have checked his bank statement myself, but he didn't receive. Kindly help in settling the issue.

                                      Hi myself Ayushi - I am using Gpay with my contact no. [protected], I had done transaction to myntra on 14th April 2022 for 1112 rupees . The transactions is showing successful in my account but the amount is not showing in merchants statement and now he is denied to give me my product for that I have already made successful transaction.

                                      Kindly look into it as merchant is showing his statement and there is no entry of my 1112 Rupees amount

                                        Hello concern department,

                                        in Bengaluru many office or shops shows as wrongly as " Temporarily closed " but these office Or shops are open and they are running business, however when we checked in google maps it's shows as "Temporarily closed "

                                        Please check and correct these issue.
